Abstract

This research aims to analyze and examine the influence of management system and principal’s managerial competence to students’ achievements at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Bulukumpa District of Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi. This research is a quantitative study with the ex post facto method. Respondents in this study as many as 75 teachers were taken in total at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Bulukumpa District. The data collection techniques used are questionnaire and documentation, then the analysis used to examine the hypothesis is inferential statistics through regression analysis. The results of this study show that partially, the management system and principal’s managerial competence positive influence to students’ achievement. Simultaneously, management system and principal’s managerial competencies also have significant effect on students’ achievement. This indicates that the low level of students’ achievement, there is influence of management system and managerial competence applied by the headmaster at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Bulukumpa District of Bulukumba Regency.Keywords: Management system, principal’s managerial competence, students’ achievement

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to find out the available contribution and to measure the teachers’ learning capacity and need of achievement to students’ responsibility, students’ responsibility to the self-directed learning and the teachers’ learning capacity, need of achievement and students’ responsibility to the self-directed learning in Civic Education on the Roudlotus Saiddiyah Gunung Pati Semarang Integrated Islamic Junior High School. This is a quantitative research. The location of this research on the Roudlotus Saiddiyah Gunung Pati Semarang Integrated Islamic Junior High School. This research is begun in the end of the second semester academic year of 2012/2013. The samples are 114 for the population as many as 172 with 5% error. Technique of sampling is used proportional sampling. Technique of collecting data is used questioner. The results of this research are 1) there is a weak and significant contribution from the teachers’ learning capacity and need of achievement to the students’ responsibility in learning Civic Education on the Roudlotus Saiddiyah Gunung Pati Semarang Integrated Islamic Junior High School, 2) there is a weak and significant contribution from the students’ responsibility to the students’ self-directed learning in learning Civic Education on the Roudlotus Saiddiyah Gunung Pati Semarang Integrated Islamic Junior High School, 3) there is a weak and significant contribution from the teachers’ learning capacity, the need of achievement and the students’ responsibility to the students’ self-directed learning in learning Civic Education on the Roudlotus Saiddiyah Gunung Pati Semarang Integrated Islamic Junior High School.

Abstract

Many factors cause difficulty class VII SMP 12 Surakarta 2014/2015 study mathematics. In addition to the abstract mathematical characteristics, other factors causing difficulty in learning mathematics that students could come from within the students themselves (internal) or from outside the student (external). This resulted in low interest and mathematics learning outcomes. One reason is the lack of teachers in the optimal use of props, the media and the right approach that can make students interested, aroused, quickly catching and easy to understand the material given. To overcome this problem is presented based trash props (APBS) GeoGebra software combined with a scientific approach to the study of mathematics. This budgets material is all around us, it is easy to get, easy to be pursued, easy to make, inexpensive and very familiar with the students. While the software GeoGebra is also a very simple application to be downloaded for free. The scientific approach is an approach to learning that are tailored to the curriculum in 2013 that made the students as a learning center. Results of this class action is the use of GeoGebra software budgets combined with a scientific approach can increase interest and student learning outcomes VIIH semester grade 2014/2015 transformation of matter.

Abstract

This study aims to test 1) The difference in the effect of learning with Problem BaseLearning and Project Based Learning on learning outcomes in mathematics. 2)Differences in mathematics learning outcomes in terms of the level of creativity ofstudent learning. 3)interaction of approach with the creativity of learners towardsmathematics learning outcomes. The study design Quasi exsperimental. Thepopulation of all eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Kartasura. Sampling withrandom cluster sampling, the sample used is class VIIIH and VIII I. Metode datacollection with documentation, questionnaires, and tests. Mechanical analysis byAnova two way cells are not the same, continued research Scheffe.Hasil method with a significance level of 0.05 indicates: 1) Results of mathematics learning in the class Project Based Learning is 80.21 and the average results of students’ mathematics learning in the class Problem based Learning (PBL) is 69.169. The results of students in the class Project Based Learning is better than the results of student learning in the classroom Problem Based Learning. 2) The ability to think mathematically creativity heavily influence the learning of mathematics. 3) Project Based Learning approach capable of providing better mathematics learning than learning Problem Based Learning approach both for the students creative category, quite creative and less creative.

Abstract

Environmental education provides opportunity to joyful learning with integrate ofeducational contents and entertainment activities. Understanding environmentaleducation is greatly helped by the existence of new technology waves. Fast-movinginnovation of new technology waves is digitalization. That is called the fourth industrial revolution. One of them is Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. AI knowledge and innovation systems have made promising help students to realize that it can be increase respect for oneself and others, express feelings and opinions, and build logical thinking about science, mathematics, computer, etc. This paper build based on elementary school student experiment in Surakarta about how to understand digital technology based on AI and environment. This study is ethnography and qualitative research. As a data collection instrument, the study uses an assesment consisting of observation and questionnaire. This paper reports on 1) creating ideas resources, 2) learning educational contents and entertainment activities, 3) understanding feedback interaction, and 4) evaluating the challenges. The end of this paper shows that AI is very helpful in environmental education for elementary school students.

