Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis manajemen pembiayaan di RSBI SMPN 3 Mranggen Demak yang meliputi kegiatan perencanaan (budgeting), pelaksanaan/pencatatan (accounting) dan pertanggungjawaban/ pengawasan (auditing). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perencanaan pembiayaan / budgeting di SMPN 3 Mranggen dilaksanakan dengan menyusun RAPBS. Dana penyelenggaraan pendidikan di SMP tersebut meliputi  block grant  dan BOS dari  serta dana komite dari orang tua siswa. Dana tersebut digunakan untuk membiayai kegiatan pendidikan yang diarahkan untuk penjaminan mutu RSBI yang dikelompokan berdasarkan 8(delapan) standar nasional pendidikan. (2) Pelaksanaan/pencatatan (accounting) pembiayaan di SMPN 3 Mranggen terdiri dari dua kegiatan, yaitu pelaksanaan anggaran dan pencatatan anggaran. Pelaksanaan anggaran merupakan tanggungjawab masing-masing koordinator standar pendidikan, sedangkan pencatatan anggaran merupakan tanggungjawab bendahara yang dalam melaksanakan tugasnya menggunakan sistem akuntansi sederhana. (3) Pertanggungjawaban/pengawasan pembiayaan dilaksanakan dengan menyusun laporan pertanggungjawaban, sedangkan pengawasan dilakukan secara internal dan eksternal dari inspektorat pendidikan, BPKP dan BPK,  juga pengawasan melekat oleh kepala sekolah. Abstract. The objectives of this study   were to describe and to analyze the management of the financing activities at SMPN 3 Mranggen, such as: budgeting, accounting, and auditing. The data collection was done by having an interview with the persons in charge, observing the activities, and having a library research. The researcher uses the steps of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.  The results of the study showed that (1) the budgeting at SMPN 3 Mranggen was done by arranging the school-based budget plan financing. The funds of the education at junior high school were raised from block grant and school operational aid (BOS)  and also from the parents. The funds were used to pay all the education activities based on eight goals of National Education Standards. (2)  the accounting of the financing were divided into two activities: budget executions and budget records. Each of the coordinator of education standards had to be responsible to the budget executor. Meanwhile, the treasurer had to record all the budget executions with a simple accounting system. (3)  the auditing of the financing activities at SMPN 3 Mranggen was done by arranging accountability reports , while the monitoring was done by the education inspectorates, auditing firms and the headmasters internally and externally.

Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu faktor yang berkaitan dalam dunia pendidikan adalah kinerja guru karena dengan guru yang mempunyai kinerja baik akan menghasikan peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Permasalahannya bagaimanakah pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru yang meliputi perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru yang meliputi perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Kendal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa (1) motivasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Kendal, (2) lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Kendal. (3) Motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan juga mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Kendal. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Kendal baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Abstract: One of the factors relating to the education field is the teacher's performance as a teacher who has a good performance will yield an increase in the quality of education. The problem is how the influence of motivation and the work environment on the performance of teachers inlcuding lesson planning, implementation and evaluation of learning the lesson? This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation and the work environment on the performance of teachers that include lesson plan, implementation and evaluation of learning lessons of SMA in Kendal. This research was an explanatory one. Data were collected through questionnaires, analysis of data using multiple regressions. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that (1) motivation has an influence on the performance of State High School teachers in Kendal, (2) the work environment has an influence on the performance of State High School teacher in Kendal. (3) Motivation and simultaneously work environment also play roles on the performance of State High School teachers in Kendal. The conclusion of this study is the motivation and the work environment have a positive and significant impact on teacher performance that includes planning, implementation and evaluation of learning in high schools in Kendal either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Abstract:  The research was a study on the development of school management model that is devoted to the development of integrated performance model as an effort to improve the quality of schools. The variables in this study are: (a) the School Committee, (b) Teacher Certification, (c) the Head of School, and (d) Quality Schools in high schools in Pemalang. The method used in this study is a qualitative research approach. The results of this study indicate that: (a) The integrated development model of school management that is oriented on the development of school quality has not been implemented, (b) each component of the school is found to have no common vision from the school committee, certified teachers, and principals in understanding  the quality of schools in an integrated manner, and (c) It is a need to develop a model of integrated performance guidelines that may become an alternative way to develop and improve the school quality.   Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang model pengembangan kinerja terpadu yang dapat meningkatkan mutu sekolah pada SMA Negeri. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah: (a) Komite Sekolah, (b) Guru Sertifikasi, (c) Kepala Sekolah, dan (d) Mutu Sekolah pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Pemalang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif pada langkah pendahuluan dan penelitian pengembangan sampai pada uji kelayakan. Hasil penelitian  menunjukan bahwa: (a) pada SMA Negeri dalam kinerja sekolah yang diorientasikan pada pengembangan mutu sekolah secara terukur masih dengan menggunakan model pengembangan parsial, (b) masing masing komponen sekolah belum melaksanakani kinerja terpadu antara komite sekolah, guru sertifikasi, dan kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan program sekolah yang berkaiatan dengan mutu sekolah,dan (c) perlu dikaji solusi alternatif model pengembangan kinerja terpadu yang dapat dijadikan alternatif dalam upaya mengembangkan peningkatan mutu sekolah pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Pemalang.

