Abstract

The purposes of this study are: (1) Describing the supervision planning of learningbased on Curriculum 2013 in SMK Pancasila 3 Baturetno Wonogiri Regency. (2)Describing the supervision implementation of learning based on Curriculum 2013in SMK Pancasila 3 Baturetno Wonogiri Regency. (3) Describing the evaluation andfollow-up of supervision of learning based on Curriculum 2013 in SMK Pancasila3 Baturetno Wonogiri Regency. The Type of the research is qualitative research withphenomenological design which conducted in SMK Pancasila 3 Baturetno. Thetechniques data collection with in-depth interviews, observation and documentation.Data analysis using descriptive - qualitative analysis model.The results of the study are : (1) Supervision activity of learning at SMK Pancasila3 Baturetno conducted by good planning. The principal and the vice principal ofcurriculum make a concept of supervision schedule according to applicable scheduleand List Sort Rank (DUK). Then, this concept is coordinated to all teachers as a meansof information about the supervision activity of learning and its schedule. Threeaspects which supervised by principal are instructional administration, learningimplementation and assessment administration. (2) Supervision of learning is doneby observation technique. The principal supervises the class based on the schedule.The assessment is set out in a supervisory instrument and principal’s notebook in theform of scores and descriptions. (3) The evaluation of supervision is conducted afterthe supervised teacher has no teaching duty. The evaluation discusses the resultsof supervision, especially the strength and weaknesses of the supervised teachingin carrying out teaching and learning duties. In general, the results of supervisionsummarized from supervision evaluation activities showing that teachers of SMKPancasila 3 Baturetno are completed in administration, competent in deliveringlessons and completed in assessment administration. However, there are someteachers still having different perceptions in understanding the implementation ofthe Curriculum 2013. Therefore, the principal facilitates to hold MGMP and IHT asa follow-up of supervision.

Abstract

This study aims to describe: 1) the preparation of extracurricular activitiesprogram Hizbul Wathan to develop character values in SMK Muhammadiyah 4Surakarta. Types of qualitative research with ethnographic design Data collectiontechniques: interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity with technicaltriangulation and source triangulation. Data analysis using three stages, namely datareduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing with verification. The resultsshowed: 1) Preparation of the Hizbul Wathan extracurricular activity program atSMK Muhammadiyah 4 Surakarta, consisting of (a) extracurricular activities ofHizbul Wathan, (b) elaboration of the vision, mission and objectives of the school,(c) Preparation of extracurricular activities program Hizbul Wathan must be inaccordance with the vision, mission, and objectives of the school’s Decree, (d) (SK)division of tasks as coach, (e) funds sourced from School Operational Assistance(BOS).

Abstract

Instructional strategies hold an important role in teaching and learning, therefore knowing teachers’ instructional startegies is important to make recommendation of how teachers should be trained. This study aimed to know the geography teachers’ instructional strategies for effective learning and the problem to achieve it based on gender. The subject of this study was all geography teachers in Surakarta. The collecting data method was using a questionnaire. The result showed that the geography teacher suggested that effective learning in geography could be work when the students were given the information about the objective of the instruction and made them involved in the instructional planning and materials modification, it was also recommended that students had the choices about the task or assignment and that they had open access to update information in various subject. The main problem to applied independent learning was classroom size, time allocated, access to information, and not suitable for dull students.

