Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi android sistem pengapian elektronik pada kompetensi dasar memahami prinsip kerja sistem pengapian elektronik dan merawat berkala sistem pengapian elektronik, mengetahui kelayakan media, peningkatan pemahaman peserta didik dan tanggapan peserta didik terhadap media yang dikembangkan. Model pengembangan pada penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan produk diperoleh persentase 84% untuk ahli media dan 96% untuk ahli materi, sehingga memenuhi kategori sangat layak. Untuk hasil analisis peningkatan pemahaman peserta didik menunjukan ada peningkatan pemahaman peserta didik dengan skor perhitungan uji-t diperoleh thitung sebesar 13,57 sedangkan ttabel 2,04. Uji N-Gain diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 0,5 dengan kriteria peningkatan sedang. Analisis tanggapan peserta didik memperoleh sebesar 83,9% dengan kategori sangat baik. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop an electronic module of common rail systems to contribute to learning outcomes, find out the feasibility, and effectiveness of students towards the use of common rail e-modules developed. The e-module development model uses ADDIE development. Based on the results of the product feasibility test, the final data percentage is 80.00% for media experts and 85.63% for material experts, so that the common rail e-module products meet the feasible and very feasible categories. E-modules contribute to student learning outcomes seen from the difference in the average value of the pretest-posttest by 16.06. The t-test shows the value of tcount= 8.91> ttable= 2.080. The contribution of student learning outcomes is obtained by the average N-Gain test of 0.5622 with the criteria for the contribution of student learning outcomes to being. Analysis of student effectiveness obtained a percentage of 91.86% included in the excellent category

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop an android-based Edu-Game learning media, to find out the feasibility, test the relationship with an increase in students' understanding of skills and the practicality of the media. The Edu-Game development model used the 4D development of this model consisting of 4 stages, namely: 1) Define, 3) Design, 4) Development, and 4) Desiminite. The limited scale trial results obtained by increasing student learning outcomes in the psychomotor domain were obtained from the pretest and posttest values. The average yield increase is 15.5. The t-test calculation results obtained thitung = 14.35 while t-table (0.975) (29) = 2.040 at a = 5% with dk = 30-1 = 29, so it can be concluded that there is an increase in the value of students between the pretest and posttest using Edu -Game. The practicality test for Edu-Game products for hand tools, power tools, and special service tools obtained a percentage and final results of 89.7%, so that it can be stated that the products fall into the "very good" category

Abstract

Radiator is one of the engine cooling system components that has leakage problems due to corrosion. The leakage in the cooling system can cause bad effects namely overheating. This study aims to find out the effect of sodium chromate inhibitors (Na2CrO4) can reduce the corrosion rate of car radiator components and find out the type of corrosion that occurs in car radiator components in aquades environment. The research method used is a real experiment. The corrosion testing was conducted by specimens immersing from aluminum radiators. The specimen was immersed in distilled water solution with variations in the addition of sodium chromate inhibitors of 0%, 0.3%, 0.5% and 0.7%. The micro photo testing used an optical microscope to determine the type of corrosion. The analysis in this study is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study indicated of the corrosion rate of aluminum in an aquades environment without inhibitors is 0.0084 mmpy. Meanwhile the corrosion rate of aluminum decreased with the addition of sodium chromate inhibitors (0.3% by 0.0053 mmpy, 0.5% by 0.0051 mmpy and 0.7% by 0.0043 mmpy). Thus the use of sodium chromate inhibitors can extend the life / time of using aluminum radiators. While the type of corrosion that occurs is pitting corrosion.

