Abstract

The growth of islamic literature keeps a problem. For some critics, many works of fiction labeled "islamic literature" are problematic in terms of writing techniques and the value of aesthetic. Amidst the stream of criticism that highlighted the weaknesses of islamic literary products, emerged several literary works, which although not specifically labeled "islamic literature", contained symbols and islamic moral teachings that won prestigious literary awards. One of them is the novel Kambing dan Hujan by Mahfud Ikhwan. Using Robert Stanton's structural analysis approach, this article intends to describe how the values of da'wah and aesthetic values are combined in the novel Kambing and Hujan. Based on the analysis, two conclusions were drawn. First, the novel Kambing dan Hujan has structural density. Every intrinsic element is interrelated in harmony. Second, the novel Kambing and Hujan succeeded in combining aesthetic values (marked by structural density and harmony between elements) with the value of da'wah (which was marked by the existence of the content of Islamic teachings in it).

Abstract

In a covid-19 pandemic situation like this, television media as information presenters, make social contributions by reporting to discussing social realities regarding the latest developments regarding the spread of the covid-19virus that is currently happening. In this case, news on television is the daily intake of the community, including the street vendors. Many media continued to launch and report the news to street vendors, who could not follow the government's directives to stay at home, because of the demands of work and the daily economy. However, the effect of news exposure is felt by street vendors and has its impact on them, so efforts are needed to overcome the exposure to the covid-19 news. This study aims to determine how the community's efforts to deal with exposure to covid-19 news on television. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method, using the theory of individual differences. The results of the research obtained from this research are street vendors in Cikedokan village, who are often exposed to news about covid-19 on television every day with a high frequency of broadcasts (often), so an effort to overcome exposure to the news is to limit yourself to watching. the latest news about covid-19 that is broadcast, besides that, street vendors are more selective in choosing good news for consumption so that it does not affect their attitudes and work in their day to day and do not forget to also obey government directions and ask more people. understand a situation like this pandemic.

Abstract

Da’wah is a duty of every Muslim to invite others, especially Muslims do good things and forbidding evil. In conducting missionary activities, media needed to facilitate mad’u received and understood the messages. One of the interesting media propaganda is visual communication media, which are all communications media that can be ingested by senses of sight, such as books, advertisements, banners, billboards, posters, flyers, and so on. While islamic posters is media which progressing since 2010 up to the last few years. Islamic posters must have a clear concept, and should include the source of the Qur’an and hadith or of the thinkers of Islam. Posters made up not only arbitrary, but it could be true. These posters are useful to remind Muslims especially, to always return to the path of God.--------------------------------------------------------------------------Dakwah adalah kewajiban setiap Muslim untuk mengajak orang lain, terutama umat Islam melakukan hal-hal yang baik dan mencegah kemungkaran. Dalam melakukan kegiatan dakwah, diperlukan media atau sarana agar mad’u menerima dan memahami pesan. Salah satu me- dia dakwah yang menarik adalah media komunikasi visual, yaitu semua media komunikasi yang dapat dicerna oleh indera penglihatan, seperti buku, iklan, spanduk, baliho, poster, selebaran, dan sebagainya. Poster Islam adalah salah satu media dakwah yang mulai berkembang sejak tahun 2010 sampai beberapa tahun terakhir. Poster Islam harus me- miliki konsep yang jelas, dan harus mencakup sumber dari Al-Qur’an dan hadits atau dari para pemikir Islam. Poster dibuat tidak hanya asal-asalan, tetapi harus benar. Poster ini berguna untuk mengingat- kan umat Islam khususnya, untuk selalu kembali ke jalan Allah SWT.

