Abstract

This research aims to explore the latest developments in the use of Artificial Intelligence in political digital marketing strategies. The current advancement in AI technology offers digital solutions for effective and efficient marketing. Furthermore, the use of AI in political marketing needs to consider factors such as public trust and transparency. The research method employed in this study is a Literature Review, involving data collection through sourcing and reconstruction from various sources, such as books, journals, and existing research. The findings indicate that in the context of digital political marketing, AI is utilized to analyze voter behavior, create emotional connections between candidates/parties and the public, identify potential trends, develop effective campaign strategies, and target specific campaign messages. Some effective AI assistants in supporting political marketing include Cambridge Analytica, Chat GPT, GPT-3, Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Brandwatch, and MidJourney. However, challenges in implementing AI in digital political marketing include privacy concerns. Therefore, transparency, ethics, and data security should be prioritized to maintain public trust and protect the integrity of democracy when implementing Artificial Intelligence in political marketing.

Abstract

Government-facilitated MSME empowerment initiatives rely on multi-stakeholdercollaboration; however, the communication practices that underpin these collaborativeorganizations remain insufficiently examined. This study elucidates how stakeholdercommunication practices form and sustain the East Java Super Corridor Bojonegorocollaborative organization within the 2023 empowerment program. A qualitative single-casestudy was conducted, with data gathered through in-depth interviews with ten informants fromfive stakeholder categories and documentary analysis of program archives. The data wereanalyzed using pattern matching within the framework of the Communicative Constitution ofOrganizations. The findings indicate that communication actively shaped the organizationthrough four mechanisms: official texts with institutional authority, recruitment practicesestablishing stakeholder membership, WhatsApp-based coordination maintaining activityflows, and evaluation and market facilitation enhancing legitimacy. Moreover, this studyidentifies reconstitution flow as a temporal mechanism that sustains organizational continuitybetween program cycles. Communication also transformed products into more visible, credible, and market-ready branded objects. Finally, the study extends the theory of theCommunicative Constitution of Organizations to project-based public sector governance andrecommends considering communication infrastructure as a fundamental component inMSME empowerment programs.

Abstract

This study examined the development and evaluation of KAVRA as a UX-based digital fashion learning platform that integrates creative self-expression and brand identity communication. The research addressed the limitations of existing fashion design tools, which often present high technical barriers and lack support for identity expression and communicative interaction. A design thinking methodology was employed, involving iterative stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test, with participants consisting of undergraduate fashion design students and industry practitioners. The findings showed that KAVRA achieved high usability performance across key dimensions, including navigation ease (88%), visual accessibility (85%), time efficiency (90%), information clarity (82%), intuitive design (82%), and overall user satisfaction (82%). These results indicated that the platform effectively supports digital fashion learning by reducing cognitive load and enabling efficient task completion. Beyond functional usability, the platform also facilitated user interaction and engagement through intuitive visual design and communicative interface structures. Importantly, the study demonstrated that UX functions as a strategic communication interface that enables users to express creative identity and construct personal brand meaning through digital fashion design activities. Features such as 3D visualization, design customization, and collaborative interaction support reflective design processes and social engagement. The study concludes that UX-based platforms can serve not only as instructional media but also as communicative environments that integrate learning, interaction, and identity construction. These findings provide theoretical and practical implications for the development of future digital learning systems in creative domains.
