Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi modifikasi aspal dengan resin katalis untuk ketahanan terhadap banjir rob di Pantura Semarang-Demak, dengan pengujian perendaman selama 7, 14, dan 21 hari. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aspal dengan resin katalis, kecuali komposisi 4%-2% dan 4%-4%, masih layak digunakan setelah 7 hari perendaman. Namun, setelah 14 dan 21 hari, semua komposisi tidak memenuhi standar teknis Bina Marga, terutama karena nilai rongga udara yang melebihi batas. Semakin lama perendaman dan semakin tinggi komposisi resin serta katalis pada Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course (AC-WC) yang terendam rob, nilai VIM meningkat, menyebabkan lebih banyak rongga dan menurunnya daya tahan. Komposisi 4% Resin dan 0% Katalis dengan perendaman 7 hari memenuhi Spesifikasi Teknis Bina Marga 2018 revisi 2. Perendaman terus-menerus juga berdampak negatif pada stabilitas, meningkatkan risiko deformasi permanen, bleeding, dan stripping. Keyword : Rob, Aspal Modifikasi, Stabilitas

Abstract

The rainy season that occurs in parts of Indonesia is a season where there is great concern about landslides, such as in Lampung and in Bandung, several luxury houses in a housing complex experienced very serious landslides, even the house right on the slope seemed to disappear into the ground, resulting in several Other houses were also badly damaged. As a result of this incident, the homeowner suffered major losses due to the landslide. The method for analyzing landslides or slopes is currently very easy to learn, because today's technology is increasingly sophisticated, it can be analyzed using software, such as geostudio, plaxis, and so on. Meanwhile, for this research, we used geostudio software Seep/W and Slope/W, where we analyzed data from the field with rainy conditions for 6 hours using Seep/W, and we analyzed the SF using Slope/W.The results of the analysis of rainwater infiltration on the slopes show that the safety factor is decreasing due to rain for 6 hours. On the slope before it rains, the slope safety factor value is 1.296. Meanwhile, in conditions of 6 hours of rain, the slope safety factor decreases by 6.48% to 1.212. So from table 2.3 it can be classified that the initial slope before the rain has a value of > 1.25, which means that the landslide intensity rarely occurs or the slope is stable. Meanwhile, after it rains, the slope becomes critical because the safety factor value is <1.25.Reinforcement of stone masonry retaining walls has a safety factor value against overturning of 3.20 or ≥ 1.5, which means that the retaining wall is safe against overturning. Meanwhile, the safety factor value against sliding is 24.72 or ≥ 1.5, which means that the retaining wall is safe against shifting. The Qmax value is 1.21 kN/m2 and Qall is 90.45 kN/m2, which means that the bearing capacity of the soil is able to withstand the stone masonry retaining wall because Qmax < Qall. The results of the analysis of rainwater infiltration on the slopes and retaining walls of river stone masonry show that the safety factor before rain has an SF value of 1.627. Meanwhile, under 6 hours of rain, the SF value experienced a small decrease of 0.001 to 1.626. Or around 0.06%. From the research results, it was found that the modeling with the presence of DPT resulted in water entering the slope not penetrating the retaining wall, and flowing directly to the surface of the retaining wall, so that no water rose to the surface of the slope, and the SF value could be said to be stable. Key words : infiltration analysis, slopes, landslides

Abstract

Fast track concrete is a ready-mix concrete that hardens quickly and can be used directly for traffic. This concrete has special specifications that cover the needs of road pavement segment concrete that is opened for traffic when the concrete age is less than 7 days. This study aims to determine the value of compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete with a comparison of substitution of dramix steel fiber and Polyethylene Terephlate (PET) aggregate. This study uses an experimental method with a trial of testing concrete cylinders and beams with compressive and flexural tests with four compositions of normal concrete, dramix steel fiber substitution concrete, Polyethylene Terephlate (PET) aggregate substitution concrete and concrete with a combination of dramix steel fiber and Polyethylene Terephlate (PET). The composition test was carried out on fast track concrete with a quality of fc'30 Mpa within 4 days including compressive strength and flexural strength when the test object was 4, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days old. The results of the study showed that the use of dramix substitution concrete had the best results with an average compressive strength value of 30 Mpa fast track concrete within 4 days of 29.92 Mpa and a flexural strength of 3.59 Mpa greater than the mixture of substitution concrete Polyethylene Terephlate (PET) aggregate substitution obtained an average compressive strength of 20.785 and flexural strength of 3.35 in a concrete age of 4 days and the combination of dramix substitution and Polyethylene Terephlate (PET) aggregate concrete had an average compressive strength value of 21.31 Mpa and Flexural strength of 3.41 Mpa at the age of 4 days, which later the value will continue to increase until the immersion age of 28 days.