Abstract

Abstract: In a developing country, students at vocational high schools have important roles. Through exercises and practices in their schools or industry, we expect that they have entrepreneurship motivation. Entrepreneurship attitude of students can produce productivity which is beneficial for themselves, society, and country. Population for this research is vocational high school students in Semarang majoring in technology and engineering. There were 2607 students in Semarang. This study employed 304 students as a sample. The conclusions of this research are there are positive and significant effects of practices to entrepreneurship attitude of vocational high school students with determination (R2) = 40.6%, (2) there are positive and significant effects of entrepreneurship motivation to entrepreneurship attitude of mechanical high school student with determination (R2) = 22.5%, (3) there are positive and significant effects of practices and entrepreneurship motivation to entrepreneurship attitude of mechanical high school students with determination (R2) = 43.1%. The regression equation is Y = 33.042 + 0.572X1 + 0.276X2. Practice has bigger influence than entrepreneurship motivation to entrepreneurship attitude.   Abstrak: Dalam negara yang sedang membangun, siswa SMK memiliki peranan yang penting. Melalui latihan dan praktik kerja di sekolah maupun di dunia usaha dan dunia industri diharapkan motivasi berwirusaha tumbuh. Sikap kewirausahaan akan melekat pada diri siswa, dapat menghasilkan produktivitas kerja yang dapat berguna bagi diri sendiri, masyarakat dan bangsa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri Bidang Teknologi dan Rekayasa di Kota Semarang sebanyak 2607 siswa, sebagai sampel penelitian diambil 304 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positip dan signifikan antara pembelajaran praktik terhadap sikap kewirausahaan siswa dengan dengan determinasi (R2) = 40,6%, (2) terdapat pengaruh positip dan signifikan antara motivasi berwirausaha terhadap sikap kewirausahaan siswa dengan dengan determinasi (R2) = 22,5%, terdapat pengaruh positip dan signifikan antara pembelajaran praktik dan motivasi berwirausaha terhadap sikap kewirausahaan siswa dengan dengan determinasi (R2) = 43,1%. Persamaan regresi Y= 33,042 + 0,572 X1 + 0,276 X2 . Pembelajaran praktik memiliki pengaruh yang besar dibandingkan motivasi berwirausaha terhadap sikap kewirausahaan.

Abstract

Abstrak : Partisipasi masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan, telah diamanatkan dalam UU RI No 20 Tahun 2003 oleh karena itu diperlukan pengelolaan pembiayaan yang bersumber dari partisipasi masyarakat/orang tua siswa. Fokus penelitian adalah pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan dana dari masyarakat, sedangkan rumusan masalah penelitian adalah bagaimanakah proses perencanaan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja sekolah (RAPBS), proses penggalian dana dari masyarakat, proses pembelanjaan pembiayaan pendidikan, proses pengawasan pembiayaan pendidikan, dan proses pelaporan pembiayaan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengumpulkan informasi guna mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan bersumber dari partisipasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yaitu proses penyusunan RAPBS termasuk katagori partisipatif, proses penggalian dana dari orang tua siswa melalui komunikasi secara intensif dengan orang tua siswa. Sumber pembiayaan yang berasal dari orang tua siswa, Infaq pengembangan sekolah dan wakaf, sumbangan pengembangan pendidikan, uang POMG, uang komputer, uang kegiatan, uang ekstrakurikuler, dan uang ZIS. Simpulannya adalah proses penyusunan rencana anggaran pendapatan dan belanja sekolah (RAPBS) telah dilakukan secara partisipatif. Abstract: Public participation in education has been mandated by Law No. 20 of 2003.  Therefore, it is necessary in financing management resulting from participation in community / parents. Research focus is the management of funds from public education funding. The research problem is how are the process of planning the school budget revenues and expenditures (RAPBS), the process of extracting funds from the public, the education expenditure finance, education finance process monitoring, and reporting processes of education financing executed?. The purpose of this research is to gather information in order to describe and analyze the management of the education funding which comes from community participation. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach. The data was collected using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results of the research process include the preparation of School. Budget category participatory process is done by raising funds from the parents of students through intensive communication with them. The funding are basically raised from the student's parents and school development Infaq endowments, donations of education, PTA money, computer money, money activities, extracurricular money, and money ZIS. It is concluded that the process of planning the budget revenue and expenditure of schools (RAPBS) have been conducted in a participatory manner.

