Abstract

Kuntowijoyo as a historian, Muslim scholar, and author, is undeniable about his abilities. The most phenomenal from Kuntowijoyo's literary work, as a cultural work is his idea on prophetic literature. Prophetic literature is Kuntowijoyo's original work based on three edicts, they are: structural transendental epistemology, humanization and interrelation among awareness ended in liberation. His formulation on the three edicts of prophetic literature that made Kuntowijoyo to be an author, not only an author who created literary and cultural works as culture, but also as worship. All cultural activities are worships, because they are forms of subjecting to the Creator and faith to Allah. In Kuntowijoyo's view, in order to be in advance, Muslim community must leave the myth and ideology world toward the knowledge world, therefore, Islamic knowledge is necessary, not Islamization of knowledge.

Abstract

Findings of the study showed that Imam Sam’ani had ushul opinions on the deeds of Prophet Muhammad, and the deeds can be divided into five types: First: Jibilliyah (deed that is suitable with the nature of human being) is mubah. Second: Al ‘Adiyyah (deed that is conforming with local habit and culture) is mubah at its origin, except the Prophet made it as routine one. Third: special law of deed for the Prophet Muhammad is not necessary to follow by his followers, but law of the deed was fardhu, haram and halal for Prophet Muhammad himself. Fourth: thedeed of Prophet Muhammad with sanction in nature was compulsory for his, and the laws following it will be depended on the cause. If the sanction was toward two persons, then Qadha’ law was in effect. Fifth: Deeds of Prophet Muhammad related to religious problems and worship were divided into three types: 1) affirmative deed, the law was according to what is affirmed. 2) Deed that was a realization or implementation, the law of the deed was according to what is ordered. 3) A deed that Prophet Muhammad just did it without any cause. The deed with no law consisted of two types: 1) the deed that was intended to worship, 2) the deed that was intended not to worship. The deed for worship had sunnah law according to the researcher and Imam Sam’ani did not made tarjih. The deed that was not intended to worship was mubah. According to law of At-Ta Assy (following) the deed of Prophet Muhammad, then there were 2 types: 1) It is obligated to follow the deed of Prophet Muhammad; 2) the law is according to types of laws contained in the deeds by considering Ta Assy prerequisites. If there was a conflict between what was said by the Prophet and his behavior, then Imam Sam’ani suggested to take opinion of equating of the two. However, researcher suggested to hold to what was said by the Prophet, and his behavior was just for him.Hasil dari penelitiannya ini, bahwasanya Imam Sam’any memiliki pendapat-pendapat ushul dalam hukum-hukum perbuatan Rasulullah, dan peneliti membagi perbuatan Rasulullah menjadi lima macam: yaitu; Pertama: Hukum perbuatan Rasulullah yang Jibilliyah (perbuatan yang sesuai fitrah manusia) adalah Mubah, adapun jika seseorang melakukannya karena cinta dengan Nabi, maka peneliti memandang untuk tidak disyariatkan mengikutinya, Kedua; Hukum perbuatan Rasulullah Al ‘Adiyyah (perbuatan yang sesuai kebiasaan dan adat setempat) adalah Mubah pada asalnya, kecuali kalau perbuatan tersebut terdapat dalil yang menunjukkan disyariatkannya dan Nabi merutinkannya Ketiga; Hukum perbuatan yang khusus bagi Rasulullah adalah tidak disyariatkan bagi ummatnya, adapun bagi Nabi sendiri hukumnya ada yang fardhu, haram dan halal, Keempat; Hukum perbuatan Rasulullah yang bersifat sanksi adalah Wajib atas Beliau, dan hukum mengikutinya tergantung dengan sebabnya, adapun jika sanksi terhadap dua orang maka berjalan seperti hukum Qadha’, Kelima; Hukum perbuatan Rasulullah yang berkaitan dengan masalah agama dan ibadah, ini dibagi menjadi 3 macam, 1. Perbuatan yang sifatnya sebagai penjelas, hukumnya sesuai dengan yang dijelaskan, 2. Perbuatan yang sifatnya realisasi atau pelaksanaan, hukumnya sesuai dengan kandungan perintah, 3. Perbuatan yang Nabi melakukannya begitu saja tanpa ada sebab, perbuatan-perbuatan yang tidak diketahui hukumnya maka ada 2 jenis, 1. Jenis yang dimaksudkan untuk ibadah, 2. Jenis yang tidak,  jenis yang dimaksudkan untuk ibadah maka hukumnya sunnah menurut peneliti dan Imam Sam’ani tidak mentarjihnya, adapun yang tidak dimaksudkan untuk ibadah maka hukumnya mubah, adapun hukum At-Ta Assy (mengikuti) perbuatan Rasulullah, maka ada 2 jenis; 1. Wajib mengikuti perbuatan Nabi, 2. Hukumnya sesuai jenis hukum yang terkandung dalam perbuatan-perbuatan tersebut dengan memperhatikan syarat-syarat Ta Assy, adapun jika ada pertentangan antara perkataan Nabi dengan perbuatannya maka Imam Sam’any mengambil pendapat penyamaan antara keduanya, adapun peniliti mengambil pendapat berpegang kepada perkataannya, adapun perbuatan Nabi menjadi kekhususan Beliau. الملخص: نتيجة هذا البحث أن الإمام السمعاني له آراء أصولية في أحكام أفعال الرسول، وقسم الباحث الأفعال إلى الخمسة وهي؛ الأول: حكم الأفعال الجبلية الإباحة، والثاني: حكم الأفعال العادية الإباحة في الأصل، إلا إذا ورد دليل أو قرينة تدل على القرب، والثالث: حكم الأفعال الخاصة به، فهي خاصة به، إما أن يكون فرضا أو حراما حلالا له، والرابع: حكم الأفعال الواقعة عقوبة له على غيره فهو واجب له وحكم التأسي به منوط بالسبب وأما إذا فعله بين شخصين متداعيين فيجري مجرى القضاء، الخامس: حكم الأفعال المتعلقة بالديانات والقرب، فهي ثلاثة، 1. ما تكون بيانا، فهذا حكمها حسب المبين، 2.ما تكون تنفيذا فهذا حكمها كالأمر، 3. ما يكون ابتداء من غير سبب، والأفعال التي لا يعلم حكمها، ,وهو نوعان؛ الأفعال التي ظهر فيها قصد القربة فحكمها الندبوالإمام السمعاني لم يصرح في الترجيح، والتي لم يظهر فحكمها الإباحة عند الباحث، وأما حكم التأسي بأفعاله ` فواجب باعتبار الأول، والثاني فهي تابعة لحكم أفعاله مع مراعات الشروط، وإذا تعارض الفعل مع القول أخذ الإمام السمعاني بالتسوية وأما الباحث أخذ القول بالتمسك بقوله وحمل الفعل إلى الخصوصية.الكلمات الرئيسة: أفعال الرسول, التأسي, الحكم الشرعي, الإجتهاد

