Abstract

Abstract: Factors that Influence Pelinggih Trade Revenue in Mengwi District. Hindus in Balihave a tradition and the thickness of typical rituals such as giving banten. Mengwi Subdistrictas an industrial center has pelinggih trading business as a source of income for the community.This study aims to determine the effect of capital, labor, raw materials and duration of businesssimultaneously and partially on the income of the trading business in Mengwi District. The dataused in this study are primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires to the traders in MengwiSubdistrict. The population used in this study was all traders in Mengwi Subdistrict. The number ofsamples used were many as 57 traders, using proportional random sampling sampling techniques.The variables studied in this study are capital, labor, raw materials, length of business and incomeof pelinggih traders. The analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Basedon the results of the study it was stated that capital, labor, raw materials and duration of businesssimultaneously had a significant effect on the income of pelinggih trading businesses in MengwiDistrict. Partially, capital, labor, raw materials and duration of business have a positive andsignificant effect on the income of the pelinggih trading business in Mengwi District.Keywords: Income; capital; labor; raw materials; length of business.

Abstract

Abstract: Analysis of Wages of Ngaglik Salatiga Cassava Processed Industry Workers With theStolper-Samuelson Approach. This study aims to see the magnitude of the effect of increasingproduct prices on labor wages used to produce those outputs. The study was conducted on cassavaprocessing industry in Ngaglik Salatiga. The data used for the analysis are cross-section data of 53respondents (saturation sampling). Data were analyzed using multiple regression tools. The mainresult of the study shows that output prices have a positive effect on labor wages. Every one percentincrease in output prices will increase labor wages by 7.95 percent.Keywords: output price; wage; Stolper-Samuelson Theorm.

Abstract

Abstract: The Effect of Tourism Attractions, Hotel Restaurants, Travel Agencies on LaborAbsorption and Per capita Income The purpose of this study is analyze:1) direct effect oftouristattraction,hotel restaurant,travel agency on employment. 2)direct effect oftourist attraction,hotelrestaurant,travel agency and employment on percapita income. 3)indirect effects of touristattraction,hotel restaurant,travel agencyon percapita income through employment. The analysistechnique uses path analysis. Results of the simultaneous direct effecttourist attraction,hotelrestaurant,travel agency on employmentis positive significant effect, and will have positiveimplications for tourism sector employment. The results of the simultaneous direct effect betweentourist attraction,hotel restaurant,travel agency, and employment on income percapita had positivesignificant . The results of this analysis have implications for increasing percapita income in thedistricts / cities of the Province of Bali. The results of indirect effect of tourist attraction,hotelrestaurant,travel agencyon the percapita income through employment with a causal step, Hotelrestaurant and travel agency had a positive significant effect on percapita income.Effect of touristattraction on percapita income through employmenthad positive influence not significant. Abstract

Abstract: Bankruptcy Prediction Analysis Based on the Altman Z-Score Method (Case Study ofState-Owned Banks Registered on the IDX). Bankruptcy phenomena can occur in every company.Based on data from the Deposit Insurance Agency (LPS), there were 90 banks liquidated since 2005 until mid-2018. Based on the phenomenon of bankruptcy that occurred, it was important for banks to be no exception for state-owned banks to recognize the symptoms of financial distress thatled to bankruptcy. The purpose of this study was to determine the prediction of bankruptcy basedon the Altman Z-Score method on state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis techniques. The sample inthis study used four state-owned banks, namely Bank Negara Indonesia, Bank Rakyat Indonesia,Bank Tabungan Nasional, and Bank Mandiri with the technique of determining saturated samplingsamples and the data used were financial statements for the 2014-2017 period obtained throughofficial IDX sites (www.idx.co.id). The results of the study show that all state-owned banks are inthe gray area for the period of 2014-2017 because the value of the Z-score obtained is between 1.1and 2.6.

Abstract

Abstract: Integrated One-Stop School Evaluation Using Analysis SWOT-Analytic NetworkProcess (Case Study in Purwakarta Regency). One way to reduce dropout rates is through aSekolah Satu Atap Terpadu. One of the regencies in West Java that has organized a SekolahSatu Atap Terpadu as well as the object of this research is Purwakarta regency. By using SWOTAnalyticNetwork Process(ANP)analysis, thisstudyseekstoevaluatewhile providingalternativepolicies for the development of Sekolah Satu Atap Terpadu in Purwakarta regency. The data inthis study were obtained by filling out questionnaires by respondents online through Google Form,where respondents were actors who were directly involved in the implementation of a SekolahSatu Atap Terpadu. From the analysis results obtained Strengths and Threats occupy the highestvalue. Strengths include students could continue their education up to junior high school level andlocal government supports both in terms of budget and curriculum. While Threats, among others,school management has become more complex and the delegation of authority from the central andregional governments is not clear. Therefore, the ST strategy can be used as an alternative policyin increasing Strengths and minimizing Threats.Keywords: Sekolah Satu Atap Terpadu; SWOT Analysis; Analytic Network Process (ANP).