Abstract

This research aim to description about improvement of domination of matter comprehends   democracy  and  goverment  system  in  Indonesia  through  understanding   of concept at class student VIII F in State Junior High School Three Teras Region Boyolali even semester  of school  year 2013/2014.  Subject  and research  data source  is 24 students.  Data collecting method applies observation,  questionnaire,  documentation,  and test. Data analysis applies critical analysis and comparability. Indicator success of using minimal limit criteria 75 and complete target of 100%. Research procedure applies cycle. Result of inferential research and solution  as follows  : obtained  progress  of achievement  of student  learning  in study of Education   Citizenship   with  matter  comprehends   democracy   and  goverment   system  in Indonesia , at precycle average of 71,6 and cycle I average of 76,2 and cycle II average of 84,8. From this data, seems to explain that happened increase of average of value from precycle to cycle I 4,6 numbers (6,4%), from cycle I to cycle II happened increase 8,6 numbers (11,3%), from pasiklus  to cycle II happened  increase  13,2 numbers  (18,4%).  Highest  value of phase precycle 80 and cycle I 86 and cycle II 92. Seems to explain that from phase precycle to cycle I happened increase equal to 6 number (7,5%), from cycle I to cycle II happened increase equal to 6 number (7%), and from precycle to cycle II happened increase 12 numbers (15%). Low value of phase precycle is obtained by 66 and cycle I 72 and cycle II 76. thereby, can be affirmed that from phase precycle to cycle I happened increase equal to 6 number (6,1%), from cycle I to cycle II happened increase equal to 4 number (5,6%), and from precycle to cycle II happened increase  10 numbers  (15,2%).  Complete  percentage  learnt  starts  from precycle  is obtained equal to 21% and cycle I is obtained  equal to 50% and cycle II equal to 100%.  Seems to explain that from phase precycle to cycle I happened  increase equal to 29%, from cycle I to cycle II happened increase equal to 50%, and from precycle to cycle II happened increase equal to 79%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah peningkatan aktivitasdan hasil belajar IPA melalui kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) bagi siswakelas VII I SMP Negeri 2 Toroh Kabupaten Grobogan pada Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi model pembelajaran IPA (biologi) yang dilakukan guru dan untuk menghitung persentase jumlah siswa yang berhasil dalam pembelajaran tersebut. Hal-hal yang dianalisis adalah aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran melalui kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray (dua tinggal dua tamu) sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa, ketuntasan belajar, serta peningkatan aktivitas siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua siklus. Pada setiap siklus melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Pada setiap siklus dilakukan evaluasi, yaitu pada pertemuan yang terakhir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dengan dua siklus dengan menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray (dua tinggal dua tamu) diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa temuan pada Siklus I dan Siklus II adalah terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, yaitu nilai rata-rata kelas dari 66,32 saat tahap prasiklus menjadi 75,82 pada Siklus I, dan 72,91 pada Siklus II. Tipe TSTS juga mampu meningkatkan ketuntasan belajar siswa jika dibandingkan dengan tahap prasiklus. Ketuntasan belajar siswa kelas VII I pada tahap prasiklus adalah 41,2 %, meningkat menjadi 79,4 % pada Siklus I dan 76,4 % pada Siklus II. Berdasarkan indikator keberhasilan penelitian ini, ketuntasan belajar Siklus I dikatakan berhasil karena ≥ 75 % yaitu 77,5 %. maupun siklus II dikatakan berhasil karena ≥ 75 % yaitu 79,4 % dan 76,4 %. Meskipun dari siklus I ke siklus II terjadi penurunan nilai rata-rata kelas maupun ketuntasan belajar belajar siswa, namun pembelajaran IPA dengan tipe dua tinggal dua tamu dikatakan berhasil karena terjadi peningkatan jika dibandingkan dengan tahap prasiklus. Terjadi pula peningkatan aktifitas siswa yang ternyata memberikan dampak kenaikan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the assessment of self-reliance learning mathMTs. This research method using qualitative method by using holistic research design.Techniques of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. Thisresearch uses interactive analysis model. The results of this study are: Assessmentof learning independence in MTs mathematics learning, conducted by the head ofthe madrasah along with the board of teachers at the regular meeting monthly, semester, semester and year. observations were recorded in the student developmentobservation journal.

Abstract

Listening is the skill to understand and identify what the speaker says. In listening, students should sensibly in hearing the information. This paper aims to describe the difficulties in listening in creating subtitling and problems faced in creating subtitle use Aegisub. The population of this research was twenty Indonesian EFL learners studying at an Islamic university in Central Java, Indonesia. The type in this paper was used a qualitative method. In addition, the research data were collected by observation, interview and document analysis. This research found three problems in listening. In listening there are speed rate, pronunciation and too noisy) and three problems in using Aegisub, there are synchrony time, application problem and The result shows the difficulties in listening when creating subtitle and problems in using Aegisub as they applied Aegisub.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the management of School Service Funding inJunior High School 1 of Simo. The objectives of this research are to describe the planning, implementation and the reporting of School Service Funding in Junior High School 1 of Simo on the Revenue and Expenditure Budget Mechanism of Boyolali Regency on 2011.The design of this research is ethnography. The location of this research is in Junior High School 1 of Simo. The informants in this research are the principal, the teachers, the school committee and the students. The methods of collecting data in this research are 1) in depth interview the principal, the teachers, the school committee and the students, 2) active observation and 3) documentation. Data analyze is using Interactive Analyze Model. Data validity is used sources triangulations and methods triangulations.The results of this research are 3. 1) the team management of School Service Funding made planning with the committee according to the national education standard which the priority on the routine cost. 2) the cost with School Service Funding was according on the instruction and applying cross subsidy. 3) the cost with School Service Funding was supported with payment check and goods, made on reports and announced written and oral.
