Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang dampak perilaku seksual pranikah melalui layanan informasi dengan video. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one-group pretest-posttest design. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah semua siswa kelas X SMA N 3 Demak. Sampel penelitian terpilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu pada siswa kelas X.3 sebanyak 35 siswa. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif persentase dan mc nemar test. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, tingkat pemahaman sebelum diberikan layanan informasi dengan video dalam kategori tinggi yaitu sebesar 70%. Pemahaman siswa setelah mendapatkan layanan informasi dengan video meningkat menjadi 82% dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Dengan demikian mengalami peningkatan sebesar 12%. Dari perhitungan uji mc nemar test diperoleh 17,05> 3,841. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemahaman siswa tentang dampak perilaku seksual pranikah dapat ditingkatkan melalui pemberian layanan informasi dengan video. Kata Kunci : Dampak perilaku seksual pranikah; Layanan informasi; Pemahaman; Video The purpose of this study to improve the student understanding of the impact of premarital sexual behavior. This research was an experimental research study design with one-group pretest-posttest design. In this study population were all student X SMA N 3 Demak. The study sample was selected using purposive sampling technique that is in class X.3 were 35 students. Retrieval of data in this study using the test instrument. The analysis technique used is the percentage descriptive analysis and mc nemar test. The results obtained, given the level of understanding before the information services with video in the high category which is 70%. Student understanding after obtaining information services with video increased to 82% in the very high category. This an increase of 12%. From mc nemar test calculations obtained 17,05 > 3,841. Conclusions from this research is the students understanding of the impact of premarital sexual behavior can be enhanced through the provision of information services with video. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan fenomena di lapangan yakni tepatnya di SMA Negeri 14 Semarang yang menunjukkan adanya beberapa anak yang memiliki kemampuan self efficacy akademik rendah, data tersebut diperoleh berdasarkan hasil analisis daftar cek masalah (DCM) yang disebarkan pada siswa kelas XI IPS 3. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektivitas konseling kelompok untuk meningkatkan kemampuan self efficacy akademik siswa. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pre test-post test design. Pre test dan post test yang digunakan berupa skala self efficacy akademik. Subyek penelitian ini adalah tujuh siswa yang dijadikan sebagai anggota kelompok. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji wilcoxon match pairs test dengan membandingkan jenjang terkecil dari hasil pre dan post test, diperoleh hasil 2,36 > 2, yang berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling kelompok efektif meningkatkan kemampuan self efficacy akademik pada siswa di kelas XI IPS 3di SMA Negeri 14 Semarang tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Kata kunci : konseling kelompok; self efficacy akademik; Siswa This study was conducted based on phenomenon in SMA 14 Semarang which showed that some children have a low academic self efficacy based on the check list of problem students or DCM analysis which distributed to the XI IPS 3 students. The purpose of this study is effective of group counseling increasingto academic self efficacy of students or not. This study included into experimental research which one group pre test- post test design. Pre test and posttest in the form of academic self efficacy’s scale. The subjects of this study were seven students. The hypothesis testing using wilcoxon match pairs test by comparing the smallest level of pre and post test, the result 2,36 > 2, which means Ha accepted and Ho rejected. The conclusion of this research is group counseling service give effective increasing to academic self efficacy of students of XI IPS 3 in senior high school of Semarang city. Abstract

Indonesia termasuk salah satu negara yang potensial bencana alam termasuk tsunami. Secara geografis indonesia berada di wilayah patahan gempa, dan banyak gunung berapi yang kondisinya masih aktif. secara historis sejak tahun 1968- 2006 telah terjadi 7 kali gempa yang diikuti tsunami. Di penghujung tahun 2018, bencana tsunami terjadi Selat Sunda. Ada dua daerah yakni Banten dan Lampung yang menjadi korban tsunami. Dampak psikologis yang terjadi akibat tsunami adalah trauma. Permasalahan trauma di masyarakat seringkali menjadi disfungsi psikologis yang sangat mengganggu. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan upaya bantuan yang fokus pada penyelesaian masalah trauma. Konseling traumatik menjadi salah satu alternatif dalam membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Konseling traumatik fokus pada mengembalikan kondisi trauma masyarakat ke kondisi psikologis yang sehat. Adapun Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) dipilih karena CBT merupakan teknik konseling yang menggabungkan terapi kognitif dan terapi prilaku. Terapi kognitif penting diberikan kepada korban, karena orang yang menjadi korban seringkali memiliki pemikiran yang tidak rasional, kehilangan harapan, serta sulit terhubung dengan dunia nyata. Oleh karena itu mereka mengalami gangguan perilaku seperti murung, sulit berkomunikasi secara sehat, prilaku pasif tidak mau bangkit dari keterpurukan dan sebagainya. Terapi behavioral menjadi bagian penting yang tak terpisahkan. Melalui konseling