Abstract

Data collection was done by using observation, interview and documentation. Analysis of the results of the research is the analysis of the data reducatoin step, the presentation of the data and drawing conclisions.The results of this study indicate that the infrastructure in the village of unmet Masintan both in terms of roads, bridges The potential economic views of the infrastructure has not qualified, because its people economically most prominently the agriculture, community nearly 85% of farmers, the rice farmers socio-cultural. Nearly fulfilled and volume of services also met. Based on the results of this study, it can be suggested to improve the facilities andInfrastructures are in desq Masintan. Improving Learning Activities and Learning Achievement of Students through Snowball Throwing Model on Material of Political System in Indonesia at the Students of Class X-C of SMAN 3 Banjarmasin. Sarjana’s Thesis. Civic Education Department, Social Science, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarmasin. The first advisor: Fatimah, the second advisor: Rabiatul Adawiyah. Based on pre-research in SMAN 3 Banjarmasin at Class X-C, it was found that the students were less active in teaching and learning activities. Their learning achievements tend to reach the lower point than the expected result. This matter can be seen from the average of the daily test scores which is still below the minimum mastery learning criteria established by the teacher, namely 70. Additionally, the teachers tend to only use lecturing method. The use of the monotonous method will make the students feel bored in following the lesson. The students’ boredom can be seen when they frequently do not pay attention to the teacher’s explanation, talk to their friends during the lesson, and when they are passive in question and answer session.This research aims to improve students’ activities, students’ learning achievement, and to find out the students’ responses by using Snowball Throwing method on the material of political system in Indonesia. This research is designed and executed by using the method of classroom action research (CAR). The subject of this research is the students of Class X-C, SMAN 3 Banjarmasin, which consists of thirty-nine students. The techniques of collecting the data are by using test, observation and documentation.The result shows that the learning activities, learning achievement and responses of the students had very good improvement in each cycle. The students’ learning activities improved and are included in very good category. Besides, the students’ learning achievement also has improved after using Snowball Throwing classically 89,74% and has fulfilled the established minimum mastery learning criteria namely 70 with average 73,33.From the results which indicate the improvement on learning activities, learning achievement, and the responses of the students after implementing Snowball Throwing model, the writer suggests that Snowball Throwing model is not only implemented on civic education learning, but also on other lesson. The writer also suggests that the learning innovation should be done by teachers to improve the quality of teaching and learning process and the learning achievement itself. Keywords: Snowball Throwing Model, activities, learning achievement, response

Mutia Aulida, 2016. Pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 8 Tahun 2011 tentang Retribusi Pelayanan Parkir di Wisata Menara Pandang Siring Pierre Tendean Kota Banjarmasin. Skripsi Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, jurusan Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial FKIP Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Pembimbing (I) Hj. Fatimah, Pembimbing (II) Heru Puji Winarso. Kata kunci: pelaksanaan, perda nomor 8 tahun 2011, retribusi parkirPelaksanaan perda parkir di wisata menara Pandang Siring Pierre Tendean Banjarmasin belum sesuai dengan peraturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelayanan parkir, keamanan dan kenyamanan masyarakat pemilik kendaraan, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pelaksanan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 8 Tahun 2011, serta mendeskripsikan upaya yang dilakukan dinas perparkiran dalam menegakkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 8 Tahun 2011 tentang Retribusi Parkir di wisata Menara Pandang Siring Pierre Tendean Banjarmasin.Metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dimulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan parkir di wisata Menara Pandang belumlah berkualitas. Hal ini dilihat dari apa yang dirasakan masyarakat pengguna parkir. Mereka belum puas karena ada beberapa petugas yang tidak memakai seragam parkir, tidak adanya karcis, dan mereka menarik tarif parkir secara sepihak. Masyarakat belum bisa merasakan keamanan dan kenyamanan ketika mereka memarkirkan kendaraannya di areal Menara Pandang. Faktor yang memengaruhinya, yaitu kurangnya pengawasan dari pemerintah daerah atau dinas  perparkiran, tidak adanya kejelasan tentang berapa tarif parkir yang seharusnya dibayarkan oleh pemilik kendaraan, petugas tidak pernah mendapatkan pelatihan, tidak ada persyaratan untuk menjadi petugas parkir, tidak ada karcis, adanya pengaruh dari tempat lain, kebutuhan hidup yang tinggi, sehingga petugas parkir menganggap hal yang biasa untuk meminta tarif parkir tidak sesuai perda, dan petugas parkir harus menyetorkan sebagian besar penghasilannya kepada dinas terkait. Upaya untuk melaksanakan perda no. 8 tahun 2011 tentang retribusi parkir telah dilakukan. Akan tetapi, upaya tersebut belum maksimal karena banyaknya kendala yang dihadapi, seperti kurangnya aparatur dan minimnya sanksi yang diberikan kepada para pelanggar.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelayanan parkir belum maksimal, kemanan dan kenyamanan masyarakat pengguna parkir belum terjamin, banyak faktor yang memengaruhi pelaksanaan parkir, salah satunya kurangnya perhatian pemerintah daerah atau dinas terkait meskipun ada upaya yang telah dilakukan, tetapi belumlah maksimal.