Abstract

The strategy used in the da’wah must be in accordance with condition and activity-bused designed to realize the purpose da’wah. The complexity of the problems that develop tody. Da’wah always face different challenges according to the conditions of community life. Da’wah must be packed in such a way as to be accepted and understood by the community as mad’unya. Because it da’wah can not be done with perfunctory but must be with  careful planning and preparation understand the strategi steps to consider. The use of strategy or the right way is a benchmark of success from da’wah itself. But if the strategy used is not appropriate, will lead to the unexpected.Depart from the above understanding shaykh Muhammad abu Fatah al Bayanuni contributed thoughts on the da’wah strategy contained in the book al madkhal ila ilmi da’wah. Strategy is a combination of planning, methods and tactics means/media to achieve the goal of da’wah.Keywords : strategy, da’wah, muhammad abu fatah al bayanuni----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Strategi yang digunakan dalam dakwah harus sesuai dengan kondisi dan kegiatan yang dirancang untuk mewujudkan tujuan dakwah. Kompleksitas masalah yang berkembang goyah. Dakwah selalu menghadapi tantangan yang berbeda sesuai dengan kondisi kehidupan masyarakat. Dakwah harus dikemas sedemikian rupa agar diterima dan dipahami oleh masyarakat sebagai madunya. Karena itu dakwah tidak bisa dilakukan dengan asal saja tetapi harus dengan perencanaan dan persiapan yang matang memahami langkah-langkah strategis yang perlu dipertimbangkan. Penggunaan strategi atau cara yang benar adalah tolok ukur keberhasilan dari dakwah itu sendiri. Tetapi jika strategi yang digunakan tidak tepat, akan mengarah pada hal yang tidak terduga.Berangkat dari pemahaman di atas shaykh Muhammad abu Fatah al Bayanuni mengkontribusikan pemikiran tentang strategi dakwah yang terkandung dalam buku al madkhal ila ilmi da'wah. Strategi adalah kombinasi dari perencanaan, metode dan taktik yang berarti / media untuk mencapai tujuan dakwah.Kata kunci: strategi, dakwah, muhammad abu fatah al bayanuni

Abstract

Regarding the response to self-disclosure, a person needs to make an attribution in order to know whether the response is really an intention or just a diversion. This article based on qualitative methods. Data collected by observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that People Living With HIV/Aids (PLWHA) carry out quite strict regulations by conducting an assessment first before disclosing their Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) status. The response obtained after they opened the status to the significant others was attributed by. The basis of sincere acceptance and response, the stability of the relationship between PLWHA and significant others after opening the status can be maintained, even stronger. PLWHA rely heavily on the power of spirituality to be able to build themselves better. In addition, the ability to make peace with oneself over their circumstances also influenced by this spirituality. Appreciation of spirituality also indicate that their engagement with God strengthened. This strength is shown by their awareness of the meaning of life.

Abstract

Da'wah activities among the multicultural community requires its own way and strategy. Good communication and not cornering one of the different parties can make da'wah accepted by a heterogeneous society. This paper describes the ways used in doing da'wah in multicultural society. The conclusion of this paper is the strategy of right dakwah communication used in multicultural society by way of multicultural approach in da'wah, that is trying to achieve two things, namely meeting point in diversity, and tolerance in difference. Da'wah can be held in any community context. Space and time have a significant effect on the patterns and strategies that are used to achieve the goal of da'wah. Dakwah activity thus in demand to be able to innovate. Da'wah can not come with a rigid face and only put forward a single truth.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Menjalankan aktivitas dakwah pada kalangan masyarakat yang multikultur memerlukan cara dan strategi tersendiri. Komunikasi yang baik dan tidak menyudutkan  salah  satu  pihak  yang  berbeda  dapat  menjadikan  dakwah diterima oleh masyarakat yang heterogen. Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang cara yang digunakan dalam melakukan dakwah pada masyarakat yang berbeda-beda. Kesimpulan dari tulisan ini menjelaskan bahwasannya strategi komunikasi dakwah yang digunakan dalam masyarakat yang multikultural dengan cara pendekatan multikulturalisme dalam dakwah, yakni berusaha untuk mencapai dua hal, yaitu titik temu dalam keragaman, dan toleransi dalam perbedaan. Dakwah bisa diselenggarakan dalam konteks masyarakat apapun. Ruang dan waktu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pola dan strategi yang di gunakan untuk mencapai tujuan dakwah. Aktifitas dakwah dengan demikian di tuntut untuk mampu berinovasi. Dakwah tidak dapat hadir dengan wajah yang kaku dan hanya mengedepankan kebenaran yang tunggal.

