Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of fundamental factors (EPS, DER, CR, TATO and size of the Company) on the value of the manufacturing company Basic Industry and Chemicals sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2014 period. The population in this study are all companies Manufacturing Basic Industry and Chemicals sectors listed on the Stock Exchange the period 2011 to 2014, amounting to 63 companies While the sample was determined by purposive sampling method in order to obtain as many as 29 companies sampled. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 17.00. Before the data were analyzed, performed classical assumption of the data. Statistical tests showed that (1) Taken together variable EPS, DER, CR, TATO, and company size effect on firm value (PBV) (2) Earning Per Share (EPS) effect on firm value (3) Debt to Equity ratio (DER) effect on firm value (4) Current ratio (CR) effect on the value of the company (5) Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) effect on the value of the company (6) the size effect on the company's corporate value. Abstract

The development of an entrepreneurial-based local economic development outlined for 6 districts / cities that we studied. Determination of the commodity is determined by predetermined criteria, and the determination of these criteria is based on the objectives to be achieved in the development of local entrepreneurship. To obtain uniformity and consistency in the process of establishing a commodity, then each of the criteria used in all districts / cities are the same. Through the analysis using the formula LQ with survey data in the field is known that one of the characteristics of entrepreneurship is to act on business opportunities, business opportunities can be obtained from looking at and analyzing the following three potentials, namely: availability of natural resources, availability of human resources and Market Potential. Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the influence of corporate culture on work behavior.The method used in this study is a survey of 51 employees at PT. Buana Citra Abadi Branch Dumai, Pekanbaru, Jambi and Palembang with sampling technique was conducted by sampling area. The results showed that the culture of work, and not significant positive effect on the behavior of the work, because there are many other factors that influence not described / examined in this study. Abstract

Abstract: The present research was conducted at Riau Province. The purpose of this research is to influence of credit portfolio to non perfoming loan (NPL) and profitability (ROA) in Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Convensional in Riau. The population of this research is a Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Convensional from annual report are listed in Perbarindo Riau during 2009-2013 with the number of saturation samples are 33 BPR in Riau. This research apply on using portofolio credit based on a type of used that is working capital loan, investment loan and consumer loan as an exogenous variable, credit quality (NPL) as an intervening variable and profitability (ROA) as a endogenous variable. The data were analyzed using path analysis. The result of this study indicate that working capital loan through credit quality indirectly significant negative effect on profitability, but the working capital loan directly positive effect on profitability. While investmen loan and consumer loan positive impact on profitability either directly or indirectly throught credit quality. Finally, credit quality and negative significant effect on profitability. Abstract

Abstract: The objectives on this research are to analyze the relationship between organization culture, senior management commitments, manager skill, employee attitude, organization of work, and human resources as a successful learning organization at PT. Bank Riau Kepri. The research population was 276 employees at the main office of Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru and the research samples were 73 employees at the main office of Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru from all level and division. A quota sampling was conducted to 73 employees. The primary data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires and respondents’ responses measured using Likert Scale. Descriptive statistics analysis and inferential statistical analysis (partial correlation and multiple linear regression) were used to analyze data in this research. This research’s result shows that there is a positive relationship between organization culture, senior management commitments, manager skill, employee attitude, organization of work, and human resources as a successful learning organization.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to understand the the influence of motivation on the performance of employees at educational institutions at Bangkinang the district capital of Kampar. Type research which is located in public junior high schools Bangkinang the district capital of Kampar is descriptive with a quantitative approach, namely prioritise questions list as a means of data collection and data collected with this device then used as the main raw empirical analyze the condition of the existence of a purpose objektifitas research on the site of minutely. The population of this study is all all teachers in state schools Bangkinang the district capital of Kampar .The research is empirical research with using a technique purposive of sampling in the sample collection criteria teachers in state schools Bangkinang the district capital of Kampar that had been certified by the year 2016/ 2017. Of the population which consisted of 150 people, then meet the criteria of a samples from 80 people plus 3 respondents supporting such as 1 people the education office and 2 supervisors school. Data is collected by spreading the questionnaire 80th respondents and interview to 3 respondents supporting. Than 80 the questionnaires returned all (100 %). Based on technique analysis a correlation coefficient of 0,567, the coefficients determination 0,322 and results of the test t and significance <0.05 then the researcher judging and inferring that is the motivation of the performance of teachers. Abstract

Service quality is very important in the banking business. In addition to offering a wide range of products, improvements in terms of information technology, physical services, and non-physical services intended to improve the quality of service. To measure the level of satisfaction is necessary to know the extent to which the quality of services provided are able to create customer satisfaction. This study aims to analized how much influence the quality of service to customer satisfaction BTN Bank Branch Pekanbaru. After learning literature review, an understanding of the influence of the physical form (tangibles), reliability (reliability), assurance (assurance), responsiveness (responsiveness), and awareness (empathy) with the variables that influence can be seen as a base strategy for development customer satisfaction.The sample in this study was 100 customers of Bank BTN Pekanbaru randomized using a sampling technique accidental sampling.Statistical analysis showed that the tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy partially and simultaneously positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction Bank BTN Pekanbaru. Abstract

This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City Police Reserve Unit Jalan Ahmad Yani No. 11 Pekanbaru-Riau. The purposeof this study is KnowingLeadership Influenceon Performance Pekanbaru Police Detective Member. While the benefit soft his research is as consideration in applying the provision of leadership in improving the performance of Pekanbaru Police Detective Member on the future. Data collection techniques used in this research is to use the data collection tool in the form of questionnaires and interviews, and the sampling method used is random sampling by the formula Slovin. Where the amount of the overall population of 156 people and a sample of 88 people. Analysis of the data used is a simple linear regression analysis with SPSS vers. 17. Besides done also partial test (t test). From the results of research on the influence of leadership in improving the performance of members of disatlantas pekanbaru tcount t¬¬tabel ie greater than 8365> 1,999. Leadership means having a significant effect in improving the performance of members of Traffic pekanbaru. Large influence the dependent variable can be seen from the value of coefficient of determination (R-square), the amount is 0.449 or 44.9%, while the remaining 55.1% is influenced by other independent variables were not examined in this study.influenced by other independent variables were not examined in this study Keywords: Leadership, Performance

Abstract

This Research aimed to see whether there are differences in perception between senior and junior students of the accounting profession in the S-1 Regular program. The results showed that the S-1 Regular program, senior students perceptions of the "accountant as a profession" is lower than the junior student perceptions. The results showed that the more senior they (the longer they follow accounting education), the more they do not like accounting and increasingly do not want a career and worked as an accountant. Abstract

Retailing is a kind of business that can economically suffice people needs and provide business profit for some business players. The development of Pekanbaru city goes along with modern retail business growth, spesifically in Jalan Cipta Karya, Kelurahan Tuah Karya, Kecamatan Tampan.. This study uses descriptive method which is focusing on actual phenomenon and describing studied object as well as interpreting it rationally and accurately. Study reveals the decrease of income as the consequence of Indomaret and Alfamart exixtence for the amount of 42,24%. This decrease caused by 2 of 4 factors i.e price and service, meanwhile location and product variation shows no significant effect. Price shows negative effect, which means, higher price implemented by Indomaret and Alfamart causes increase the retailer’s income. Service shows positive effect, which means, the better service of Indomaret and Alfamart will increase the income Keywords: Indomaret dan Alfamart, Retailer and Income
