Abstract

Changes in internal communications technology company influence the development of communication technology. Internal communication through physical meetings members initially turned into mobile technology. The study aims to analyze the flow of internal communication of information on the implementation of mobile working in PT Tanair Media chrysanthemum, coordination and management tasks with a mobile system working. Data were collected through direct observation in the field, in-depth interviews to five key informants and documentation. The study was conducted by using a qualitative approach with constructivism. The theory is Communicative Constitution of Organizations and Weick. Discussion of the results obtained conclusions: (1) Changes in the system of internal communication technology-based organizations keep up with technology, (2) The use of social media technologies and application-oriented Media Vista duties and functions, (3) Coordination management tasks with mobile working systems tailored to the plan, organize, action and control.

Abstract

This qualitative research tried to describe the use strategy promotion in social media instagram, currently used by many companies, organizations, and individuals to create an online shop. They use social media to communicate in promoting the products and the interaction between the company and its customers. Consumers in social media are more interactive, they might be persuaded to do something and be able to receive information from anyone. Companies that use social media need to collaborate with customers to promote their products so that it can make an entanglement between the two. Through the media and content co-creation is an innovation in creating products and experiences of collaboration between consumers and companies that are connected (Beyond Promotion) to build brand engagement. Based on this research, shop online promotional strategies used by Hijab Sally Heart using images and video content on the theme of Muslim and concepts of friendship to create communication with customers through social media Instagram as the media used. Abstract

The study was designed as an empirical study to test the hypothesis theory and paradigm used is positivistic. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis method and linear regression analysis. Whereas the test instrument is done through validity and answer the problem given in this research, data are got from 100 employees of PT PLN (Persero) distribution Jakarta, by questionnaires. Some employees being respondent 30-40 years of age, and sex with men are 59%. Result the test data shows that statistical realibility Cronbach’s alpha value above 0,70, so it is considered reliabel, because Cronbach’s Alpha value is above minimum threshold of 0,70. So it can be concluded that the measurement scale organizational culture, working motivation and commitment employees have good realibility. The analysis result shows that organizational culture, working motivation gives positive and significant impact to commitment.Key words : organizational culture, motivation, commitment employees

Abstract

Abstract: The main objective of the development of Indonesia is in the field of human resources is to createquality human resources and prosperous Indonesia. This was done in view of the importance of improving thequality of human resources continues to change with the demands of each individual or group should be able toimprove its performance. The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of Power Distance, UncertaintyAvoidance and Leadership towards employee performance in PT. Chemco Harapan Nusantara. Especially inthe process of acquisition of the company by the German-Austrian organizational culture to Japan. Researchsamples are 86 respondents of PT. Chemco Harapan Nusantara in Karawang plant 3 is determined by thesampling method approach. Collecting data using questionnaires Engineering Research and Studies Library.Primary data processing using Quantitative Analysis Method. Discussion of the results obtained the followingconclusions: First, Multiple linear regression showed the results of Power Distance, Uncertainty Avoidance andLeadership 0.801 and 0.366. Based on the above data, it can be concluded that the leadership, have the greatestinfluence among other research variables, followed by Cultural Organization. Second, it can be concludedSimultaneous Test Results Power Distance, Uncertainty Avoidance and Leadership variables simultaneouslysignificant effect on employee performance in PT. Abstract

Adiwiyata school must physically look green, beautiful, clean, neat, and bring a sense of security and comfort. SMA Negeri 5 Tangerang which initially has environmental problems is now a school adiwiyata. This incident is interesting and needs to be researched. Qualitative research paradigms with case study method, describe the management of organizational communication that is sought by the management of SMA Negeri 5 Tangerang in building the image of adiwiyata school. The Management Theory is the basic reference for dissecting this research. Communication management begins with planning, compiling tatatertib and rules, establishing organizing committees, mapping target audiences addressing messages, constructing messages verbally or in writing. Organizing, moving all communication components by enabling audiences to perform their roles. Actuating encourages and creates conducive conditions in the form of direction to students, appeals to canteen officers and provides flexibility of work to janitor. The rewards and the threat of punishment are also one of the actuating acts performed. Controlling to know the process and the results achieved have been in accordance with the standards or not. Daily cleaning checks by the committee, reprimands to violators of the rules until the monitoring through CCTV is a control effort undertaken. The results of this program have been achieved, as evidenced by the recognition of adiwiyata school from the Ministry of Environment.Keywords: Management, Communication, Organization