Abstract

This research surrounded by still have not optimal of domination of matter Demokrasi among student and implementation  of study approach bases on problem at class student  VIII E State Junior  High School  Three Teras Region  Boyolali  even semester  of school year 2014/2015. This research aim to description about optimalisation of domination of  matter  line  and  angle  through  study  approach  bases  on  study  internal  issue  of mathematics at class student VIII E State Junior High School Three Teras Region Boyolali. Subject   and   research   data   source   is  24  students.   Data   collecting   method   applies observation,  questionare,  documentation,  and test. Data analysis applies critical analysis and comparability. Indicator success of using minimal limit criteria 75 and complete target of class 100%. Research  procedure  applies cycle. Result of research and solution  it is by know that data obtained from finite initial condition of cycle II, obtained progress of achievement  of  student  learning  in  study  of  mathematics  with  matter  line  and  angle through approach of problem based learning, at initial condition average of 72,1 and cycle I average of 76,4 and cycle II average of 84,4. From this data, seems to explain that happened increase of average of value from initial condition to cycle I 4,3 numbers (6%), from cycle I to cycle II happened increase equal to 8 number (10,5%), from precycle to cycle II happened increase 12,3 numbers (17,1%). Highest value of initial condition phase 82 and cycle I 86 and cycle II 92. Seems  to explain  that from initial  condition  phase to cycle I happened increase equal to 4 number (4,9%), from cycle I to cycle II happened  increase equal to 6 number  (7%),  and  from  initial  condition  to  cycle  II  happened  increase  10  numbers (12,2%). Low value of initial condition phase is obtained by 66 and cycle I 70 and cycle II76. thereby, can be affirmed that from initial condition phase to cycle I happened increaseequal  to 4 number  (6%),  from cycle I to cycle II happened  increase  equal  to 6 number (8,6%),  and  from  initial  condition  to cycle  II happened  increase  10 numbers  (15,2%). Complete  percentage  learnt starts from initial condition  is obtained  equal to 27,3% and cycle I is obtained equal to 54,5% and cycle II equal to 100%. Seems to explain that from initial condition phase to cycle I happened increase equal to 27,2%, from cycle I to cycle II happened increase equal to 45,5%, and from initial condition to cycle II happened increase equal to 72,7%. Thereby,  achievement  of student  learning  in study of mathematics  with matter  line  and  angle  through  approach  of  problem  based  learning  from  finite  initial condition of cycle II happened increase significant.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah1) Mendiskripsikan perencanaanpembelajaran IPAberbasis lingkungan di SMPN 1 Gabus-Grobogan 2) Mendiskripsikan pelaksanaanpembelajaran IPA berbasis lingkungan di SMPN 1 Gabus-Grobogan 3) Mendiskripsikan evaluasi kurikulum IPA berbasis lingkungan di SMPN 1 Gabus-Grobogan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Desain penelitiannya adalah etnografi.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui (1) wawancara mendalam (2) dokumentasi(3) observasi. Jenis penelitian ini memusatkan pada deskripdi data yang berupa kalimat-kalimat yang memiliki arti mendalam yang berasal dari informan perilaku yang diamati.Sedang teknik analisis data menggunakan (1) model analisis jalinan atau mengalir dan (2) model analisis interaktif. Keabsahan data menggunakan (1) Triangulasi sumber (2) Triangulasi teknik (3) triangulasi waktu.Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) perencanaan pembelajaran IPA Berbasis Lingkungan diawali dengan pembuatan kurikulum 2013 kemudian mengidentifikasi mata pelajaran dan jumlah jam pelajaran. Dengan mengadakan identifikasi mata pelajaran IPA maka RPP IPA dapat disusun dengan mengacu pada Kompetensi Inti dan Kompetensi Dasaryang ada didalam kurikulum.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa tidak semua kompetensidapat direncanakan dengan menggunakan lingkungan . Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and test teacher support skills in learning,completeness of learning facilities and learning discipline towards student learningmotivation. The population in this study were eighth grade students totaling 242students. The sample in this study were 151 students. Sampling using proportionalrandom sampling technique. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Dataanalysis techniques with linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicatethat there is support for teachers ‘skills in teaching students’ learning motivation inMTs. Negeri Bekonang as evidenced by the value of the β coefficient of 0.328 witha significant value of 0.000 0.05. The existence of learning facilities support forstudents’ learning motivation in MTs. Negeri Bekonang as evidenced by the value ofthe β coefficient of 0.269 with a significant value of 0.001 0.05. The existence ofdisciplinary support for students’ learning motivation in MTs. Negeri Bekonang asevidenced by the value of the β coefficient of 0.265 with a significant value of 0.0000.05.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of infrastructure on the performance teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Matan Hilir Utara Ketapang district. The approach in this research uses quantitative. This type of research is a correlation. data collection using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all teachers, administrative staff and students, and principals in SMA Negeri 1 MHU Ketapang district. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people. The research findings show that the comparison of the value of t_count t_table (3.323 2.048), which shows the positive influence of school infrastructure on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Matan Hilir Utara Ketapang district.