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to identify key variables influencing the implementation of bridge construction standards, focusing on human resources, environment, work methods, and materials. Using a quantitative approach, the study involved 130 respondents, including project managers, field engineers, supervisors, construction workers, and supervising consultants. Data were collected through validated questionnaires and analyzed using linear regression to understand the relationships between the tested variables and the implementation of bridge construction standards. The results indicate that all four factors have a significant impact, with materials being the most dominant variable (regression coefficient of 0.49, p-value < 0.05) affecting the effectiveness of standard implementation. Additionally, human resources, environment, and work methods were found to play essential roles in improving construction quality and bridge safety. Effective human resource management, proper material selection, adaptation to environmental conditions, and efficient work methods are crucial to ensure compliance with construction standards. The findings of this study can serve as a reference for developing future construction regulations and policies, although there are limitations related to the scope and variables examined. Further research with a broader scope and additional variables, such as financial and technological aspects, is highly recommended to gain a more comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

Meningkatnya aktifitas kegiatan pusat kota, meningkatnya jumlah kendaraan dan meningkatnya kebutuhan ruang parkir menyebabkan pengguna Jalan parkir di badan Jalan (on street parking). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kinerja Lalu Lintas, Kapasitas parkir dan memberikan solusi dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan parkir. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif serta strategi yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian bahwa Kapasitas Ruas Jalan Jenderal Sudirman dengan kondisi eksisting 3/1 UD adalah 4.427 smp/jam, rata-rata VC ratio dibawah 0,3 dengan tingkat pelayanan kategori B. Kapasitas parkir sepeda motor sebanyak 91 SRP dengan Indeks parkir 41% dan mobil 87 SRP dengan Indeks parkir 29%. Grafik kuadran SWOT menunjukan Nilai x adalah 0,4 dan y=0,9. Kesimpulan Kinerja Lalu Lintas pada kondisi eksisting 3/1 UD yaitu Ruas Jalan dalam zona arus stabil, dan pengemudi memiliki kebebasan yang cukup dalam memilih kecepatan, kebutuhan parkir tidak melebihi daya tampung (IP<1), rekomendasi strategi yang diberikan adalah Progresif.Kata kunci : analisis SWOT, kinerja lalu lintas, kapasitas parkir.

Abstract

The administrative areas of Pramukan District, Pusakajaya District, and Pusakanegara District in Subang Regency, West Java Province, which are located in the downstream part of the Cipunegara Watershed (DAS), are prone to flooding due to the overflow of the Cipunegara River. The impact of flooding can result in the collapse or damage of water structures. The aim of this thesis is to compare the elevation of the openings at the bottom of the Sadawarna Dam.In this thesis, data collection methods are used in the form of secondary data, literature studies from journals, theses, theses, books and the internet as references for working on this thesis. Analyzing the calculated discharge and hydrograph routing using the Nakayasu method, the maximum elevation to open the early realease door is an elevation of +80.10. If the water has reached an elevation of +80.10 then the early release door will be opened. The Dam Management Unit (UPB) will maintain water at this elevation so that there is no shortage of water and the water level can fall. During the rainy season, the gate will be opened when the water level reaches +80.10. Since the construction of the Sadawarna Dam, flooding in downstream areas, especially in the Indramayu area, has been reduced. The operational pattern of using early release gates also greatly reduces flooding because the water from upstream does not all flow directly downstream, the water is still stored in the dam and its output is measured through the spillway.

Abstract

ABSTRACTHigh-quality road infrastructure is a crucial foundation for economic development and community mobility. However, many road projects often fail to meet expected standards, causing losses for both the government and the public. Previous studies have highlighted various technical and managerial weaknesses. This study offers a novel perspective by deeply examining regulatory and institutional aspects while providing practical recommendations for their improvement. A case study approach was employed, involving project managers, contractors, field supervisors, and affected community members as research participants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis, followed by qualitative analysis methods. The findings reveal that the use of substandard materials, improper construction techniques, suboptimal project management, and non-compliance with regulations—exacerbated by budget constraints, poor coordination, and weak oversight—contribute to substandard project outcomes. The primary contribution of this study lies in providing actionable insights to enhance regulatory frameworks, strengthen oversight mechanisms, and build institutional capacity to ensure road infrastructure quality aligns with public and governmental expectations.Keywords: Road Project Management, Road Infrastructure Management, Road Project Regulations, Road Quality.ABSTRAKInfrastruktur jalan yang berkualitas adalah fondasi penting bagi perkembangan ekonomi dan mobilitas masyarakat. Namun, banyak proyek jalan sering gagal mencapai standar yang diharapkan, merugikan pemerintah maupun masyarakat. Penelitian sebelumnya telah mengungkap berbagai kelemahan teknis dan manajerial. Penelitian ini menawarkan kebaruan dengan menyoroti secara mendalam aspek regulasi dan kelembagaan serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk perbaikannya. Pendekatan studi kasus digunakan, melibatkan manajer proyek, kontraktor, pengawas lapangan, dan masyarakat terdampak sebagai peserta penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan material yang tidak sesuai standar, teknik konstruksi yang kurang tepat, manajemen proyek yang tidak optimal, dan ketidakpatuhan terhadap regulasi—yang diperburuk oleh keterbatasan anggaran, koordinasi yang buruk, dan lemahnya pengawasan—berkontribusi pada hasil proyek yang tidak memenuhi standar. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini terletak pada pemberian wawasan implementatif untuk meningkatkan kerangka regulasi, memperkuat mekanisme pengawasan, dan membangun kapasitas kelembagaan guna memastikan kualitas infrastruktur jalan sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat dan pemerintah.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Proyek Jalan, Pengelolaan Infrastruktur Jalan, Regulasi Proyek Jalan, Kualitas Jalan.