Abstract

Writing this article aims to describe the Free Education Policy Analysis At High School In Relation With Education Quality SMA. This article is a scientific work that is done by using the approach of literature that examines the books, literature-Literatu, research journals related to the topic of the article the author writes, the data collection methods were used that documentation, the data analysis technique interactive techniques comprising of 3 stages: data reduction, data display and data verification. The results showed that the policy of free education in high school is less on target for implementation is not selective. This policy should only intended for students who are economically poor but have great potential. This policy has nothing to do with improving the quality of learning. Due to this policy no challenge for the students to study harder, as well as for the teachers nor the effort to reorganize the learning process more qualified. This is due to the absence of proactive parents toward school, lack of harmonization of interaction between teachers and parents, because the parents assumption that free education means free everything. The conclusion of this article is necessary reconsideration existent essence and school policy for high school students. And it should also be followed keasadarn teachers to improve the quality of learning. Keywords: free schools and improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah yang sering dihadapi guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran adalah memilih atau menentukan materi pembelajaran atau bahan ajar yang tepat dalam rangka membantu siswa mencapai. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dan informasi dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data berupa reduksi data, display data, kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Kreativitas guru dalam menyusun bahan ajar PKn tampak dalam pengetahun guru mengenai bahan ajar, fungsi bahan ajar, bahan ajar yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran serta cara mengajar guru sudah baik.

Abstract

Masyarakat Indonesia mempunyai karakteristik yang berbeda dengan negara lainnya. Karakteristik tersebut diantaranya adalah: (1) Pluralistik/keberagaman, (2) sikap saling pengertian antara sesama anggota masyarakat, (3) toleransi yang tinggi dan (4) memiliki sanksi moral. Karakteristik-karakteristik tersebut diharapkan senantiasa mewarnai kehidupan masyarakat madani model Indonesia nantinya. Abstract

Causes of low student achievement in class XII SMK Bina BANUA Accounting 2 Banjarmasin is the lack of attention to students when the teacher explains the material in front, the lack of motivation in students' learning, teachers are using lecture and question and answer. In addition, also, very rarely use cooperative learning model. Cooperative learning is an option because it can raise student motivation and learning outcomes. The aim of this study were: (1) Increasing student motivation in learning to use the Civic Education Cooperative learning model Jigsaw type Civics learning, (2) Improve student learning outcomes in Civics learning using Jigsaw cooperative learning model in teaching civics class XII student of Accounting 2 SMK Bina BANUA Banjarmasin Academic Year 2014/2015, (3) To determine the response of students to instructional materials with application macampemerintahan evaluate various learning models Jigsaw. Classroom action research carried out in the second cycle. Each cycle consists of four main activities: planning, action, observation / observation and reflection. Object class XII students study Accounting 2 SMK Bina BANUA Banjarmasin. Data collection is done by testing, observation, and questionnaires. Mechanical analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. The results of the study concluded that the application of jigsaw cooperative learning methods can increase the motivation to learn civics class XII student of Accounting 2 SMK Bina BANUA Banjarmasin 2014/2015 school year as evidenced by an increase in motivation to learn civics percentage score of 58.3% in the first cycle to 74, 6% in the second cycle, (2) use of Jigsaw cooperative learning model in the material system of government can improve student achievement, ie from 42.64 to 55.8% completeness in the first cycle, rising to an average of 75 with a classical completeness 97% in the second cycle.Keywords: motivation, learning outcomes Civics, models Jigsaw