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between mother's role, father's role and self-confidence with social adjustment in adolescents. The research subjects of class IX Muhammadiyah Middle School 1 Surakarta numbered 110 people. Data collection uses social adjustment scale, father's role scale, mother's role scale, self-confidence scale. Data analysis calculations used three predictor regression analysis techniques and cross tabulation analysis. From the results of data analysis, there is a significant relationship between father's role, mother's role and self-confidence with social adjustment, which correlates the role of father to social adjustment = 23.8%; mother's role in social adjustment = 16.1%; confidence in social adjustment = 18.1%. The total effective contribution of father's role, mother's role and confidence in social adjustment is 58%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara peran ibu, peran ayah dan kepercayaan diri dengan penyesuaian sosial pada remaja. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas IX SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta berjumlah 110 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala penyesuaian sosial, skala peran ayah, skala peran ibu, skala kepercayaan diri. Perhitungan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi tiga prediktor dan analisis tabulasi silang. Dari hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara peran ayah, peran ibu dan kepercayaan diri dengan penyesuaian sosial yang nilai korelasi  peran ayah terhadap penyesuaian sosial = 23,8%; peran ibu terhadap penyesuaian sosial = 16,1%; kepercayaan diri terhadap penyesuaian sosial = 18,1%. Total sumbangan efektif peran ayah, peran ibu dan kepercayaan diri terhadap penyesuaian sosial sebesar 58%.

Abstract

Islamic law had been successfully applied in Indonesia as if about to be removed from the records. Just like the government policy in the Dutch colonialists who want to portray Snouck poor Islamic law at the time. Islamic law is law considered cruel and unjust towards women. Such an understanding is also happening in the Surakarta. Society considers the current Kasunanan still prevail is customary law. That's the background for the author to reveal in detail the history of Islamic law in Surakarta during PB IV.This esearch aims to determine the details of the implementation of Islamic law, determine the scope of application of Islamic law and to determine the factors that hinder the implementation of Islamic law in Surakarta during Pakubowono IV.The method used in this research is the analysis of qualitative Historical Method. The implementation of Islamic law in Surakarta during Pakubowono IV has been running well although there is a shortage due to several factors. The biggest factor that makes it less optimal implementation of Islamic law at the time it was because of the pressure and the Dutch intervention. The scope of application of Islamic law in Surakarta during Pakubowono IV covers almost all areas of Islamic law. Among these Islamic laws have been implemented to manage the political, criminal and civil.Factors that hinder the implementation of Islamic law in Surakarta during Pakubowono IV, among others: the Dutch intervention, lack of support and lack of indigenous political and military forces to support the establishment of Islamic law.

