Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan 1) Bagaimana upaya guru dalam menanamkan nilai nilai akhlak pada siswa kelas XI di SMA Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo 2) Apa saja hambatan guru dalam menanamkan nilai nilai akhlak pada siswa kelas XI di SMA Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian dilakukan di SMA Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo Polokarto Sukoharjo di mulai pada bulan Juni 2022 sampai bulan Juli 2022. Subyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru BK, Wali Kelas XI IPA 3 dan informan penelitian yaitu siswi kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan Teknik meningkatkan ketekunan pengamatan dan triangulasi. Analisis data dilakukan dalam menggunakan analisis reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh kesimpulan : 1) Upaya guru menanamkan nilai nilai akhlak pada siswa yaitu dengan metode nasihat, pemberian hadiah dan juga pembiasaan. Pendekatan yang dilakukan guru kepada siswa berupa pengalaman, emosional, rasional, dan fungsional, dan 2) Hambatan guru dalam menanamkan nilai nilai akhlak pada siswa yaitu faktor orang tua, pergaulan, keasadaran para siswa dan lingkungan.

Abstract

Purpose : “The purpose of this study is to analyse the legal protection for Muslim consumers of halal certified products in Law Number 33 of 2014. Method : This research uses a normative juridical approach, namely research that is focused on legal norms relating to legal protection for Muslim consumers against halal food certification in Law Number 33 of 2014. Result : The existence of various laws and regulations relating to halal labelling on food shows that the regulation is still partial. However, the existence of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee provides more legal certainty. Business actors who are required to include halal labels on food are one of the moral responsibilities of business actors. Implication :The JPH Law provides several forms of legal protection for Muslim consumers. However, the implementation of the JPH Law still faces several obstacles. To improve legal protection for Muslim consumers, several efforts need to be made, such as increasing socialisation of the JPH Law, strengthening BPJPH, and improving coordination between institutions.

Abstract

The community service activities in this article provide outreach in the form of political education for novice voters which will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Sutran Hamlet, Bolali, Wonosari, Klaten. With the aim that they will be able to know the importance of using their voting rights and be able to use their rights well and appropriately because one vote is very valuable for the future fate of a country. The methods used in this journal are preparation, implementation and evaluation. The preparation method includes a meeting with the Dukuh Sutan Youth Organization, while the implementation method includes the presentation of material on political education, the evaluation stage in the form of discussion and questions and answers between socialization participants and resource persons. In Indonesia, presidential elections, DPR and DPRD member elections, DPD member elections, and regional head elections will be carried out democratically, this system is known as general elections. The principle of elections is based on the principles of elections that are direct, universal or general, free, secret, honest and fair.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) Implementation of moral education in shaping the character of 6th grade students of SD Negeri 3 Masaran, 2) Supporting and inhibiting factors faced in shaping the morals of 6th grade students of SD Negeri 3 Masaran, 3) Solutions in overcoming obstacles that occur in shaping the morals of 6th grade students of SD Negeri 3 Masaran. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the study can be concluded that 1) The role of moral education in shaping the character of 6th grade students of SD Negeri 3 Masaran is done by exemplary, habituation, advice and punishment, and using inspirational stories. 2) Supporting factors in the formation of student character are competent teachers, playmates, a supportive environment, adequate facilities and infrastructure, while the inhibiting factor is still low student awareness. 3) The solution in overcoming the obstacles that occur is to improve their attitude first and be taught about good attitudes so that they are practiced in everyday life.

Abstract

This community service activity provides socialization on the prevention of early marriage to teenagers in Dukuh Beji, Beji Village, Andong District, Boyolali Regency, which was held on Saturday, February 1, 2025.The purpose of this activity is to raise teenagers' awareness of the negative impacts of early marriage and the importance of better future planning.The implementation method includes three stages: preparation with coordination with the village government and community leaders, execution with the delivery of material by speakers, interactive discussions, and the screening of educational videos, as well as evaluation.The indicators of success for this activity include active participation of participants in discussions, their understanding of the material measured through Q&A sessions, and enthusiasm in providing feedback.The results of the activity show that participants gained new understanding of the risks of early marriage from health, education, and social aspects.Thus, this activity successfully encouraged teenagers to think more maturely when making decisions related to their future.

