Abstract

Good governance is the management governance principles which can support the performance improvement. The objective of the study was to know the influence of transparency, accountability, and responsibility of school financial management on teachers’ performance at SMP (State Junior High Schools) Ex-RSBI in Semarang, either simultaneously or partially. The population of the study was all teachers at SMP Ex-RSBI in Semarang; they were 191 teachers. The data were collected by questionnaires and interviews. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, and the hypotheses were tested by multiple regression analysis. Based on the research results, it showed that the transparency, accountability, and responsibility of school financial management contributed on teachers’ performance for 24.8%. Partially, there was only the responsibility variable of school financial management which contributed significantly on teachers’ performance for 4.368%.

Abstract

This study has objectives to know (1) the ways / patterns of Internet usage by accounting students of Economics Faculty, Unnes in the academic year of 2009/2010, (2) the benefits of Internet to support the studying of accounting students of Economics Faculty, Unnes in the academic year of 2009/2010 (3) the difference of internet usage as a learning resource among accounting students in 4th semester, 1st and 3rd semester of Economics Faculty at Unnes III in the academic year of 2009/2010. The populations of the study are all accounting program students of Economics Faculty, Unnes. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling. Method of data collection was questionnaire. Technique of data analysis was descriptive analysis and One Way ANOVA test. The results of this study showed that students who used wifi / hotspot for internet were 57%, students who used the internet cafe were 29.7%, and 13.3% students via modem. Benefit of Internet in supporting their studying was in good categorization, it means that students were sure when they got more information; it would improve their achievement also. There are differences in Internet usage as a learning source by students in II semester and IV semester, students in II semester and  VI semester, students in IV semester and VI semester, students in IV semester  and VIII semester, students in VI semester and VIII semester. On the other hand, students in II semester and VIII semester were not different. From the results above, the suggestions are: 1) the hotspot area should be increased on the campus; so students can easily access anywhere, 2) the speed of internet access is also added, so students can quickly download information related to their studying, 3) students can take the advantages of hotspot areas in the campus as much as possible so they can get more information and 4) Students should not rely on textbooks only, but also should look for other information that supports their studying.

Abstract

The potential product of a region needs to be developed in order to improve the social welfare. Commonly, at harvest time, there is abundant horticulture commodity. Unluckily, the price of the commodity drops significantly. In other words, it costs  extremely cheap. The purpose of research is analyzing the internal and external factors and determining an appropriate strategy for developing rambutan in Central Java, especially at Gunungpati District, Semarang, Central Java Province. The primary data of this research is obtained from 58 rambutan farmers that have been interviewed and have filled out the questionnaire forms. The secondary data is taken from the Central Bureau of Statistics, the monograph of the village and the internet by implementing the literature study method. Then, SWOT analysis is implemented for analizing the data. The internal factors that become the strengths are fertilized land for rambutan to grow and the farmers’ hereditary experiences in cultivating rambutan. Further, the lack of absorbing power of knowledge and technologies and the low existence of rambutan business are the weaknesses. Next, the external factor that becomes opportunity is the continuous increasing market demand, while the threat is the young generations having no interest in rambutan business. Finally, the stability (hold and maintain) strategy should be implemented for developing rambutan business

Abstract

 Berdasarkan observasi awal di SMA Negeri 11 Semarang diketahui prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa pada jurnal umum kelas XI IPS tergolong rendah. Pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru masih menggunakan metode ceramah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah apakah metode STAD lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan pretasi belajar siswa kompetensi dasar jurnal umum. Metode pengambilan data adalah metode dokumentasi, tes, dan observasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Paired Sample t Test, Independent Sample t Test, dan One Sample t Test. Berdasarkan uji tahap akhir nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen meningkat, nilai rata-rata postes kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari rata-rata postest kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen telah mencapai ketuntasan diatas kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian metode pembelajaran STAD lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kompetensi dasar jurnal umum.Based on preliminary observations in SMA 11 Semarang in mind that accounting students' learning achievement in the general ledger XI IPS is still relatively low. Learning that teachers do is lecture method. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the STAD method can improve learning achievement. Method using the method of documentation, test, and observation. Testing the hypothesis using a paired sample t test Test test, independent sample t test, and test One Sample t Test. Based on the final stages of testing  the value of the average post-test experimental class higher than the control class. Based on these results it can be concluded STAD learning methods is more effective in improving student’s learning achievment in general ledger accounting.

