Abstract

This study was conducted based on the phenomena that occurs in the Faculty of Education UNNES that 58% of students class of 2009 FIP UNNES still not complete his studies on the 9th semester, though they should have completed their studies. This study aim to know the causes of academic procrastination thesis preparation on the subject of research. This research is a descriptive survey. Data collection method using the questionnaire in the form of psychological scale. The result showed that the causes of academic procrastination thesis preparation at the Faculty of  Education students Unnes class of 2009 is, motivation 83%, doing other things more fun 79%, lack of assertiveness  79%, dislike of duty 78%, dreamer 75%, anxiety 73%, stress 73%, deffender 74%,  over doer 74%,  time management issue 72%, crisis maker 71%, fear of failure 71%, enjoy working under preasure 71%, self-depreciation 70%, hostility with other 70%, low discomfort tolerance 68%, poor task aproach  66%, perfectionisme 66%, parenting parents 76%, lecturers problems 73%, the bureaucracy complicated  73%, learning environment issue 63% and administrative services 55%

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is essential for student affairs A Guidance and Counseling as a potential counselor because preparation to help foster effective and efficient communication with the counselee. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship jointly between self-efficacy and cohesiveness with interpersonal communication. This research is descriptive quantitative. Population and sample are all students Department of Guidance and Counseling, amounting to 361 students with a sampling technique using proportional random sampling, the samples were taken is 30% of the study population. Means of data collection using a scale of interpersonal communication that has tested its validity the product moment formula and the reliability of the instrument with alpha formula. Analysis of data using multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship jointly between self-efficacy with interpersonal communication, the value of F count = 15,710 with sig = 0.000 <0.05 . The conclusion of this study that there is a significant relationship together between self-efficacy with interpersonal communication. It is hoped advisable for the Department of Guidance and Counseling to provide innovation activities that can improve interpersonal communication, self-efficacy and cohesiveness.

Abstract

___________________________________________________________________ Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa underachiever pada siswa kelas VA melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling. Desain yang digunakan adalah model penelitian Kemmis dan Me Taggart. Partisipan dalam penelitian adalah 10 siswa kelas VA yang terdiri dari 7 siswa underachiever dan 3 siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tertinggi di kelas VA. Teknik pengambilan partisipan menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala motivasi belajar yang digunakan pada saat sebelum dan sesudah pemberian bimbingan kelompok. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Pada hasil pre-test diperoleh rata-rata motivasi belajar sebesar 48,71% setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok pada siklus 1 (post-test 1) diperoleh rata-rata  sebesar 60,71% dan setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok pada siklus 2 (post-test 2) diperoleh rata-rata  sebesar 79%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan motivasi belajar pada siswa underachiever sebesar 18,29% setelah pemberian layanan bimbingan kelompok selama 2 siklus. Dengan demikian, motivasi belajar siswa underachiever dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok yang tepat.   The purpose of this research is to improve motivation of underachiever student in class VA through group guidance services. This study was included in the counseling action research. The design used was a model research Kemmis and Taggart Me. Participants in the study were 10 students of class VA consisting of 7 students underachiever and 3 students who have the highest motivation to learn in the classroom VA. Participants taking technique using purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using learning motivation scale used both before and after the group guidance service. Descriptive data analysis techniques using percentages. In the pre-test results obtained on average by 48.71% motivation after being given guidance services group in cycle 1 (post-test 1) obtained an average of 60.71% and after a given group counseling services in Cycle 2 (post -test 2) obtained an average of 79%. The results showed an increase in underachiever students motivation by 18.29% after the group guidance services for 2 cycles. Thus, underachiever student motivation can be enhanced through proper guidance services group.