Abstract

This article explains about the optimization of banking communication services that causes customer (campus community) dissatisfaction. Banking communication services as the main source of the problem are not being able to use internet banking in banking services, the lack of employees at the nearest BTN operational office, payment schedules that are often delayed because of internet integrity connecting between the campus and the bank is broken and service dissatisfaction has not yet reached the remote area. This study is a qualitative research by doing interview, observation, and documentation in data collection. The interactive analysis model is done in a descriptive qualitative manner and the data is presented with a SWOT analysis to determine the company's situation and strategy. The conclusion is the component of customer satisfaction in the form of: responsiveness, compliance, empathy, tangible, reliability and assurance which are elements of patterns of improvement in communication services have a positive influence on customer satisfaction in using banking services. This must be started and addressed by prioritizing customer needs. Researchers found that service influences customer satisfaction, which means that the greater the influence of service, the greater the satisfaction achieved by these customers, and these efforts continue to be carried out by BTN in maintaining customer trust in the company. Another thing is the need to optimize the strength they have to respond to opportunities that arise from external companies.

Abstract

The internet has become an important part of the interactive communication of the Indonesian people. Information exchange is becoming faster with the advancement of information technology because everyone can easily access and share the information they receive. The ease of sharing information on the other hand can have a negative impact if it turns out that the information received is not clarified in advance. There needs to be an effort and awareness from internet users to prevent the spread of hoaxes on the internet, namely cyberdakwah. Cyberdakwah is an amar ma'ruf nahi munkar activity using internet media. Da'iof cyberdakwah needs to master information technology as one of the main weapons because the target of its dakwah is internet users. Da’i of cyberdakwahalso needs to understand netiquette (internet ethics) besides also having to understand the ethics of da'wahbased on Islamic teachings. This is because in exchanging information there are ethics and values that generally become a common agreement even though the rule may not be written.

Abstract

This paper intends to find out preaching value in Ummi Magazine during juni-august 2014. The study sample was Mutiara Islam section. Within Mutiara Islam section, there are some section again, that are: The Qur’an Studies, The al Hadith studies, Trail, Halal World, Jrisprudence Section of   Woman, Mutiara Dakwah, Horizon,and Tazkiyatun Nafs.Section study Qur’an, put one verse and than explain it in detail. Also with Section Hadith. While Trail Section discuss about exemplary story in Rosulullah Muhammad era. Halal World Section discusses the food associated with today. Jurisprudence Section of Woman discuss about woman in religion perspective. Mutiara Dakwah Section about problematic of preaching. Horizon Cestion discuss about trending phe- nomena. Tazkiyatun Nafs Section tell about exemplary story that now can be taken advantage. All Section are separated into four categories: faith (aqidah), morals (akhlak), sharia (syariah) and muamalah.The re- sult is The Qur’an Studies and The al Hadith Studies classified in faith. Trail Section, Mutiara Dakwah and Tazkiyatun Nafs are classified in morals. Jurisprudence Section of Woman classified in sharia. Horizon Section and Halal World are classified in muamalah.--------------------------------------------------------------------------Tulisan ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui pesan atau nilai dakwah yang terdapat di majalah Ummi selama bulan Juni sampai bulan Agustus 2014. Rubrik yang menjadi sample penelitian adalah rubrik Mutiara Islam. Di dalam rubrik Mutiara Islam terdapat beberapa tulisan  lagi  yaitu  rubrik  kajian Al  quran,  kajian  al  Hadits,    jejak, dunia halal, fiqh wanita, mutiara dakwah, cakrawala dan tazkiyatun nafs. Rubrik Kajian al Quran mengambil satu ayat yang kemudian dijabarkan dan dijelaskan secara rinci. Demikian juga dalam rubrik hadits. Sedangkan dalam rubrik jejak, lebih membahas mengenai kisah- kisah teladan di zaman rosul. Rubrik dunia halal, membahas mengenai persoalan makanan yang terkait dengan zaman sekarang.Rubrik fiqh wanita membahas persoalan wanita dari sudut pandang agama. Rubrik mutiara dakwah membahas mengenai problematika kegiatan dakwah. Rubrik cakrawala juga membahas mengenai fenomena persoalan yang sedang menjadi trend. Sedangkan rubrik tazkiyatun nafs, membahas mengenai kisah-kisah teladan di masa lalu yang bisa kita ambil manfaatnya di masa sekarang. Ke delapan rubrik kemudian dikategorisasikan ke dalam nilai atau pesan dakwah yaitu aqidah, akhlak, syariah dan muamalah. Masuk ke  dalam nilai akidah yaitu: kajian al Quran dan al Hadits, masuk ke dalam pesan dakwah akhlak yaitu rubrik jejak, mutiara dakwah serta tazkiyatun nafs. Sedangkan masuk nilai dakwah syariah yaitu rubrik fiqh wanita. Yang terakhir, masuk kategori nilai muamalah yaitu rubrik cakrawala dan dunia halal.