traumatic dengan CBT dapat mereduksi trauma masyarakat akibat tsunami di Selat Sunda. Indonesia is one of the countries with potential natural disasters including tsunamis. Geographically Indonesia is in an earthquake fault area, and many volcanoes are in active condition. Historically since 1968- 2006 there have been 7 earthquakes followed by tsunamis. At the end of 2018, the tsunami disaster occurred in the Sunda Strait. There are two regions, Banten and Lampung, which were victims of the tsunami. The psychological impact of the tsunami is trauma. The problem of trauma in the community is often a very disturbing psychological dysfunction. Therefore, a real effort is needed to focus on solving trauma problems. Traumatic counseling is one alternative in helping to solve these problems. Traumatic counseling focuses on returning the community's trauma to a healthy psychological condition. The CBT was chosen because CBT is a counseling technique that combines cognitive therapy and behavioral therapy. Cognitive therapy is important given to victims, because people who are victims often have irrational thoughts, lose hope, and are difficult to connect with the real world.Therefore they suffer from behavioral disorders such as moodiness, difficulty communicating in a healthy manner, passive behavior, and do not want to rise from adversity. Behavioral therapy is an important part that is inseparable. Through traumatic counseling with CBT can reduce community trauma due to the tsunami in the Sunda Strait.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh persepsi siswa terhadap ODHA. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode expost facto, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan mengekspos kejadian-kejadian yang sedang berlangsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified probability sampling. Setelah dilihat pada tabel Isaac and Michael dengan taraf kesalahan 5% ditetapkan jumlah sampel 256 siswa. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah skala persepsi dan angket pemahaman ODHA dengan reliabilitas 0,860 dan 0,789. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh persepsi terhadap ODHA dengan nilai R2 = 0,055 = 5,5% ini berarti pengetahuan tentang ODHA mempengaruhi persepsi siswa sebesar 5,5% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian ini. The purpose of this study was to study the majority of students' perceptions of ODHA. This study uses a type of quantitative research with the post facto method, which is research that discusses ongoing events. This study uses a proportional stratified probability sampling technique. After looking at the tables of Isaac and Michael with a 5% error level, the number of samples is 256 students. The instrument in this study was the scale of perception and questionnaire for ODHA understanding with reliability of 0.860 and 0.789. The results of the study showed differences in perceptions of ODHA with a value of R2 = 0.055 = 5.5%. This meant that knowledge of ODHA affected students' perceptions of 5.5% and was accepted by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potret perencanaan karier siswa budaya rejang di SMA Negeri 9 Kota Bengkulu.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu dalam konteks natural setting untuk lebih memahami fenomena apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian dengan memanfaatkan metode natural setting. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model spradley antara analisis domain, analisis taksonomi, analisis komponensial, dan analisis tema kultural. Kegiatan nalisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan langsung di lapangan bersamaan dengan pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan temuan dan hasil analisis data maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Siswa yang berlatar belakang budaya rejang sudah memiliki perencanaan karier yang cukup baik, hal ini ditunjukkan bahwa siswa sudah dapat memahami potensi diri, sudah dapat mengemukakan pengetahuan tentang dunia kerja, sudah dapat mengemukakan hal-hal terkait dengan pencocokkan potensi diri dengan jenis pekerjaan yang akan dipilih. Disisi lain masih ditemukan siswa yang belum dapat memahami potensi diri, belum dapat mengemukakan dengan baik pengetahuan tentang dunia kerja, serta masih terdapat siswa yang kurang dapat mencocokkan potensi yang dimiliki dengan jenis pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan bakat dan minat. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diimplikasikan dalam kegiatan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dan dapat diimplikasikan dalam mata kuliah Bimbingan Konseling Karier. The purpose of this study was to find out the portrait of career planning for cultural students in the State High School 9 of Bengkulu City. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. He approach used in this study is in the context of natural settings to better understand the phenomena experienced by research subjects by utilizing natural setting methods. The data analysis in this study uses a spradley model between domain nalysis, taxonomic analysis, componential analysis, and analysis of cultural themes. Data analysis can be concluded that: Students who have a cultural background have good career planning, it is shown that students can understand their potential, can express knowledge about the word of work, can express things related to matching their potential with the type the job to be chosen. On the other hand there are still students who have not been able to understand their potential, have not been able to express well the knowledge of the word of work, and there are still students who are less able to match their potential with the type of work that suits their talents and interests. The