Abstract

Electric energy is basically one of the main needs used in various activities in the community. In the distribution of electricity energy is required a reliable system so that the continuity of electricity energy that reaches consumers can be guaranteed well. One of the systems that needs to be maintained is the system related to distribution in addition to transmission and power generation systems. Reliability and quality of power must be maintained properly. Transformer damage is usually affected by overload which can harm the transformer itself as well as transformer insulation. A hot transformer can cause a short circuit that can cause the transformer to explode, so that the damage to the transformer can shorten the life of use both in terms of tools and oil.  Electricity monitoring system has been widely implemented with the installation of electric measuring instruments on the transformer panel before entering the load.  This research aims to build a prototype transformer monitoring module in real time based on the Internet of Things. This research is in line with Unhas research plan related to innovations in the field of Energy and the development of smart grid systems that can optimize the utilization of various new and renewable sources that vary, while being able to control the efficient use patterns of electricity energy on the downstream side through the protocol of informatics technology systems that have advanced today

Abstract

Electronic-based Governance System (SPBE) or known as e-government is an effort to utilize information and communication technology to support government systems and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of government institutions' performance. The implementation of e-government is expected to improve the quality of public services. E-government in thecountry will usually face many obstacles that can be thwarted in its application. Previous research has discussed more about the constraints of e-government implementation in developing countries. This study aims to identify the obstacles faced in the application of SPBE/e-government in developing and developedcountries. This research uses systematic literature review method by Kitchenham. The literature used in this study was taken from several digital Library, namely ACM Digital Library, IEEE Xplore, Science Direct, and Scopus. The results of the study found thatconstraints in its application in developing and developed countries can be categorized into seven constraints / aspects, namely IT Infrastructure, Human Resources, Policy / Legislation, Politics, Economy, Geography and Culture. These constraints can be a reference for the government to make improvements in the implementation of SPBE so that the quality of services can be better

Abstract

In this study, designing a health monitoring system with an Android-based Application of Health Detector (AHD) application. The data displayed is an input for multi-sensor readings from the detection of body health. From the detected health, it will provide a determination of the body's health condition, using the fuzzy mandani algorithm. The variables calculated were age, gender, heart rate, body temperature, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and blood oxygen levels. The stages of the fuzzy mamdani method in determining body health conditions include the formation of fuzzy sets, application of implications functions, and composition of rules. From the results of this study, it was found that the age factor affects health conditions. Older people tend to have indications of health conditions, only some of them have indicated health conditions, and almost all of them have healthy health conditions. The level of accuracy of the fuzzy mamdani method in this study was 85.18%. This is because in this study many variables are used which causes many rules to be made so that they are prone to errors.

Abstract

Along with technological advances in modern times, and the development of science, human needs are also growing. In order to facilitate human work, many technologies have been created using automatic systems. One of them is in the case of automatic plant watering for farmers or garden owners. For this reason, the authors carried out a design of automatic plant sprinklers based on the YL-38 type soil moisture sensor which will be controlled by Arduino. Which later will send a duty cycle to the buck converter to change the voltage automatically according to soil conditions which have been grouped into four parts, namely very dry, dry, humid, and wet. Changes in voltage will affect the rotational speed of the motor according to the needs of the ground. With real time watering, the RTC DS1302 type is used so that this watering will be more scheduled. This watering uses a supply from a 12 volt DC battery with a 12 volt water pump motor load.

Abstract

Breeders pen or place cattle in the field or outdoors without safety equipment. With conditions like this, it is undeniable that if there is a cattle theft and it will cause great losses to the cattle owners, a solution to overcome this problem is to create a GPS and SMS based cattle position detection alarm system. Cattle detection system (cow collar) uses arduino mega, 800L sim module and GPS. By testing the alarm system using four conditions, namely cattle leaving a safe position in the north, south, east and west, the system manages to provide information (alarm sounds) on these four conditions with  . Meanwhile, the Livestock Detection System (SMS) was tested in four situations, namely when the cattle left a safe place at a distance of 10 meters, 30 meters, 50 meters, and 100 meters. Out of the five tests, the cattle detection system successfully sent information (sms) to the cattle owner's smartphone containing a Google map link for the position of the cattle at that distance.

Abstract

Verbal delivery of learning and long learning hours causes students to often play games without the knowledge of the teacher during the learning process so that learning outcomes are not optimal to achieve the specified minimum completeness criteria. This study aims to produce educational game learning media and determine student responses to educational game learning media. To be able to produce a certain product, the research steps used the waterfall model. This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Hidayah Bojonegara in class XI students with data sources on learning outcomes dan syllabus. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and questionnaires, while data analysis techniques used a likert scale. The results of the research to be achieved are a jigsaw puzzle game as a learning medium, this game is made using the Unity 3D application. from the study also wanted to know student responses about the jigsaw puzzle game as an educational game or learning media.