Abstract

The resulting engine performance motorcycle injection less than the maximum. This is due to inadequate intake of fuel sprayed by the injector and injection duration short. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of a standard ECU and ECU juken with injector variation of the torque and power of motorcycle Yamaha V-Ixion. The study used a motorcycle Yamaha V-Ixion. The method used in this research is true experimental design and data analysis descriptive statistics. The results showed that the use of standard injector standard ECU obtain maximum torque of 13.2 Nm and 10.33 kW maximum power, while the injector racing produces the highest torque Nm 13.32 and 10.40 kW power. On the use of the ECU juken 14.06 Nm torque and power 11.02 kW while ECU juken racing injector of torque 14.31 Nm and 11.22 kW power. Based on test results, it can be concluded that the use of the ECU juken racing injector effect in increasing the torque and power of motorcycle injection

Abstract

Performa mesin yang standar dirasa kurang maksimal sehingga menambah jumlah dan kekerasan pegas kopling yang lebih tinggi menjadi pilihan. Kampas kopling dan plat kopling dapat ditekan lebih sempurna dan penyaluran tenaga lebih maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan torsi dan daya yang dihasilkan penggunaan 4 pegas kopling standar dengan 4 pegas kopling racing dan penggunaan 6 pegas kopling standar dengan 6 pegas kopling racing pada sepeda motor. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Variabel bebasnya adalah pegas kopling, yaitu: jumlahnya 4 dan 6 pegas serta pegas standar dan racing, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah torsi dan daya. Variabel kontrolnya yaitu 2000 sampai 8000 rpm dengan kelipatan 1000 rpm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan 4 pegas kopling racing menghasilkan torsi tertinggi 7.85 Nm dan daya tertinggi 4.6 kW, lebih baik dari penggunaan 4 pegas kopling standar yang menghasilkan torsi tertinggi 7.72 Nm dan daya tertinggi 4.4 kW. Penggunaan 6 pegas kopling racing menghasilkan torsi tertinggi 8.35 Nm dan daya tertinggi 4.7 kW, lebih baik dari penggunaan 6 pegas kopling standar yang menghasilkan torsi tertinggi 7.92 Nm dan daya tertinggi 4.6 kW. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa jumlah dan kekerasan pegas kopling dapat meningkatkan torsi dan daya pada sepeda motor. Kata kunci : pegas kopling, racing, torsi, daya. Abstract The standard engine performance is deemed to be less than optimal so increasing the number of clutch springs and higher hardness is an option. Clutch canvases and clutch plates can be pressed more perfectly and more maximum power distribution. This study aims to determine the difference in torque and power generated using the use of 4 standard clutch springs with 4 clutch clutch springs and the use of 6 standard clutch springs with 6 clutch clutch springs on a motorcycle. This research method uses experiments and data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical analysis. The independent variables are the clutch springs, namely: the number is 4 and 6 springs and standard springs and racing, while the dependent variables are torque and power. The control variables are 2000 to 8000 rpm with multiples of 1000 rpm. The results showed that the use of 4 racing clutch springs produced the highest torque of 7.85 Nm and the highest power of 4.6 kW, better than the use of 4 standard clutch springs that produced the highest torque of 7.72 Nm and the highest power of 4.4 kW. The use of 6 racing clutch springs produces the highest torque of 8.35 Nm and the highest power of 4.7 kW, better than the use of a standard 6 clutch spring that produces the highest torque of 7.92 Nm and the highest power of 4.6 kW. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan camshaft dengan durasi (standar), durasi , dan terhadap torsi, daya, dan konsumsi bahan spesifik pada sepeda motor Supra Fit S. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dalah metode true experiment design dan teknik analisis data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada durasi menghasilkan torsi maksimal sebesar 7.53 N.m pada 4000 rpm, daya maksimal sebesar 3.98 kW pada 8000 rpm, dan sfc terendah sebesar 0.041 kg/kW.Jam pada 4000 rpm. Untuk durasi torsi dihasilkan sebesar 5.96 N.m pada 5000 rpm, daya sebesar 4.80 kW pada 8000 rpm, dan sfc terendah sebesar 0.084 kg/Kw.Jam pada 5000 rpm. Sedangkan pada durasi torsi yang dihasilkan sebesar 7.43 N.m pada 4000 rpm, daya sebesar 4.20 kW pada 8000 rpm, dan sfc terendah sebesar 0.068 kg/kW.Jam pada 5000 rpm.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop learning media based on android applications on wheel and tire construction materials to determine the improvement of learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Tengaran. The feasibility of learning media and student responses to the media developed. The development model in this study uses the ADDIE model. Based on the research results, the increase in the pretest-posttest average score was 18.89. T-test value tcount (6.00)> ttable (2.045). The increase in student learning outcomes obtained an average N-Gain test of 0.44 with moderate improvement criteria. Based on the results of the product feasibility test, the percentage of 83% for media experts and 85% for material experts was obtained, so that the Android application-based learning media met the very feasible category. Analysis of student responses obtained by 76% is in the very good category.