Calocybe Indica mushroom researches revealed the beneficiary to health such to prevent stroke and breast cancer. Mushroom propagation has not widespread available yet in Indonesia or high bid price than button, clam, wood mushroom. Home farming is based on environmentally and economical method ought to be applied for the calocybe indica propagation. Counselling and training method based on propagation stages are most plausible to bring knowledge about a new high value variety of mushroom. The aim of training for farmers in Pondok Jeruk Vilage, Jember Distric is to bring technical matters using agricultural waste for planting media of Calocybe indica mushroom. Usage of garden and agricultural waste media such as banana leaves, wood grain, and coconut fiber as a differentiator of mushroom cultivation test group, by applying the basic conditions of growing mushrooms in nature. Each group applied similar treatment, then growing mushrooms to be observed intensely up to harvest. Economic assessment is done by looking at the yield of each group. The result of the training is the standard of cultivation of calocybe indica milk mushrooms in Jember district on a home farming scale. The result of the training has invited several mushroom farmers in Jember Regency. They are quite enthusiastic about the training to make mushroom derivative products into sausages, nuggets and seasonings substitute for MSG. The further training related to marketing of the processed mushrooms products, and counselling about initiating to formed a group of farmers mushroom growers. Indonesian On-Line Dictionary is a dictionary which use reference of indonesian Big dictionary. So the words which are explained in sentence have reference confessed as reference which can be justified. However, what will happen if woman defined as someone expressing individual normatively entered in ugly behavioral category. Woman in on-line dictionary is a system of representation form in forming woman construction in social practice. Woman through a text will give a dogma to woman in reality life of society. The Research using women as an actor who concern in definition of woman in indonesian online dictionary express very disagree of the treatment that they got. They realize that woman require the condition that support them to a good system in represent woman self as equal as man. Product of sentence in dictionary should be renewed so woman can real develope and have contribution in public region not like what defined in dictionary. Kamus Bahasa Indonesia On-line merupakan kamus yang menggunakan referensi dari kamus besar bahasa Indonesia. Sehingga kata-kata yang dijelaskan dalam kalimat memiliki referensi yang diakui sebagai rujukan yang bisa dipertanggungjawabkan. Namun apa yang terjadi apabila perempuan didefinisikan sebagai seseorang yang mencerminkan individu yang secara normatif masuk dalam ketegori perilaku buruk. Parempuan dalam kamus bahasa on-line merupakan bentuk representasi sistem dalam membentuk konstruksi perempuan dalam praktek sosial. Perempuan melalui sebuah teks akan mendogma perempuan itu sendiri dalam kehidupan nyata di kehidupan masyarakat.Penelitian dengan menggunakan perempuan sebagai aktor yang terlibat dalam penyertaan makna pendefinian kamus bahasa Indonesia on-line menyatakan sangat tidak setuju atas perlakuan yang didapatkan dirinya. Mereka menyadari bahwa perempuan membutuhkan kondisi yang mendukung atas sebuah sistem yang kokoh dalam merepresentasikan diri perempuan agar setara dan sepadan dengan laki-laki. Produk kalimat dalam kamus seharusnya direfisi ulang agar perempuan mampu berkembang secara nyata serta berkontribusi di wilayah publik bukan semata-mata menjadi seperti apa yang didefinisikan dalam kamus.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of transformational leadership on employee job satisfaction, work environment on employee job satisfaction, transformational leadership on employee performance, work environment on employee performance. This research is a quantitative causality study that aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership and environmental variables. work on employee performance through job satisfaction. In addition, the research also aims to predict and develop theory. Seeing the shape of the model and the number of endogenous variables that are more than one, the appropriate analysis technique used is structural equation modeling (SEM) based on variance or partial least squares (PLS) with smartPLS 3.0 software tools. The respondents of this study were 270 hospital employees who were determined by the simple random sampling method. Data were obtained from distributing online questionnaires via social media. The questionnaire was designed using a Likert scale of 1 to 7. The independent variables in this study were transformational leadership, work environment and job satisfaction. The dependent variable in this study is the performance of Hospitals Employee. The stages of data testing are validity test, reliability test, termination coefficient test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, transformational leadership has an effect on employee performance, the physical work environment has an effect on employee performance.

The woman in the film kite breaking up, which is the subject of this article, is Kinan. Kinan is the main character in the series Layangan Putus which airs on WeTV, telling a love triangle story. Kinan is played by Putri Marino, a woman who can use information technology to reveal the behavior of her cheating husband and then decide to separate. This study uses television program serial media that are trending topics as part of women's position in the household and women's ability to act and speak with their information technology capabilities. The method used in this research is critical discourse analysis or CDA, which is strengthened by a literature study. The results of this study indicate that the film kites break up has accommodated the point of view of women or the female gaze in telling their experiences. Women who are represented in the figure of Kinan are described as active subjects who have choices in determining their behavior and actions. Women use information technology to get out of unhealthy relationships in marriage. Women are better able to show their identity even though they collide with the values that develop in society

Social media is a communication medium that connected to the internet, as a communication medium that is connected online and has global access. Cyberfeminism is an ideology that uses new media as well as social media and a vehicle to empower and liberate women independently from the domination of male discourse. The aims of this research is to analyze the opportunities and challenges of social media for the empowerment of Indonesian women. This research method is a literature review and secondary data analysis based on women's empowerment index data with the percentage of Indonesia's population accessing the internet based on gender. The theory in this study is cyberfeminism to voice women to optimize their mastery of new media technology as an effort to empower them. This research produces an analysis that women still have enormous opportunities in utilizing social media to obtain information, a more inclusive social life, and increase economic and political empowerment for women. Although the challenge of overcoming problems related to the negative effects of social media must be overcome.

