Abstract

Abstract: Labor discipline problems teachers provide learning to students is a phenomenon that needs to be addressed. Through the democratic leadership of headmaster attitude is presumably related to discipline the teacher. Using action research methods were implemented school at SDN 023 samples Pandau Jaya and teachers with the implementation of democratic kepemimponan models and descriptive analysis, the obtained results of the research granting school leadership teacher work can improve work discipline teachers in teaching in schools. The data obtained show that once held measuring the level of work discipline teachers through school leadership to work more efficiency, effectiveness, fairness and responsiveness to the application of these cycles affect the teachers' work. This suggests the provision of school leadership work can improve work discipline teachers in teaching in elementary school N 023 Pandau Jaya. Abstract

Abstract: Abstract: Methods of learning in mathematics becomes a unique challenge for math teachers in presenting the material to learners. Its success in providing the raw material effectively becomes a reference for learning. Through action research on class V subjects applied mathematics assignment models and analyzed descriptively. Based on the survey results revealed that the application of learning etode assignment in order to improve the results of student homework in class V in mathematics on the integer turns learning outcomes of students increased significantly. The data obtained show that after the implementation of the method of learning assignment, then proved their influence in a positive direction in improving the results of student homework in mathematics concerning arithmetic operations. Abstract

Abstract: teachers act as the manager of the learning process, develop teaching materials well, and improve the ability of students to listen to the lessons and master the educational goals they need to accomplish. Through the method of class actions implemented in SDN 023 Padau Jaya in grade social studies result observassi in cycle I-III illustrate the attitude of the students in following the lessons already provide a change in the behavior of pupils, especially in completing a given task, where students have been able to believed proved still late and has also been honest in completing tasks such as not cheating, but already showing civic attitude that is ready to give his devotion in implementing local togetherness. The application of the word tabak method can improve learning outcomes of civic education, especially in matter of understanding of the role of Indonesia's foreign policy in the era of globalization with the achievements of the KKM and attitudes pupil behavior. Abstract: Social Lessons for elementary school students need a lot of methods in order to achieve effectiveness pembelejarannya. As in the social studies teachers need to implement a variety of methods. Case at 023 elementary schools Pandau Jaya require attention and of the study of literature allegedly using picture and picture can improve student understanding. Using action research method and samples of primary school and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the portrait IPS learning already achieved the expected objective teacher performance indicators set out in> 85% of the number of students in a class have achieved mastery learning individually. There is a learning outcome IPS particularly in sub discussion of cooperatives in improving the welfare of the community, through teaching methods picture and picture already improving student understanding. Abstract

Abstract: Action research conducted with the application of the demonstration method to overcome the problem of low student achievement of learning. Through the implementation of this class action methods in primary schools and the data collected through tests and observation and analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results show that the improved understanding of fractions and their use in solving problems by elementary school students through the application of methods of demonstration. Abstract

Abstract: Practice patterns in science lessons were admittedly relatively difficult to understand and takes a relatively long time, so that student learning outcomes to be low. Through action research methods were implemented in elementary schools with tests and observation and analyzed with descriptive techniques. The results showed that the application of computer simulation educational learning tool to improve science learning outcomes of students in the sixth grade energy in natural science subjects turned out to increase student learning outcomes. Abstract: Application of the method pair square think to students in sub discussion arithmetic operations up to three cycles of numbers are expected to continue to increase the ability of students to learn. Action research method with a sample of students and colleagues for observation and analyzed descriptively. Found results show that by applying the method pair think square by dividing the students into groups of four and assigned tasks to all groups and every student to think and do the job themselves. Abstract

Abstract: A history lesson in elementary school difficult given understanding to the students, for many reasons, such as the problem of learning methods. During use the lecture method, expected by the application of the method will match better understand the history of the student. Tidakan research method used in this study. Data collected by the test and observation and analyzed with descriptive analysis. The results showed that the change of improvement in student achievement. Through the application of the method pairing with giving cards as a form of review questions of clarification teacher in the classroom and students are asked to think of an answer and match with colleagues who have the same card it can be proved that the achievement of students of the thoroughness of 75 is increasing. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi internet dan tren kemunculan toko-toko onlihe telah memberi banyak kesempatan bagi usaha mikro dan kecil di Indonesia. Keadaan ini mendorong peta persaingan baru di industri e-niaga. OLX sebagai salah satu dari banyak pemain e-commerce, menghadapi tekanan ketat dari pesaing. Penelitian ini, dengan demikian, menjadi penting untuk dilakukan mengingat masih rendahnya kepercayaan konsumen terhadap belanja online. Hal ini akan menghambat pertumbuhan industri mikro dan kecil di Indonesia karena ada sedikit keraguan untuk membeli secara online di kalangan konsumen. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis kepercayaan konsumen dan dampaknya terhadap perilaku pembelian online di situs OLX. Responden terdiri dari 96 konsumen, dipilih dengan menggunakan snowball sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif untuk mengukur tingkat kepercayaan dan perilaku pembelian secara online, sedangkan pendekatan inferensial dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dioperasikan untuk menguji dampak kepercayaan terhadap perilaku pembelian online konsumen. Kata kunci: e-Commerce, e-Trust dan Perilaku Pembelian Online