Abstract

Abstrak : Pelaksanaan peningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang berfokus pada pelanggan, pelaksanaan perbaikan terus-menerus, dan kerjasama tim sebagai prinsip Total Quality manajement (TQM), namun kenyataanya banyak lembaga pendidikan terutama di tingkat pendidikan dasar tidak menerapkannya. Fokus penelitian adalah peningkatan mutu pendidikan di MI Luqman Al Hakim. Adapun pertanyaan penelitiannya adalah Bagaimana pelaksanaan yang berfokus pada pelanggan, pelaksanaan perbaikan terus-menerus dan pelaksanaan kerjasama tim di MI Luqman Al Hakim? Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang menggunakan teknik trianggulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian: (1) Fokus pada pelanggan diawali dengan menggunakan identifikasi harapan pelanggan dilaksanakan melalui isian formulir pendaftaran, paguyuban kelas, POMG, dan komunikasi langsung, Hasil identifikasi harapan dan kebutuhan pelanggan direncanakan dan ditetapkan melalui rapat bersama warga sekolah, orang tua, komite sekolah dan yayasan untuk dijadikan program sekolah, (2) Pelaksanaan perbaikan pelanggan internal dilakukan dengan melalui rapat pekanan setiap hari Sabtu untuk evaluasi dan perbaikan kegiatan pendidikan selama sepekan, meningkatkan kompetensi kepala sekolah, guru dan pemenuhan sarana pembelajaran, serta perbaikan mutu pembelajaran melalui life skill, dan guru model berbasis keteladanan dengan menerapkan pembelajaran aktif, inovatif, menyenangkan, dan (3) Kerjasama tim yaitu kepala sekolah mendelegasikan keputusan pada stafnya menurut bidang pekerjaannya. Abstract : Implementation of quality improvement has focused on customer education, the implementation of continuous improvement, and teamwork as the principle of Total Quality Management (TQM). However, in fact, many educational institutions especially at the primary level, have not applied it. One of the primary school level education institutions which has  implemented the integrated quality improvement of education is Luqman Al-Hakim MI Slawi Tegal regency. The focus of the research is improving the quality of education in MI Luqman Al-Hakim. The research question is: How are the implementation of customer-focused, the implementation of continuous improvement and implementation of teamwork in MI Luqman Al-Hakim? The approach used in this study is a qualitative case study method that uses the source and method triangulation techniques. The data were collected through interviews, observations, and documents. Results of the study: (1) Focus on the customer using identification of customer expectations is carried out through registration form, class associations, PTAs, and direct communication, The identification of customer expectations and needs are planned and established through a meeting with citizens of the school , parents, school committees and foundations to serve as school programs, (2) Implementation of the improvements made ​​to the internal customers through: meeting pekanan every Saturday for evaluation and improvement of educational activities during the week, increasing the competence of school principals, teachers and the fulfillment of a learning tool, as well as improving the quality of learning through life skill, and exemplary teacher-based model to implement active, innovative, and learning, and (3) Teamwork is the principal delegate decisions on staff levels according to the term waka waka involving curriculum, student affairs, facilities and infrastructure, public relations, worship, and team teaching. Based on this research, it is suggested that MI Luqman Al-Hakim needs to delegate the duty to the right person based on the expertise for the optimization of team work and team supervisor.

