Abstract

ABSTRACT             The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. This type of research is quantitative research with the object of research is a service, product appeal and customer satisfaction. The study population of customers at Bank Eka Bumi Arta Metro City with a total sample of 80 customers were taken using accidental sampling technique. Decision-making research results based on the results of the analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.             The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of services and product appeal to customer satisfaction of public credit at Bank Eka Bumi Artha Metro City. Type of research is descriptive qualitative research procedures that produce descriptive data based on the results of a quantitative analysis of the variables of the study. The technique of collecting data using interviews, documentation and questionnaires using a questionnaire. The analysis tool used is to use data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.             In conclusion, the resulted of analytical services have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. The appeal of the products have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Fascination services and products simultaneously have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. These results it can be summary that the independent variables are positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Services, Fascination Products, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

XYZ Bank branch is trying to improve customer loyalty by focusing on service quality and customer satisfaction. To be able to answer the problem, the data were collected from 150 respondents from XYZ Bank branch by using a questionnaire. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques. The results of analysis showed that (1) the service quality empirically affected satisfactions; (2) the service quality affected customer loyalty; and, (3) the customer satisfaction affected customer loyalty. Password: Service Quality, Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of improving the performance of health center staff who can give positive impact in achieving agency goals through performance measurement, puskesmas are encouraged to give good value to the organization activity and improve service for the society. When self efficacy and job discipline are low, the employee can not provide maximum service and indirectly it will affect the performance of health personnel. In this study using primary data collected by survey method and technique of sampling in the form of purposive sampling on 103 employees using questionnaires with Likert scale at Puskesmas in Lempuing Jaya Subdistrict Ogan Komering ilir Regency. Data quality testing uses validity and reliability test. Normality test, variance homogeneity test, linearity test and regression significance as test of requirements analysis and data analysis technique using path analysis.Based on the result of the research using path analysis showed that self efficacy (X1) had a positive direct effect on service (X3) of 0,018, work discipline (X2) did not positively influence the service (X3) 0,010, self efficacy (X1) employee performance (Y) of 0.747, work discipline (X2) has no direct positive effect on employee performance (Y) of 0.013 and service (X3) has a direct positive effect on employee performance (Y) of 0.252.Keywords: self efficacy, discipline, employer performance service

Abstract

Abstract Tax reforms that have been annouced by the goverment since early 2000, including the application of modern tax administration sistem. Application of a new sistem of tax composed of so many parts, some of which are merging service functions income tax, VAT and rthe united nations integrated services in places, the appointment of account representative to provide personalized service to taxpayers and a more transparent process in the agency offices the tax.  The study population was registered taxpayers in KPP City Metro. Relative to the large number of tax payers, researchers used a purposive sample by the number of 50 respondents. The variables in this study include satisfaction as independent variables and compliance as the dependent variable. Methods of data collection methods used were questionnaires and interviews to support the questionnaire that has been deployed. Data analysis methods used is descriptive analysis and Spearman Rank analysis techniques with the help of SPSS 17.0 statistical program.  Results showed that satisfaction with the taxpayer on the application of modern tax administration sistem is quite high. Results of analysis using the Spearman Rank shows that ρ count of greater that 0.546 ρ tables (0363) to fit the testing criteria that is if ρ count > table ρ (α = 1%) then the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and alternative hypothesis (Ha) are accepted. Alternative hypothesis proposed in the study is the satisfaction of the taxpayer significant affect on taxpayer compliance application of modern tax administration sistem.  Based on these findings, the authors propose suggestions to the leadership of Metro City KPP DAPT improve quality of service to taxpayers, especially at the help desk, the inspection process as well as information about how the tax compulation. It aims to increase taxpayer satisfaction and leads to an increase taxpayer compliance.  Keywords: Satisfaction, Compliance, Tax Payer.

Abstract

Dalam dunia bisnis dewasa ini, sangat kompleks dan semakin ketatnya persaingan perusahaan, sehingga dituntut untuk dapat melihat berbagai kesempatan yang ada dan dapat mrumuskan strategi untuk menciptakan kepuasan bagi konsumen. Sebagai contoh perusahaan harus mampu memberikan sejumlah produk yang lengkap dengan kualitas yang baik, harga terjangkau, fasilitas lengkap, serta mampu menciptakan citra positif perusahaan di mata konsumen. Strategi tersebut merupakan cara yang cukup baik dalam menghadapi tingkat persaingan yang kompetitif dengan perusahaan pesaing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis baik secara serempak atau bersama-sama maupun secara parsial pengaruh positif fasilitas, harga dan citra perusahaan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, serta menganalisis variabel yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen pada Giant Metro. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari responden menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Sebanyak 80 responden dipilih dari sejumlah pengunjung di Giant Metro secara accidental sampling. Data dianalisis dengan alat analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas, harga, dan citra perusahaan secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kepuasan  konsumen Giant Metro. Secara parsial hanya dua dari tiga variabel yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen Giant Metro yaitu harga dan citra perusahaan. Citra perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh paling besar terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Giant Metro. Kata Kunci : Fasilitas, harga, citra perusahaan dan kepuasan konsumen

