Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) pengaruh strategi pembelajaran STAD dan strategi pembelajaran TPS terhadap hasil belajar matematika, (2) pengaruh kemampuan awal matematika terhadap hasil belajar matematika, (3) interaksi strategi pembelajaran dan kemampuan awal matematika terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperiment. Populasi penelitian siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 2 Sukoharjo tahun 2015/2016. Sampel penelitian ialah XI IPS 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen menggunakan strategi pembelajaran STAD dan XI IPS 3 sebagai kelas kontrol menggunakan strategi pembelajaran TPS. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis variansi dua jalan sel tak sama, sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat normalitas dan homogenitas. Hasil penelitian pada α=5%, (1) ada pengaruh strategi pembelajaran STAD dan TPS terhadap hasil belajar matematika; (2) ada pengaruh kemampuan awal matematika terhadap hasil belajar matematika; (3) ada interaksi strategi pembelajaran dan kemampuan awal matematika terhadap hasil belajar matematika.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji dukungan: 1) kualitas inputsiswa, komitmen guru, dan sarana prasarana, 2) kualitas input siswa, 3) komitmenguru dan 4) sarana prasarana terhadap kemandirian belajar kimia di SMK Pancasila1 Wonogiri. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan desainkorelasional menggunakan proporsional random sampling yang populasinya seluruhsiswa kelas XI, sebanyak 502 siswa. Data diambil melalui angket tertutup. Teknikpengumpulan data dibantu dengan observasi dan wawancara. Teknik Analisis Datamenggunakan Uji Regresi Linear Ganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) DukunganKualitas Input Siswa, Komitmen Guru, dan Sarana dan Prasarana secara serentakberpengaruh terhadap Kemandirian Belajar Siswa yaitu dipengaruhi adanya sarana prasarana, dalam hal ini perangkat lunak komputer, 2) Dukungan Kualitas Input Siswaberpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kemandirian Belajar Siswa yang bermakna jikasumber daya manusia dapat efektif dan efisien maka suatu organisasi akan menjadimaju, 3) Dukungan Komitmen Guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap KemandirianBelajar Siswa yaitu mempengaruhi kinerja salah satu wujudnya muncul kemandirianbelajar siswa dan 4) Dukungan Sarana dan Prasarana berpengaruh signifikan terhadapKemandirian Belajar Siswa yaitu mendukung metode guru dalam pembelajaran yangsalah satu tujuannya membangkitkan sifat kemandirian belajar siswa.

The lack of news writing skills of grade VIII student is caused by several factors including: students speak more often, so they do not focus on writing habits that cause students to be lazy. In this study the object of research in class VIII SMP N 2 SAWIT Boyolali consisted of 10 students. Data collected by several techniques such as observation and tests. Analysis of the data is a research procedure that is data in the form of written words. Data collection instruments used in the study are guidelines or observations and test. Audio visual results of observations and assesment about the use of media in news writing material have a change in direction for the better. In the first cycle using an audivisual media score reached 31 with a score of 60 included in the exellent category. From the written test results in cycle 1 the average score of 70 students with classical completeness of 46.6% and written test results in cycle 2 the average score of student was 83.9% with classical completeness of 93.3%. improvements obtained by students in earch cycle prove that the use of audio visual media on news text writing material can be said to be effective

Study club is an interest-based community that become the hallmark of lectures and Physiotherapy studies at University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The academic department of study club consists of Sport Physio UMS, Physiopedy UMS, Geriatric Wellness Club, and Neurological Physiotherapy Study Club. The Purpose was to determine the influence of the study club on improving the learning achievement and to find out the increasing on learning achievement of University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta 2016 undergraduate class physiotherapy that taking part of study club. The type of research based on the method is survey and according to the level of explanation is descriptive with a sample of 102 respondents. Hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis and descriptive statistics. The results using simple linear regression obtained the value of R (correlation) of 0.496 which means a positive correlation between student achievement with study club, along with the greater of semesters in attending a study club, the learning achievement increases. The value of R2 (coefficient of determination) which shows the contribution of study clubs to an increase in learning achievement by 24.6%. The constant value is 3.218 with the study club regression coefficient of 0.115, which means that the constant value for students who do not take the study club is 3.218 and will get a grade point increase of 0.115 each following a semester club study. In general, there is an increase in the average student achievement index taking part in the study club.

