Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan pembelian dan konsumsi suatu produk membutuhkan informasi mengenai brand equity dan kualitas produk. Kajian pengaruh brand equity (x1) dan kualitas produk (x2) terhadap keputusan pembelian (y) secara simultan maupun parsial dilaksanakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian kuantitatif metode survei ini, rumusan masalahnya asosiatif berbentuk hubungan kausal/sebab akibat. Populasi penelitian infinit jumlahnya. Sampel mempedomani saran Roscoe dalam analisis multivariate, sehingga sampelnya sebanyak 105 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel insidental. Data diuji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis regresi ganda, koefisien determinasi, uji serentak dan parsial dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistic 24. Didapat persamaan regresi ganda Y=38,651+0,332x1-0,159x2. Nilai koefisien determinan 0,273 artinya y dijelaskan oleh x1 dan x2 sebesar 27,3%, sisanya 72,7% dijelaskan faktor yang lain. Diperoleh Fhitung 19,119 > Ftabel 3,085 maknanya x1 dan x2 secara simultan berpengaruh pada y dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 < α (0,05), sehingga ada pengaruh signifikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan secara parsial ada pengaruh dan signifikan brand equity dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata kunci: Brand Equity, Kualitas Produk, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

The organization’s goals will be difficult to achieve without work discipline. Studies of the influence of work discipline (preventive discipline, corrective discipline and progressive discipline) on performance together or partially were carried out in this research. This quantitative research survey method, the formulation of the problem is associative in the form of a causa/causal relationship. The population and sample were 50 respondents with census sampling techniques. Data tested for validity, reliability, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test and t test used of IBM SPSS Statistic 24. Multiple regression equation is Y=32,266+0,419x1-0,507x2-0,111x3. The coefficient determinant 0,455 means that y is described by x1, x2 and x3 by 45,5%, the remaining 54,5% is explained by other factors. Obtained Fcount 12,816 > Ftable 2,807 meaning x1, x2 and x3 together affect y with a significant degree of 0,000 < α (0,05), so there is a significant effect. The results of the analysis explain that there is a significant effect of preventive discipline and corrective discipline on performance. However, a partial progressive discipline has no significant effect on performance. Preventive discipline has the most dominant effect on performance

Abstract

Students in Indonesia's youth generation, which is leading positive change, have the chance to grow in self-awareness and become individuals of integrity and quality. Participants who can think critically about all disputes are pioneers and turning points in social development and change as change agents and social control agents. In order to convey the understanding of leadership and management to students who have established managerial abilities, are creative, and are able to manage the organization, training in leadership and management from the very beginning as a manifestation of future national leadership needs to be updated as the first stage of construction. Head of LPPM STIE Rahmaniyah Sekayu and Principal of Senior High School 2nd Babat Toman are working together on this project. The dedicated method involves lectures, seminars, and case studies while also putting the ideas of management and leadership into practice. According to the higher post-test values compared to the pre-test values obtained by the participants before the activity took place, it can be said that this community service project was successful because it caused the participants to increase their observation of leadership and management.

Abstract

The Law on Villages' objectives can be realized more quickly through the independent and cooperative development of a village's economic potential. In emerging villages, maximizing local economic potential is a response to strategic analysis. If we hope that the business we start or run does not suffer significant losses, investment decisions must be made. Villagers of Rantau Sialang, who work primarily as rubber farmers, will be provided with information and comprehension of the perspective on business feasibility studies in order to provide them with the tools they need to create business feasibility studies for managing their enterprises. Head of LPPM STIE Rahmaniyah Sekayu and Head of Rantau Sialang Village's are partners in this project. The service approach takes the form of lectures (written modules, slide shows, and video playback with projector material), discussions, and hands-on experience for creating company feasibility studies and assessing business activity plans. The participation of participants, the fact that the final evaluation value was greater than the first evaluation value, the excitement with which the material was received, and the occurrence of cordial conversation during discussions all contributed to the success of this activity.

Abstract

Kualitas sumber daya manusia ditentukan oleh pendidikan, kesehatan dan ekonomi. Pendidikan bermutu dapat diperoleh melalui pendidikan formal seperti SMP yang seharusnya dikelola profesional agar lulusannya sesuai dengan harapan pemerintah. Keberhasilan guru dalam proses belajar mengajar sangat tergantung dengan kinerjanya dalam menjalankan peran dan tugasnya sebagai tenaga pendidik. Penelitian dilaksanakan guna mendalami pengaruh disiplin (x1), kompetensi (x2), lingkungan kerja (x3) dan motivasi (x4) terhadap kinerja (y) guru, baik secara serentak maupun individual. Metode penelitian yakni survei (kuantitatif). Menurut tingkat eksplanasi, rumusan masalahnya asosiatif berbentuk hubungan kausal. Populasi sebanyak 1.973 dengan confidence level 10%, dihasilkan 95 sampel yang merujuk formula Slovin. Data diuji validitas internal, reliabilitas, inner model dan pengaruh langsung dengan bantuan SEM-PLS. Didapat nilai R Square Adjusted yang maknanya 80,5% kinerja guru secara simultan dipengaruhi variable bebas, sisanya 19,5% terpengaruh model lain. Hasil uji statistik regresi mendeskripsikan disiplin dan kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, sedangkan lingkungan kerja dan motivasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMP di Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.