Abstract

A complex design of electromagnetic feeding network circuit components is needed for a wireless communication network system, and expensive materials, especially for electromagnetic components at a high frequency of 5.8 GHz with dual 90-degree phase difference output using butler matrix Feeding Network for wireless communication network systems. It is novel in form and has a frequency-free, frequency-free, non-complex configuration of microstrip electromagnetic circuits, and uses inexpensive materials at a frequency of 5.8 GHz. This system is a package consisting of a 5.8 GHz microstrip antenna with a rectangular microstrip antenna array and a Butler matrix of four inputs and outputs to achieve a double 90-degree phase difference. The antenna uses a via hole for the transmission line to the network feeding system, has one band and shallow bandwidth with four ports, and has one working frequency, namely 5.58 GHz under the S criterion -10dB, and uses a via hole for the transmission line to the network feeding system, the radiation pattern is forward, the gain level is 6.83dB, and the feeding impedance is 50 Ohm. S11 -26.19 dB for the 90-degree hybrid coupler, S21 31.65 dB, S51 -26.18 dB, and S61 32.52 dB which means these are all working well, and the overall size of this structure is 80mm x 65mm with FR4 of 4.4 dielectric constant having 50 ohms.

Abstract

Hydraulically, the flow behavior in straight and turning lines is different because it is influenced by geometric factors and other related hydraulic parameters. The hydraulic behavior of straight and turning lines has been widely studied by means of theoretical, experimental and numerical approaches. The theoretical approach is very limited and still leaves many questions, while the experimental approach requires large research costs, so that the numerical approach through computation can be used as a reliable alternative research as long as it is based on a theoretical basis and valid experimental data. The purpose of this research is to analyze and predict the flow behavior of channel bends using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO).  optimization algorithm. The results obtained indicate that the PSO can be relied upon in modeling the fluid flow velocity at the channel bends with an average error percentage of 8% compared to the measured data.

Abstract

Abstract — Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast (ADS-B) is a surveillance technology that provides information on aircraft in the air in the form of 24 bit ICAO aircraft address, ident or squawk, massage, altitude, nationality, speed, longitude, track and heading. The problem faced now is that surveillance can only be done with a web and android-based application on FlightRadar24 so that if the user wants to display more aircraft information, the user is required to pay a subscription. To overcome this problem, hardware is needed that can receive ADS-B signals with a frequency of 1090 MHz and can translate them into information signals. RTL-SDR is hardware that can receive signals with a frequency range from 25 MHz - 1700 MHz, by applying the Raspberry Pi it is used to configure RTL-SDR as a receiver capable of receiving information from ADS-B signals. To get the maximum reception, an omnidirectional antenna is needed that can receive signals from all directions. With this system, it is expected to make it easier to monitor aircraft in real time and processing ADS-B signal data is determined by the strength and weakness of the signal that can be received by RTL-SDR.

Abstract

-Pemantauan terhadap parameter keluaran solar panel sangat diperlukan untuk menilai kinerja sebuah solar panel pada perubahan intensitas cahaya matahari. Pemantauan menggunakan software bertujuan agar pemantauan bersifat realtime sehingga dalam pemantauan tidak memerlukan cara manual dengan menggunakan alat ukur yang tidak bersifat realtime. Selain itu dapat juga difungsikan sebagai data logger, yang sewaktu-waktu dapat digunakan untuk keperluan analisis sistem. Maka, diperlukan sistem monitoring yang dapat mengukur, mengakuisisi, menampilkan dan menyimpan data pengukuran atau pemantauan kinerja solar panel. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, perangkat dan sistem monitoring dirancang agar memudahkan dalam kegiatan pemantauan unit pada lokasi yang terpasang. Data pemantauan juga diharapkan dapat diakses oleh pihak terkait dengan lebih mudah dan cepat. Pada penelitian ini, monitoring berguna untuk memberikan hasil pengukuran yang memiliki tingkat ralat atau error sekecil mungkin, mudah diakses secara realtime dan mampu menampilkan grafik hasil pengukuran. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk sistem monitoring pada penelitian ini adalah software Labview yang mampu menujukkan kinerja tinggi dalam berkomunikasi dengan beberapa perangkat secara bersamaan dan kemampuan yang tinggi dalam menampilkan beberapa perilaku variabel dalam satu waktu. Pada penelitian ini, monitoring kinerja solar cell yang akan ditampilkan pada Labview adalah arus, tegangan, daya, debu, suhu dan kelembapan.
