Abstract

Analysis Uncertainty Production, Price and Income of Farming Citrus Siam in Kerta Village, Payangan District, Gianyar Regency. Farming citrus siam is main source of income for most farmers in Kerta Village. The purpose of this study is to determine the source the uncertainty of farming citrus siam, the magnitude of production uncertainty, price and income also how to mitigate these uncertainty. There are several sources of uncertainty faced by farmers including sources of social uncertainty, physical uncertainty and economic uncertainty. The magnitude of uncertainty farming citrus siam there are first, production uncertainty with standard deviation is 1.616,11 kg/ha/year, then the score of coefficient variation is 0.09 and production uncertainty lower limit value is 14.764,63. Second, price uncertainty with standard deviation is 42,38 then we get the score if coefficient variation is 0,01 and price uncertainty lower limit value is Rp4.847,84. Last, income uncertainty with standard deviation in amount of Rp7.413.000,13 /ha/year, coefficient variation score is 0.11 and income uncertainty lower limit value is Rp53.863.133,07 /ha/year. The conclusion that a biggest uncertainty in farming citrus siam is income uncertainty with a value of 0,11, second largest uncertainty is production uncertainty with a value of 0,09 and the smallest uncertainty in farming citrus siam is price with a value of 0,01. In an effort to mitigate existing uncertainty with strategies for handling uncertainty sources by make regular sales, learn past mistakes, provide maximum care for plants by pruning, spraying and fertilizing and finally borrowing capital from related financial institutions. With this, farmers are expected to mitigate uncertainty in order to increase the amount of production and income of farmers in Kerta Village, Payangan District, Gianyar Regency.

Abstract

The Influence of Electronic Word of Mouth and Agrotourism Product Attribute on Visiting Intention and Visiting Decision to The Blooms Garden in Tabanan Regency. Electronic word of mouth and agrotourism product attribute are some factors that can influence tourist’s visiting intention and visiting decision. This study aims to 1) Analyze the influence of electronic word of mouth on visiting intention 2) Analyze the influence of electronic word of mouth on visiting decision 3) Analyze the influence of agrotourism product attribute on visiting intention 4) Analyze the influence of agrotourism product attribute on visiting decision 5) Analyze the influence of visit intention on visiting decision. Data collection method used are interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The research instrument in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis used are descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS. The result of this study shows that electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant influence on visiting intention, electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant influence on visiting decision, agrotourism product attribute has a positive and significant influence on visiting intention, agrotourism product attribute has a positive and significant influence on visiting decision, and visiting intention has a positive and significant influence on visiting decision. The suggestion in this study is that the management of The Blooms Garden should increase the quality of content and information on social media and always maintain the facilities and tourist atrraction to increase visiting intention and tourist’s visiting decision.

Abstract

Diary Supply Chain Risk Analysis at CV Nature Safe Jaya Banyuwangi Regency East Java Province. Livestock is an agricultural sub-sectors that produces milk to fulfill needs of animal protein for the community. CV Nature Safe Jaya is a milk producing company located in Songgon District, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java Province. It’s milk production activities involve the supply chain. This research aims to identify risks that may arise and formulate mitigation as an effort to reduce the company’s supply chain risks. Data and information were obtained from key informants and all company employees as respondents. This research uses the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method to analyze risk in the company's supply chain with a plan, source, make, deliver, and return framework. The identified risks were further analyzed using the Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to determine risk management priorities with a Risk Priority Number (RPN). The results showed that 13 risk events and 36 risk agensts were identified in the SCOR framework. There are five mitigation plans that can be formulated, namely (1) how to make improvements in the recording of the calculation of the amount of feed needed, (2) conduct periodic forage price surveys, (3) search for reserves/alternatives for other concentrate feed suppliers, (4) consider adding assets for the company, (5) tightening of checks before shipping.