results of this study can be implicated in the activities of guidance and counseling services in schools and can be implicated in Career Counseling Guidance courses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi belajar siswa di MI Ma’arif Grabag Tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian gabungan dari kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru MI Ma’arif Grabag dan siswa di MI Ma’arif Grabag Magelang dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 siswa yang diambil secara acak dari kelas rendah ke kelas tinggi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu berdasarkan hasil dari observasi bahwa tingkat motivasi belajar pada taraf kewajaran hal ini dilihat dari tingkat absensi dan nilai raport siswa, sedangkan hasil wawancara dengan guru MI bahwa tingkat motivasi belajar di MI Ma’arif Grabag masih tergolong masih belum tinggi. Hasil yang didapatkan dari sebaran skala motivasi belajar untuk siswa bahwa tingkat motivasi belajar siswa MI Ma’arif Grabag berada pada tingkat sedang dengan presentase nilai sebesar 74%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tingkat motivasi belajar di MI Ma’arif Grabag tahun akademik 2018/2019 dalam kategori sedang. Tingkat motivasi belajar yang sedang dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa, maka perlu peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa pada kategori tinggi. This study aims to determine the level of student motivation in MI Ma'arif Grabag 2018/2019 academic year. This type of research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. The subjects of this study were MI Ma'arif Grabag teachers and students at MI Ma'arif Grabag Magelang by taking a sample of 100 students taken randomly from low to high class. The results of this study are based on the results of observations that the level of learning motivation at the level of reasonableness is seen from the level of student attendance and report cards, while the results of interviews with MI teachers that the level of learning motivation at MI Ma'arif Grabag is still relatively not high. The results obtained from the distribution of learning motivation scale for students that the level of learning motivation of MI Ma'arif Grabag students is at a moderate level with a percentage value of 74%. The conclusion in this study is the level of learning motivation in MI Ma'arif Grabag in the 2018/2019 academic year in the medium category. The level of learning motivation that can affect student learning outcomes, it is necessary to increase student learning motivation in the high category.

Abstract

Recidivism is a growing problem in the world – in Nigeria and Kwara State inclusive. Therefore, this study investigated solutions to recidivism as perceived by prison officers in Kwara State. The contributions of moderating variables of gender, religion and years in service were also investigated. Descriptive research design was adopted for the study. The population comprised all the prison officers estimated at 615 in Kwara State. Multi-stage sampling procedure was adopted to select 250 prison officers from all the five prison centers in Kwara State. A questionnaire that was designed by the researchers served as the instrument for data collection. The validity and reliability of the instrument were duly established. The data were analysed using percentages, t-test and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Hypotheses were tested at 0.05 level of significance. Findings revealed that recidivism rate will be drastically reduced if prison rehabilitation programmes are being handled by professionally trained rehabilitation counsellor, if ex-convicts are assisted to utilize the entrepreneurial skills acquired in prison, and if there is a periodic evaluation of prison reformation and rehabilitation programme to ensure that the goals are being achieved. The findings further revealed significant differences in solutions to recidivism as perceived by Prison Officers in Kwara State based on religion and years in service but no significant difference was found based on gender. The findings imply that counsellors need to beam their searchlight into issues of crime, imprisonment and recidivism; counselors in-training need to be trained on strategies for rendering rehabilitation services to prison inmates.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui signifikansi penurunan perilaku pelaku perundungan verbal pada siswa kelas VIII di SMP Kristen 2 Salatiga melalui teknik role play dalam konseling kelompok behavioral. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi experimental dengan menggunakan model pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 10 orang siswa menjadi subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala perilaku pelaku perundungan verbal. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis uji beda dua mean (t test). Hasil penelitian terbukti bahwa layanan role play dalam konseling kelompok behavioral secara signifikan menurunkan perilaku pelaku perundungan verbal siswa. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of decreasing behavior of verbal abuse perpetrators in grade VIII students at Christian Middle School 2 Salatiga through role play techniques in behavioral group counseling. This type of research is a quasi experimental study using a pretest-posttest control group design model. The subjects of this study were 10 students who became the research subjects. Data collection techniques use the scale of verbal abuse perpetrators. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and two mean test differences (t test). The results of the study prove that role play services in behavioral group counseling significantly reduce the behavior of students of verbal abuse.

