Abstract

The number of visitors has decreased in February to April 2016 and increased again in May 2016. The number of visitors nine in May 2016, in 2895 the number of visitors and the lowest occurred in April 2016, 2647 people. Total visitor Hotel Mekarsari Indah, Cullinan period January - May 2016 was 15 557 people. This study aims to determine the extent of consumer satisfaction level of importance and performance Mekarsari Indah Hotel, Cullinan and to find out what attributes the causes of customer satisfaction Hotel Mekarsari Indah, Cullinan. Abstract

Influence of Taxes, Foreign Ownership and The Size of the Company to Transfer Pricing. This research aims to determine the influence of taxes, foreign ownership, and the size of the company against the decision of transfer pricing on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data used in this research is secondary data sample company for the last five years from 2011 to 2015. The research method used is a quantitative data method using multiple linear regression model to test the hypothesis that has been made. The results showed that the tax has a positive effect on transfer pricing, foreign ownership has positive effect on transfer pricing, and the size of the company negatively affect transfer pricing. The results also showed that there are significant effect between taxes, foreign ownership and the size of the company together to transfer pricing.Key word : transfer pricing, tax, foreign ownership, the size of the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to review the management of border area functions in accordance with the mandate of Law no. 43 of 2008 on National Territory. This study is based on the Master Plan for State Boundary Management, and the Priority Location Master Plan, which is a common reference for all stakeholders. In this research, as the methodology used is the review literature using qualitative normative method. This means to review the regulations related to the arrangement of spatial function of State Border Area in Maluku Province. Spatial Planning of Border Areas in Maluku Province aims: To create a state defense and security function that ensures the integrity of the territorial sovereignty and order which borders are the State of Timor Leste and the State of Australia; Effective protected areas to protect biodiversity, protected forests, and coastal borders including in small outer islands (PPKT) and; Make border areas that are self-reliant and competitive.Keywords: State Border Area, National Strategic Activities Center (PKSN), Priority Location (Lokpri), Spatial Plan (RTRW)

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk to determine the relationship of selection and work experience on employee performance of IT Application. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the selection and performance of employees, labor relations experience and the performance of employees in the IT Application in PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. This research is descriptive-correlational by as many as 29 employees, and the data were analyzed using the analysis of Rank Spearman. The result of this study indicate that (1) there is a significant relationship between the selection and performance of employees of the IT Application PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. It showed with the obtained t (4.516) is greater than t table (2.052). (2) there is a significant relationship between work experience and employee performance of IT Application PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. It showed with the obtained t (8.605) is greater than t table (2.052). Based on the results, it can be concluded that the selection process in the company has been run efficiently and should be maintained as letters of reference checks, medical tests for each prospective employee and was hired because of their ability offer meets the necessary criteria. In terms of work experience need to be maintained as the mastery of the work that have helped to more easily understand the tasks given by the leader, do not waste time working with other activities and professional attitude always put in the work. For the performance of employees in the company is sound and should be maintained as the concentration in the works to obtain satisfactory results, it can work well without supervision from superiors and can complete the work on time.Keywords: selection, work experience, employee performance

The times are increasingly growing. This Development be seen in an increase in the technology and business. As we know development in technology like computer, televesion, handphne and others. Development in business is many company establish like bank,insurance, hospital, hotel and other business. By looking at the needs of Man are not limited, make many the loacl investors and foreign investors to establish various kinds company can get a big profit. The Company establish to get big profit. If company have good management will be able to set each company. But sometimess the fact is not in accordance with than in hope. The risk of bankruptcy could happen to all of the company. Generally bankruptcy at risk factor for by the can’t to pay off the debts. The debt is all financial obligastions the company to others who hve not been met where debt is a source of fundes or capital that commes from creditors (Hazmi & Mashariono, 2017) . Abstract

From the results of research on the level of discipline and Deliverables To Benefit Performance testing proves there is influence between the level of discipline and Results Working with Performance Benefits. Tests proved the first hypothesis that the level of discipline has influence significantly the performance to variable allowance. because thitung <t table with probability 0.0100> 0.005, then H1ditolak and H0 is accepted. Values of this coefficient indicates that the discipline has a positive and significant impact on the performance benefits. Results of testing the hypothesis has been proved.there is influence between the working results with the performance benefits. Tests proved the hypothesis that the results of the work affect the performance benefits because thitung 5,480> t table 2.012 with probability (sig) 0.000> 0.005 then H1ditolak and H0 is accepted. Abstract

University is a business engaged in services. Factors that may affect student satisfaction in using the services of a university is the facility. Facilites are physical resources that must exist before a service can be offered to consumers. The next factor affecting student satisfaction is a lecture performance, can not be denied if the student is satisfied with the academic services provided by a lecturer then this can be viewed as a competitive advantage. Lecturer is an important component in service to the students because the university lecturers who provide direct services to students. This study aims to determine the extent to which the level of student satisfaction and performance of the facility Faculty of Economy & Faculty of Economy lecturer at the Indonesian Christian University and what attributes the cause of student satisfaction and performance facility Faculty of Economy lecturer at the Indonesian Christian University. Source data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires to 82 respondents, namely the Indonesian Christian University students, while secondary data obtained through library research by reading books marketing concepts and other data sources that are still associated with this research.Keywords: satisfaction, importance and performance
