Abstract

Abstract - The disturbance resulted from the image taken in the water are lighting and signal distortion.  This research describes the level of difficulty and noise that interfere with the processing of digital images taken on the sea surface.  The method used in the research is thresholding otsu-gaussian method with gray level that will be tested differently, where previous research had been investigated by using vehicle plate number object [2]. The result of the research are [1] the smaller the gray level specified at the histogram density will affect the segmentation result with the reduced noise generated by the image without vibration noise or noise with vibration. [2] with no image vibration noise segmentation results greatly affect the noise such as (a) with no image vibration noise, the segmentation results strongly affect the noise such as (a) reflected light (b) other reflected shadow of water so that it becomes background on objects in the  water.  [3] the vibrated image will actually eliminate the minimal background noise generated from the reflection of water. the vibrated image will also affect the change of the original shape of the object due to factors influenced by the vibration bias that occurs in the waterAbstrak- Gangguan yang dihasilkan dari gambar yang diambil dari dalam air yaitu, pencahayaan, distorsi signal [1]. Sedangkan pada makalah penelitian ini akan memaparkan tingkat kesulitan beserta noise yang menggangu pada pengolahan citra digital yang diambil diatas permukaan air. Metode yang akan diusulkan pada makalah penelitian ini adalah metode thresholding Otsu-Gaussian dengan tingkat level keabuan yang akan di ujicoba berbeda-beda, dimana pada penelitian sebelumnya telah diteliti menggunakan objek plat nomor kendaraan [2]. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapat (1) Semakin kecil level keabuan yang ditetapkan pada kerapatan histogram akan memperngaruhi hasil segmentasi dengan berkurangnya noise yang dihasilkan oleh gambar tanpa noise getaran mupun noise dengan getaran. (2) Dengan citra yang tidak ada noise getaran hasil segmentasi sangat berpengaruh terhadap noise seperti: (a) Cahaya yang dipantulkan air (b) Bayangan lain yang dipantulkan air sehingga menjadikan background pada objek yang ada didalam air. (3) Untuk citra yang diberi getaran justru akan menghilangkan sedikitnya noise backgroung yang dihasilkan dari pantulan air. (4) Citra yang diberi getaran juga akan memperngaruhi perubahan dari bentuk asli objek karena faktor yang dipengaruhi oleh bias hasil getaran yang terjadi pada air.Kata Kunci : Otsu-Gaussian, Air, Noise

Abstract

Sistem pembayaran angsuran berbasis web pada suatu koperasi merupakan sistem yang bersifat dinamis dalam arti akan selalu berkembang dan kompleks. Metode Pemrograman prosedural memiliki kelemahan saat mengembangkan aplikasi yang kompleks. Ketika terjadi permasalahan, penanganannya menjadi sulit karena porgram terdiri dari banyak fungsi dan pada saat mengubah suatu fungsi akan mengubah fungsi fungsi yang lain. Tidak hanya saat terjadi permasalahan, suatu sistem berbasis pemrograman prosedural juga susah apabila akan dikembangkan. Oleh karena itu di pendang perlu untuk mengembangan Sistem dengan metode object Oriented Programming (OOP), merupakan metode pemrograman berorientasi obyek.  Sistem yang di bangun dengan metode ini terdiri dari banyak obyek yang saling berhubungan. Perancangan yang dipakai menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), suatu metodologi untuk mengembangkan sistem dengan pendekatan OOP. Pengembangan Sistem ini menggunakan Hypertext Prepocessor (PHP). Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya sistem pembayaran transaksi berbasis web dengan metode OOP, sehingga dapat lebih mudah pemeliharaan dan pengembangannya