Abstract

This study was conducted based on the phenomenon in SMA 3 Magelang which indicate that there are students who have a low assertive behavior. The research was conducted on July 28 to September 2, 2015. This study aims to determine students assertive behavior before and after the service, and to know the influence of the control service content sociodramas techniques in improving assertive behavior class XI MIA 1. The type of research is experimental research. Methods of data collection using the instrument scale psychological scale assertive capability. Methods of data analysis using descriptive percentages and t-test. The results showed that the percentage of early before getting services at 55.99% and after getting treatment showed a percentage of 83.54% is thus increased by 27.55%. Results of t-test showed that the values ​​obtained tcalculated = 17.00> ttable = 2.00 at the 5% significance level, the calculation of the t-test showed that tcalculated> t ttable, so that Ho refused and Ha accepted. Based on the results of this study concluded that the assertive behavior class XI MIA 1 at SMA 3 Magelang before getting services with lower category, after getting the service with high category, so that assertive behavior through mastery of content services sociodrama technique can be improved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi pada siswa kelas X-IIS 2 SMA N 1 Muntilan yang memiliki karakteristik perilaku belajar efektif dalam mengikuti layanan bimbingan dan konseling format klasikal rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan perilaku belajar efektif siswa dalam mengikuti layanan bimbingan dan konseling format klasikal melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Penelitian eksperimen adalah penelitian yang digunakan untuk mencari pengaruh perlakuan tertentu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan enam kali pemberian perlakuan pada siswa kelas X-IIS 2 SMA N 1 Muntilan, dengan subjek penelitian 8 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah check list. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase dan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perilaku belajar efektif siswa masuk kategori sangat rendah (15,17%). Setelah diberikan perlakuan melalui bimbingan kelompok terjadi peningkatan perilaku belajar efektif siswa pada kategori tinggi (55,81%). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa perilaku belajar efektif siswa dalam mengikuti layanan bimbingan dan konseling format klasikal dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok.This research was conducted based on the phenomenon that happens to grade X-IIS 2 SMA N 1 Muntilan which has the characteristics of effective learning behavior in following the guidance and counseling service format of classical low. The purpose of this research is to improve effective learning behavior of student in following the guidance and counseling service of classical format through the tutoring service groups. This type of research is research experiments. Experimental research is research that is used to find the influence of certain treatment. The research was conducted with six times the grant of preferential treatment on grade X-IIS 2 SMA N 1 Muntilan, research subject with 8 students. The data collection method used is the check list. Data analysis techniques using deskriptif analysis of percentage and wilcoxon test. The results showed incoming students effective learning behavior category is very low (15,17%). After being given the treatment through the guidance of the Group an increase in effective learning behavior of students in a high category (55,81%). It shows that effective learning behavior of student in following the guidance and counseling service of classical format can be enhanced through the tutoring service groups

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts and success in increasing self-confidence through group guidance services to students class X1 in SMA 1 state Sumber Rembang. This type of research is action research. The research sample using purporsive sampling are 10 students who have self-confidence low, medium and high. Data collection methods used were psychological scales and observation. The data analysis technique used is obtained using the Wilcoxon test t count = 55> t table = 8. The results obtained, before getting group guidance services whose members have high self-confidence 81%, members who have medium self-confidence was 64%, while members who have low self-confidence 53%. After receiving group guidance services self-confidence increased student, members of which have a high self-confidence increased 83% in the category of a high percentage, members who have medium self-confidence increased 74% in the category of a high percentage of self-confidence, and members who have low self-confidence increases 69% in the category of percentage of high self-confidence. It was concluded that self-confidence in learning Indonesian can be improved through group guidance services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of BK services in Semarang whether all services can be implemented by counselor with qualitative. descriptive study is about the implementation of BK services that include direct services such as the assignment of counselor, RPLBK used as a reference implementation of the service, and indirect services such as directing students through services such as media, teachers held consultations BK, counselor and cooperation with stakeholders, samples are teachers who carry out services BK. Respondents are counselors and school personnel as supporting data sources, data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation. The validity of the data used data triangulation. Data Analysis namely data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. Results of research tasks counselor in implementing services classical, individuals and groups are still less than the maximum hampered by the allocation of time, the structure in RPLBK not much has changed and every year almost the same, directing students through various forms of media, but in its implementation counselor still less attention to media such boards are rarely updated guidance and sharing boxes that were not appropriate in its implementation, consultations counselor not yet fully done together stakeholders

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan karena banyaknya siswa yang kurang mempersiapan diri baik internal maupun eksternal dalam menghadapi praktek kerja industri.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan informasi tentang motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan Prakerin.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan Pre-test and Post-test Design.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Pati dan sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas X Pemasaran 1 SMK Negeri 1 Pati.Alat pengumpulan data berupa skala psikologis dan menggunakan teknik analisis data uji t-test. Hasil dari penelitian, skor pre test yakni 58,14% (rendah) dan post test dengan skor 81,87% (tinggi). Dari hasil uji T-test diperoleh Thitung sebesar 17,713 dan nilai Ttabel sebesar 2,042.Besarnya Thitung > Ttabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan informasi tentang motivasi kerja terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan siswa mengikuti praktek kerja industri (Prakerin) pada siswa kelas X Pemasaran 1 SMK Negeri 1 Pati.The research was conducted because of the many students who lack self preparing the internal and external in the face of the industry work practices. This study aims to determine the effect of information services on work motivation on the readiness of students in participating in activities Prakerin. This type of research used in this research is experimental study using pre-test and post-test design. The population in this study were students of class X SMK Negeri 1 Pati and the sample used is a class X Marketing 1 SMK Negeri 1 Pati. Data collection tools in the form of a psychological scale and using data analysis techniques t-test. Results of the study, the pre test scores namely 58.14% (lower) and post test with a score of 81.87% (high). From the test results obtained Thitung T-test of 17.713 and Ttabel value of 2.042. The amount Thitung>Ttabel it can be concluded that the service information about the work motivation is proven effect on students readiness to follow the practice of industrial work (Prakerin) in class X Marketing 1 SMK Negeri 1 Pati.
