Abstract

Demodex is a skin disease in dogs caused by the protozoan mite Demodexfollicularumvar canis or Demodex canis. These mites are found in the hair roots and sometimesin the glands, almost the entire life cycle of this type of mite is on the skin, if it lasts for a longtime it can cause death in dogs that are infested by these lice This study aims to detectdemodicosis in dogs with a mobile application using a convolutional neural network methodwith a squeezenet architecture model with radam optimization. This application works by takingpictures directly through the cellphone camera then processing it with a trained model then theoutput of this application displays the probability value of the dog being indicated as demodexor not. Based on the results of testing using the black box testing method, the overallfunctionality of the application has been declared successful in accordance with its respectivefunctions and objectives. From the results of validation data testing using 60 validation data,based on the accuracy demodecosis detection application is able to recognize validation datacorrectly as many as 45 data and 15 data has not been properly recognized, so that theaccuracy value is 75% and the f1-score value is 0,595.

Abstract

Where it was recorded that according to BMKG data in 2019 in East Bali there were 15,000-30,000 lightning strikes. This gives the potential for, lightning strike on a 20 kV distribution linewhich is quite high. This connection will cause interference to the feeder if the lightning arresteris placed on the distribution transformer incorrectly. The equepment used to protect equipmentfrom lightning surge distrubances, one of which is a lightning arrester. The lightning arresterused in the KL 0074 substation is in place after the cut out. The Losan medium-voltage aerialfeeder is conncected by an A3CS cable for 8.5 km and an MVTIC cable for a distance of 2.02km which is connected to the KL 0074 substation. The distance between the KL 0074transformer and the lightning arrester is 3.75 meters, so it needs to be examined further to findout whether the protection generated by the lightning arrester is optimal or not. Theeresulttofftheanalysissshowwthatttheelightning arrester with an instalation distance of 0.34 meters from thetransformer is still able to cut the lightning surge, with the resulting splash voltage of 124.977.4Volts but the spark voltage is within the tolerance limit of the 125 kV lightning arrester splashvoltage.,

Abstract

The communication channel cannot be separated from noise, interference and fading.To minimize mutual interference, you can use a scatter code. This research uses Gold Codewith a code length of 31. This simulation aims to determine the effect of the number of multipathcomponents on the Gold Code performance of multipath fading channels. This simulation usesdigital modulation, namely BPSK (Binary Phase Shift Keying). In the simulation of flat fadingchannel with 1 multipath component number, the results of the comparison of simulated BERwith theoretical BER are almost the same so that the simulation results can be said to be validand can be used on selective fading channels. In the simulation of frequency selective fadingchannels with variations of multipath components have different values, this happens due tointerference. In this simulation, the number of multipath 27 components that have the mostdisruptive signals results in the worst performance. In multi-user cross-correlation, it has poorperformance, seen from the cross-correlation function, where the correlation value of user 1with 2, 3 and 4 is more than 0, this value indicates the user is being interfered with by otherusers.

Abstract

Disruption to the transfomator can result in losses that disrupt the flow of electricity toconsumers. Harmonics are disturbances that arise due to the operation of non-linearloads. The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of the KA4214 transformerat the Udayana Bukit Jimbaran Engineering Faculty with harmonics, namely the R =16.9%, S = 13.8% and, T = 16.1%. . The method used is to simulate and analyze withthe results of harmonic measurements in existing conditions, active filters, and activefilters based on fuzzy logic controller using Matlab software. The optimal resultsobtained are using the fuzzy logic controller method with the results of R = 0.85% S =0.65% T = 0.39% and the efficiency results are 99.99%.

