Abstract

This study aims to find the accuracy of stocks, target price and bias recommendation by analyzing PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia and PT Mandiri Sekuritas. The data were collected from primary and secondary sources. Population of this study were all LQ 45 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange that have been received recommendation from PT RHB securities Indonesia and PT Mandiri Sekuritas  for the period of February- July 2020. The hypothesis testing used in this study by using Uji Beda t-test, the results show that: 1) The level of accuracy of PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia analyst recommendations is more accurate than PT Mandiri Sekuritas.. 2) The target price for PT Mandiri Sekuritas analysis is superior to that of PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia 3) Analysis recommendation of PT RHB Sekuritas and PT Mandiri Sekuritas shown bias negatively.

Abstract

With the significant development of social media platforms, Instagram is now becoming a social media platforms that not only allows users to share photos or videos but also their opinions and experiences in consuming products or services. This then makes social media able in facilitating users to engage in electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM). By using consumer socialization approach, this research explores whether peer communication, relation and attitude towards the brand, and Instagram usage behaviour can influence  e-WOM in Instagram. The statistical populations are 240 respondents who are sampled by purposive sampling technique. This research tests  three hypotheses with logistic regression analysis and finds that peer communications, relation and attitude toward the brands, as well as Instagram usage behaviour influence e-WOM intention positively and significantly. This research also gives some managerial implications and some recommendations for future research.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT The main purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of in-store display and price discount on impulse buying with the intervening variable is positive emotion on consumers of Indomaret in Ponorogo. The population in this study were all consumers of Indomaret in Ponorogo. The sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling. The type of sampling used is accidental sampling, to determine the number of samples in this study using the Lameshow formula, so that the results are 97.6 then rounded to 100 respondents. The data in this study used primary data, where the researchers distributed questionnaires for data collection. The results show that the in-store display variable has an effect on impulse buying. The price discount variable has no effect on impulse buying. The positive emotion variable has an effect on impulse buying. The in-store display variable has an effect on positive emotion. The price discount variable has an effect on positive emotion. Positive emotion variable can mediate between in store display and impulse buying. Positive emotion variable can mediate between price discount on impulse buying. ABSTRAKTujuan utama penelitian ini untuk menganalisisi pengaruh in–store display dan price discount terhadap impulse buying dengan variabel intervening adalah positive emotion pada konsumen Indomaret di Ponorogo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan konsumen Indomaret Ponorogo. Non probability sampling adalah cara yang digunakan dalam menentukan sampel. Jenis pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu accidental Sampling, untuk penentuan jumlah untuk sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Lameshow, sehingga mendapatkan hasil 97,6 kemudian dibulatkan menjadi 100 responden. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dimana peneliti menyebar kuesioner untuk pengambilan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel in store display berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impulse buying. Variabel price discount tidak berpengruh secara tidak signifikan terhadap impulse buying. Variabel positive emotion berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impulse buying. Variabel in store display berpengaruh signifikan terhadap positive emotion. Variabel price discount berpengaruh signifikan terhadap positive emotion. Variabel in store display berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impulse buying melalui positive emotion sebagai variabel intervening. Variabel price discount berpengaruh terhadap impulse buying melalui positive emotion sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

Absract: This study aims to measure the Influence of Ethical Leadership and Organizational Commitment to the Climate of Industrial Relations Mediated from Employee Voices. The population used in this research is the employees of PT (PERSERO) Pegadaian Syariah Banda Aceh which consists of 95 employees. The sample used is as many as 83 people. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling and the type of sampling is Simple Random Sampling. The data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The method used is Multiple Linear Regression is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the dependent variable. The results of the analysis explain that there is a significant influence of Ethical Leadership on the Climate of Industrial Relations, There is no influence of Ethical Leadership on the Voice of Employees, There is no effect of Ethical Leadership on the Voice of Employees, There is an effect of Organizational Commitment on the Voice of Employees, There is an influence of the Voice of Employees on the Climate of Industrial Relations, No there is the effect of mediating variable Employee Voice of Ethical Leadership on Industrial Relations Climate. There is no mediating effect of Employee Voice from Organizational Commitment to Industrial Relations Climate on employees at PT (PERSERO) Pegadaian Syariah Banda Aceh Area

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions mediated by motivation and attitudes in undergraduate students of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University. This research is a census research using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study were all students of S1 Management Class 2016, Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University, totaling 84 people. The results showed that entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Motivation and attitude have a significant positive relationship on entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention. The mediation test shows the variables of motivation and attitudes to partially mediate the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of engagement on recommendation intentions mediated by experience and satisfaction with visitors to the Aceh Tsunami Museum. The sample used in this study was 96 visitors to the Aceh Tsunami Museum. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involvedBased on the results of the HLM, indicating that involvement has a positive effect on recommendation intention, involvement has a positive effect on experience, involvement has a positive effect on satisfaction, experience has a positive effect on recommendation intention, satisfaction has a positive effect on recommendation intention, involvement has an effect on recommendation intentions mediated by experience and satisfaction .

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to see how the influence of profitability and firm size on firm value with capital structure as an intervening vvariabel in consumer goods industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability is measured by Return On Equity, firm size is measured by Ln total sales, capital structure is measured by comparing Debt To Equity Ratio, and firm value is measured using Tobin's Q. This study uses panel data with a sample of 23 consumer goods industry companies in Indonesia for the 2015-2019 period which was taken using the purposive sampling method and analyzed using the Path Analysis method. The results showed that profitability had a positive and significant effect on firm value, firm size had a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, profitability had a positive and significant effect on capital structure, firm size had a positive and insignificant effect on capital structure, and capital structure was unable to mediate the effect. profitability on firm value, capital structure is not able to mediate the effect of firm size on firm value, capital structure has a negatif and insignificant effect on firm value.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of Work-Family Conflict and Job Satisfaction toward Employee Performance mediated by Affective Commitme. The sample consist of 103 employees of the Banda Aceh City Primary Service Tax Office. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling and the type of  sampling is total sampling. Data was collected through survey using questionnaire. The Hierarchical Linear Modelling is used on analytical method to determine the effect of variables involved. The result shows that Work-Family Conflict are not significant to affective commitment and employee performance, Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Affective Commitment and Employee Performance, the affective commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, and Affective Commitment does not play a mediating role in the influence between Work-family Conflict and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study shows that the Effect of Resilience and Perceived Organizational Support related to Employee Performance mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employees at Harian Serambi Indonesia. Therefore, this study provides literature on the contribution to resilience, perceived organizational support and work performance through the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling (census). This study uses Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. Based on the results of the HML that resilience has an effect on employee performance. Perception of Organizational Support has an effect on Employee Performance. Resilience affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Perception of Organizational Support has an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has an effect on Employee Performance. Resilience affects employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior. Abstract

This study shows that Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement are related to Professional Identity and Turnover Intention to Employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia in Banda Aceh City. Therefore, this study provides literature on the contribution to professional identity and turnover intention through the mediating role of job satisfaction and employee. This study uses COR theory which shows that when employees have professional identity, employee engagement, job satisfaction, they will feel they have many valuable resources. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with the type of sampling selected is stratified random sampling. This study uses Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. Based on the results of HLM that Professional Identity has a negative effect on Turnover Intention, while Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction have a negative effect on Turnover Intention. In addition, Professional Identity has a positive effect on Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction. In this relationship, Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction have an effect as a mediating relationship between Professional Identity and Turnover Intention.
