Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan utama pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengelola kelas online melalui pelatihan penggunaan media information and communications technology (ICT) bagi guru-guru PAUD IT dan SD IT Harapan Bunda. Media ICT yang dipilih oleh guru-guru PAUD IT dan SD IT Harapan Bunda adalah berbasis Google Forms dan Google Meet. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan pemberian materi, diskusi/tanya jawab, dan praktek langsung pembuatan media ICT yang digunakan. Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan kegiatan pengabdian ini, dilakukan evaluasi dengan pengisian angket respon terhadap kegiatan PKM, angket kepuasan serta angket kompetensi profesional guru. Dari hasil angket menunjukkan rata-rata persentase respon peserta pelatihan terhadap pelaksanaan PKM ini menjawab sangat setuju sebesar 70,7%. Tingkat kepuasan peserta pelatihan dari segi materi, penyampaian materi, proses diskusi serta pelatihan individu adalah 93,3%. Sedangkan sekitar 73,3% menyatakan mengalami peningkatan terkait kemampuan menggunakan media ICT dan  pengelolaan kelas online. Dari hasil pelatihan juga disarankan agar guru-guru di masa pandemi ini lebih  memahami  dan  menggunakan  media ICT agar pembelajaran  lebih efektif dan menyenangkan ­ Kata kunci: kompetensi; media ICT; pelatihan; profesional ABSTRACTThe main objective of community service is to increase teacher competence through training in the use of ICT media for PAUD IT and SD IT Harapan Bunda teachers. The level of satisfaction of the training participants in terms of material, material delivery, discussion process, individual training was 93,3%. Meanwhile, around 73,3% stated that the increase was related to the ability to use ICT media and manage online learning. From the results of the training, it is also recommended that teachers during this pandemic better understand and use ICT media so that learning is more effective and fun. Keywords: competence; media ICT; training; professional

Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the physical or non-physical work environment of one of the educational institutions in Yogyakarta provided at the Yogyakarta Maritime Academy (AMY). The type of research used in this study is exploration research. The population in this study were all permanent employees who gathered 40 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis, inferential statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that both physical and non-physical work environments were positively and significantly related to employee work boredom at the Yogyakarta Maritime Academy.

Abstract

At present Indonesia is facing the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution or the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Therefore the 4.0 industrial revolution in the port sector is a good thing to go to smart ports and smart supply chains. Along with the 4.0 industrial revolution and digital technology, business competition and development that originally relied on the use of natural resources will shift to the mastery of information technology and workforce competencies. This is where the importance of HR investment. The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 opened the opportunity for human resources (HR) in the manufacturing sector to have expertise in accordance with the latest technological developments. For this reason, an up-skilling or reskilling workforce program is needed based on the current needs of the industrial world.

Abstract

There are five main components that affect port performance, namely: Ship movement, labor productivity, equipment, cargo intensity at moorings, and cargo flow intensity at storage locations. (media.neliti.com, 2019). These five components affect the effectiveness of loading and unloading activities at the port. In analyzing the data the author uses qualitative methods in analyzing a data that is in the field. Factors that greatly affect delays or hinder unloading activities are when the process of unloading cargo; the ship performs ballast; bad weather. General Cargo's unloading process performs with cargo safety guidelines, which prioritize safety in loading and unloading performance, namely to cargo. Every ship is more concerned with work safety, but on the other hand, the ship is more concerned with cargo safety when operating the unloading to the dock or to the barge.

Abstract

Based on an analysis from the National Transportation Safety Committee or NTSC, so far 90 percent of marine accidents that have occurred in Indonesia are caused by the human factor, sometimes referred to as human error. So that the human factor is a very influential factor in ensuring the achievement of shipping safety. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of crew expertise on shipping safety on roll on roll off (Ro-Ro) passenger ships at the Port of Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Case study: Roll on-roll off (Ro-Ro) passenger ship owned by PT. Main Ocean Dharma. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The data instrument used was a questionnaire with a sample of 103 respondents. The analysis used is simple linear regression analysis and correlation coefficient analysis by proving the hypothesis through the t test and f test. The results of the study show that the expertise of the crew has a significant and positive effect on shipping safety.

Abstract

The research conducted aims to evaluate Moodle-based online learning in Quality Assurance Management courses from aspects: (1) The ability of cadets to use Moodle; (2) The active communication of cadets and lecturers in the use of Moodle; and (3) Self-Regulated Learning Capabilities in Quality Assurance Management Courses. The research methods to be used use descriptive research. The subject of the study is a cadet who takes quality assurance management courses. Data collection techniques use (1) a questionnaire to obtain information from cadets; (2) Documentation, i.e. retrieving log data on Moodle; and (3) Interviews, to obtain data from lecturers related to ability and activity, Interviews in this study use unstructured interviews. The results showed that: (1) Cadets can follow the learning process using Moodle-based online learning, (2) The activeness of communication of cadets and lecturers in the use of Moodle falls into the good category, and (3) Self-Regulated Learning Skills in Quality Assurance Management Courses fall into the good category.

Abstract

Field study orientation guidance is intended as an effort to develop elements of behaviour and ability in good learning to produce positive abilities, high learning motivation, and high skills and effective learning skills in students through integrative activities in the learning process in the field to develop the competence of study program graduates. The purpose of this community service is to conduct field study orientation guidance to develop graduate competence on the Km Lawit Ship to Semarang-Karimun. The implementation method used in this service is direct guidance in the field by providing direction, guidance techniques, and evaluating graduate competence development efforts. Field study orientation numbered 100 people, with details of study programs: nautical studies totalling 13 people, ship machinery study program totalling 15 people, marine transportation management study program totalling 40 people, and transportation study program totalling 32 people. The result of this service is the average field study orientation guidance activities to develop the competence of graduates, who answered strongly agreeing by 84.40%, agreeing by 11.80%, neutral by 3.00%, disagreeing by 0.80%, and disagreeing by 0.00%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan strategi bauran pemasaran divisi angkutan barang PT Kereta Api Indonesia Daop 6 Yogyakarta dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah pimpinan dan beberapa pejabat divisi angkutan barang sebanyak 6 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan penerapan strategi bauran pemasaran pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Daop 6 Yogyakarta pada divisi angkutan barang telah berhasil meningkatkan penjualan jasa angkutan barang. Strategi ini melibatkan berbagai aspek, seperti produk yang berkualitas, harga yang terjangkau dan kompetitif, saluran distribusi yang efisien, promosi yang efektif, pelayanan yang baik, proses yang efisien, dan bukti fisik yang menarik. Dengan pendekatan yang komprehensif tersebut, divisi angkutan barang mampu meraih keunggulan kompetitif di pasar angkutan barang.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the implementation of risk management based on the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations Enterprise Risk Management (COSO ERM) in loading and unloading activities at PT. Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, Panjang Branch. The method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the application of COSO ERM assists in the identification and management of operational risks. During cement unloading, risks include accidents and being struck by cement bags. During oil palm kernel meal loading, risks identified include truck overturning due to overloading, damage to hatch ladders, and the potential for workers to be struck by oil palm kernel meal nets. The study's conclusions confirm that COSO ERM can be an effective framework for managing loading and unloading risks, although improvements are needed in supervision, work facilities, and the presentation of safety procedures.
