Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of capital structure, earnings growth, and the size of the company to the quality of earnings in the base and Chemical Industry Company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2012-2015. Quality measurement using the model Penman (2001) Quality of earnings. The results of this study indicate simultaneous testing with a significant level of 0.040 <0.05 states that the capital structure, earnings growth and company size affects the quality of earnings in the chemical and basic industry companies listed in the IDX. Partially, the capital structure and have a significant effect on the quality of earnings positive direction with a significant level of 0.049> 0.05 profit growth is not significant, but has a positive direction by showing the significant level of 0.193> 0.05 on earnings quality and size of the company does not effect significantly to the quality of earnings but showed a positive direction towards the quality of earnings with a significant level of 0.182> 0.05Keywords : Capital Structure, Earning growth, Size company, quality of income

Abstract

This article speaks about the internal control system using the help of computer applications.The purpose of this article is to inform a shift of use in the control and supervision of operational system procedures in a previously manual with input or copy and paste from a data source to a particular software, but now from existing software applications can directly retrieve from data sources. This article presents the framework of information technology and research method for auditing in relation to quality control systems in IT domains. Limitations of this study on data, time and cost, as well as methods of statistical research with different test. The strength of this research gives inspiration and ideas in auditing that currently having issues disruption. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship work motivation and employee performance, relationship with the leadership performance of employees of PT. Sari Coffee Indonesia. This research was descriptive - correlation with a sample of 30 employees and the data were analyzed using the Spearman rank correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Based on the results of Spearman correlation test above can be seen significant value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the variables of leadership performance, while the value of Spearman correlation between leadership and performance of 0.667 which is positive and signifies the strong relationship, it means there is a positive relationship that is if the leadership increases, the performance will increase, and vice versa. (2) Based on the results of Spearman correlation test above can be seen significant value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the variables of motivation to performance, while the value of Spearman correlation between motivation and performance of 0.714 which is positive and indicates a great relationship strong, it means there is a positive relationship that if the motivation increases, the performance will increase, and vice versa.Keyword leadership, work motivation and employee performance.

Abstract

Human resources ( resources ) is one of the very important in organization, anything shape and its aims, the organization built upon the range of vision for the benefit of man and in the performance of its mission managed and administered by humans.For that developed and human resources should be noted that the quality of human resources it can be improved, that resulted in an increase in the company ( organization ) where human resources are located.Discusses performance employees to remain with the factors that can influences the performance someone like motivation and how strong organization inside a culture of these organisations. As for the purpose of this study is to find relationship with employee performance motivation , cultural relations organization and employee performance , motivation and cultural the organization of employee performance in PT .Sumatra Berlian Utama Motor. This research is deskriptif-korelasional with a population of about 100 and samples from 50 employees and data diananlisis using analysis rank spearman and the correlation between. This research result indicates that ( 1 ) there is a significant relation of the incentives with with employee performance pt .The main diamond motor .This is shown by analysis rank spearman obtained correlation value of 0,289 with the significant ( sig .( 2-tailed ) ) 0,41 & it; standard significant 0,05 .( 2 ) there is a significant relation exists between cultures organization with with the performance of employees of pt .The main diamond motor .This is shown by analysis rank spearman obtained correlation value of 0,356 with the significant ( sig .( 2-tailed ) ) 0,11 & it; standard significant 0,05. Based on the research done , we can conclude that motivation and cultural company organization weak and need to be increased .Superior and employees to motivate organization that cultural stay awake and performance will increase .While in the performance has run well and should be maintained. Abstract

Central and local governments face various obstacles in realizing National Strategic Activities Center (PKSN) development. This paper aims to review it, by conducting normative studies. We study various literature and regulations issued by the government. Many of the problems in the field that must be considered. They are the absence of concrete minimum requirements related to border services within the city PKSN, the absence of incentives / disincentives to development programs "to-border" in PKSN , not yet the strict regulation on land management and spatial layout of PKSN, and the lack of Government support in terms of preparation of border city infrastructure, causing low attractiveness.Keywords: National Strategic Activities Center (PKSN), State Border Area, Spatial Plan (RTRW)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of banks in Indonesia and their return on assets (ROA), and to know the problems faced by a bank in connection with the banking performance. The data used in this research is secondary data. Data in the form of financial ratios processed by Research Bureau of the bank's financial statements as of December 2008-2014 that has been audited and published in the June issue of InfoBank 2015. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Classic assumption test used in this study include normality, multicollinearity, heteroskedatisitas, autocorrelation and regression models. The conclusion that can be drawn, ROA is affected by the six independent variable: CAR, NPL, LDR, ROA and NIM. Based on the regression equation shown that the variable CAR partially no effect on ROA. NIM variable is positive influenced, so it can be interpreted that the influence exerted by variables NIM to ROA is positive.Keywords : Return on Asset, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Net Interest Margin,Non Performing Loan, Loan to Deposit Ratio.