Abstract

The research aimed to analyze the planning industrial apprenticeship of productive teachers in computer and network engineering at Vocational High School in Cilacap Regency, elaborate the problem in processing of apprenticeship computer and network engineering teacher at Vocational High School in Cilacap Regency, and to evaluate of industrial apprenticeship computer and network engineering teacher at Vocational High School in Cilacap Regency. This research was done in two Vocational High School which had done industrial apprenticeship for teacher expertise competence in computer and network, they were SMK N 1 Binangun and SMK N 1 Cilacap. The method used in research were descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research data obtained by obtaining some facts from direct interviewee. The research subjects were taken using random techniques based on area (Cluster Random Sampling), data collection validation technique using triangulation research evidence. Data analysis using interactive method by Miles Huberman that begun with data collection, reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results showed that the planning of internship work for productive TKJ teachers needed to be made technical instructions for internship activities, the implementation of the internship showed that the competence, implementation of K3, practical equipment in schools were not in accordance with industry standards, evaluation of apprenticeship activities included adding apprenticeship quota, upgrading teacher competence, synchronization equipment, industry standard curriculum. It is hoped that the next teacher internship research will be able to determine the time, competence, and standard internship equipment with the industry.

Abstract

The research is aimed to: 1) describe the managerial supervision to improve the principals’ ability in constructing the RKJM; and 2) to improve the principals’ ability in constructing the RKJM for the principals at Gugus VII Durma UPTD Dikpora Kecamatan Jebres of Surakarta through the managerial supervision using group method. The research is an Action Research. The research was done at Gugus VII Durma UPTD Dikpora Kecamatan Jebres of Surakarta. The subject of the research were 5 principals. The data collecting method were done using document and observation techniques. The data analysis was done using path model of Kemmis and Taggart.The research concludes that: 1) the managerial supervision to improve the principals’ ability in constructing the RKJM was done as follows: (a) the planning was done in refer to the problems identification; (b) the supervisor and the principals agree the supervision schedule; (c) the supervisor provided the supervision materials in the form of office conference; (d) the supervisor asked the principals to correct the RKJM they made at the end of the sessions; and (e) the supervisor provided training in the indicators that are not mastered by the principals; and 2) the managerial supervision group method is effective in improving the principals’ ability in constructing the RKJM. It is demonstrated with the principals ability impovement in each cycles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dukungan (1) kepemimpinan guru, kondisilingkungan dan minat belajar terhadap kemandirian siswa dalam pembelajaranAkuntansi kelas XII jurusan IPS SMA Batik 2 Surakarta (2) kepemimpinan guruterhadap kemandirian siswa dalam pembelajaran Akuntansi kelas XII jurusanIPS SMA Batik 2 Surakarta (3) kondisi lingkungan terhadap kemandirian siswadalam pembelajaran Akuntansi kelas XII jurusan IPS SMA Batik 2 Surakarta (4)minat belajar terhadap kemandirian siswa dalam pembelajaran Akuntansi kelasXII jurusan IPS SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitiankuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 siswa. Teknik pengumpulandata menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakananalisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) secara simultan kepemimpinan guru, lingkungan, dan minat belajar, secara bersama-sama memilikikontribusi terhadap kemandirian siswa dengan signifikansi uji F kurang dari 0,05yaitu 0,000. (2) ada kontribusi yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan guru dengankemandirian siswa dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan t nya 3,707. (3)ada kontribusi yang signifikan antara lingkungan dengan kemandirian siswa dengannilai signifikansi 0,026 dan thitung hitung nya 2,280. (4) ada kontribusi yang signifikan antara minat belajar dengan kemandirian siswa dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 dan t sebesar 3,317 hitung