Abstract

Principal as the leader of school must has good management. The success of school depends on the principal as a leader, if the principal has ideas, creativity, good management, and has a good strategy to improve the quality of school, of course the school will get the quality and demand by all society. The problem that formulated in this study is how the principal strategy of Muhammadiyah 1 Junior High School of Surakarta and Junior High School 1 of Surakarta in improving the quality of school and what the driving factors and inhibitors in improving the quality of school. This is a field research. The data is based on field. The objecst are the principal of Muhammadiyah 1 Junior High School of Surakarta and Junior High School 1 of Surakarta, the activities and those schools. The purpose of this study is to identify how the principal's strategy in improving the quality of school in Muhammadiyah 1 Junior High School of Surakarta and Junior High School 1 of Surakarta. The technique of collecting data is using three methods. The first is by using observation method that aims to get data about the condition of the school. The second is by using interviewing method that aims to get data about the principal's strategy on improving quality of school and the driving and inhibiting factors in implementing school’s improvement strategies. The third is documentation that aims to get secondary data of Muhammadiyah 1 Junior High School of Surakarta and Junior High School 1 of Surakarta. The data is analyzed using descriptive qualitative. The results of this study is in improving the quality of school, Principal of Muhammadiyah 1 Junior High School of Surakarta and Junior High School 1 Surakarta have their respective strategies, be able to carry out leadership tasks and teacher tasks in accordance with government regulations. From the management and the strategies used by each headmaster, it can be a good quality school in terms of academic as well as in terms of religious moral. It is characterized by the number of achievements, good accreditation, and public confidence.  Kepala sekolah selaku pimpinan dalam sekolah yang mana harus memiliki manajemen yang baik. Keberhasilan sekolah tergantung pada kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin, jika kepala sekolah mempunyai ide, kreativitas, manajemen yang baik dan mempunyai strategi yang baik dalam meningkatkan kualitas sekolah, tentunya sekolah akan mendapatkan kualitas dan diminati oleh semua kalangan masyrakat. Permasalahan yang dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana strategi kepala sekolah SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta dan SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta dalam meningkatkan kualitas sekolah serta apa saja faktor pendorong dan penghambat dalam peningkatkan kualitas sekolah. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan (field research ) dan data yang diperoleh dalam penilitian ini adalah data yang bersumber dari lapangan, dandalam  penelitian ini yang menjadi objek ialah kepala sekolah SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta dan SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta, kegiatan dan  sekolah tersebut. Tujuan  dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas sekolah di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta dan SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta. Metode  pengumpulan  data yang digunakan adalah:  pertama dengan menggunakan metode Observasi yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh data tentangkeadaan sekolah.Kedua metode wawancara, bertujuan untuk memperoleh data tentang strategi yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas sekolah serta faktor pendorong dan penghambat dalam pelaksaan strategi peningkatan kualitas sekolah. Ketigadokumentasi, bertujuan untuk memperoleh data  sekunder SMP Muhammadiyah 1 dan SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta,  dan yang terakhir analis data, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa  dalam meningkatkan kualitas sekolah, Kepala Sekolah SMP Muhammadiyah 1 dan SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta mempunyai strategi masing-masing, mampu melaksanakan tugas kepemimpinan dan tugas guru yang sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah. Dari manajemen dan strategi- strategi yang digunakan masing masing kepala sekolah tersebut maka dapat menjadikan sekolah yang berkualitas baik dari segi akademis maupun dari segi moral keagamaan, hal tersebut ditandai dengan banyaknya prestasi yang dimiliki, akreditasi yang baik dan kepercayaan masyarakat.

Abstract

As one of the international covenant that had been ratified by Indonesia through UU No. 7 Tahun 1984, CEDAW had been made several consequences like abortion legalization and easy access of contraception. One thing must be noticed that CEDAW didn’t mention marriage as a must, as we can review from ICPD’s definition about reproductive health in women. ICPD was a dynamic response from CEDAW. As a convention emerged from West’s worldview, Indonesia as an adoption country, must doing strict selection because CEDAW can be mean of infiltration West’s worldview. The formulation of this research are how the concept on reproductive health women in CEDAW and how Islam’s critics toward the concept of reproductive health women in CEDAW. The aim of this research is to know the concept of reproductive health in women and how Islam critics about that concept. The method of this research was library research, with specifically analysis documents. The researcher using content analysis to analysis the content of the documents. Overall, researcher use deductive method for analysis. The findings from concluding comments’ documents, CEDAW’s committee feedback about application CEDAW in Indonesia, is feminism value. The point is women have fully freedom to decide all the problems in her reproductive health without intervention by her husband, her family, country or religion. Islam has point of critics start from difference on worldview. Islam as worldview has its paradigm towards several concepts, like concept of God, concept of divine, concept of prophet, etc.