Abstract

Abstract: Determinant Analysis of Beef Import in Indonesia On Year 1990-2015. The purpose ofthis study is to determine the effect of the amount of production, consumption, prices of importedand local beef and the US dollar exchange rate simultaneously on beef imports in Indonesia. Todetermine the effect of the amount of production, consumption, prices of imported and local beef and partially the US dollar exchange rate on beef imports in Indonesia. To find out the dominant variable between the amount of production, consumption, the price of imported and local beef andthe exchange rate of the United States dollar towards Indonesian beef imports. The data used inthis study are secondary using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showsimultaneously a significant effect on beef imports in Indonesia. Partially the amount of productionand the US dollar exchange rate does not have a significant effect on beef imports in Indonesia.While the variable local prices and consumption partially have a positive and significant effect onbeef imports in Indonesia and the import price variable partially has a negative and significanteffect on beef imports in Indonesia. The dominant factor affecting beef imports in Indonesia isconsumption variable.Keywords: tourism industry; investment; employment opportunities; tourism sector GRDP.

Abstract

Abstract: The Role of Product Involvement in Moderating the Relationship Between OnlineService Quality and Online Satisfaction. The moderating effect of product involvement on therelationship between e-service quality and e-satisfaction. This study is aimed to examine the effectof five dimensions of e-service quality: (1) website design, (2) reliability, (3) customer service,(4) security/privacy, and (5) after sales service, on e-satisfaction and e-loyalty. The study alsoanalyzed the moderating effects of product involvement on the relationship between e-servicequality and e-satisfaction. A quantitative study approach using survey method is adopted to reach228 respondents. The data is analyzed by simple, multiple , and hierarchical regression methods toexplore direct and moderating effect among intended variables. The study findings confirmed thatreliability, customer service, and after sales service have influenced e-satisfaction.Keywords: e-service quality; e-satisfaction; product involvement.

Abstract

Abstract: The Effect of Economic Growth and Government Expenditures on Absorption ofLabor and Public Welfare in the Province of Bali. This study aims to determine the conditionof employment in the Province of Bali, analyzing the effect of economic growth and governmentexpenditure on employment and community welfare. This data is obtained from the Central StatisticsAgency of Bali province. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results showed that economic growth had a positive and insignificant influence on the absorption of employment in the province of Bali and government expenditure had a positive and significant effect on employmentin the Province of Bali. Government expenditure and employment have a positive and significantinfluence on the welfare of the people in Bali Province while economic growth has a non-significanteffect on people’s welfare. Labor absorption mediate economic growth towards the welfare of thepeople in Bali Province while the absorption of labor does not mediate government spending onthe welfare of the people in Bali Province in 2013-2017.

Abstract

Marketing Strategy in Influencing Purchasing Decisions through Intention as Mediation. Changes in an increasingly dynamic era make companies have to be able to quickly follow developments that have an impact on how to do the right marketing strategy in increasing sales. Using variable marketing mix and service quality that can affect consumer intentions in buying a car. This study aims to see the effect of intention in mediating consumer purchasing decisions. The sample used is consumers who have bought cars from 2015 to 2018 in Lampung. Using the help of SmartPls software analysis software in data processing. The results of the study explained that the marketing mix had no significant effect on purchase intention while the service quality had no significant effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

Abstract: The Effect of Location and Facilities on Limasan Cafe Karawang CustomerSatisfaction. The problems of this study are (1) how big is the relationship between location andfacilities, (2) how big is the partial influence of location and facilities on customer satisfaction, (3)how big is the simultaneous influence of location and facilities on customer satisfaction.This research uses a descriptive, verification approach. Samples obtained were 343 respondentswho were consumers of Limasan Karawang cafes using incidental sampling techniques, dataanalysis used in this study was the validity test, reliability test, normality test, path analysis, andhypothesis testing.Based on the results of the study showed the criteria agreed on the location obtained an averageof 1319 and on the facilities obtained an average of 1272. While the Criteria agreed on customersatisfaction obtained an average of 1363. The results showed the location and facilities have astrong relationship, amounting to 0.773 . Location has a direct influence of 39.5% on customersatisfaction. As for the facility has a direct influence of 4% on customer satisfaction and bothindirect effects on customer satisfaction of 9.7%. So it can be explained that location variables aremore dominant in influencing customer satisfaction and Limasan Karawang cafes are advised topay more attention to facility variables for customer satisfaction convenience.