Abstract

The limited number of studies on the effectiveness of the Index Card Match (ICM) learning model in lower elementary school classes, particularly on the topic of plane figures forms the basis of this research, despite the significant implications for early mathematical concept comprehension. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the ICM model in improving the mathematics learning outcomes of second-grade students on the topic of plane figures and to identify student participation levels during the learning process. A quantitative method with a posttest-only control group design was employed, involving 67 students from MI Muhammadiyah Trangsan selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using multiple-choice learning outcome tests and student engagement observation sheets, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and independent sample t-tests. The results show a significant difference between the experimental group (mean score of 92.5) and the control groups (mean scores of 68 and 63), with a significance value of 0.021 (p < 0.05). These findings reinforce the constructivist theories of Piaget and Vygotsky, which emphasize the importance of interaction and direct experience in active learning. The main conclusion of this study is that the application of ICM significantly enhances students’ mathematics learning outcomes across cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. The implications include contributions to the development of active learning strategies in lower elementary classrooms and practical recommendations for teachers to adopt ICM as an innovative, enjoyable, and effective method. This research also opens opportunities for further exploration of ICM application across different subjects and educational levels, including its development through interactive technology.

Abstract

Marriage is a living association between a man and a woman which is formally confirmed by law (juridical) and mostly religious. Marriage is a legal relationship between a man and a woman for a long time. One of the conditions for a valid marriage is the age limit of the bride and groom. According to Law no. 1 of 1974 the age limit states that marriage is only permitted if the man has reached the age of 19 and the woman has reached the age of 16, unless a dispensation is obtained from a judicial institution with strong reasons. UU no. 1 of 1974 was later amended by Law no. 16 of 2019 regarding the marriage age limit, which was originally a minimum age of 19 years for men and 16 years for women, changed to a minimum of 19 years for men and 19 years for women. In Indonesia, underage marriage is still a national phenomenon. Cultural and economic factors still dominate and become factors that influence the pattern of life in society. because the impact is very complex, both for those concerned including the child to be born. the age of the child already has offspring (children).

Abstract

This study addresses the limited research on the effectiveness of Liqo Tarbawi as a method of character development at the higher education level in pesantren-based institutions, despite growing concerns about moral decline among university students and its implications for future Muslim leadership. The research aims to examine the influence of Liqo Tarbawi activities on the moral character of mahasantri at Ma’had Aly Baitul Hikmah Sukoharjo during the 2024/2025 academic year. Utilizing a quantitative correlational design, data were collected from 87 respondents through total sampling. Instruments included a Likert-scale questionnaire, non-participant observation, and semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression via SPSS 26.0. The results reveal a positive and statistically significant relationship between participation in Liqo Tarbawi and moral character development, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.386 and a contribution rate of 14.9%. These findings support Lickona’s (1992) theory of character education and the Islamic tarbiyah framework, which emphasize the role of intensive moral formation through modeling and small-group engagement. The study concludes that Liqo Tarbawi is an effective instrument for cultivating moral character but requires complementary support from familial and institutional cultural environments. Practical implications include the need to strengthen tarbiyah-based curricula, enhance the competencies of murabbi (mentors), and develop community-oriented models of character education. Future research is encouraged to employ longitudinal or mixed-method approaches to capture the deeper processes of internalization.

Abstract

This study employs a quantitative-correlational approach to investigate academic procrastination among 8th-grade students at Birrul Walidain Muhammadiyah Junior High School in Sragen Regency for the academic year 2023/2024. It aims to assess the level of academic procrastination, determine the learning outcomes of Akidah Akhlak subjects, and explore the impact of academic procrastination on these outcomes. Conducted at the aforementioned school, the research sampled 52 students and utilized both questionnaire responses and Akidah Akhlak scores for data collection. Findings reveal that the highest level of academic procrastination, at 33%, falls within the 28-32 score interval, while the lowest, at 0%, is observed in the 53-57 score interval. Similarly, the highest learning outcomes in the Akidah Akhlak subject, at 33%, are within the 85-89 score interval, whereas the lowest, also at 0%, are found in the 100-104 score interval. Hypothesis testing indicates a significant relationship, with an r count of 0.428 surpassing the r table value of 0.268. This correlation coefficient of 0.428 signifies a moderate level of relationship/influence between academic procrastination (variable X) and Akidah Akhlak learning outcomes (variable Y).