Abstract

Abstrak : Perencanaan merupakan unsur penting dan strategis dan memberikan arah dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan untuk mencapai tujuan atau sasaran yang dikehendaki. Fokus penelitian ini adalah perencanaan pendidikan berbasis masyarakat yang dirinci dalam masalah penelitian yaitu perencanaan implementasi  kurikulum dan perencanaan akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data dengan  trianggulasi sumber. Adapun analisis data menggunakan prosedur: reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian: Kurikulum yang diterapkan di MA Darunnajat ini menggunakan kurikulum campuran atau modifikasi antara kurikulum nasional yang dipadukan dengan kurikulum Pondok Pesantren Darunnajat. Adapun perencanaan implementasi kurikulum telah dibuat oleh guru. Untuk menunjang implementasi kurikulum maka dibuat perencanaan akademik. Perencanaan akademik khusus yang ada  di MA Darunnajat adalah adanya Kelas Persiapan. Saran yang dapat diberikan: (1) Agar setiap guru membuat perencanaan implementasi kurikulum secara lengkap.(2) Rekruitmen tenaga pengajar sesuai dengan spesialisasinya.Abstract : The focus of this study is a community-based educational planning problem specified in the study: curriculum planning and implementation of community-based education academic planning . This study used a qualitative approach. The data were collected through interviews, observation, and study documentation. The technique used is the validity of the data source triangulation. The procedures of the analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results are the curriculum was implemented in MA Darunnajat or modified the curriculum of national curriculum and Darunnajat boarding school curriculum. The curriculum implementation plan has been created by teachers, but it has not been completed. To support the implementation of the curriculum, there is an academic planning. Specific academic planning in MA Darunnajat is the Preparation Class.  It is suggested that: (1) It is a need that each teacher should plan the implementation of a complete curriculum in order to get maximum results. (2) Recruitment of teachers should be based on their specialization

Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this research is to know and to analyze deeply about the implementation of additional subject in developing the entrepreneurship value of the students of SMPN 2 Pulosari, Pemalang Regency. The research uses qualitative description approach. The focus of the problem is the implementation of additional subject in entrepreneurship. The methods of collecting data procedure are interview, documentation, and observation. The sampling technique used is snow ball technique. The investigation and checking of the data use triangulation sources. Data analyses use taxonomy analyses. The results of the research are related with the function of management. They are (1) planning by using participative approach, (2) organizing by functioning human resource, nature, and fund, (3) the implementation by using scientific approach, (4) supervision is done in written and spoken ways and by using contingency approach Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis secara mendalam tentang implementasi muatan lokal dalam mengembangkan nilai kewirausahaan siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Pulosari Kabupaten Pemalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Fokus permasalahan adalah Implementasi muatan lokal dalam kewirausahaan. Prosedur pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik snow ball. Pemeriksaan dan pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data menggunakan analisis taksonomi. Hasil penelitian dikaitkan dengan fungsi manajemen yaitu: (1) perencanaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif; (2) pengorganisasian dengan mengfungsikan sumber daya manusia, alam dan dana; (3) pelaksanaan dengan  menggunakan pendekatan ilmiah serta; (4) pengawasan dilakukan secara lisan dan tertulis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kontingensi.