Abstract

Essentially a leader has a regular language, good words integrated into the behavior and actions of delivery, direction and control. In the organization known as the art of leadership, meaning that every idea produced is clear and weighted, the application of transformational leadership communication in persuasive techniques. In The Five Canon of Rhetoric known as invention, arrangement, style, delivery, memory, this is in the direction of transformational leadership to the Vice President in the Corporate Secretary Division characterized by Charisma, Inspiration, Intellectual Stimulation, Individual Considerations. This leadership style can influence followers to do more than expected to maintain employee motivation. The collected data was obtained from interviews of 7 informants and documentation studies, with the Instrumental Study Case Study method, and using post-positivism paradigm and using the theory triangulation technique. The results, with the Five Canon of Rhetoric are very useful when applied to an organization as an encouragement of employees to make employees motivated because not only convey persuasive information but also for others are also willing to accept and take positive actions. Abstract

Juvenile delinquency problems that occur today due to various factors, one of which is the low level of education and promiscuity among teenagers. One of the forms of juvenile delinquency happens is free sex. Unhealty sexual behavior among adolescents is particulary unmarried adilescents tend to increase. This condision makes researchers interested in studying more in related communication that occurs between teen couple in building relationships that lead to premarital sex. This study aims to determine interpersonal communication between adolescents who have premarital sex and to know the process of relationship development stages built by teenage couples who have premarital sex. Researchers use Symbolic Interactionist Theory from George Herbert Mead. This research is a qualitative research with constructivism paradigm. .The results showed that the interpersonal relationship that exists between the teenage couple is emotional. For adolescent couples to maintain a relationship required proof by their partner in the form of speech (verbal language). Loyalty to the couple becomes one of the evidence. Proof is their thought process of what action they will perform as a form of their seriousness towards the couple through intimate relationships. When one partner wants something from their partner, then the symbols are given by one partner and responded by another partner. This is the cause of premarital sex in adolescents. Basically the pattern of communication or interaction patterns that they do indeed are so. That is, more to the process of negotiation and transactional either between two individuals involved in the communication process and more broadly how social construction affects the communication process itself.Key Words: Interpersonal Communication, Symbolic Interactionism Theory, Self-Disclosure, Premarital Sex

 Abstract: This study aims to determine the role of public relations of DPR RI in the dominant coalition asboundary spanner for achieving good governance through public information. As the cornerstone of this study,researcher used the concept of the dominant coalition by James E. Grunig. The ability of a public relations thatcan be accepted by the dominant coalition in an organization cannot be separated from the role and function isas a strategic decision maker, boundary spanner, and strategic management. This study uses a constructivistparadigm with the case study method. The data collection is done by in-depth interviews. Based on the results ofresearch and data analysis, it could be concluded that the Public Relations of DPR RI does not belong to thedominant coalition of organizations and do not represent the concepts used in this study. The role and functionof PR as boundary spanner in the dominant coalition lies on The News Parliament Bureau. In order to realizegood governance through public information, the dominant coalition public relations lie on The NewsParliament Bureau with integration between public relations and other work units within the scope of internalBureau. Public Relations in DPR RI only a labeling, but the real public relations functions carried by The NewsParliament Bureau.Keywords: dominant coalition, public relations, governance

Abstract

This research is in the background of the researcher's concern about the existence of wayang beber which is also the culture of the Indonesian nation that is almost extinct, the preservation of wayang beber in Jakarta with the aim of reviving the art of wayang beber show. A community of lovers of wayang beber in the capital city of Jakarta and currently known to the community as WBM (Wayang Beber Metropolitan), trying to preserve the wayang beber. With data collection techniques in the form of observation involved, in-depth interviews as well as secondary data collection through documentation. The result of this research was obtained Knowledge of Innovative Communication Chenel Puppet on Beber Metropolitan Puppet Community in Jakarta and also as the source of Innovation knowledge is Dalang Wayang Beber Metropolitan in this case brother of Samuel. The message delivered is Wayang Sandal Jepit (WANGSIT) and is also an idea of a new figure in puppet in Indonesia. Wayang is made of a garbage that was not initially used, although in use became a means to protect the feet that place under, but used as a medium to become wayang figures. Communication Channels and Social Systems Media Innovations The Wayang Performing Arts is an interpersonal channel because this communication channel is done to get feedback from the audience in the wayang beber performing arts, and this response is one of the signs of communication channel success in wayang beber performing arts. Abstract

In this study, researchers wanted to delve into the strategy of political communication which is run through social media in this regard youtube for the career development and the political influence of a politician in pursuit of political office in this country. Youtube chosen than others, due to social media is social media youtube video so there are similarities with the television media, but the cost to use the youtube media is much cheaper than when a politician uses television. And although it costs much cheaper, but the effects of a viral youtube as a part of social media is very significant. This is because youtube easily distributed to the public in very large numbers and across borders.            Youtube effectiveness in reaching audiences seemed destined to politicians who quite phenomenal figure in this country with the program of work and controversy that makes the figure Ahok the center of attention for many people across the country.
