Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji persoalan perlindungan hukum ketenagakerjaan bagi petani yang terdampak perubahan iklim di Desa Agroekoedutourism, dengan menempatkan isu tersebut dalam kerangka keadilan iklim (climate justice). Penulis berangkat dari kenyataan bahwa perubahan iklim berupa pergeseran pola curah hujan, kekeringan berkepanjangan, banjir, dan cuaca ekstrem telah mengganggu produktivitas pertanian dan mengancam keberlanjutan pekerjaan petani, sementara regulasi ketenagakerjaan yang ada masih berorientasi pada hubungan kerja formal sehingga belum menjangkau kerentanan khas yang dialami petani. Dengan metode penelitian hukum normatif, artikel ini menganalisis bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier untuk menilai kesesuaian regulasi yang berlaku dengan prinsip keadilan iklim. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kerangka hukum perlindungan ketenagakerjaan bagi petani masih parsial dan sektoral, sehingga penulis merekonstruksi model perlindungan hukum berbasis empat pilar, yaitu pilar preventif, adaptif, sosial, dan partisipatif, guna mewujudkan ketahanan kerja dan kesejahteraan petani secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Community development village need a capable approach integrate various dimensions life public in a way intact . Improvement capacity public No only related with ability economy and skills technical , but also related with quality source Power human , life social , health , psychological , values religious , awareness law , and ability manage potential local in a way sustainable activities​ devotion to public This aim For strengthen capacity public through approach multidisciplinary in framework " Serving " activity for the Country” in the Village Tumpatan Nibung , District Stem Quiz , Deli Serdang Regency . Participants activity is Group Farmer Sapindo is a partner main in the empowerment process community . Activities implemented on September 12, 2026 via approach participatory that combines delivery materials , interactive dialogue , discussion , sharing experience , as well as identification need community . Approach multidisciplinary involving field agriculture , management source Power human , social , Islamic religious education , health , psychology , and law . Material development agriculture sustainable to be one of the substance important in activity Because related with potential and activity public local . Results of activities show that strengthening capacity public through approach multidisciplinary capable give more perspective​ wide about development village . The community does not only get outlook about management potential local and sustainable activity productive , but also get strengthening perspective about importance quality source Power human , work The same social , health , resilience psychological , values religious and awareness law . Activities This produce base conceptual for development of empowerment models society that places public as subject development and encourage sustainability through the process of learning , collaboration , and mentoring .