Abstract

Tata krama sangat berperan penting untuk mepermudah manusia untuk diterima di lingkungan masyarakat sekitar. Peran orang tua sangatlah penting dalam pembentukan karakter anak terutama dalam menerapkan sikap tata krama atau sopan santun anak. . Saat ini perilaku anak lebih cenderung kehilangan etika dan sopan santun. Berdasarkan obeservasi yang dilakukan di beberapa sekolah dasar di Semarang ditemui beberapa sikap yang mencerminkan kurangnya tata krama siswa di sekolah. Perlu adanya media yang kreatif untuk menanmkan tata krama kepada anak dengan melibatkan perkembangan teknologi, salah satunya melalui perancanan game edukasi berbasis mobile. Pada penelitian ini,metode yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan multimedia yang meliputi membuat konsep (concept), merancang desain (design), mengumpulkan bahan (material collecting), pembuatan (assembly), melakukan pengujian (testing), dan evaluasi produk (evaluating). Desain game dibuat desain vektor dengan style karakter chibi yang memiliki ciri kepala besar dan badan mungil atau kecil untuk membuat karakter lebih terlihat lucu. Hasil perancangan ini adalah sebuah game edukasi untuk menanamkan tata krama pada anak.

Abstract

The Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of Republic of Indonesia has set a regulation about curriculum applied in education field named Kurikulum 2013. One of the subsections in the Kurikulum 2013 regulates all requirements of majoring in high school. High school students determine their major based on Kurrikulum 2013 as they are on the 10th grade. The purpose of the majoring in education is to allow children development based on their skills and interests, because before, majoring have been done based on scores obtained. The main problem is the majoring requirements considered are admission test score and Junior High School National Test score. Both scores are not sufficient enough to determine the students major therefore academic aptitude test score is required. In term of weighting, the school has not been imposed the weighting system so the scores obtained is the average of admission test score and national test score.Based on the issue above, a solution required to solve the issue using a method. Method used in this research is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), wherein this methode is looking for the weighted sum of performance rate on every alternative of atributes. This research provides the information about which potential students is suitable to enter the science major and social major so this results can be used as consideration of school decisions.

Abstract

Stock price prediction is useful for investors to see how the prospects of a company's stock investment in the future. Stock price prediction can be used to anticipate the deviation of stock prices. It can also helps investors in decision making. Artificial Neural Networks do not require mathematical models but data from problems to be solved. Information is conveyed through the data, and the Artificial Neural Network filters the information through training. Therefore, Artificial Neural Network is appropriate to solve the problem of stock price prediction.            Learning method that will be used to predict stock price is Supervised Learning with Backpropagation algorithm. With this algorithm, networks can be trained using stock price data from the previous time, classify it and adjust network link weight as new input and forecast future stock prices. By using ANN, time series prediction is more accurate. After analyzing the problem of stock price movement system, the writer can know the pattern of what variables will be taken for further insert into the stock price forecasting system.            This application can be used for stock price forecasting technique, so it will be useful for beginner investor as well as advanced investor as reference to invest in capital market. Implementing supervised learning backpropagation method will get accurate forecasting results more than 98%.Keyword - artificial neural network, stock, backpropagation.

Abstract

Mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang mengerjakan Tugas Akhir/skripsi rentan mengalami stres. Stres bisa disebabkan berbagai macam penyebab terutama adanya tekanan karena beban yang cukup berat. Mahasiswa yang mengalami stres sebaiknya segera mendapatkan solusi sehingga tidak mengganggu proses penyelesaian Tugas Akhir/skripsi. Sangat penting bagi mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan Tugas Akhir untuk dapat mengidentifikasi dirinya sendiri apakah sedang stres atau tidak, demikian juga bagi institusi pendidikan.Pendekatan sistem informasi berbasis komputer, dalam hal ini adalah sistem pakar dapat digunakan sebagai  alat bantu untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat stres pada mahasiswa. Sistem ini tidak bermaksud menggantikan peran psikolog sebagai pakar yang biasa menangani orang-orang yang terganggu karena mengalami tekanan.Alat bantu ini memiliki fasilitas untuk konsultasi bagi mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan Tugas Akhir/skripsi dan  fasilitas akuisisi pengetahuan bagi pakar. Abstract