Abstract

Marketing Strategy for Tangerine Batu 55 on the Subur Makmur Farmers Group Selorejo Village, Dau District, Malang Regency in the COVID-19 Pandemic. East Java province as the largest producer of oranges in Indonesia from 2017 to 2021 has one district that consistently has production growth. This research raises the issue of the right marketing strategy for Subur Makmur farmer groups to be able to compete in the marketing of Tangerine Batu 55. Data collection methods used are interviews, documentation and literature studies. The data analysis used is SWOT Analysis. The results showed that the analysis of the internal environment has the power of being able to communicate with many consumers, dominate the market in East Java, the largest number of members, adequate quantity with good quality and known in Malang regency. The weakness is the use of internet media, often late delivery, the absence of cooperatives, farming capital, lack of coordination. Opportunities are the price of citrus fruits, having regular customers, the large number of market demand, the organization of well-known farmer groups and near tourist sites. The threat is the planting schedule, the abundance of competition. A marketing strategy that can be applied is to maintain to increase sales. Creating a product name to be known, opening a store around a tourist destination or a new place needs to be implemented. Market development using internal media also needs to be realized.

Abstract

The Correlation of Social Capital With The Participation Level of Farmer In The Development Of Cau Chocolates Agrotourism in Tua Village, Marga District, Tabanan Regency. The rapid development of tourism in Bali not only has a positive impact but also has a negative impact on the agricultural sector. Various negative impacts that arise give rise to efforts to develop alternative tourism. One form of effort to integrate the agricultural and tourism sectors in Bali Province is to develop agro-tourism areas. Cau Chocolates Agrotourism is one of the cocoa agrotourism in Tabanan. The development of agro-tourism cannot be separated from social capital and the participation of farmer groups. The aim of this study is to determine the extent of the correlation between social capital and farmer group participation in the development of Cau Chocolates Agrotourism, Tua Village, Marga District, Tabanan Regency. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative and Spearman Rank Correlation Analysis. The results showed that the correlation between social capital and the participation of the Pala Werdhi Farmer Group in the development of Cau Chocolates Agrotourism as a whole was moderate but only significant at three stages. Social capital is significantly correlated with participation in the planning stage, implementation stage, and enjoying the results stage, but not significantly correlated at the evaluation stage. Suggestions that can be conveyed in this study are that further research is needed on the factors driving participation to increase the participation of members of the Pala Werdhi farmer group and there needs to be more assistance and training to the Pala Werdhi farmer group, especially in cocoa cultivation, in order to increase the quantity or quality of the cocoa.

Abstract

Acceptance of the Sustainable Food Yard Program (P2L) at KWT Jaya Kerti Lestari in Maintaining Household Food Security in Rendang Village Rendang District, Karangasem Regency. This study aims to create an acceptance model of the P2L Program in maintaining the resilience of community households, and knowing the characteristics of respondents. The research location is in KWT Jaya Kerti Lestari, Rendang Village, Rendang District, Karangasem. Respondents were determined by census as many as 40 people who were members of KWT Jaya Kerti Lestari. Data collection with structured and in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively descriptive and SEM analysis methods. The results showed that the characteristics of respondents include, the average age of 55.09 years, the average education of 6.05 years equivalent to graduating from elementary school, the average household of 3 people, the average ownership of yard land covering an area of 4.80 acres, predominantly having the main job of farmers and their side as traders. The results also showed that the level of knowledge of KWT members towards the P2L program was high (score 72.27%), the attitude of KWT members towards the P2L program was classified as agreeable (score 77.63%), and the level of application of KWT members to the P2L program was high (score 77.58%). P2L program acceptance is high with a score of 76.95%. The acceptance of the P2L program is seen from the welfare indicators of KWT members which are classified as high (score 79%), acceptance of innovation (score 67%) in the Medium category and Cooperation of group members in carrying out P2L program activities is high with a score of 82.20%. Furthermore, to see the acceptance of P2L programs in maintaining household food security, it will be analyzed with SEM-PLS. Through the results of the analysis, the acceptance model of the P2L Program is largely determined by the implementation of the P2L program which is influenced by cooperation with a t-stat value of 3.104 (above 1.96) and a p-value of 0.002.

