Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model permainan futsal kids. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anak sekolah dasar yang berasal dari 6 sekolah dasar yang ada di Sumatera utara, yaitu SD Genesis Medan, SD 1 HKBP Sidorame Medan, SD 2 HKBP Sidorame Medan, SD Negeri 127696 Pematangsiantar, SD Negeri 122384 Pematangsiantar, dan SD Negeri 124391 Pematangsiantar, Sumatera utara. Model yang telah dibuat terlebih dahulu divalidasi 3 orang ahli, 1 orang ahli akademisi olahraga, 1 orang ahli pelatih dan 1 orang ahli wasit. Uji kelompok kecil melibatkan 36 orang anak sekolah dasar dan uji kelompok besar melibatkan 72 orang anak sekolah dasar. Model permainan futsal kids telah divalidasi dan hasil dari validasi ahli bahwa setiap model valid dan dapat digunakan sebagai model permainan futsal untuk anak-anak, dengan persentase validitasnya 72%-89%. Hasil uji kelompok kecil terhadap 36 orang anak sekolah dasar menunjukkan bahwa model permainan futsal kids sudah memenuhi kriteria layak atau valid. Persentase validitas dari angket yang telah dibagikan kepada sampel menunjukkan bahwa 93%-100% mereka mengakui bahwa futsal kids tersebut sudah memenuhi kriteria. Hasil uji kelompok besar terhadap 72 orang anak sekolah dasar menunjukkan bahwa model permainan futsal kids sudah memenuhi kriteria layak atau valid. Persentase validitas dari angket yang telah dibagikan kepada sampel menunjukkan bahwa 92%-100% mereka mengakui bahwa futsal kids tersebut sudah memenuhi kriteria

Fiction UNM Makassar student. The design used in this study is an experimental method using a 2x2 factorial design. This method is a test (validation) that is testing the effect of one or more variables on other variables. Factorial design is a research design by modifying the post-test-only control or pretest-posttest control group and the researcher adds other variables. The results of the research through hypothesis testing show that Farithmetic between columns (FA) = 26,444, looks bigger than = 4.113, it appears that > or P-value = 0.000 < 0.05 so H0 rejected and H1 accepted. Thus it can be concluded that overall there is a significant difference in the effect between bench press training and triceps strength on O'Brien's shot put ability to FIK UNM Makassar Students. interaction (FAB) = 163.155 and = 4.113, it appears that > or P-value = 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 rejected and H1 accepted. In other words, it can be stated that the achievement of the O'Brien style shot put ability is influenced by the interaction between the training method and the flexibility of the togok.

Power Leg Muscle Power volleyball for FIK UNM Makassar students. The sample used in this study were FIK UNM Makassar students who took volleyball courses. Data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis are normality test, linearity test, and correlation test. From the results of the first hypothesis correlation test, a significance value of 0.046 < 0.05 was obtained, so there was a significant relationship between power arm muscle smash. The results of the second hypothesis test have a significance value of 0.037 < 0.05, so there is a significant relationship between Waist Muscle Flexibility and Smash. The results of the third hypothesis test have a significance value of 0.032 < 0.05, so there is a significant relationship between Waist Muscle Flexibility and Smash. Based on the multiple correlation test in the summary model table, it is known that the magnitude of the relationship between arm muscle power, waist muscle flexibility and leg muscle power (simultaneously) on the smash results calculated by the correlation coefficient is 0.452, this indicates a moderate effect. Meanwhile, the simultaneous contribution or contribution of the arm muscle power variable with the flexibility of the waist muscles is 20.4% while 79.1% is determined by other variables.

This study aims to determine the correlation between the application of physical activity and healthy lifestyle of housewives to the tendency of children's behavior. The research sample was 30 housewives in Lenggadai Hilir Village. They are mothers who have children at the level of early childhood education to high school. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data with a closed questionnaire. The results showed that the percentage of the value was still low, namely 51.5%, so the researchers could conclude that most of the housewives had not carried out physical activity and implemented a healthy lifestyle properly. Mother considers all the activities that she does only as a necessity that is her personal responsibility without involving all family members and still does not know the greater benefits of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle and its influence on children's behavior.Keywords: Activity, Healthy Lifestyle, Housewife, Child Behavior

Mitra kegiatan Program Desa Binaan adalah Kelompok Kerja Kepala Sekolah K3S Kecamatan Binjai Selatan yang merupakan salah satu Kota di Binjai yang difokuskan pada supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap guru PJOK. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan mitra diantaranya : 1) lemahnya supervisi kepala sekolah menyebabkan rendahnya kinerja guru penjas 4.0. 2) Administrasi guru PJOK sangat rendah karena lemahnya supervisi yang dilakukan. 3) Belum adanya pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai upaya supervisi. 4) melatih mitra untuk dapat menggunakan aplikasi supervisi. 5) Menjadikan aplikasi supervisi sebagai kreativitas mencari monitoring terhadap guru PJOK dan wadah bagi mitra PKM. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan/pendampingan terhadap produk aplikasi supervisi berbasis teknologi dan informasi yang dapat mengefektifkan tugas supervisi kepala sekolah sekaligus dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru penjas. Pendampingan ini melibatkan 20 orang subjek yaitu 10 orang subjek kepala sekolah dan 10 orang guru penjas. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan pendampingan, terdiri dari 5 orang kepala sekolah dan 5 orang guru penjas. Semua metode ini merupakan satu kesatuan dari program Peningkatan Kualitas K3S Kecamatan Binjai Selatan dalam melakukan supervisi.

