Abstract

The research was conducted at PT Dynamic Success Globlindo to determine the relationship of compensation and motivation on employee productivity Admin section. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the compensation and productivity of employees, the relationship between motivation and productivity of employees working at the Admin section PT Dynamic Success Globlindo. This research is descriptive-correlation with population of more than 150 employees, and the data were analyzed using Spearman Rank analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a significant relationship between compensation and productivity of employees of PT Admin section Dynamic Success Globlindo. It is aimed to obtained t (3.836) is greater than t table (2.002). (2) there is a significant relationship between motivation and productivity of employees of PT Admin section Dynamic Success Globlindo. It is aimed to obtained t (5.753) is greater than t table (2.002). Based on the results, it can be concluded that the thing to be considered again by PT Dynamic Success Globlindo in a compensatory increase was an increase in incentives based on the craft and the presence of a predetermined, overtime / overtime earned in accordance with the number of hours of work that has been determined by the company and bonus received appropriate predetermined targets. Things need to be considered again by PT Dynamic Success Globlindo in increased motivation is to create a conducive working environment to maximize productivity, holding seminars and training which are in accordance with the field work and the additional benefits provided by the company in the form of life and health insurance. Things need to be considered again by PT Dynamic Success Globlindo in increasing the productivity of labor is the increase in the face of various types of characters customer and be able to explain about the condition as well as complaints from customers, an increase give sales targets as an indicator of productivity and increase the potential or skill possessed by reference how many prospects or presentations made. Abstract

Trading companies play a major role in world economic activity. Entry and exit of goods, raises revenues and expenditures of money occurred. If you do not want to lose market share in the competitive trade, is the basis for an accountant to be ready and have the initiative in practice what is learned during bench formal. Theory education complex and in practice in the world of work more flexible and easier to apply. But a lot of difference between theory and practice that companies use a method that is more simple, effective and efficient. Findings are compared later writers get into new things that can be learned. When seeing things that do not fit with the theory learned, became something new to the author learned as stock in later day. Abstract

Human Resources is seen as an important asset a company has, since man is a dynamic resource and always needed in every process of production of goods and services. Human Resources is a strategic element in determining whether or not an organization healthy. Planned human resource development and sustainable is an absolute necessity, especially for the future of the organization. Human resource management is a means to improve the human quality, by improving human resources, improve well performance and organizational results, so as to realize what the objectives of the organization, so it is also necessary that the role of the leadership of the organization. Be aware that Human Resources is the basic capital in the process of development agencies or institutions, then the HR management needs to establish an organizational culture in which it is believed could form loyalty to the employee. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between organizational culture and loyalty of employees at PT. SpanSet Indonesia. This study using SPSS version 22 to help the processing of data with a sample of 75 employees and the data were analyzed using Spearman Rank analysis.Keywords: organizational culture, employee loyalty

Abstract

In building the power of the nation, there are two main factors that must be considered, namely economic and defense factors. The ups and downs of the defense budget generally have an impact on the national economy, while the economy and defense are the main components in building the strength of a nation. The general objective from this research is to look at the picture of the effect of the threat level of Indonesia's strategic environment on defense budget policy and its effect on the national economy. From the study show that the effect of the defense budget on the economy is still very small. But indirectly, it can still keep the demand and production process, and eliminate potential threats to disturbances on aggregate demand and supply, although the potential threat from the strategic environment shows an upward trend. Increased defense budgets do not lead to a reduction in other welfare budgets such as the education budget. However, increased threats must be considered because the education process can be disrupted. Therefore, the determination of defense budget, education budget, and other welfare budget must be taken into account in a balanced manner so as to give effect of low cost opportunity. Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the relationship between organizational culture with employee motivation in PT. BRI Life Insurance Head Office, 2) relationship between leadership style with employee motivation at PT. BRI Life Insurance Head Office, 3) relationship between organizational culture and leadership style to employee work motivation in PT. BRI Life Insurance Head Office (PT.ABL). Based on the research results can be obtained conclusion as follows: 1) there is a significant relationship between organizational culture with employee motivation in PT. BRI Life Insurance Head Office. This is evidenced by the value of t count (6,931)> ttable (1,993), 2) there is a significant relationship between leadership style with employee motivation at PT. BRI Life Insurance Head Office. This is evidenced by the tcount (7,135)> ttable (1,993). Of the two most dominant independent variables affecting work motivation is the leadership style. This is indicated by the greater contribution of leadership style (41.1%) than the contribution of organizational culture (39.7%); 3) there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and leadership style with employee work motivation in PT. Abstract

FEB UKI experienced the problem of fluctuating the number of students who should be addressed by improving the quality of service through improving the quality of human resources in UKI, so that it would have an impact on the interest of prospective new students to choose FEB UKI and ultimately influence their level of satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to know what factors influence students choosing to study at the FEB UKI Accounting Undergraduate study program. The results showed that 1) Factors influencing old students choosing yo study in the S-1 Accounting Study Program FEB UKI were factors 1 such as person variables, physical evidence, prosesses, products and costs, while factor 2 such as reference group variables, self and family desires. 2) Factors influencing new students choosing to study at the S-1 Accounting Study Program FEB UKI are factors 1 such as cost variable, own desire, person, promotion, group references, and process, while factor 2 is product variable, physical evidence, and family. Abstract

The advantage of ride hailing business in society is huge nowadays. Go-jek plays role in service company, provides opportunity for job applicants from various background to achieve good occupation. To improve customer satisfaction, Go-jek made standard for service quality. As many competitors in ride hailing business, it is important to provide better service quality for customer. From this study result, it could be concluded that Go-jek has performed in content and satisfied service level using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Cartesius Analysis Quadrant model. IPA in all questions for level of customer satisfaction reached 80% which means “strongly agree”; besides for question: According to your experience with Go-jek, is Go-jek’s fare proper to your travelled distance? Reached 79.29; question: Is Go-jek driver is keen to offer mask to you? Reached 71.12; question: Does Go-jek driver offer rain coat to you when rain downs? Reached 78.83 in “agree” scale. In the formation and examination of this study, using IPA model and Cartesius Analysis Quadrant, resulted that customer satisfaction in Go-jek service performance has been located in first and second quadrant, therefore second quadrant should be maintained and first quadrant should be improved to maximize Go-jek’s customer satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between leadership style and organizational culture, the relationship between leadership and employee performance at PT. AKA Sinar group data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires. This study had a sample of 20 employees and the data were analyzed using Spearman rank correlation analysis using SPSS Version 20. Research can show that (1) seeing the relationship between leadership style and organizational culture with employee performance at PT. AKA Sinar group. With Rank Spearman analysis obtained correlation value of 0.556 with a significance of 0.011 < 0.05, positive value and thre is a moderate relatinship. (2) There is an relationship with employee performance at PT. AKA Sinar group obtained spearman rank correlation coefficient of (0.455) and the significance of 0.44 < 0.05, with these results can be taken a decision that is positive and there is a moderate relationship. Technological developments have been used to support the company's performance in various fields. Company data processing related to cash outlays and cash income on CV. Green Iroha Bekasi which is still manually applied using accounting software, namely Zahir Accounting Version 5.1. Processing using Zahir Accounitng version 5.1 aims to ensure that all financial data in the company are not overlooked starting from estimates, recording, accounting to reports so that the company can find out the company's financial position in a certain period of time. Computerized financial data storage becomes safe and organized systematically and minimizes errors so as to facilitate decision making.
