Abstract

In the current era of business competition is getting tighter, strategies to get customer loyalty need to be increased. Because with such an effort to increase the value of the company. This paper aims to examine the effect of profitability (ROA), Liquidity (CR) and debt policy (DAR) on the value of the company in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). This research is anstudy explanative with a duration of four years from 2012-2015, in the ISSI index there are 100 samples taken by purposive sampling technique.  Data analysis using panel data analysis techniques with Eviews 8 software applications. The results of the study show that simultaneously profitability, liquidity, and debt policy affect the value of the company.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan penyusunan penulisan buku ajar ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengalaman bagi dosen pemula tentang bagaimana pengembangan RPS menjadi draft buku ajar hingga memperoleh International Standard Book Number (ISBN) dan diterbitkan oleh penerbit yang kompeten. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan buku ajar perguruan tinggi ini adalah sharing session. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi: cara menemukan ide menulis, mengapa dosen harus menulis, ketentuan menulis buku, dasar buku ajar, ciri-ciri buku ajar, anatomi buku ajar, teknik penyusunan buku ajar, manajemen penulisan, tips dan trik menyusun buku ajar, hingga langkah-langkah menerbitkan buku ajar. Pelaksanaan pengabdian pada tanggal 30 Maret 2022 di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Mamba’ul ‘Ulum Surakarta (STAIMUS). Hasil respon atau testimoni peserta mengenai kebermanfaatan kegiatan yang menyatakan sharing session penyusunan buku ajar perguruan tinggi yang diikuti sangat bermanfaat. Pemahaman peserta pelatihan setelah mengikuti pelatihan mengalami peningkatan. Kriteria baik sebanyak 85% dan kriteria cukup sebanyak 15%, kemudian respon peserta pelatihan baik sebanyak 80% dan cukup 20% setelah mengikuti pelatihan pembuatan buku ajar perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Abstract: The activity of placing the Reading Corner as an effort to support the increase in people's reading interest in the Umbulrejo village hall is a community service activity that is motivated by a joint effort to increase literacy and interest in reading among the village community because the Umbulrejo village hall does not provide a reading corner. This program aims to improve people's literacy skills with the support of a reading corner as well as being able to bring reading materials closer to the community while at the Umbulrejo village hall. The implementation method used in community service includes the method of discussion, promotion and placement of a reading corner at the village hall. This activity involved village officials in the discussion and promotion process as well as the community so that on the first day after the initial laying of the reading corner the number of visitors was quite large, namely 16 people and the visitor's response was very positive and felt lucky because at the village hall there was already a reading corner which not only benefits the village but also the Umbulrejo community in improving reading literacy in Umbulrejo village. Society loses profession consequence the Covid-19 pandemic , and more people is now live in poverty . Zakat is one from it's Islamic pillar worry with alleviation poverty , in particular in form expenditure productive . It destination from this research is to recognize and judge that mechanisms and contributions from earning zakat to economical Empowerment mustahik During it's the covid-19 pandemic . Zakat for destination productive is possible wealth _ recipient Keep going be creative using zakat funds. this study conducted in a manner deep Interview with three employee zakat institutions and seven mustahik living in the community earn low and _ economy caught impact of covid-19. Study this use method descriptive , with deep data retrieval study this use method interview , continued with data analysis in the form of data reduction , data presentation , and conclusions . According to to that findings from this learn , there is permanent a limited number from Man Source power available for mustahik coaching and supervision at LAZISMU Pemalang . This paper has find that no all mustahik use 100 percent from productive zakat funds for develop effort in accordance hope , however precisely Fulfill needs base need . Abstract

