Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of Brand image and promotion on the purchase decision of imported Fashion products (Case Study on Uniqlo products in North Jakarta). Respondents in this study are consumers who have used/purchased Uniqlo products at the North Jakarta branch store. The number of respondents used in this study amounted to 150 people. Data retreival, technique used is purposive sampling method with questionnaire tool distributed through google form. Testing data using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable is the Brand Image (X1) and promotion (X2) positive and significant effect on the dependent variable is the purchase decision (Y)

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the tendency of impulse buying among the people of the city of Jakarta and to find out whether there was an influence of impulsive buying on price discounts and fashion involvement. This research employed two independent variables, namely Price Discount (X1), Fashion Involvement (X2), and Impulse Buying as the dependent variable (Y). The formulation of the problem in this research included, among other things, finding out how Discount and Fashion Involvement influenced Impulse Buying and examining how TikTok users viewed impulse buying decisions made by Jakarta city residents. This research used quantitative methods. The data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents in Jakarta. This questionnaire was given to Jakarta city residents who used the TikTok application. This research used data collection techniques, namely Incidental Sampling. The analysis was carried out by processing data using SPSS 26 for Windows. Then, the instrument was tested using validity and reliability testing and continued with classical assumption and hypothesis testing. This research found a significant and positive influence between online promotions (X1) and purchasing decisions (Y) of 0.441 or 44.1%. There was a substantial and positive influence between price perceptions (X2) and buying decisions (Y) of 0.323 or 32.3%. There was a significant and positive influence between online promotions (X1) and price perceptions (X2) on purchasing decisions(Y) of 0.439 or 43.9%

Abstract

There are three objectives of this research, namely first, to determine the magnitude of the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank XY Syari'ah, Central Jakarta Branch. Second, to determine the influence of employee competence on customer satisfaction at Bank XY Syari'ah, Central Jakarta Branch. Third, to determine the magnitude of the influence of service quality and employee competence together on customer satisfaction at Bank XY Syari'ah, Central Jakarta Branch. This is based on the problem of whether customer satisfaction at Bank XY Syari'ah, Central Jakarta Branch is related to service quality and employee competence at the Bank. The conclusion of this research is that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, employee competence has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and service quality and employee competence together have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of perceived benefits and perceived convenience on interest in using the Gopay e-wallet in the DKI Jakarta area. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that the influence of perceived benefits on interest in using the Gopay e-wallet was 71,1%, and the effect of perceived convenience on interest in using the GoPay e- wallet was 61,1%. This means that perceived benefits and perceived convenience have a significant effect on the interest in using the GoPay e- wallet in the DKI Jakarta area.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Service Quality and Service Innovation on Patient Satisfaction at the Mekar Mukti Health Center in North Cikarang. This research method is to use quantitative research methods and data analysis methods using multiple linear regression. Data analyzer uses data processing software SPSS 24 for windous. The study population was patients who visited the Mekar Mukti Health Center. Stamp in this study using Hair et al, amounting to 115 respondents.The results of this study indicate that the independent variable that is Service Quality has a positive and significant effect of 56.4% on Patient Satisfaction, the Service Innovation variable has no significant effect of 38.8% on Patient Satisfaction, and the Service Quality and Service Innovation variables simultaneously influence on Patient satisfaction with a contribution of 57,8% the remaining 42,2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, brand image, and product quality on the purchase decision of Dabe Beaute beauty products in Bekasi City. Research methods based on the philosophy of positivism, used to research on certain populations or samples, data collection using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative or statistical with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The method I used in this study uses quantitative methods in the form of numbers and statistical methods. This data collection technique uses the Accidental Sampling Technique. Accidental sampling is a way of sampling based on convenience. In this study, the sampling used the formula according to Hair et al (2010). The sample in this study were 210 Dabe Beaute consumer respondents. The results of this study indicate that Promotion has a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions by 28.9%. Brand Image has a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions by 04.2%. Product Quality has a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions by 30.5%. Promotion, Brand Image, and Product Quality have a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions by 31.3%, while the remaining 68.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The Cahaya Bagi Negeri Foundation exemplifies effective organizational practices, including clear structures, supportive work cultures, and robust conflict management systems. However, continuous efforts are needed to enhance employee engagement and commitment through performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms. The study concludes that organizational climate significantly influences employee performance, emphasizing the importance of effective communication, managerial support, and employee involvement in decision-making. The foundation must maintain a positive organizational climate by enhancing training programs, internal communication, and work facilities to achieve organizational goals while ensuring employee well-being and job satisfaction.