Abstract

The existence of human resources in a company is very important because they they also play a role in the survival of a company, Human resources is huge potential asset for the level of productivity of a company. BMT Familier Kota Gajah Central Lampung by observation placement accuracy is not in accordance with the educational background, conformity ability and suitability of expertise. Formulation of the problem in this study is whether the recruitment and staffing affect the employee productivityat BMT Familier Kota Gajah Central Lampung in 2015.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect reception and staffing to employees productivityworking in BMT Familier Lampung Central Lampung in 2015. Type of research is descriptive qualitative research procedure that produces descriptive data based on the results of a quantitative analysis of the study variables. The technique of collecting data using interviews, documentation and questionnaires using a questionnaire. The analysis tool is to use data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.In conclusion, the results of the analysis of recruitment has a significant impact on employee productivity. Placement of employees has a significant impact on employee productivity. Abstract

ABSTRAK Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro (UMM) merupakan salah satu Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) di Provinsi Lampung. Semakin berkembangnya UMM di Lampung menjadikan UMM masuk ke dalam 7 (tujuh) Universitas terbaik di Lampung dari versi Informasi peringkat Webometrics 2015/2016. Tujuan dari penelitian ini (1) Menganalisis faktor lingkungan eksternal dan internal yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dalam pemasaran UMM, (2) Menyusun Strategi Pemasaran yang tepat bagi UMM. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis SWOT, QSPM dan AHP. Hasil dari analisis SWOT diperoleh, dalam pilihan strategi kombinas S-O dilakukan melalu Market Development Strategy, strategi kombinasi S-T dilakukan dengan Product Development Strategy, strategi kombinasi W-O menggunakan Market Penetration Strategy, dan Strategi kombinasi W-T menggunakan Brand Image Strategy. Dari hasil penentuan prioritas dengan analisis QSPM, dihasilkan prioritas strategi Market Development Strategy (nilai TAS 6,123) dan dari pengolahan hasil analisis AHP didapatkan alternatif tertinggi yaitu strategi Market Development Strategy (nilai PV 0,436) dengan bergitu strategi yang tepat pagi UMM yaitu Market Development Strategy (MDS). Kata Kunci :Manajemen Strategi, Analisis SWOT, QSPM dan AHP

Abstract

A company is very important to pay attention to its employees in order to give optimal contribution to its work hence from that a company must give motivation or encouragement and give sense of security and comfort for employees which will bring influence to the success of duty and job implementation.This study aims to explain whether the variables of Work Motivation and Work Environment significantly influence employee work performance of PT, Indo Metro and to determine which variables significantly influence between two variables Working Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Achievement PT. INDOO METRO.In this study using primary data collected by Probality Sampling and samples in the form of simple random sampling method on 60 employees using questionnaires with Likert scale at PT Indo Metro. Normality test, linearity test and regression significance as testing requirements for Test T, F Test, and Determination Test (R2).Based on the results of research by using T test, the work motivation has significant effect on job performance, and work environment has significant effect on employee performance.  Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment and Employee Job Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of service maketing mix on student’s decision toward university choice. The objectives were: to determine factors of service marketing mix that affect student’s decision making and which factors are significantly affected it. The samples were students of Economic Faculty of YARSI University.The results of the research showed that there is only three factors from service marketing mix that significantlyhave an influence on the students’ decision. Those three factors were product(sig = 0.000), promotin, (sig = 0.042) and physical evidence (sig = 0.001), while price and place do not influence on the students’ decision. Key words: marketing mix services, students’ decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to determine the effect of High Performance  Human Resource Management Practices, which consist of Empowerment, Job Rotation, Employee Participation, and Self Management Practices, which consist of Planning and Goal Setting, Access Management, Catch up Activities and Emotion Management in Employee Job Satisfaction. This research was conducted at Sahid Raya Hotel Yogyakarta. The respondent were permanent employees whom consist of 110 employee. Multiple linier regression analysis, which carried out with the help of the statistics program SPSS Windows Release 13.00, was used to analyze the data, the analysis result showed that job rotation, employee participation, planning and goal setting, access management, and emotion management positively and significantly influenced on employee job satisfaction. While empowerment and catch up activities had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. However, there was indirectly or small effect. Those empirical findings indicated that employee job satisfaction is important for the company, so Sahid Raya Hotel Yogyakarta  needs to pay attention to the factors that can increase employee job satisfaction. Theoretical implications and suggestions for future research are also outlined at the end of the research. Empowerment:  Job Rotation, Employee Participation, Planning and Goal Setting, Access Management, Catch Up Activities, Emotion Management, and Job Satis faction.
