Abstract

This research was conducted at Lancang Kuning University . The purpose of the study to know and analyze the effect of transactional and transformational leadership style to Job Satisfaction empolyees in Unilak. This study is useful to share ideas in the context of human resource development, so the employees may optimally serve students by possessing Job Satisfaction Employees and effective leadership style implementation. Variables used were Job Satisfaction employees as dependent and transactional and transformational leadership style used as independent. Population were 123 employees of Unilak. Samples determined by using Slovin formulation that consisted of 56 employees who were selected by using convenience sampling method. Hypothesis test were conducted by using multiple linier regression analysis that assisted with SPSS 22 for windows. Transactional and transformational leadership positively and significantly influenced the Job satisfaction employees among employees of Unilak, but partially Transformational leadership not significant influence to job satisfaction employees. It means that the Job Satisfaction employees’ were determined by how effective leaders can implement the appropriate leadership style. Therefore, it is recommended to Unilak leaders and management to properly analyze the situation and condition, so that leaders will know the proper time about when the transactional or transformational should be implemented. Abstract

Abstract: Faculty of economy consists of two major departments that are management and accounting. Study reveals that the level of end duty completion is quite effective around 58%. %. Study also reveals that each department has quite effective in assisting students to complete their end duty, i.e.: accounting 57.5% and management 52.2%. Abstract

Civil Servants are employees were seen from the financial establishment, as judged That this employee has a relatively high salary and plus allowances and health insurance, education and old age security. The issue of the performance of civil servants still in the spotlight, which, although he had done civil service reform, but at lower levels of service to the community still felt alone is not optimal. Some literature states that this is due to a lack of commitment to provide public services under the notabenenya no money and just a lot of complaining. This research was conducted in the Parliament Secretariat Pekanbaru City as a base for the people's voice, this study used a sample of 56 people with census methods, data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The study says that the commitment of a significant effect on the performance of employees. Abstract

The development in the business very rapidly also makes business more challenges in the financial services sector such as Bmt becomes increasingly large, increasingly fierce competition, and the use of increasingly sophisticated technology and consumers are increasingly varied. This condition is indirectly demanded Bmt to be able to further develop better strategies in marketing, production, employee, as well as in the financial sector so as to meets what the wants and needs of each of its customers as well as increase the number of members or customers. Like at Bmt Al Ittihad, which is one of the many cooperatives that have sharia potential to grow in pekanbaru, because Bmt Al Ittihad increased member / new customer every year. This research directed to address problems if the marketing mix consisting of product, prices, promotion, people, process, location and physical evidence and service quality then influence the satisfaction of members of Bmt Al Ittihad and the benefits of this research is expected to provide evaluation of policies and marketing strategies must be taken related to what the needs and tastes of members of Bmt Al Ittihad. These results indicate all variable have to influence simultaneous marketing mix consisting of product, promotion, process, price, employees, places, physical evidence and service quality. Abstract

This study aims to analize how much store atmosphere and consumers positive emotions influence to impulse buying on consumer in Giant Hypermarket Pekanbaru.The sample in this study was 100 consumers who shopped at Giant Hypermarket in last 3 months, with the method of sampling incidental and then do an analysis of the data obtained using the analysis of quantitative data include : validity and reliability, the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing via t test, hypothesis testing via F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The study found that the store atmosphere partially has possitive effect but don’t significant to impulse buying, Positif emotion of consumers partially has possitive effect and significant on to Store Atmosphere. Store atmosphere andpositif emotion of consumers simultanly have positif effect and significant on impulse buying. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of consciousness of paying taxes, knowledge and understanding of tax laws on the willingness to pay taxes individual taxpayers who do the work free.The sample in this study are 100 individual taxpayers who do the work free on KPP Pratama Pekanbaru randomized using a sampling technique accidental sampling and then analysis of data obtained using the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative analysis includes: validity and reliability, the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t test and F, as well as the coefficient of determination (R2). Qualitative analysis is the interpretation of the data obtained in the study and the results of data processing that has been carried out by giving a description and explanation. Statistical analysis showed that the consciousness of paying taxes, knowledge and understanding of tax laws partial and simultaneous positive and significant impact on will pay taxes. Abstract

Cooperative became the economic base of the people, for the cooperatives is the same interests and worked together. Cooperative oil palm plantations became very concerned at the time of replanting the gardens, the original members of the cooperative have a relatively large income, but the time period replanting becomes very difficult. The survey conducted to 30 farmer groups who joined the KUD in the village of Rokan Hulu Kumain explained that the factor of readiness of farmers, among others, the lack of readiness of the farmers themselves (4.503> 2.056 or 0.000 <0.05). Abstract

Business organizations are effective in achieving its objectives requires the power of communication both owned personally and of the organization itself. This study proves that using the case of the commercial business organizations in the city of Pekanbaru with the use of a sample of educators as many as 56 people in the census and data collection using questionnaires and analyzed with simple regression showed that the interpersonal communication significantly influence the performance of the business organization. Abstract

The new index building energy performance that can allow management to follow the energy consumption for months. There are many variables that change over time during the normal routine of the day. Based on the analysis performed, the authors conclude beberpa energy management research results Galeri Ciumbuleuit Hotel and Apartment, associated with facilities and energy consumption. Initial audit methods and a detailed audit which is used for energy savings can process data over the last 3 years, and can be applied. Dibangunan energy audit method can be used to suppress the use of potential energy savings, thus saving efforts can be done better and more useful.