Combined Farmer Group (Gapoktan) is a combination of several farmer groups that partner and jointly doing business in the field of agribusiness to achieve income and increase production of farming for members and other farmers. The Provincial Agricultural Office of Gorontalo has the duty to carry out the formulation, implementation of policies, monitoring and evaluation in the field of agricultural extension. One of the counseling is done at the Combined Farmer Group in Gorontalo province.This research aims to facilitate the search of Gapoktan location which will be given assistance and agricultural extension in Gorontalo Province region and designing mapping of location of gapoktan based on android At Gorontalo Provincial Agricultural Service In order to search location and time used more effective and efficient and easier for people to get information related with more detailed gapoktan. Abstract

Makanan merupakan zat terpenting bagi makhluk hidup, baik itu manusia, hewan, maupun tumbuhan. Makanan bisa berupa bahan yang berasal dari tumbuhan ataupun hewan yang diolah oleh manusia sehingga dapat dimakan untuk mendapatkan energi dan bertahan hidup. Obat merupakan suatu benda olahan manusia untuk menyembuhkan sebuah penyakit, atau mencegah gejala -  gejala tertentu. Obat bisa berasal dari tumbuh-tumbuhan alami (herbal), atau obat juga bisa berasal dari bahan-bahan tertentu yang dipadukan dan diolah oleh para ilmuwan,  para ahli ataupun dokter,  sehingga menghasilkan benda yang dapat dikonsumsi guna menyehatkan tubuh. OCR (Optical Character Recognition) atau sering disebut dengan Pengenalan Pola karakter yang merupakan salah satu cabang dari pengenalan pola. Salah satu metode pengenalan pola angka atau huruf. Metode String matching adalah suatu algoritma yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah pencocokan suatu teks terhadap suatu teks lain. Dari hasil analisa, perancangan, pengujian dan implementasi program yang telah dilakukan, Metode  String  Matching  ini  dapat  membantu  masyarakat  dalam  mendeteksi  obat  dan makanan tersebut sudah terdaftar atau belum pada Badan Pengawasan obat dan makanan.

Abstract

Subjects scheduling is an important routine for teaching and learning process in every semester. These teaching and learning processes involve all students and lecturers, so the arranged subjects scheduling should be able to facilitate the interests both of lecturers and students. If some constraints in scheduling process are not counting well, it will difficult to do subjects scheduling. The constraints are the number of available: subjects, classes, times, and lecturers. The current subjects scheduling process is not efficient. Manual input activity make the scheduling process become complicated and slow. Therefore it need an application which can solve scheduling problems which can be used to arrange the subjects in every departments (majors) in UMB, so that distribution of subjects can be divided equally everyday. This problem required an application with a model that can solve scheduling complexities which adjust with the predefined constraints. Round Robin Algorithm is able to make this scheduling process faster and more efficient, so that some items in scheduling process no need to be inserted (input) repeatedly.

Abstract

Abstract - The main figure is most important in all schools is the teacher. School quality can be measured through the output generated is not only measured by the status of the school, a large number of students and the magnificent building with complete facilities in it. Output or a good and qualified graduates, supported by qualified teachers, and vice versa. On the initial observations conducted on SMK Gotong Royong Gorontalo found the problem process was based on Nepotism without regard to the quality of the candidate, the assessment and test results using the manual way, the accumulation of files applicants, delays decision-making and mistakes administering the value because the human factor error. The purpose of this research is to produce decision support system applications to process data is the acceptance of honorary teacher at SMK Gotong Royong Gorontalo and be known how the application of TOPSIS method in the process is Honorary teacher acceptance so that the process of assessment is better. The results showed a decision support system provides simplicity in the process of determining prospective teachers respect by applying discusses decision support system that is computer-based, so that the process is faster and the test results test try the White box testing can be inferred that the flowchart menu, the application of the Test the test case with white box testing approach can produce the systems and processes on a looping flowchart in the system to be effective and efficient. Keyword : decision support systems, teacher honorarium, TOPSIS