Sports using balls are very popular with people who can provide pleasure and also train gross motor skills in children. However, some children, especially those in elementary school, are still afraid to use a ball. This is a problem that needs to be addressed, because the ball is the most popular game for children today. Physical education teachers need to find ways to help children not be afraid to play ball.

Mitra kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) adalah Kecamatan Binjai Selatan berjarak 21 km dari Universitas Negeri Medan. Dinas pendidikan Kecamatan Binjai Selatan juga menghadapi permasalahan yang sama dengan daerah lainnya terutama dalam Perangkat Pembelajaran oleh guru pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga kesehatan (PJOK) di KKG Olahraga. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan mitra diantaranya di masa pandemi covid-19 pembelajaran penjas sangat tidak efektif, hal ini dikarenakan (1) Kurangnya pemanfaat teknologi sebagai sumber belajar. (2) Guru kurang mampu memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi dalam merancang sebuah bahan ajar berbasis online. (3) Guru PJOK cenderung kurang menggunakan teknologi dalam merancang sebuah pembelajaran dikarenakan tidak mampu menggunakan teknologi. Metode yang akan digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah model pemberdayaan dengan tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut : 1) penjajakan dilakukan untuk memperoleh kesepakatan tentang mekanisme pelaksanaan pendampingan dengan cara Focus Group Discusion; 2) pelaksanaan workshop untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam perancangan Pendampingan Manajerial Perangkat Pembelajaran Sekolah Berbasis Aplikasi; 3) lesson study atau bimbingan teknis I untuk mendampingi Manajerial Perangkat Pembelajaran Sekolah Berbasis Aplikasi bagi peserta; 4) evaluasi dan refleksi untuk melihat tingkat ketercapaian pelaksanaan kegiatan; 5) lesson study atau bimbingan teknis 2 dilakukan untuk finalisasi Perangkat Pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi. Hasil kegiatan : (1) Pendampingan Pembuatan Perangkat Pembelajaran Sekolah Berbasis Aplikasi Pada KKG Olahraga Kecamatan Binjai Selatan, (2) Ketercapaian Pelatihan Pembuatan Perangkat Pembelajaran Berbasis Aplikasi 87,5%, (3) Ketercapaian Penilaian Perangkat Pembelajaran Berbasis Aplikasi 90%, dan (4) Ketercapaian Rancangan Perangkat Pembelajaran 93%. Program kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini menyimpulkan bahwa 1) seluruh target capaian terpenuhi sebesar 87,5%, (2) tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam melakukan perancangan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi sebesar 90%, (3) dan tingkat kepuasan pelaksanaan kegiatan sebesar 93%. This research aimed to determine the application of the game methods and interest to Elementary School students’ learning outcomes of fundamental movement skills in running. The research samples consisted of 60 third-grade elementary school students. This research used treatment by level 2x2 research design with Tukey's test at the level of 16âˆÂ">  = 0.05. The results showed: 1) Qh=12.40 and Qt=3.83 in groups A1 and A2. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there were differences in learning outcomes of fundamental movement skills in running between-group game methods and individual game methods. 2) The Fh > Ft was 19.81 > 4.15. In conclusion, there was an interaction between the game methods and learning interest on fundamental movement skills in running. 3) The result of the Tukey’s test in groups A1B1 and A2B1 included Qh = 11.27 and Qt = 2.99. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of fundamental movement skills in running with high interest taught using the group game method were better than the individual game method. 4) Furthermore, the Qh=1.32 and Qt=2.99. Based on these results, it could be concluded that the learning outcomes of low-interest fundamental movement skills in running taught using the group game method were not better than the individual game method.

This study aims to develop a basketball game model for elementary schools. The model that was made beforehand was validated by 3 experts, 1 sports academic expert, 1 expert trainer and 1 referee expert. The small group test involved 6 elementary school children and the trial group involved 25 elementary school children. The basketball game model for elementary schools has been validated and results from expert validation that each model is valid and can be used as a basket play model for children, with a validity percentage of 76% -100%. The results of a small group test of 6 elementary school children showed that the basketball game model at the elementary school has met the reader properly or is valid. The percentage of validity of the questionnaire that was distributed to the sample showed that 91% -100% of them agreed with the ball game for schoolchildren. The percentage of validity from the questionnaire that was distributed to the sample shows that 87% - 97% of those who approve the game meet the criteria.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of playing big ball on increasing the gross motor development of elementary school students. The research method used pre-experimental with One Group Pre-test and Posttest Design. The population totalled twelve people using the total sampling technique to obtain ten samples. The data analysis technique used the paired t-test with the SPSS version 16 program. The test results for the Gross Motor Development (TGMD-2) instrument had a value of p = 0.000, and all of these data had a value of p <0.025 so there was a significant difference in the results of the ability test. the basic motion before and after being given treatment. This study concludes that the big ball modification game is effective in improving the gross motor skills of elementary school students. Suggestions that can be given are the innovation in the provision of motion learning material which is very necessary so that the goals of developing children's gross motor skills can be achieved.