The writing of this article reviews the role of Islamic banks for the people of Indonesia as the main subject of discussion. However, it does not only focus on one discussion, but matters relating to the role of Islamic banks in Indonesian society will be more or less conveyed. It aims to complement information related to the role of Islamic banks in Indonesia. It is certain that banks with basic sharia principles are needed by the people of Indonesia, the majority of which are Muslims. Not only that, the basic principles of Islamic banking, if dissected, will be more conscientiously liked by the Indonesian people in general, because the basis of justice, togetherness and mutual benefit are the basis for the implementation of service products in Islamic banks. Even if compared briefly with conventional banks , then it is as if conventional banks are superior in profit taking, but if studied in depth, Islamic banks will provide greater benefits. In terms of the religious and cultural aspects of Indonesian society, the basic principles of Islamic banking are more suitable than conventional banks. The elements of togetherness, justice and kinship that are thick with the Indonesian people are closely related to the basic principles of Islamic banking.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the variables of profitability and liquidity on the expression of Islamic social reporting at Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia for the period 2018 to 2021. The population in this study is Islamic banking in Indonesia registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the period 2018 – 2021. Data used in this study is panel data from 9 selected Islamic banks, with a total sample of 36. Profitability has a negative and significant effect on ISR expression. Which means that the greater the profitability in Islamic banks, the narrower the ISR disclosure will be made. Meanwhile, liquidity has a negative effect on ISR expression. , which means that when liquidity is high, it will also be narrower in the ISR disclosures made. So it can be concluded that Islamic banking in Indonesia needs to pay attention to ISR expressions that are carried out in order to also trust the community. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan variabel profitabilitas dan likuiditas pada ekspresi pelaporan sosial Islam pada bank umum syariah di Indonesia periode 2018 hingga 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perbankan syariah di Indonesia yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). periode 2018 – 2021. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data panel dari 9 bank syariah terpilih, dengan jumlah sampel 36. Profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ekspresi ISR. Artinya semakin besar profitabilitas pada bank syariah maka pengungkapan ISR akan semakin sempit. Sedangkan likuiditas berpengaruh negatif terhadap ekspresi ISR. , artinya ketika likuiditas tinggi, maka pengungkapan ISR yang dilakukan juga akan semakin sempit. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa perbankan syariah di Indonesia perlu memperhatikan ekspresi ISR yang dilakukan agar juga dapat dipercaya oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

The Great Resignation underscores the imperative for integrating more strategic Human Resource Management (HRM) interventions to effectively address employees' evolving aspirations following the COVID-19 pandemic, which significantly contribute to the complexity of their Career Decision-Making (CDM). This study aims to offer a new perspective on conceptualizing the potential mediating and moderating factors influencing employees’ CDM, while emphasizing the pressing urgency and relevance of HRM interventions. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from a diverse sample of 217 employees representing various industries, integrating both SPSS and PLS-SEM for data analysis. The findings of this study reveal several key valuable insights. Firstly, it was found that high Actual-Ideal Self-Discrepancy (AISD) significantly influences both the complexity of employees' CDM and Future Time Perspective (FTP). Specifically, high AISD is associated with increased complexity in CDM and a higher FTP. Furthermore, high FTP was identified as reducing CDM complexity, serving as a mediator in the relationship between high AISD and low complexity of CDM. However, it was also observed that high Willingness to Compromise (WTC) does not moderate the significant relationship between high AISD and high complexity of CDM. These findings highlight the importance of understanding the psychological dynamics that contribute to the complexity of employees' CDM. Organizations can use this knowledge to develop personalized interventions to mitigate turnover intentions and improve employee retention in the post-pandemic era.

Abstract

Efektifitas sistem informasi akuntansi merupakan level keberhasilan suatu sistem yang sudah dirancang mampu mengubah data mentah menjadi suatu informasi yang berguna. Kemajuan teknologi ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh industri properti dengan meningkatkan penjualan melalui aplikasi online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi, kecanggihan teknologi informasi, dan kinerja individu terhadap efektifitas sistem informasi akuntansi di Homestay Kecamatan Bumiaji Kota Batu, Malang. Jenis data yang digunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 59 pemilik Homestay dan menggunakan metode non probability sampling purposive  dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi, kecanggihan teknologi informasi dan kinerja individu berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap efektifitas sistem informasi akuntansi.

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss the implementation of sharia fintech financing and risks that have the potential to occur in Indonesia. Fintech operational activities sharia with a peer-to-peer (P2P) financing model and risk mitigation can carried out to minimize the risks in Indonesia that make MSMEs as the main market segment. This paper discusses the development of sharia fintech in Indonesia and more specifically its contribution nationally. Case studies are derived from Wrong One platforms P2P Which Once get award as The best Sharia fintech in providing services to MSMEs in Indonesia. Finally, will closed with resolution sharia in finish financing problematic. This paper contributes to the development of sharia fintech Because give description difference risks fintech sharia with other sharia financial institutions because sharia fintech places more emphasis on risk sharing and not making financial intermediation institutions the only the only one risk bearer greatest liquidity.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi telah memberikan keuntungan bagi pelaku usaha. Pemasaran digital (Digital Marketing) dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dapat menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas, menekan biaya pemasaran, mudah diakses dan dapat dilakukan kapanpun dan dimanapun. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi informasi untuk pemasaran produk secara digital. Kemudian, terkait penerapan hukum tentang jual beli online juga harus di fahami oleh masyarakat umum agar dalam melakukan transaksi jual beli tidak menyimpang secara syariat. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan respon yang sangat positif dari peserta. Kegiatan ini telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang bisa mendukung tumbuhnya perekonomian melalui produk yang dihasilkan secara online.
