Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesesuaian individu-organisasi pada kreativitas karyawan, serta menguji peran komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi yang dapat menjembatani hubungan antara kesesuaian individu-organisasi pada kreativitas karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan UMKM konfeksi di Kabupaten Jepara dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 279 orang. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penentuan jumlah sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu instrument (validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi, dan analisis Path. Analisis menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) versi 21. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi literature. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesesuaian individu-organisasi berpengaruh positif pada kreativitas karyawan, kesesuaian individu-organisasi berpengaruh positif pada komitmen organisasi, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif pada kreativitas karyawan, serta kesesuaian individu-organisasi berpengaruh positif pada kreativitas karyawan dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Jadi, secara keseluruhan hipotesis dierima. Abstract

Employee reaction to the organizational change is influenced by several psychological factors such as coping strategies and commitment to change. The purpose of this study was to test the effects of commitmentto changesand task-oriented coping strategies on job satisfaction. Respondents were taken from the total employee of ISI Denpasar, which numbered 139 people. Data was collected using questionnaire and were measured with Likert Scale. Data analysis techniques used univariate analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA). Based on researchfindings and the assessment of respondents’ commitment to changes there are two statements which have the category scores not good, then this should be a concern for the ISI Denpasar business success of the changes made. Employee job satisfaction high eventually will improve the performance of the optimal organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture and employee satisfaction to organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of nurses. The research population were nurses from private general hospital type C in the city of Denpasar with number of respondents were 85 nurses. Sampling technique conducted with a random proportional sampling technique. The research instrument used questionnaires and analyzed with Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results showed that the organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment and OCB, employee satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment and OCB.

Abstract

Abstrak Metode pengukuran probabilita kebangkrutan bank adalah masalah riset klasik. Metode pengukuran menggunakan analisis diskriminan dan model logit seperti  Altman’s Z score dan Model Ohlson tidak memiliki dasar teoretik keuangan yang memadai karena variable-variabel yang ada di dalam model dipilih secara arbitrer dan sangat tergantung pada data yang digunakan utuk mengestimasinya. Model Merton adalah model pengukuran probabilita default yang diakui secara luas sebagai model yang memiliki dasar teroretik yang kuat namun memiliki masalah tersendiri pada implementasinya karena variabel yang digunakannya bersifat unobservable. Probabilita default sendiri dipengaruhi oleh tingkat diversifikasi pendapatan bank. Beberapa riset menghasilkan kesimpulan yang bertentangan. Pada perbankan Indonesia hubungan antara kedua variable tersebut bersifat kuadaratik (U shape) dimana diversifikasi yang natural awalnya dapat menurunkan probabilita default bank, namun sampai suatu titik diversifikasi yang terlampau tinggi justru mendorong probabilita default menjadi naik.   Kata Kunci: Bank, Risiko, Probabilitas Kebangkrutan, Diversifikasi, Abstract Bank’s probability of default measurement method is one of the classic research problem. The measurement methods using discriminant analysis and logit models such as Altman's Z score and Ohlson Model do not have adequate financial theoretical foundation because  variables in the models are chosen arbitrarily and depend heavily on the data used in estimation. Merton’s model of default probability is a measurement model that is widely recognized as a model that has a strong theoretical basis but has its own problems in its implementation because it uses unobservable variables. Default probability itself is influenced by the level of income  diversification. Some research resulted in conflicting conclusions. We show that in Indonesian banking industry, relationship between these two variables are quadratic (U shape) which show  natural diversification can reduce the bank’s probability of default, until reach a infelction point that  too high diversification would encourage the probability of default to be increased Key word: Bank, Risk, Probability of Default, Diversification

Abstract

He aim of this study is to examine the effect of job security on exit intention, the effect of job security on job satisfaction, the influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention and the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between job security and turnover intention. Data were collected from 56 contract administration employees at the three study programs of Faculty of Economic and Business, Udayana University and analyzed by linear regression analysis technique. The results show that job security is negatively impacts turnover intention, job security affects job satisfaction positively, job satisfaction affects turnover intention  negatively,and job satisfaction mediates the effect of job security on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance, corporate governance and derivatives usage on firm risk of non-financial companies listed in Kompas100 index at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study employs six important independent variables that influence the firm risk, including liquidity, leverage, profitability, the proportion of independent commissioners and derivatives usage. The population in this study are all non-financial companies listed on the Kompas100 index in 2017 which amounted to 85 companies. This study uses purposive sampling method and the final sample is 74 companies. Data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Key research findings in this study indicate that leverage has significant and positive effect on firms risk, profitability has significant and negative effect on firms risk and derivatives usage has negative and significant effect on firms risk.

Abstract

This study aims to find the effect of job involvement and organizational justice on three types of organizationalcommitment, which are affective, continuance and normative. This research was conducted in Pacto-Bali, using 70 employees as its respondents. Sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling technique.Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique was multiple linear regression, which was processed using SPSS software.The findings indicate that job involvement has positive influence on each types of organizational commitment, that was affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. The same finding was found in the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment, where the more justice the employees received the more committed the employees to the organization. To improve the organizational commitment of employees, Pacto-Bali should increase employee motivation by inviting employees to involve in the decision making process, and also should improve the networking between the owners and employees in order to help organization to reach its goals

Abstract

Abstrak Pengalaman konsumen dan desain suatu produk merupakan salah satu unsur yang penting dalam pemasaran, manfaat desain diharapkan mampu membuat konsumen merasa puas. Apakah pengalaman konsumen dan design benefit selalu dapat meingkatkan kepuasan konsumen? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh customer experience dan design benefit (utilitarian benefit dan hedonic benefit) terhadap intention to recommended dengan kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel interviening. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan dengan melibatkan 100 responden yang menggunakan produk smartphone iPhone di Kabupaten Kebumen, diambil dengan menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan path analyze dan diolah dengan bantuan alat statistic SPSS 24.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ketujuh hipotesis hanya ada satu yang ditolak yaitu hipotesis kelima. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa variabel customer experience dan hedonic benefit merupakan anteseden dari kepuasan konsumen yang dapat menumbuhkan intention to recommended, sedangkan pada variabel utilitarian benefit hanya dapat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen tetapi tidak dapat menumbuhkan intention to recommended konsumen.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to recognize the brand awareness, brand trust, brand satisfaction, brand loyalty, and brand equity from Izykotewaterbased finishing product so we can arrange promotion strategy for the future. To carry on the purpose of those research, the research has been conducted toward for 160 respondent that taken from Kabupaten Gianyar. This research is using Purposive Sampling method by choosing a better respondent to become research sampling. The data was collected by questioner list. The analysis data did by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and the data were processed by AMOS verse 6, and SPSS verse 15. The result of this research shows, that the brand awareness factors having positive and significant influence to the brand trust for 0.47, the brand awareness have positive influence to the brandsatisfaction for 0.42, the brand trust have positive influence to the brand loyalty for 0.30, the brand satisfaction have a positive influence to the brand loyalty for 0.40, and the variable having a directly effect on positive and significant to brand equity is customer loyalty that is 0.32. The implication of the research result are to expected the improve and increase of the working performance manager especially marketing department to takes opportunities, necessary target market, carrying handicraft worker loyalty, that can be create to brand equity. Beside that company need to keep in touch with every worker who have basic to believe or trust, having satisfaction, and loyalty to used  Izykotewaterbased finishing, that make Izykotemore stronger brand at Kabupaten Gianyar