Abstract

Stress have devastating consequences when not well managed. This study thus investigated the adjustment strategies of marital stress among female primary school teachers in Nigeria. The study also examined the influence of age, number of children, type of marriage and length of years in service on the respondents’ views. The study employed a descriptive survey method. A total of 422 female primary school teachers participated in the study. The participants responded to a researcher-designed instrument titled ‘Adjustment Strategies Questionnaire (ASQ)’. The data were analyzed using both percentage, mean, t-test and Analysis of Variance The result showed that female primary school teachers adopt benefitting adjustment strategies. Result further showed that there were significant differences based on age, number of children, type of marriage and length of years in marriage. Recommendations were therefore made among others that counselors should encourage female primary school teachers to maintain their benefitting adjustment strategies of marital stress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh adanya perubahan konsep seks normatif menuju konsep seks modern, yang menjadikan seks pranikah dikalangan mahasiswa di kota Semarang semakin marak. Mahasiswa yang telah melakukan hubungan seks pranikah memiliki pengalaman psikologis yang berbeda seperti perasaan bersalah, takut ditinggalkan pasangannya dan menganggap perilaku tersebut sudah biasa, perbedaan tersebut menjadi menarik untuk diketahui. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Interpretative Penomenological Analysis (IPA). Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam terhadap 5 partisipan yang terdiri dari 2 pria dan 3 wanita. Pengalaman seks pranikah pertama mahasiswa dapat diidentifikasi ada 3 aspek yaitu aspek psikologis, aspek fisik, dan aspek moral. Pada aspek moral terdapat kesamaan pada partisipan laki-laki dan wanita yaitu muncul perasaan bersalah karena telah mengingkari kepercayaan orang tua, perasaan berdosa kepada Tuhan. Pada aspek psikologis, partisipan pria merasa seks merupakan pencapaian prestasi, dan petualangan. Partisipan wanita menganggap seks adalah luapan emosional akan keinginan yang terpendam. Seks bagi partisipan laki-laki membuat badan menjadi lebih segar, orgasme, dan otot-otot menjadi rileks setelah berhubungan seks, sedangkan pada partisipan wanita muncul rasa sakit dibagian vagina. This research is based on a change in the concept of normative sex to the concept of modern sex, which makes premarital sex among students in the city of Semarang more widespread. Students who have had premarital sex have different psychological experiences such as feelings of guilt, fear of being abandoned by their partners and consider such behaviors to be normal, these differences become interesting to know. The research method used is qualitative research with the Interpretative Penomenological Analysis (IPA) approach. Data collected in-depth interviews with 5 participants consisting of 2 men and 3 women. The first premarital sex experience of students can be identified as 3 aspects, namely psychological aspects, physical aspects, and moral aspects. In the moral aspect, there are similarities in male and female participants, which was a feeling of guilt because they have guilt the trust of parents, a feeling of sin in God. On the psychological aspect, male participants feel sex is an achievement and adventure. Female participants consider sex to be an emotional overflow of latent desires. Sex for male participants makes the body become fresher, orgasm, and relaxed, whereas female participants appear in the vaginal pain.