Harfani Matnuh M, MH.The phenomenon of today's society, that people still adhere to the norms of decency in society therefore they are of the view that ex-convict was still a disease of society after being released from house arrest, Similarly is the case today in the village of Continent Jingah. This study aims to find out the views of the public Continental Village Jingah to ex-convict, know the forms of discrimination against former prisoners, determine the factors that led to the former prisoners are discriminated against and to know the response of former inmates and their families against discrimination from society.The method used in this research is qualitative methods. Sources of data selected by purposive sampling. Data was collected through observation techniques, interview, and documentation. Analysis of the research results is the analysis of the reduction steps data, data display dan verification. Based on the results of research in village Benua Jingah Subdistrict Barabai District Hulu Sungai tengah Province South Kalimantan, the results showed that (1) view of society in village Benua Jingah against ex-convict, people think of them as social problems which is contrary to the public, because people who've imprisoned considered a bad person and violate the norms of decency. (2) forms of discrimination against former prisoners is compounded discrimination in matters of making ID cards, not been included in the activities of the Youth dan in terms of finding a job. (3) factors that led to the former prisoners are treated discriminatory because behavior shown ”eks” narapidana This after getting out of prison does not change, such as drug,gambling,anarchist, spoke disrespectful and rude. (4) response ex-convict and their families against discrimination from society, they keep coming back to the community to get together again with family, and they still want to try to be a person who could be accepted in society. The family of former inmates could also just put up with the treatment of their children.            Based on the results of this study, can be suggested that the ex-convict who has been out of custody so be nice, polite and not do anything they have done in the past in order to be accepted by the community well, need the cooperation of the government ,society and of the ex-inmates in an attempt to build confidence and convince them not to be shunned in societyKeywords: Elapsed Understanding Cross, Student.

Abstract

Kepribadian pengurus organisasi kemahasiswaan yang cenderung tertutup dalam menjalankan rutinitasnya akan berdampak terhadap kualitas kinerja dan pelayanan organisasi. Apabila hal demikian tidak mendapat perhatian serius dikhawatirkan akan menjadikan organisasi sosial lingkup kemahasiswaan tersebut hanya sekedar menjalankan aktivitas berupa rutinitas saja. Diharapkan pengurus organisasi tingkat kemahasiswaan memiliki kemandirian dan rasa tanggung jawab yang tinggi dalam menjalankan maupun melaksanakan perannya secara maksimal selama menjadi pengurus organisasi kemahasiswaan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pembangunan karakter bangsa merupakan sebuah kebutuhan asasi dalam proses berbangsa karena hanya bangsa yang memiliki karakter dan jati diri yang kuat akan eksis. Di tengah era globalisasi dimana persaingan antar negara semakin ketat, pendidikan merupakan hal yang penting dalam membangun sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas guna menghadapi era globalisasi itu. PKn sebagai suatu ilmu yang menanamkan nilai-nilai moral, etika dan hukum, tentu memiliki peran yang cukup penting untuk mempersiapkan peserta didik dalam menghadapi dampak negatif dari globalisasi tersebut tanpa kehilangan identitas dan jati diri bangsa. PKn merupakan wahana yang tepat dalam membina moral dan karakter bangsa khususnya peserta didik-peserta didik di persekolahan. PKn sangat dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan kehidupan politik dan ketatanegaraan Indonesia. PKn berperan untuk membentuk warga negara yang baik sesuai dengan tuntutan/ versi para penyelenggara negara pada zamannya yang bersifat dogmatis dan relatif. PKn merupakan usaha untuk membekali peserta didik dengan pengetahuan dan kemampuan dasar berkenaan dengan hubungan antara warga negara dengan negara serta pendidikan pendahuluan bela negara agar menjadi warga negara yang dapat diandalkan oleh bangsa dan negara dapat tercapai dengan baik. Dengan pendekatan Student Active Learning, peserta didik lebih banyak melakukan eksplorasi daripada secara pasif menerima informasi yang disampaikan oleh guru dan tidak hanya memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang berkaitan dengan bidang keahliannya saja, tetapi juga berkembang keterampilan komunikasi, bekerja dalam kelompok, insiatif, berbagi informasi, dan penghargaan terhadap orang lain. Kata kunci: student active learning, PKn, SD, Sekolah Menengah, dan karakter warga negara.