Abstract

The research purposed to analyze operating cash flow, leverage and return on asset to the company’s performance. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis using Eviews 9. The samples used in this research are 242 which is the data of 121 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014-2015. The results show that operating cash flow and return on asset variables have a significant positive effect on the company’s performance, while leverage has a significant negative effect on the company’s performance. Total asset and age of the firm have a significant positive effect on the company’s performance.Keywords: operating cash flow; leverage; return on asset; company’s performance.

Abstract

Objective is to see how Return On Equity, likuidity, leverage, activity and the ratio of market value partially or simultaneously against company LQ 45 stock returns in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2015. Sampling this study was conducted using purposive sampling with namely sampling based criteria certain writer is used, so that the sample in this study were 17 companies LQ 45 in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2015. The data source is derived from the company's financial statements for the period 2012-2015. Data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing well as partial with t test and test hypotheses simultaneous with F test. t test results showed that the Return On Equity influential against stock returns, the likuidity does not affect on stock returns, leverage is not an effect on stock returns, activity no effect on stock returns, and the ratio of market value effect on stock returns. The test results F explained that the Return On Equity, likuidity, leverage, activity and the ratio of market value partially against simultaneously affect stock returns companies LQ 45 in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2015.Keywords: Return On Equity, likuidity, leverage, activity, the ratio of market value, stock returns.

Abstract

Research conducted at UKI Hospital to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously and partially to organizational citizenship behavior of employees in the nursing section UKI Hospital. Data obtained through questionnaires and interviews with HR staff. This research was conducted at UKI Hospital. The method used is a method of distributing a questionnaire with a sample of 65 employees and data analysis using Spearman Rank correlation analysis, correlation, and hypothesis testing .. The results of t test (partial) shows that (1) job satisfaction partially influence on OCB. This is indicated job satisfaction t value of 2.722 is greater than t table amounted to 1,998 and obtained significance value of 0.008 <0.05 then Ho is rejected. (2) organizational commitment partially but not significant effect on OCB. This is demonstrated organizational commitment t value of 1.615 is smaller than t table amounted to 1,998 and obtained significance value of 0.111> 0.05 then Ho is accepted. Test research results f (simultaneously) shows that job satisfaction and organizational commitment together or simultaneously influence OCB variable. It is shown the value of f count of 7,650 is greater than f table by 3.15 and obtained significance value of 0.001 <0.05, Ha accepted.Keyword: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior are low in UKI Hospital Employees

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the effect of asset growth, total assets Debt and Return on investment against systematic risk (beta stocks) at a construction company in the Stock Exchange 2012-2016 period. The data used for this study quantitative data. The data used in the annual financial statements of the six companies the construction sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the five years, the data on monthly stock price that is processed by investigators into the share price per year. All data used in this research is secondary data obtained from www.idx.com and www.yahoofinance.co.id. This research method of data used in this study are all measured by using a ratio scale measurements showed that the absolute value of an object. The results of this study indicate that the value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) is approximately 0.428. This means that the variance beta stocks can be explained by the variance Asset growth, Debt to Total Assets, Return on investment can be explained beta stocks by 42.8%, while the remaining 57.2% is explained by other factors besides the variables studied. F count that variable Asset growth, debt to total assets and the return on investment influence simultaneously toward Beta Shares. Individual Asset ratios Return on investment growth and a positive effect on beta stocks while the ratio of debt to total assets negative effect on beta stocks and the only variable Asset growth and return on investment that are statistically significant.Keywords: :Asset Growth, Debt to Total Asset , Return On Invesment and Beta Stock.