Abstract

Kinerja guru merupakan hasil kerja yang dicapai oleh seorang guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggungjawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, lingkungan kerja, pendidikan, dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru ekonomi/akuntansi SMA se-Kabupaten Kendal baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi yaitu pada 50 guru. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, lingkungan kerja, pendidikan, dan pelatihan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 76,2% terhadap kinerja guru ekonomi/akuntansi SMA se-Kabupaten Kendal. Dan kontribusi parsial dari kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebesar 23,91%, lingkungan kerja sebesar 10,82%, pendidikan sebesar 11,90%, dan pelatihan sebesar 9,18%.The teacher performance is the result of work accomplished by a teacher in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him. Research objective is to determine how much influence the principal’s leadership, work environment, education, and training on teacher performance economics / accounting SMA as Kendal either simultaneously or partially. This study is a population that is at 50 teachers. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate the principal leadership, work environment, education, and training contributed 76.2% to the economy of teacher performance / accounting school as Kendal. And the partial contribution of the leadership of the principal amount 23.91%, 10.82% of the working environment, education amounted to 11.90%, and 9.18% for training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan keefektifan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) berbantua Kartu soal dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar akuntansi kompetensi dasar penyusunan laporan keuangan oerusahaan jasa di SMA Negeri 1 Karanganom tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen yang dirancang menggunakan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan  teknik pair matching, diperoleh kelas XI IPS 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPS 1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu metode tes dan observasi. Analisis data hasil belajar ((sebelum perlakuan (statistik deskriptif, normalitas, homogenitas, kesamaan dua rata-rata) dan setelah perlakuan (statistik deskriptif, normalitas, homogenitas, uji  hipotesis)). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  penerapan model pembelajaran TSTS  berbantuan media kartu soal dapat meningkatkan hasil  belajar serta  lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil  belajar akuntansi kompetensi dasar penyusunan laporan keuangan perusahaan jasa dibandingkan model pembelajaran konvensional. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah guru dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran TSTS berbantuan media kartu soal sebagai salah satu variasi  model dan  media  pembelajaran  akuntansi yang  dapat meningkatkan hasil  belajar siswa  dalam pembelajaran. Tapi  dalam penerapannya  harus memperhatikan keterbatasannya agar dapat berfungsi secara maksimal.  This study  aims to prove  the effectiveness  of  the learning  model Two Stay Two Stray  (TSTS) assisted problem card media on learning outcomes of the preparation of the financial statement services company of accounting competence in Karanganom 1st State Senior High School academic  year 2013/2014. This study  is  quasi experimental research that designed with nonequivalent control group design. Samples were taken with pair matching sampling Technique, obtained in class XI IPS 3 as the experimental class and class XI IPS 1 as the control class. Methods of data collection are test and observation. Analyzed and learning  outcomes data using ((before  (statistic  descriptive, normality, homogeneity, independent sample t-test) and after treatment (statistic descriptive,normality, homogeneity, hypothesis test. The results showed that the application of learning model Two Stay Two Stray  (TSTS) assisted problem card media can  improve learnig outcomes  and more  effective  than  conventional learning model  on learning outcomes  of basic competency preparation of the financial statement services company. Suggestion of this research is expected that teachers apply the model TSTS assisted problem card media as variation of accounting learning model and media in improving the learning outcomes of accounting on the basis  of  competence  general journal. But in the  usage  should consider the restrictiveness in order to be running maximally.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar, motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar matematika terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa kelas X jurusan akuntansi di SMK Palebon Semarang secara simutan dan parsial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi berjumlah 66 siswa, yang semuanya dijadikan responden penelitian. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan angket.Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan menunjukkankontribusi minat belajar, motivasi belajar, dan kemampuan matematika terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi secara silmutan sebesar 55,8%. Besarnya pengaruh secara parsial variabel minat belajar sebesar 7,50%, variabel motivasi belajar sebesar 9,30% dan besarnya pengaruh secara parsial variabel prestasi belajar matematika sebesar 9,55%.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interest in learning , motivation to learn and learning achievement to achievement learn accounting class X SMK majoring in accounting in Semarang Palebon simutan and partial manner . This research is quantitative , with a population of 66 students , all of which are used as research respondents . The data collection method used was documentation and questionnaires . Methods of data analysis using descriptive and multiple linear regression . Multiple linear regression analysis showed showed the contribution of interest in learning , motivation to learn , and math skills to the learning achievement silmutan accounting for 55.8 % . The amount of influence in partial interest in learning by 7.50 % , the variable motivation to learn at 9.30 % and the effect of partial variable mathematics achievement by 9.55 % .

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi awal, diketahui bahwa belum semua siswa kelas XII Akuntansi mempunyai kesiapan kerja tinggi. Hal ini terlihat pada keterserapan lulusan pada tahun 2014 hanya sebesar 54% dari keseluruhan lulusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi kejuruan, penguasaan soft skill, dan kematangan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja.  Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 2 Magelang tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Berdasarkan rumus Isaac dan Michael, sampel sebanyak 84 siswa diambil sampel per kelas menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Analisis deskriptif diperoleh bahwa kesiapan kerja siswa dalam kategori Siap, Persepsi Siswa tentang Kompetensi Kejuruan dalam kategori Baik, Penguasaan Soft Skill dalam kategori Baik, dan Kematangan Karir dalam kategori Matang. Hasil penelitian ini secara statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi kejuruan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 19,9%, penguasaan soft skill terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 5,8%, dan kematangan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 9,8%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi kejuruan, penguasaan soft skill, dan kematangan karirberpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja. Saran yang diberikan, untuk meningkatkan kesiapan kerja siswa, hendaknya siswa diberikan pemahaman yang baik tentang kompetensi akuntansi, pelatihan soft skill, dan bimbingan karir. Based on initial observation, known that not all student on twelfth grade accounting have a high work readiness. This is shown by graduate occupancy to work in 2014 just 54% of all. The purpose of this research are to see the influence of Students Perception about Vocational Competency, Soft Skill Capability and Career Maturity toward Work Readiness.  Population of this research is student XII class Accounting State Vocational High School2 Magelang on year 2014/2015. Based Isaac and Michael formula, sample as amount 84, and taken by proportional random sampling for each class.Datacollection methodis questionnaire. The analyze methodare descriptive analyze and multiple regression analysis. The results of descriptive analysis of this research were work readiness in ready categorized, student’s perception about vocational competency was good, soft skill capability was good, and career maturity too. Based statistic, the results shown that student’s perception about vocational competency affected work readiness as 19,9%, soft skill capability affected work readiness as 5,8%, and career maturity affected work readiness as 9,8%. Based these above results, it concludes that   students perception about vocational competency, soft skill capability and career maturity affect work readiness. As an advice, based this research, to improve student’s work readiness, the teacher should give best understanding about a relevant work with accounting competency, soft skill training, and career guidance.