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the value of torque, power, fuel consumption and exhaustemissions on a 125cc 4-stroke gasoline engine by providing treatment for the fuel used. The treatmentused is in the form of mixing bioethanol fuel with alcohol content of 99.63% with pertalite 90 fuel on amixture variation of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%. The gasoline motor used in this study was theHonda Vario 125 Esp which was tested in the engine speed range of 3000, 3500, 4000, 4500, 5000, 5500,6000, 6500, 7000, 7500, and 8000 rpm using the Dynamometer, Exausht Gas Analzer and burette Thereare 2 highest torque values in the tested fuel namely 25% bioethanol fuel mixture with 75% pertalite witha torque value of 22.56 Nm at 4000 rpm and 30% bioethanol fuel mixture with 70% pertalite with a torquevalue of 22.56 Nm at 3500 rpm, the highest power value in the tested fuel is 30% bioethanol fuel mixturewith 70% pertalite with power value of 9.62 kW at 4500 rpm, the lowest fuel consumption value in 30%bioethanol fuel mixture with 70% pertalite % with FC value of 0.134 kg / h, while the lowest Hydrocarbon(HC) value in the tested fuel is 30% bioethanol fuel mixture with 70% pertalite achieving i 743.67 ppm.The addition of bioethanol is not accompanied by a decrease in Carbon Monoxide (CO) gas levels. Abstrak Rozikin, Ahmad. 2020. Penerapan Peraga Simulator Injektor Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Mahasiswa Pada Mata Kuliah Praktik Sepeda Motor dan Motor Kecil. Dr. Abdurrahman S.Pd., M.Pd. Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Otomotif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pertama kelayakan peraga simulator injektor dan kedua mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap penerapan peraga simulator injektor. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Pre-Experimental Designs jenis One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design yaitu dengan membandingkan sebelum dan sesudah (before-after) diberikan perlakuan. Untuk menguji kelayakan peraga simulator injektor dilakukan validasi ahli media dan ahli materi baru disusul menguji peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa menggunakan pretest dan posttest dengan metode tes. Hasil uji kelayakan alat/produk diperoleh nilai persentase 88% dari ahli media dengan kategori “Sangat Layak” dan untuk ahli materi diperoleh nilai persentase 75% dengan kategori “Layak”. Sedangkan peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa diperoleh rata-rata pretest-posttest sebesar 20 atau 35,2% dan rata-rata uji N-Gain = 0,47 dengan kriteria peningkatan sedang. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa peraga/produk yang telah dirancang terbukti layak digunakan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari hasil uji validasi ahli media dan ahli materi. Sedangkan dari hasil nilai rata-rata pada tes sebelum dan setelah menggunakan peraga simulator injektor juga membuktikan bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahaman terhadap penerapan peraga simulator injektor. The purpose of this study was to first determine the feasibility of the injector simulator model and second, to find out the improvement of students' understanding of the application of the injector simulator model. This research method uses Pre-Experimental Designs type One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design, namely by comparing before and after (before-after) given the treatment. To test the feasibility of the injector simulator demonstration, validation was carried out by media experts and new material experts, followed by testing the increase in student understanding using the pretest and posttest with the test method. The results of the tool / product feasibility test obtained a percentage value of 88% of media experts with the "Very Appropriate" category and for material experts, a percentage value of 75% was obtained with the "Feasible" category. While the increase in student understanding obtained an average pretest-posttest sby 20 or 35.2% and the average N-Gain test = 0.47 with the criteria for moderate improvement. The results of the study concluded that the demonstration / product that had been designed was proven worthy of use. This is evidenced by the results of the validation test by media experts and material experts. Meanwhile, the results of the average score on the test before and after using the injector simulator model also prove that there is an increase in understanding of the application of the injector simulator model. The increase in student understanding is evidenced by the average score of the N-Gain test, namely the criteria for moderate improvement.