Abstract

Supply Chain Analysis and Value Added of Kintamani Bali Arabica Coffee (Case Study at Catur Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency, Bali Province). Coffee is a plantation commodity that is used as a raw material for the processing industry. One of them is Kintamani Bali Arabica coffee. The availability of Arabica Coffee raw materials is indispensable for the sustainability of processing industry to meet consumer demand. The effort that can be done is by identifying supply chain flows. Processed products from the coffe processing industry are hardskin coffee, greenbean coffee and ground coffee. The purpose of this study is to find out the flow of goods, the flow of financial, the flow of information from upstream to downstream and from downstream to upstream, as well as to find out the added value of each processed product. This research was conducted at the Catur Village of Kintamani Subdistrict. Data collection methods used interview and documentation techniques. The sample determination method used proportional random sampling techniques and purposive sampling. Respondents in this study were Arabica coffee farmers at Catur Village, Product Processing Unit (UPH Catur Paramitha), wholesalers PT Nusa Agro Bali, retailers (cooperatives and coffee shops). The data analysis method used qualitative descriptive analysis and hayami method value-added analysis. The results showed that in the flow of goods there are red bobbin coffee products, HS coffee, greenbean coffee, ground coffee and brewed coffee. The flow of money there is a payment system made in cash and down payment (DP) 50%. The information flow all members have made good communication related to stock availability, the number of requests and others. The added value obtained from processed products in one-cycle process is Rp 7.901,67/kg for HS coffee, Rp 10.222,83/kg for GB coffee, Rp 20.471,80/kg for ground coffee, with the added value ratio of 60,78%, 66,82%, 79,97%, meaning that the three products are declared to have high added value where the highest added value was in ground coffee processed product.

Abstract

The Farmers Behavior of the Application of Appropriate Technology in Kintamani Arabica Coffee Cultivation (Case Study of Mengani Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency, Bali Province). The purpose of the study was to analyze farmers behavior of the application of appropriate technology in processing Kintamani Arabica coffee. The research method in this study used a saturated sampling technique or census. The types of data used are quantitative data and qualitative data, as well as primary and secondary data sources. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation studies. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis. The results showed that farmers' perceptions of the application of appropriate technology in processing Kintamani Arabica coffee still had problems with the wet-processed coffee processing method, and there were things that were conveyed that had not been accepted and applied by farmers during counseling and required confidence in the farmers that this -This new thing will come in handy. The recommended suggestion is that Arabica coffee farmers in Mengani Village are advised to review and re-evaluate the application and implementation of appropriate technology using wet processing methods in processing Kintamani Arabica coffee.

Abstract

Product Marketing Development Strategy of PT. East Indo Fair Trading (East Bali Cashews) Denpasar, Bali in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred since 2020 has caused a decline in the sales of PT. East Indo Fair Trading (East Bali Cashews), so that this company can increase sales again in the pandemic era, it is necessary to formulate an appropriate marketing strategy. This study aims to formulate general strategies, alternative strategies, strategic priorities and appropriate development programs to be applied to the product marketing process of PT. East Indo Fair Trading (East Bali Cashews). The strategy determination process is carried out using the IE, SWOT, and QSPM matrix. Based on the results of the IE matrix analysis, PT. East Indo Fair Trading (East Bali Cashews) is in cell I which indicates a strong and potential company, so the most suitable strategy is a growth and development strategy. The results of the SWOT analysis obtained five alternative strategies, namely: a) Maximizing the use of digital marketing b) Making land leased by PT. East Indo Fair Trading (East Bali Cashews) as a family tourism area c) Increase marketing by expanding the marketing network d) Maintaining the quality and taste of the product e) Provide various promotions. The strategic priority obtained through QSPM Analysis is to maximize the use of digital marketing. Suggestion for PT. East Indo Fair Trading is this research can be used as a reference for companies to make decisions regarding future marketing strategies and carry out priority strategies that have been obtained through this research.

Abstract

Analysis Of Production And Income Of Corn Farming In Piong Village, Sanggar District, Bima Regency. Piong Village, located in West Nusa Tenggara Province, is one area that has potential as a national corn producer because it has climatic conditions, soil types and topography that strongly support corn development. Corn agribusiness development is a regional commodity development program. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect the production and income of corn farming.The population taken by the researchers in this study were all people who made a living as a corn farmer. The sample using the simple random sampling method is a random sampling based on place and anyone. Respondents in the study amounted to 38 people.The results of this study indicate that fthe factors thataffectThe production of corn farming in Piong Village, Sanggar District, Bima Regency is the area of ??land, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and labor.The variable that have a significant effect on corn farming production are land area, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and labor. Income received from corn farming in Piong Village, Sangar District, Bima Regency for one growing seasonamounting to Rp 25.885.717,00/Ha.