Abstract

Bali Province is one of the provinces with densely populated areas, hence the availabilityof electricity is very important for life sustainability. In this research, electricity demandforecasting was conducted in Bali Province for the period of 2020-2030. The method used toforecast was neural network which has the advantage of being able to do an adaptive learningbased on the data used for training. In this forecasting process that used neural network, theneural network toolbox (nntool) on MATLAB 2013a was used. Network architecture used wasfeed-forward backpropagation. In this research, layer combination applied was 4 – 12 – 1, with4 input data such as population, PDRB, PDRB per capita and IHK. Network parameter appliedin this research was training function TRAINGDX, activation function TANSIG and PURELIN(output), performance function MSE and learning function TRAINGD. The final result of BaliProvince electricity demand forecasting in 2020 the demand for electricity is 5772 GWh, in 2025it will increase to 6523 GWh and in 2030 become 8551 GWh. This forecasting MAPE againtsthe RUKN 2019 result was 3.29%, which is under the PLN regulation that is 10%.

Abstract

The problem that often occurs in the Agricultural Experimental Garden of UdayanaUniversity, especially in the field of agricultural crops in holticulture is about plant diseases, thiscauses a decrease in production results, so the need for early diagnosis of diseases of plants.The study focused on California papaya plants. Diseases of this plant often appear on theleaves and fruits. With advances in technology in the field of image processing can helpproblems that occur in the field of agriculture. In this study build an Android application withCNN (Convolutional Neural Network) method using SqueezeNet architecture. Classifyingdiseases in this plant are Anthracnose, and Ringspot Viruse, as well as classifying healthypapaya. Based on the validation results, the application built using CNN method andSqueezeNet Architecture, can recognize Anthracnose disease, Ringspot Viruse and Papayahealthy through leaves with accuracy of 97% while through fruit accuracy reaches 70%.

Abstract

One of the most important phases in image storage is compression. Most current imagecompression methods are spatial. In this article, we present an image compression techniquebased on Multi-level Thresholding. The grayscale images are divided into groups based on thenet probabilistic division. To determine the grouping uncertainty, Shannon Entropy is used.Optimization methods have also been added to obtain more optimal settings. DifferentialEvolution is an optimization technique. Image histogram is a graph that depicts the distributionof pixel intensity values of an image. Image compression performance measurement wasmeasured using FSIM (Feature Similarity Index Measure) and SSIM (Structural Similarity IndexMeasure).

Abstract

The Puri Bunda Mother and Child Hospital in Denpasar opened a new branch inTabanan. The operating room is one of the focuses in realizing patient safety-oriented services.The government with PMK No. 24 of 2016 and Technical Guidelines for Hospital Infrastructurefor Air System Installation Systems in 2012 requires operating rooms to meet requirements suchas: room temperature ranges from 20ºC - 24ºC, humidity 40% - 60%, equipped with HEPA filterwith 99.97% efficiency, positive pressure of 15 pascal to the surrounding space, and equippedwith a clean air exchange system. the result research and calculations in planning theoperating room air conditioning system at the Puri Bunda Tabanan Mother and Child Hospitalaccording to the standards obtained a split duct capacity of 60,000 btu / h, a heater of 7KW, aBooster fan of 1900 CFM, a HEPA filter of 120cm x 80cm. 2 units for each room, 42cm x 42cmducting inlet outlet, 20cm x 25cm RAG and FAG ducting, 380 CFM exhaust fan.

Abstract

In this journal, a new network is designed in the area of Udayana University, Bukit JimbaranCampus using Cisco Packet Tracer. The purpose of this design is to build a network that can improveefficiency in the process of exchanging data and information. The design uses one dynamic routing,namely Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP). EIGRP was chosen because thisprotocol is the only protocol that has a backup system. In addition, the network that is designed alsouses a ring topology, with the consideration that the ring topology is the best topology for buildingnetworks with service areas in the form of rotations. Analysis of the designed network performancehas been carried out by sending PING with several scenarios to obtain packet loss, throughput, anddelay parameter values. Based on the research results obtained the same packet loss parametervalue for each case that is 0%, the average value of throughput is 4,398 bps, and the average delayvalue is 10.125 ms. The three results of each of these parameters meet the requirements of theTIPHON in the excellent category and have a class 4 index.