Abstract

Siswa sebagai generasi belia Indonesia yang merupakan ujung tombak perubahan ke arah positif mendapat kesempatan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi diri menjadi insan yang bermutu dan berintegritas. Peserta didik sebagai agen perubahan dan agen kontrol sosial ialah pionir dan tonggak dari suatu pembangunan dan perubahan sosial, identik dengan kaum yang bisa berpikir kritis terhadap segala perseteruan dan konflik yang ada. Melatih kepemimpinan dan manajemen semenjak dini sebagai manifestasi kepemimpinan nasional ke depannya perlu diaktualisasikan sebagai langkah awal proses pembinaan guna menyampaikan pemahaman kepemimpinan dan manajemen, sehingga terbentuk siswa yang memiliki kemampuan manajerial yang mapan, kreatif dan mampu mengelola organisasi. Kepala LPPM STIE Rahmaniyah Sekayu dan Kepala SMA Negeri 2 Babat Toman merupakan mitra dalam kegiatan ini. Metode pengabdian berupa ceramah, diskusi serta studi kasus sekaligus praktek konsep kepemimpinan dan manajemen. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yakni para peserta bertambah wawasannya perihal kepemimpinan dan manajemen sesuai nilai evaluasi akhir yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan nilai evaluasi awal yang didapat peserta sebelum kegiatan berlangsung, sehingga kegiatan ini dinyatakan berhasil.

Abstract

Koperasi berperan krusial untuk masyarakat karena mengandung nilai gotong-royong dan esensi moral lainnya. Rapat Anggota Tahunan seharusnya tidak dianggap formalitas saja karena hasil rapatnya menjadi acuan atau tolok ukur perkembangan koperasi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan metode pendidikan masyarakat (penyuluhan) dan pelatihan dilakukan dalam upaya memberikan pemahaman kepada para anggota, pengurus dan pengawas tentang pentingnya pengelolaan koperasi yang baik dan sesuai regulasi. Teknik kegiatan ini ialah ceramah dan diskusi dengan bentuk kegiatan penyampaian materi (berupa modul cetak, slide presentasi dan video edukasi), praktek dan tugas mandiri. Dalam kegiatan ini, dilakukan presentasi dan dialog didasarkan pada materi yang telah disajikan (penyelenggaraan rapat anggota koperasi; laporan pertanggungjawaban pengurus; laporan hasil pengawasaan; rencana kerja dan rapbk/Rencana Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Koperasi serta pelaporan hasil rapat anggota koperasi). Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini berhasil berdasarkan kehadiran peserta, perbandingan hasil evaluasi awal dan evaluasi akhir yang telah dinilai (artinya kompetensi peserta meningkat), antusiasme dalam menerima materi, terjadinya interaksi yang hangat dalam diskusi. Cooperatives are important for the community as they embody ideals such as collaboration and morality. The Annual Members Meeting should not be viewed as a simple formality because the mmeting findings serve as a reference or standard for the cooperative's development. Community service activities using community education methods (counselling and training) are carried out in an effort to equip members, managements, and supervisors with a grasp of the necessity of effective cooperative management and compliance with regulations. This activity employs lectures and conversations in the form of material delivery activities (printed modules, presentation slides, and educational films), as well as practice and self-directed tasks. This activity involves presentations and dialogues based on the material presented (organising cooperative member meetings; management accountability reports; supervisory results reports; work plans and RAPBK/Cooperative Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plans; and reporting on the outcomes of cooperative member meetings). This community service activity was deemed successful due to the presence of participants, the comparison of the results of the initial and final evaluations (indicating that participant competence had increased), enthusiasm for the material, and warm interactions during the discussion.

Abstract

In order to establish family welfare, a variety of activities are used to try and chose and use the resources that are already available to meet economic demands. In an attempt to empower family economies to generate entrepreneurial motivation towards business independence, community service programs are being implemented with the goal of increasing literacy about entrepreneurship and business. This is because employees of government and organizational apparatuses possess low motivation and literacy about entrepreneurship and business. This activity makes use of lectures and debates as methods. The content is provided as instructional videos, written modules, and presentation slides. Participants are also required to complete solo exercises and assignments. This exercise involves giving presentations and having conversations based on the information that has been given (business and entrepreneurship; components of financial statements and bookkeeping procedures for entrepreneurs; entrepreneurship as a driving force for self-reliance). Participants' presence, a final assessment value gain over the beginning evaluation value, participants' excitement for the subject, and the occurrence of constructive exchanges during the discussion all contributed to the activity's good outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini diformulasikan apakah atau tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap karyawan kinerja PT. Bisma Hamirah Palembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap karyawan kinerja PT. Bisma Hamirah Palembang. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan dan kinerja. Ada 70 responden sebagai contoh dipilih melalui contoh sederhana randem. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Untuk mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan kuesioner. Reseacrh ini dianggap sebagai kualitatif-analisis kuantitatif. Untuk menganalisis data, peneliti digunakan multiple regresi linear. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Fcount (5,141) Ftable (2,740) dan tcount (2.500) X1 (3,559) X2 (3,216) X3 >ttabel (1,997). Itu berarti bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Conclusion, ada pengaruh kompensasi (X1), bekerja lingkungan (X2) dan kepemimpinan (X3) terhadap karyawan kinerja (Y), baik secara bersamaan. Kata kunci:  Kompensasi, bekerja kinerja lingkungan, kepemimpinan dan karyawan