Abstract

Hasil penyelenggaraan pendidikan PPs Unnes perlu dikaji peran dan kinerja lulusan sehingga dapat diketahui prospek pengembangan kinerja lulusan dan langkah pengembangan pendidikan PPs. Permasalahan yang diteliti adalah (1) Seberapa singkat masa tunggu lulusan? (2) Seberapa tinggi tingkat kesesuaian bidang studi dengan pekerjaan? (3) Seberapa besar kesempatan meningkatkan dan mengembangkan ilmu? (4) Seberapa besar kesempatan promosi dan pengembangan karir di lingkungan kerja? (5) Seberapa besar dampak hasil studi terhadap kinerja lulusan? Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kinerja lulusan yang mencakup (1) masa tunggu lulusan, (2) kesesuaian bidang studi dengan bidang pekerjaan (3) kesempatan meningkatkan dan mengembangkan ilmu; (4) kesempatan promosi dan pengembangan karir; dan (5) dampak hasil studi terhadap kinerja. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survey. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) 86,2% lulusan menyatakan sudah bekerja pada saat mendaftar S2, (2) 83,8% lulusan menyatakan pilihannya sesuai bidang studi, (3) 91,3% lulusan menyatakan sejak masih kuliah sudah mendapatkan kesempatan menerapkan dan mengembangkan ilmu yang diperoleh di lingkungan pekerjaan, (4) 40,1% lulusan menyatakan mendapatkan peningkatan karir dan promosi pada saat studi berlangsung, (5) 88,8% lulusan menyatakan hasil studi di PPs sepenuhnya dapat diterapkan untuk pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Saran adalah (1) Perlu dilakukan sosialisasi dan pemberian informasi kepada stakeholders, (2) para lulusan perlu menjalin komunikasi dengan pimpinan lembaga kerja.The provision of education is necessary to study the role of PPs Unnes and performance of graduates so that they can know the performance of the development prospects of graduates and educational development steps PPs. This study aims to describe and analyze the performance of graduates that includes (1) graduates waiting period, (2) compliance with the field work field of study (3) the opportunity to improve and develop the knowledge, (4) promotion and career development opportunities, and (5) the impact of the results Study on performance. This research method is a survey research methods. The conclusions in this study were (1) 86.2% of graduates claimed was working at the time of registering S2, (2) 83.8% of graduates expressed preferences for the field of study, (3) 91.3% stated since I was in college graduates have the opportunity implement and develop the knowledge gained in the work environment, (4) 40.1% of graduates claimed gain career advancement and promotion at the time the study took place, (5) 88.8% graduate studies at the PPs stated fully applicable for the execution of work. Suggestions are (1) Need to socialize and to provide information to stakeholders, (2) the graduates need to establish communication with the leaders of labor organizations.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengorganisasian layanan pendidikan boarding school. Fokus penelitian meliputi penetapan pekerjaan, pembagian pekerjaan, pengintegrasian pekerjaan, koordinasi, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Metode penelitiannya kualitatif naturalistik dengan rancangan studi kasus. Untuk menggali data peneliti banyak menggunakan wawancara dengan kepala madrasah, ketua yayasan, wakil kepala madrasah, dan ketua asrama, serta melalui observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Keabsahan data diperoleh dengan perpanjangan pengamatan dan triangulasi, data-data dianalisis melalui beberapa tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: pertama, penetapan pekerjaan terintegrasi di madrasah dan asrama dengan mengacu pada peraturan dan kekhasan pondok pesantren. Kedua, job discription didasarkan atas kompetensi, komitmen, loyalitas dan pemahaman terhadap budaya pondok pesantren. Ketiga, pendelegasian wewenang sebagaimana tupoksinya, guru madrasah mempertanggungjawabkan dan melaporkan tugasnya kepada kepala madrasah, sedangkan pengurus asrama kepada kyai. Keempat, Pengambilan keputusan di madrasah maupun di asrama dilakukan sesuai kewenangan melalui musyawarah. Kelima, koordinasi, monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan melalui rapat rutin dan setiap saat secara insidental. Disarankan pada level asrama dan pengurus yayasan adanya deskripsi rincian tugas yang jelas, pembagian tugas atas dasar profesionalitas, dan kepada pihak pengelola perlu mengembangkan penyusunan instrument sebagai pedoman untuk kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi. AbstractThis study aimed to describe the organization of educational services boarding school. The focus of the study includes the determination of employment, job sharing, job integration, coordination, and monitoring and evaluation. Naturalistic qualitative research methods to case study design. For many researchers collect data using interviews with heads of madrassas, the foundation chairman, deputy head of the madrasa, and chairman of the board and through the observation and study documentation. The validity of the data obtained by the extension of the observation and triangulation, data were analyzed through several stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the survey results revealed that: first, the establishment of an integrated work at the school and dorms with reference to the rules and peculiarities of the boarding school. Second, the job description is based on competence, commitment, loyalty and understanding of the culture of the boarding school. Third, the delegation of authority as tupoksinya, madrassa teachers accountable and report to the head of the Islamic duties, while the dormitory administrators to clerics. Fourth, decision-making at the school and in the boarding done according to the authority through deliberation. Fifth, coordination, monitoring and evaluation through regular meetings and every time incidentally.Suggested level boarding and board of trustees the details clear job descriptions, job on the basis of professionalism, and to the manager needs to develop guidelines for the preparation of the instrument as a monitoring and evaluation activities.
