The development of visionary and inspirational leadership among Student Council (OSIS) administrators is important in strengthening students’ leadership character, responsibility, creativity, independence, and ability to work collaboratively. This community service activity aims to strengthen the leadership capacity of OSIS administrators at SMA Negeri 1 Meulaboh, West Aceh Regency, Aceh Province, through the development of visionary leadership, effective communication, teamwork, responsibility, and innovative organizational activities. The activity was implemented using a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, discussions, and documentation involving OSIS administrators, supervising teachers, and students. The results show that the development of visionary and inspirational leadership is reflected in the ability of OSIS leaders to formulate clear organizational goals, communicate a shared vision, motivate members, demonstrate responsibility, encourage teamwork, and initiate positive and creative school activities. The activity also contributed to strengthening students’ confidence, discipline, independence, social responsibility, and active participation in school organizations. Thus, strengthening visionary and inspirational OSIS leadership can support the creation of a participatory, creative, collaborative, and character-oriented school environment.
