Abstract

The aims of this research are to analyze the direct and indirect influence of the destination image, customer value and customer satisfaction on the customer loyalty at the Guci Tour. The sample size consist of 100 respondents with incidental sampling through likert scale questionnaire. Percentage descriptive, multiple linier regression and path analysis were employed to analyze data. Results showed any effect of the image of the destination and the value of customer loyalty through customer satisfaction so that visitors can be said of a relationship mediation in this study. The conclusion of this research are proved that 1) the image of destinations has no direct influence on satisfaction and loyalty of visitors, 2) the image of the destination and visitor satisfaction as mediating indirect effect on the loyalty of visitors, 3) customer value and customer satisfaction as a mediating influence directly and indirectly to the visitor loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of directly or indirectly image and confidence in the loyalty through  customer  satisfaction  of  BRI  Unit   Sedan,  Branch  Rembang.  The  populations  in  this  research  are customers of BRI Unit Sedan, Branch Rembang. The number of samples taken in this study were 100 clients by using purposive sampling. Data collection methods used is questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is the influence of image and trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction BRI Unit Sedan, Branch Rembang. The conclusions of this study is the higher the companys image, it will increase satisfaction and loyal ty. And for the trust, the higher the trust, it will increase customer satisfaction and loyalty as well

Abstract

Inventories of raw materials on this research used EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method which purpose to analysis and describe inventories of raw materials rayon thread at CV. Tenun Gayor/ATBM Rimatex which is required to achieve optimum result. This research is a quantitative research. Object this research uses EOQ method coverting, safety stock, reorder point, and total inventory cost. The result that there was an optimum purchasing number using EOQ on the thread in 2014 for about 8.721 Kg with 10-times, the safety stock 918 Kg, the reorder point 1.477,62 Kg, and total inventory cost Rp.32.032.628,36.

Abstract

Based on preliminary research literacy level of SMEs owners in the Tegal city is still relatively low. Factors that affecting the level of literacy consists of gender, education level and income level. This research is a survey research. The results showed the level of literacy in the Tegal city SMEs owners are in the high category with an average of 11.79. Gender and education level factors affect the level of financial literacy owners of SMEs. Men SMEs owners  and above the level of compulsory education have higher literacy level compared to women and under compulsory education. The income factor does not affect the level of financial literacy owners of SMEs. The owners of SMEs are suggested increase their knowledge aboout finance and governement can give education about finance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Pring Asri. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Rumah Makan Pring Asri dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 115 responden, dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah experiential marketing, kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner yang diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Untuk menganalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi berganda.This study aimed to determine the effect of experiential marketing and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty Eating Pring Asri. The population was customers Eating Pring Asri and samples taken 115 respondents, selected using accidental sampling technique. Variables used in this study is experiential marketing, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Methods of data collection using questionnaires that measured using a Likert scale. To analyze the percentage using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis.

Abstract

The purpose ofthis study is to know the influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention on employees’ performance directly and indirectly that is mediated by turnover intention. The population in this study is the Custom employees of PT Milan Indonesia  numbering to 444 employees. The samples that are used in this study are 82 employees using formula of Slovin.The method of data collection is by quesionares measured with likert scale.Data analysis using percentage descriptive, partial multiple regression analysis and path analysis using SPSS for Windows version 16. Based on the result hypothesis test, then the conclusion are job satisfaction and organizational commitment gives negatif effect and significant on turnover intention. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment gives positif effect and significant on employee performance and turnover intention gives negatif effect and significant on employee performance. Turnover intention has mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out th influence of the job satsfaction mediaton between the perceived organizatonal support variable toward the organizational citizenship behaviour employees of Perum Perhutani Unit ICentral Java.The population of this study were employees of Perum Perhutani Unit I Central Java as much 116 respondents using proportionale  random sampling .The methods used in collecting the data was a questionnaire which was measured by likert scale. Analysis was partia test and The sobel analysis used SPSS 20 .The results of the study showed that thee was positive and significant impact between the perceived organizational support and job satisfaction, and also between perceived organizational support to the organizational citizenship behavior. The job satisfactionhad the mediation impact to therelation between the perceivedorganizational support and organizational citizenship behavior.The conclusion of this study was that perceived organizational support and  job satisfaction played  an importan trole in the on set of OCB. To show sthat OCB, the employee must have had a high perceived organizational support  and job satisfaction in their work place

Abstract

This research aims to analyse market reaction toward sukuk mudharabah and conventional bonds issue announcement that indicated with abnormal return and trading volume activity. Population in this research is all of sukuk mudharabah and conventional bonds issue announcement registered in IDX period 2012-2015. This research used event study with 21 days of windows period (t-10 to t+10). Samples of this research consist of 5 sukuk mudharabah issue announcements and 65 conventional bonds issue announcements based on purposive sampling method. Analysis methods used in this research are t-test and Paired Samples T-Test. The results of this research show that there are significant abnormal return around the date of sukuk mudharabah issue announcement on t-10, t-8, t-6, and wheres significant abnormal return around the date of conventional bonds issue announcement on t-7, t-3, t-1, t-3, t-4, t-7. In addition, there is no significant difference between trading volume activity before and after to sukuk mudharabah and conventional bonds issue announcement. The market react slow and prolonged so there is not happened  market efficiency semi-strong form in information and decision.