Abstract

Formwork is a tool to help mold concrete with the desired size, shape, or position. In the implementation of formwork work, the selection of the type of formwork will affect the cost, implementation time, and construction quality. There are 3 (three) types of formwork in Indonesia, including conventional formwork, semi-system formwork, and system formwork. In this study, the installation and dismantling methods of conventional formwork and PERI System formwork will be analyzed, a comparison of the calculation of time and costs required for the installation and dismantling of conventional formwork with PERI system formwork in 3 different buildings, and an analysis of the economic feasibility study of PERI system formwork investment.This research is a quantitative research with the aim of knowing the comparative analysis of conventional formwork methods and PERI system formwork, then analyzing the material requirements and costs between conventional formwork and PERI system formwork and conducting an investment feasibility study analysis of the PERI System formwork. The work reviewed is on plate and beam work.The results of the study showed that the cost of procuring PERI System formwork was Rp 6,181,415,050 more expensive than conventional formwork. In the implementation of the installation and dismantling of PERI system formwork, it was faster than conventional formwork, the difference in installation production capacity was 6 m2/day, while the difference in dismantling time was 2m²/day. The investment feasibility study for the procurement of PERI System formwork is still feasible because the Net Present Value (NPV) value obtained was Rp 63,801,026, the Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) value obtained was 1.007 and the Internal Rate Of Return (IRR) value was 9.48%.Keywords : Formwork, Conventional, PERI System, Investment Feasibility.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the factors influencing the implementation of road improvement projects in Semarang City, which have become increasingly critical due to population growth and rising traffic volumes. The research identifies key elements that contribute to the success of road improvement projects from various perspectives. The methodology employed is a qualitative approach involving participation from government officials, contractors, consultants, and the community. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews and analysis of relevant documents, followed by thematic analysis to identify significant factors. The findings indicate that the ability to provide services according to plan, responsiveness and agility in service delivery, and the assurance of safety in service use are the primary factors affecting user satisfaction. Additionally, the consultants' understanding of user needs and expectations, as well as the quality of the physical appearance of services, were also found to be crucial aspects of project success. Furthermore, this study offers actionable recommendations to improve regulatory and oversight systems as well as the capacity of relevant institutions. These findings provide a novel contribution by addressing the multi-dimensional nature of road infrastructure challenges, paving the way for more sustainable and effective project outcomes.Keywords: Factor analysis, road improvement project, Semarang City Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan proyek peningkatan jalan di Kota Semarang, yang semakin krusial akibat pertumbuhan penduduk dan meningkatnya volume lalu lintas. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen kunci yang berperan dalam keberhasilan proyek peningkatan jalan dari berbagai perspektif. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, melibatkan partisipasi dari pemerintah, kontraktor, konsultan, dan masyarakat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan analisis dokumen yang relevan, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang signifikan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan untuk memberikan pelayanan sesuai dengan perencanaan, responsivitas dan ketanggapan dalam memberikan pelayanan, serta jaminan keamanan dalam penggunaan layanan merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna. Selain itu, pemahaman konsultan terhadap keinginan dan kebutuhan pengguna serta kualitas tampilan fisik pelayanan juga terbukti menjadi aspek penting dalam keberhasilan proyek. Selain itu, penelitian ini menawarkan rekomendasi yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk meningkatkan sistem regulasi dan pengawasan serta kapasitas institusi terkait. Abstract

The development of road and transportation infrastructure in Tangerang Regency is crucial for economic growth. The increasing number of vehicles on Jalan Raya Serpong-Cisauk, without adequate infrastructure development, has led to traffic volumes exceeding capacity. The solution implemented to reduce queue length and delays is the construction of a flyover. This study employs quantitative and qualitative methods, with primary data including traffic volume, free flow speed, and side friction, while secondary data is sourced from relevant agencies. The analysis is conducted using PKJI, VISSIM, and SWOT methods. The results show an increase in road capacity after the construction of the Cisauk flyover, with a decrease in the Dj ratio from 2.38 to below 1.00, and improved LOS from F to C/B during holidays and D/C on weekdays. However, surrounding businesses experienced negative impacts, including revenue decline and business relocations.