This study aims to examine the contribution of education infrastructure, environmental conditions, and work discipline teacher performance UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Brati simultaneously and partially. This research is quantitative. The population of this study were 188 elementary school teachers then retrieved a sample of 128 teachers through proporsional random sampling. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, test the accuracy of the model, test the accuracy of parameter estimators (t test), donations predictors and classical assumption. Results of the study: 1) the infrastructure of education, the environment and simultaneously work discipline has contributed to the performance of elementary school teachers in the District UPTD Brati with α 5% is a significant level of value 1,657 0,000 0,05 and the effective contribution of 74.68%. 2) Means of education infrastructure showed a significant influence on the performance of teachers with sig 0.000 0.05 and the effective contribution of 25.93%. 3) Environmental conditions showed no significant effect on the performance of teachers with sig 0.000 0.05 and the effective contribution of 11:03%. 4) Discipline work shows significant effects on the performance of teachers with sig 0.000 0.05 and the effective contribution of 37.72%. 5) The independent variable a contribution of 84.4% of the performance of teachers and 15.6% are influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatan penguasaan teknologi informasi dankomunikasi (TIK) pada guru SLB – B Karanganyar dengan tutor sebaya berbasis diskusi. Subyek penelitian 12 orang guru. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dandokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber dan metode. Analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian siklus 1, guru mengalami peningkatan penguasaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi setelah dilakukan kegiatan diskusi dengan tutor sebaya. Prosentase keaktifan peserta setelah siklus 1, 56,25 % atau berada pada rentang 50% P ≤ 60% atau cukup meningkat menjadi 82,50 %, atau berada pada rentang 80% P ≤ 100% atau sangat tinggi setelah siklus 2. Prosentase keaktifan peneliti setelah siklus 1, 83,30 % atau berada pada rentang 80% P ≤ 100% atau sangat tinggi meningkat menjadi 95,80 % atau berada pada rentang 80% P ≤ 100% atau sangat tinggi setelah siklus 2. Jumlah guru yang menguasai TIK juga mengalami peningkatan. Sebelum dilakukan tindakan, guru yang menguasai TIK baru 25 %. setelah siklus 1 meningkat menjadi 58,33 % dan menjadi 83,33 % setelah siklus 2. Kesimpulan penelitian, kegiatan tutor sebaya berbasis diskusi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penguasaan TIK pada guru SLB-B YPALB Karanganyar.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the correlation between madrasah climate and culture, and teachers’ work motivation at Madrasah Tsanawiyah in West Sinjai District of Sinjai Regency. This research uses a correlational study with quantitative approach. The participants of this research are 64 teachers from Madrasah Tsanawiyah in West Sinjai District. Data collection technique with questionnaires and then analyzed by using product moment correlation for partial testing and multiple correlation for simultaneous testing. The research reveals some significant findings. First, the finding indicates a positive correlation between madrasah climate and teachers’ work motivation by correlation coefficient value at 0,448 (which is at moderate level correlation). Second, the finding indicates a positive correlation between madrasah culture and teachers’ work motivation by correlation coefficient value at 0,559 (which is at moderate level correlation). Third, the finding indicates a positive correlation between madrasah clime and culture, and teachers’ work motivation by correlation coefficient value at 0,572 (which is at moderate level correlation).

The aim of this research was conducted to identify the problems and needs of vocational teachers of business and management pascasertifikasi in Semarang for conducting sustainable professional development to improve professionalism. This study used a qualitative research approach. The subjects in this study were vocational teachers of Business and Management in Semarang Pascasertifikasi totaled 191 teachers consists of 77 teachers of Civil Servants (PNS) and 114 private teachers. Determination of the source of the data is done by sampling purposive. Technique of data gathering used are triangulation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and open questionnaire. Data analysis technique using data interaction analysis model is to collect the data, reducing the data, collate data reduction and data ferivikasi with Focus Group Discution (FGD). The results showed a small proportion of teachers have implemented the appropriate sustainable professional development minimum of credits score and most of the teachers have executed agreements but do not meet all the sub-elements of Sustainable professional development and credit score has not complied with the minimum of credits score required.

The research is aimed to: 1) describe the process of managerial supervision using group technique to improve the principals’ supervisory competence; and 2) imrove the principals’ supervisory competence at Gugus II Bima UPTD Dikpora Kecamatan Serengan of Surakarta academic year 2012/2013 through managerial supervision using group technique.The type of the research is an action research. The research was done at Gugus II Bima UPTD Dikpora Kecamatan Serengan of Surakarta. The subjects of the research were 6 principals at Gugus II Bima UPTD Dikpora Kecamatan Serengan of Surakarta. The data collecting techniques were done using observation, interview and document techniques. The data analysis technique was done using Kemmis and Taggart model.The research concludes that: 1) the managerial supervision processes were done in three stages, namely: initial stage, observation stage, and feed-back stage; and 2) the managerial supervision using group technique is effective in improving the principals’ supervisory competence at Gugus II Bima UPTD Dikpora Kecamatan Serengan of Surakarta academic year2012/2013. It is demonstrated by the score improvement in each cycles.

The purposes of conducting this study are : (1) Identifiying how to plan the excellentservice in SMK Negeri 2 Wonogiri. (2) Identifiying the implementation of excellentservice in SMK Negeri 2 Wonogiri. (3) Identifiying the evaluation of excellent serviceimplementation in SMK Negeri 2 Wonogiri. The techniques of collecting data applywith a depth interviews, observations and documentations. The dataanalysis usesdescreptive-quality analysis model. The resultsof the study are : (1) the excellentservice in SMK Negeri 2 Wonogiri is conducted by a good planning and regulary.The excellent service planning is adjusted to the priority on the quality objectives setby the princopal that has been designed by each line of work, then formulated theplanning in order to APBS adjusted to the conditions how can improve the excellentservice. (2) The implementation of excellent service in SMK Negeri 2 Wonogiri in thefield of curiculum according to the latest government regulations and conducted wellwill make the learning process more effectively and efficiently, in the field of studentaffairs, the enactment and enforcement dicipline for students are done gradually andcountinously, also the choice of extracurricular activities are implemented to channelthe talents and interests of learners outside school hours, in the field of facilities andinfrastructure, it always completes the building and educational facilities continually.In the field of public relations that is by estabilishing communication with theindustrial world as much as possible so that it can be used for job training process,work apprenticeship as well as presenting guest teacher, in the field of administrationis the establisment of documentations and service system for the tecaher and learners.(3) Evaluation is carried out periodically,weekly, monthly, every quarter of everysemester or the end of the school year, the process is adapted to the field conditions.A thorough evaluation of the implementation of excellent service at SMK Negeri2 Wonogiri is conducted in management review activities annualy as part of theISO 9001 : 2008 quality management system proces in which there are inputs fromcostumers that effect the improvement of school services greatly.
