Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know  the influence level of Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) towards the profitability (ROA) in banking companies listed in BEI. The population in this research is the entire banking company registered in BEI in 2010-2013. Research of sampling is performed using the method of purposive sampling. Analysis  technique  used  are  multi  liniear  regression  of  ordinary  least square  and  hypotheses  test  used  is  t-statistic.  Based on the results of  the survey, encountered  that Non Performing Loan (NPL) influenced negative toward  profitability. Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) influential effect negatively to profitability. Suggestions from this study is banking in Indonesia should maintain the continued level of capital has improved even more capital because it can increase the profit of capital adequacy that is ROA. And then minimize bad debts or reduce the value of  pon performing loan, because with the declining value of non performing loan will increase the profits obtained by the ROA.

Abstract

This study is aimed to know the direct and indirect effect of the transformational leadership, distibutive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice towards nurses’ work engagement which is mediated by distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. The 117 nurses who worked in the hospitalization section Grade III in RSUD Tugurejo Semarang were the population of the study.The sample of this study was taken by using propotioned random sampling methodology. 91 nurses were taken as the sample of the study. The method of data collection is by questionares which was measured by likert scale. Data analysis using SPSS for Windows version 21. The result of theis study showed transformational leadership have positive effect on distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. Distributive justice and interactional justice have positive effect on work engagement. Transformational leadership and procedural justice have no effect on work engagement. Distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice was able to mediate the relationship of the transformational leadership towards nurses’ work engagement in hospitalization section Grade III in RSUD Tugurejo Semarang.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini penentuan harga pokok produksi masih menggunakan sistem full costing padahal produk yang ada lebih dari satu, sehingga dianggap kurang akurat karena tidak melibatkan semua biaya overhead pabrik. Sehingga dibutuhkan sistem activity based costing yang dapat menentukan harga pokok produksi yang lebih akurat. Objek penelitian ini adalah biaya harga pokok produksi yang menjadi fokus dari aktivitas pembuatan kerupuk pada pabrik kerupuk Langgeng. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif berdasarkan explanatory research. Hasil penelitian adalah penentuan harga pokok produksi dengan menggunakan sistem activity based costing pada cost pool kerupuk rambak- rambakan sebesar Rp. 8.793,51. Pada cost pool kerupuk terung sebesar Rp. 8.726,50. Pada cost pool kerupuk kedelai sebesar Rp. Rp. 10.221,54. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pendekatan sistem activity based costing menentukan harga pokok produksi kerupuk rambak- rambakan, kerupuk terung, kerupuk kedelai sudah sesuai karena pembagian biaya sudah jelas berdasarkan pemicu biaya dan sumber daya yang dikonsumsi masing- masing produk.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, brand image, dan harga terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen jasa transportasi taksi New Atlas di Kota Semarang. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik acidental sampling, jumlah responden sebanyak 116 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan metode kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan Path Analyse dengan program SPSS versi 16, dimana variabel yang digunakan meliputi kualitas pelayanan, brand image, harga, kepuasan konsumen, dan loyalitas konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen dengan total pengaruh sebesar 0,316, brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen dengan total pengaruh sebesar 0,393, dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen dengan total pengaruh sebesar 0.481. Simpulan dari penelitian ini terbukti bahwa kepuasan konsumen memiliki peran sebagai variabel intervening antara kualitas pelayanan, brand image, dan harga terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Saran bagi perusahaan adalah perusahaan harus tetap meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, menjaga brand image taksi New Atlas, dan harga serta menjaga reputasi perusahaan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of brand image and consumer attitudes towards purchase decision of batik directly and indirectly that mediated attract purchase intention of consumer Setono Wholesale Market and International Batik Center. The population in this research is the Consumer of batik at Setono Wholesale Market and International Batik Center (IBC) Pekalongan. The number of samples that are used in this research is 116 people by using accidental sampling with non probability sampling approach. Method of data collection using the questionnaire. Data analysis using regression analysis and path analysis. This research concluded that brand image has positive and significant effect directly on purchase decision, but consumer attitudes not significant effect directly on purchase decision. Whereas the brand image and consumer attitudes has positive and significant impact indirectly on purchase decision through purchase intention of consumer Setono Wholesale Market and International Batik Center. The conclusions of this study is proved that purchase intention can be mediated effect of brand image and consumer attitude on purchase decision

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the reaction of markets to the dividend cash announcement on all companies share listed on the Sharia Effect List. The other goal is to explain the difference of abnormal return and security return variability (SRV) on the period before, during and after period ex-dividend date in 2014. This research used the event study, which was conducted observation of abnormal return and security return variability during the event period, i.e. before 10 days up to 10 days after the dividend cash announcement. The population in this research are all companies share listed on the Sharia Effect List (DES) in 2014. The sampling technique was conducted with a purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 135. Based on the result of differential tests analysis showed that there are difference abnormal return on the period before-at the moment, after-at the moment and before-after and security return variability variable on the period before-after the dividend cash announcement. However, the security return variability (SRV) on the period before-after announcement showed that there are no difference.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain technical sales skill, non-technical sales skill give influence toward sales performance through consumer confidence has a role as intervening variable. The sampling uses incidental sampling technique. The numbers of respondents are 116 respondents. The methods used to collect the data are questionnaire method, interview method and observation method. Data analysis used in this research is path analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 20 program. The result of this research shows that consumer confidence variable has a role as intervening variable between technical sales skill and non-technical sales skill toward sales performance. The conclusion of this research is consumer confidence has a role as intervening variable between technical sales skill, and non technical sales skill, toward sales performance.
