Abstract

Objectives - The purpose of this study is to see description of entrepreneurship learning and readiness of student entrepreneurship as well as the influence of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial readiness. Design / methodology / approach - The design of this study is cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 82 respondents were selected using probability sampling in the form of simple random sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution and verification technique by using simple linear regression analysis.Findings - Based on the results of research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that entrepreneurial learning is in high category, and entrepreneurial readiness is in high category. While the verifikatif analysis, obtained the result that the influence of entrepreneurship learning on entrepreneurial readiness is in the category of being.Originality / value - This research provides a basis for understanding issues of entrepreneurship learning, and entrepreneurship readiness. The difference of this research with the previous research is located on the object that is the tourism vocational school that is Vocational School Negeri 9 Bandung, with the variables studied are entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial readiness, and using theory or reference that is different from previous researchers.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to know the decription of job characteristics, job satisfaction and job performance.Design/methodology/approach - The Research design is cross sectional. This research is using descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The analysis unit is 75 employees. Collecting the data is using questionnaire. Analysis technique used is descriptive technique with using frequency distribution.Finding - Based on the result of research, the results obtained that job characteristics in the category is appropriate with the score 86%, job satisfaction is in the high category with a score 85% and job performance is in high category with a score 87%.Originality/value - This research giving a basic for understanding job characteristics, job satisfaction and job performance issues on employee. The difference of this research with the previous research are on the object, variable, theory and references.

Abstract

This present study aims to describe switching barrier and customer loyalty of Pay TV in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive approach with the explanatory survey method. The unit of analysis for Paid TV’s Customer is 108 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is using a simple linear regression with SPSS 24.0 for Windows program tools. Based on the results of the study, it can be known that the switching barrier has a partial effect on the customer loyalty with a high influence category. The difference in this study lies in the object of research, research time, measuring instruments, literature used, theory used and research results.Keywords: Customer Loyalty; Pay TV; Switching Barrier

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini mengenairendahnya peringkat Elevania pada daftar perusahaan  e-commerce di Indonesia dikarenakan berkurangnya penjualan disetiap tahunnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmendapatkan bukti empiris tentang pengaruh sub variabel social media marketing. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif yaitu dengan pengambaran dan pemaparan varibel-variabel yang diteliti dan kemudian ditarik kesimpulan. Objek penelitian yang menjadi variable terikat adalah brand equity (Y)  dan social media marketing (X) sebagai variabelbebas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengikut fan pageFacebook Elevania di Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel dalampenelitian ini menggunakan metode non probabilty random sampling dengan menggunakan teknikpurposive sampling terhadap 2—pengikut fan page Facebook Elevania. Uji instrument dilakukan dengan uji vadilitas dan ujireabilitas dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisisjalur.

Abstract

Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi telah mendorong industri telekomunikasi menjadiberkembang dengan cepat yang berdampak pada persaingan dan berdampak pula pada kinerjapegawai yang rendah. Salah satunya adalah pegawai PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus Bandung. Haltersebut membuat PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus Bandung menciptakan strategi untuk meningkatkankinerja pegawai dengan meningkatkan soft skill pegawainya mengenai kecerdasan emosional.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) memperoleh temuan mengenai kecerdasan emosional padapegawai PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus Bandung, 2) memperoleh temuan mengenai kinerja pegawaidi PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus Bandung, 3) memperoleh temuan mengenai seberapa besarpengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus Bandungbaik secara simultan maupun parsial. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT. Indonesia ComnetsPlus Bandung. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kecerdasan emosional dan variabelterikat yaitu kinerja pegawai dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif,dan metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey dengan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlahsampel 48 responden. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi liniear sederhana denganalat bantu software komputer SPSS 18.0 for windows. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitianmenyatakan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 60,4%.Dari hasil penelitian terhadap pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa kecerdasan emosionalmemiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Persaingan yang kompetitif di industri makanan khususnya kategori produk wafer coklat beng bengyang ditandai dengan menurunnya pengetahuan, ekspektasi dan evaluasi atas keseluruhan kinerjamerek dari konsumen yang merupakan indikasi dari penurunan brand attitude. Brand attitude menjadisuatu hal yang tidak bisa diabaikan begitu saja. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan adalahdengan meningkatkan kinerja online brand community.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai online brand communityproduk wafer coklat merek Beng beng di komunitas fanbase facebook asyikberatid, 2) untukmemperoleh gambaran mengenai brand attitude produk wafer coklat merek Beng beng di komunitasfanbase facebook asyikberatid dan 3) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh online brandcommunity terhadap brand attitude produk wafer coklat merek Beng beng di komunitas fanbasefacebook asyikberatid. Objek penelitian ini adalah anggota komunitas fanbase facebook asyikberatid.Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah online brand community. Sedangkan variabel terikatadalah brand attitude. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif, dan metode yangdigunakan adalah explanatory survey dengan teknik simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel100 responden anggota komunitas fanbase facebook asyikberatid. Teknik analisa data yang digunakanadalah regresi linier sederhana dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 21.0. Hasil yang diperolehdalam penelitian menyatakan bahwa kinerja online brand community berpengaruh terhadap brandattitude.Penulis merekomendasikan agar perusahaan meningkatkan kinerja dari online brand communityterutama dalam hal social networking sebagai salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan brand attitude.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian - Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak lingkungan kerja sosial dan insentif pada semangat kerja karyawan industri pariwisata.Model/metode penelitian/pendekatan – Model penelitian ini memakai model cross- sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode survei. Sebanyak 84 responden dipilih sebagai simple random sampling. Survei menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memakai regresi linier.Temuan penelitian – Terdapat hasil positif mengenai dampak lingkungan kerja sosial dan insentif pada semangat kerja karyawan industri pariwisata.Orisinalitas/Nilai – Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan bagaimana cara peningkatan semangat kerja karyawan melalui lingkungan kerja sosial dan insentif. Perbedaan penelitian ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya pada objek yang digunakan, variabel yang digunakan, mendukung teori serta referensi yang berbeda yang digunakan oleh peneliti sebelumnya.Kata kunci: Dampak lingkungan kerja, lingkungan kerja sosial, insentif, semangat kerja, industri pariwisata.Jenis Jurnal: Artikel Penelitian

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this research are to descript of capital structure and firm value, and to analyze the impact of capital structure to firm value at textile and garment companies for the period 2011-2015.Design / methodology / approach - Method in this research used descriptive and verification methods. Data that used are secondary data from fact book years 2011-2015 with analysis technique using simple linear regression. Sampling in this research use purposive sampling.Findings - The result showed that the capital structure has a positive effect to firm value.Originality -The difference of this research with previous research is on research object, population and research sample, research period, measuring instrument and research result.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the picture quality of information, shopping enjoyment and purchasing decisionsDesign/methodology/approachh - The design of this study is cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 240 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - Based on the results of the study using descriptive analysis, the results obtained the quality of information is in very high category with a score of 83.95%, shopping enjoyment and purchase decisions are in high category with a score of 83.88% and 83.30% respectively.Originality/value -  This research provides a basis for understanding work environment issues, job satisfaction and employee loyalty. The difference of this research with the previous research is located on the object which is the company of onlineshop Instagram Gadget Room, with the variables studied are the quality of information, shopping enjoyment, and using theory or reference different from previous researchers