The query #megawati was posted by the proprietor of Twitter. The quotes are the reactions offered by netizens to these posts in their comments. The general public, or netizens, give their remarks, which might be seen as popular opinion against Megawati. Public opinion can take the form of information that is given, passion that is donated in the form of knowledge, or feelings that are felt in order to support the citizen community's behavior. The purpose of this study is to analyze #megawati data from Twitter in order to describe the image of women in politics. This study employs a netnographic approach, retrieving #megawati data from Twitter and analyzing the qualitative data with Atlas.ti version 9 software. The findings of this study will be presented in the form of a flowchart, which is a visualization of qualitative data from 100 tweets. Furthermore, data analysis of existing references about the opportunities for women to rule. This study is unique and intriguing because it has never been done before. It delves into the most recent incident, in which Megawati's speech was widely circulated, causing social media to erupt with various quotations, statuses, mentions, and hashtags. According to the findings of this study, there are more quotes that lead to positive opinions than those that are neutral or contain negative opinions. More research on women and politics should be conducted in the future using other social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok. In order to provide a more diverse comparison of Indonesia's political situation for women.Keywords: twitter, netnography, #megawati.

Anti-corruption village is a program that aims to create a village that is free from corruption. Community service was carried out in Senduro Lumajang Village, East Java Province. Senduro Village is a village with unique culture and traditions, such as Javanese customs and the unique customs of the Tengger Tribe. Senduro Village has attractive tourism potential, such as Tancak Waterfall, Banyu Anjlok Waterfall, and Coban Rondo Senduro Waterfall. The potential of the village provides a lot of income for Senduro village so the management of natural resource products must be monitored so that their utilization is for the welfare of the people and not for corruption. Therefore this community service aims to prevent acts of corruption within the Senduro village government and promote transparency, accountability, community participation, and integrity in financial management and public services. The results of this activity have an impact on increasing knowledge of corruption actions to become an anti-corruption village. In the future, it is suggested that more routine related pieces of training be carried out in maintaining an anti-corruption village because these activities have a significant impact on building an independent and integrated village.

Media informasi memiliki peranan dalam mengubah persepsi perempuan tentang industri 4.0. Pelatihan pengembangan perempuan dalam menghadapi industri 4.0 ini dilakukan dalam rangka tugas tri dharma perguruan tinggi diantaranya mencakup pengabdian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Dalam hal ini kami mendampingi para perempuan dalam pelatihan menghadapi industri 4.0. Pelatihan tersebut berisi tentang bagaimana membuat email, membuka account untuk memasarkan produk tertentu serta membuat konten kreatif dengan metode copywriting. Tujuan dari peningkatan kapasitas perempuan dalam menghadapi industri 4.0 ini adalah agar perempuan mampu bersaing dan mengembangkan usaha mandiri dari potensi daerahnya masing-masing. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di desa Ngemboh Kabupaten Gresik Jawa Timur. Metode yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan partisipasi warga masyarakat dengan melibatkan institusi pemerintah desa sebagai penyelenggaranya dan memfasilitasi kegiatan tersebut. Metode tersebut dianggap paling efektif dalam mendorong perubahan secara masif karena ada pihak tokoh masyarakat yang dilibatkan serta mampu menjaga untuk keberlanjutan dari apa yang telah diberikan selama pelatihan pengembangan tersebut. Hasil dari kegiatan tersebut mendapat respon yang cukup positif dengan dukungan para tokoh masyarakat terbukti dengan antusiasme perempuan dalam merespon selama pelatihan dan banyak bertanya terkait keadaan wilayahnya yang sulit untuk memasarkan produk lokalnya agar diketahui dunia luar.

Women as housewives can provide various responses to the existence of gadgets or better known as gadgets. With her limitations as a woman who focuses on household functions, she is still able to respond to some advances in gadget functions. The longer the function of the gadget, the more sophisticated it causes changes in behavior that are different from before, sometimes even confusing in determining good attitudes and behavior according to them. The value of multiple and not absolute behavior due to changes in the function of gadgets causes housewives to reject the latest gadgets because they harm the behavior and values they believe in. This research was conducted on several housewives. Data was collected using a qualitative approach, through interviews and direct observation of housewives. The data were analyzed using a descriptive study of modern socio-economic theory to see how housewives respond to the development of gadgets. The results showed that housewives had excessive concerns about the progress of gadgets, so they tended to reject these advances. More relented to have the latest gadgets, and do not know how to use gadgets in order to take opportunities in empowering the creative economy. This study uses an economic sociology study, to be able to provide a more comprehensive analysis in looking at the phenomenon of housewives in urban areas.
