Abstract

Tantrums are a common emotional response in children, often occurring when they struggle to regulate their emotions. This study focused on the use of filial therapy in improving emotional regulation and reducing tantrum frequency in a 9-year-old boy. Filial therapy was chosen for its emphasis on parental involvement, strengthening the parent-child bond, and teaching emotional regulation skills. The study was a single subject research design, that began with an initial assessment through interviews, observations, and psychological tests. This was followed by an 11-session filial therapy. The results showed a significant improvement in the participant’s emotional regulation, leading to a reduction in tantrum behavior. The ERQ scores during the pretest were 25 (moderate category), increasing to 47 (high category) in the post-test, and further rising to 55 (high category) in the follow-up assessment. These findings highlight the essential role of parents in supporting their child's emotional development and the use of filial therapy to improve parent-child dynamics and reduce tantrums.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah memberikan dampak signifikan pada berbagai sektor kehidupan, termasuk di bidang bisnis dan manajemen. Salah satu sektor yang merasakan dampaknya adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di layanan servis komputer. Pengolahan data layanan servis yang masih dilakukan secara manual di banyak perusahaan, seperti pencatatan informasi pelanggan, status pengerjaan, dan pembuatan nota servis menggunakan kertas, mengakibatkan sejumlah masalah, seperti kesalahan pencatatan, lambatnya proses pencarian data, serta risiko kehilangan atau kerusakan data. Selain itu, penggunaan kertas membutuhkan ruang penyimpanan yang besar dan kurang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Sistem berbasis web memungkinkan pengelolaan data secara terpusat, dapat diakses secara real-time, serta mempermudah pencatatan dan pemantauan status pengerjaan. Dengan menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman, sistem ini menyediakan solusi untuk mengelola data pelanggan, teknisi, transaksi pembayaran, pengiriman barang, dan informasi terkait garansi layanan dengan lebih efisien dan terstruktur. Diharapkan, pengembangan sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perusahaan, mempercepat proses pengerjaan, serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Sistem informasi berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam pengolahan data yang lebih akurat, cepat, dan mudah diakses, serta mengurangi ketergantungan pada penggunaan kertas.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology (ICT) has transformed transaction methods across sectors, including product sales. ICT supports information systems that help businesses achieve their objectives. The contraption industry, in particular, has adopted digital platforms to meet market demands, with e-commerce rapidly growing in Indonesia. E-commerce is replacing conventional shopping due to its convenience, comfort, and variety. It relies on WWW technology, databases, email, delivery systems, and payment tools. However, many contraption businesses face challenges in reaching customers effectively due to marketing limitations, disorganized product management, and subpar shopping experiences. To address this, an innovative solution is needed: a web-based online sales platform that simplifies transactions and offers a secure, enjoyable shopping experience. The Gadget-Sale platform aims to meet these needs with a user-friendly interface, comprehensive product catalogs, secure payment systems, and responsive customer service. This platform helps businesses manage inventory, monitor sales trends, and design targeted marketing strategies. Abstract

Information systems are here to provide various supports and conveniences in various aspects of life, including in the economic sector. One example is a photo studio, which is a business in the economic sector that utilizes information systems. This business offers photography services with a wide target market. However, the process of promoting and managing photo studios is still mostly done manually and has not utilized the information system optimally, so it is prone to errors, such as in delivering service package information, ordering, and making reports. The use of information systems aims to minimize these errors while optimizing the promotion of services offered by service providers such as photo studios, photographers, and freelance videographers. This system is designed to display detailed information, including portfolios and galleries of work, making it easier for consumers to place orders. In addition, this information system can also generate periodic order reports for service providers. System development is carried out using the Waterfall method, PHP programming language, Laravel framework, and MySQL database.