Abstract

AbstractLocal press problems in facing the contestation of the election of Regional Heads in West Sumatra Province can be grouped into two broad lines: first, the local press is dragged into a conflict of interest in the election of the Regional Head including 1) The Press supports one candidate pair, 2). Incitement of the success team, 3). The interests of media owners and stakeholders in media companies. Second, the intervention of the Regional Head towards local media includes 1). Change the Regional Head changes journalists, 2). Contract termination threats and 3). Media blockade. As for the solution to the problem, an alternative solution can be proposed that: 1). Re-guided Law Number 40 of 1999 concerning Press. 2). Balancing the press as a business industry with the press as a professional institution (social control). 3). The media owner should not use and manipulate his press company into the realm of practical politics. 5). In establishing cooperation with local governments, strive to stick to the principles and ethics of the journalistic profession. 6). Journalists must increase the capacity and quality of journalistic products, adhere to journalists' code of ethics, and not bring the profession into the realm of practical politics. 7). Report regional heads or parties who attempt to intimidate the media and journalists in carrying out their profession, to the Public Information Commission (KIP), police and Ombudsman at certain levels of government.Keywords: Local Press, Problems, Pemilukada Contestation. AbstrakProblematika pers lokal dalam menghadapi kontestasi pemilihan Kepala Daerah di Provinsi Sumatera Barat dapat dikelompokkan pada dua garis besar: yaitu pertama, pers lokal terseret dalam konflik kepentingan pemilihan Kepala Daerah meliputi 1) Pers mendukung salah satu pasangan calon, 2). hasutan tim sukses, 3). kepentingan pemilik media dan pemangku kewenangan pada perusahaan media. Kedua, intervensi Kepala daerah terhadap media lokal meliputi 1). berganti Kepala Daerah berganti wartawan, 2). ancaman putus kontrak dan 3). blokade media. Adapun solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut, dapat diajukan alternative penyelesaiannya bahwa: 1). Mempedomani kembali Undang-Undang Nomor 40 tahun 1999 tentang Pers. 2). Menyeimbangkan antara pers sebagai industry bisnis dengan pers sebagai lembaga professional (control social). 3). Pemilik media jangan memanfaatkan dan memperalat perusahaan pers miliknya ke ranah politik praktis. 5). Dalam menjalin kerja sama dengan pemerintah daerah, upayakan tetap berpegang pada prinsip dan etika profesi jurnalistik. 6). Wartawan mesti meningkatkan kapasitas dan kualitas produk jurnalistiknya, menaati kode etik wartawan, dan tidak membawa profesi ke ranah politik praktis. 7). Melaporkan kepala daerah atau pihak-pihak yang berupaya mengintimidasi media dan wartawan dalam menjalankan profesinya, ke Komisi Informasi Publik (KIP), polisi dan ombusman pada level pemerintahan tertentu.Kata Kunci: Pers Lokal, Problematika, Kontestasi Pemilukada.
