Abstract

This research is a class room action research that aims to improve the student learning  achievements in processing and desiccation subject through particular discovery method at the 1st  year class of SMK 2 Pinrang in 2014-2015 academic year, with 28 students. This study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consists of planning, observation, and reflection stage. The treatment which has been done in first and second cycle was discovery method. The result showed that implementing of discovery method can improve student  learning achievement. In the first cycle, the competence of student was 82,14% in average acquisition percentage and it has increased to 96.42% in the second cycle. The value acquisition in the second cycle was assumed completed according in KTSP (Curriculum Education Unit) ≥ 75. Thus it can be said that the implementing of discovery method can improve academic achievement either in theory, practices and the way of learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan struktur mikro material baja AISI 1045 yang telah mengalami proses pengelasan yaitu las MIG kemudian dilakukan proses quenching menggunakan media pendingin air garam, radiator coolant, air mineral. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan di Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Makassar dan di laboratorium Metalurgi Fisik Fakultas TeknikUniversitas Hasanuddin. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 12 spesimen, 9 spesimen dilakukan proses quenching dengan 3 variasi media pendingin dan 3 spesimenl tanpa media pendingin. Data dari hasil penelitian dengan rata-rata butir struktur mikro baja AISI 1045 yaitu 11,16 untuk media pendingin air garam, 11,14 untuk media pendingin radiator coolant, 10,74 untuk media pendingin air mineral, dan tanpa media pendingin 10,53. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa dari hasil proses quenching terdapat perubahan butir struktur mikro antara sampel yang menggunakan media pendingin dengan sampel tanpa media pendingin.Kata Kunci : Uji Impak, Metode Charpy, Besi Plat ST42, Temperatur

Abstract

The teaching camp is a program during the pandemic. This study aims to explore the university student's impression of the Teaching Camp program that is expected to challenge the university students to connect between universities and the real world or the world of work. This study applied qualitative descriptive research to summarize specific events experienced by individuals or groups of individuals in everyday words. This research was conducted in the Department of English Education, University of Bosowa, Makassar, Indonesia. Four university students participating in the Teaching Camp program were willing to support this study. There are three steps in qualitative analysis in this study using data reduction, data display, and conclusions, namely, to find out the interview answers that have been given to students, then each answer is analyzed using words and according to student answers. This study found that university students have an important role in implementing the ministry of education and culture program. The role referred to here is that university students are the driving force by providing new innovations in learning and being involved in implementing the learning process by teaching literacy and numeracy. Class 1 of the Teaching Camp program enables university students to have an academic and social experience while serving as education facilitators in suburban areas. With so many shortcomings, it is hoped that this first-class Teaching Camp program will become an in-depth evaluation material for the Ministry of Education and Culture and the university.

Abstract

This action research aims to implement the Learning Cycle model to improve the quality of the learning process and learning outcomes with the gas metal welding class XII students in SMK 3 Makassar. Research problems are (1) how to get through the learning cycle model can be improved with the learning process gas metal welding class XII student of SMK 3 Makassar, and (2) how to get through the learning cycle model of learning outcomes can be improved with the gas metal welding class XII students SMK 3 Makassar. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. The results obtained by the action is an increase in the quality of the learning process of students of class XII SMK 3 semester 2 of the cycle I to cycle II, include: (1) the better the learning activities, (2) reliability management of the learning cycle model learning of 51%, (3 ) students’ responses to a very good learning and learning outcomes, which include (a) the product: for 47 percent (exhaustiveness of individuals) and 55 percent (exhaustiveness classical), (b) affective aspects of 30 percent, and (c) 60 percent of psychomotor aspects. Thus to implement the Learning Cycle model can improve the quality of the learning process and learning outcomes with the gas metal welding class XII student of SMK 3 Makassar. ABSTRAK Penelitian tindakan ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan model Siklus Belajar untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar mengelas dengan gas metal siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri 3 Makassar. Masalah penelitian adalah 1) bagaimana cara agar melalui model siklus belajar dapat ditingkatkan proses pembelajaran mengelas dengan gas metal siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 3 Makassar, dan 2) bagaimana cara agar melalui model siklus belajar dapat ditingkatkan hasil belajar mengelas dengan gas metal siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 3 Makassar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian tindakan yang diperoleh adalah terjadi peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran siswa kelas XII semester 2 SMK Negeri 3 dari siklus I ke siklus II, meliputi: 1) aktivitas belajar semakin baik, 2) reliabilitas pengelolaan pembelajaran model siklus belajar sebesar 51%, 3) respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran sangat baik dan hasil belajar, yang meliputi (a) produk: sebesar 47 persen (ketuntasan individu) dan 55 persen (ketuntasan klasikal), (b) aspek afektif sebesar 30 persen, dan (c) aspek psikomotor 60 persen. Dengan demikian dengan mengimplementasikan model Siklus Belajar dapat meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar mengelas dengan gas metal siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 3 Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is an effect of using Quizizz learning media on the learning motivation of fifth grade students at SDN 3 Lemba, Soppeng Regency. This study uses a quantitative research approach with the type of experimental research using a True Experimental Design research design. The results showed that there were differences in students' learning motivation between the experimental class and the control class. Then continued with the N-Gain test, the N-Gain Score for the experimental class was 0.4 in the medium category and the N- Gain Score for the control class was 0,2 is in the low category. It can be concluded that the use of quizizz learning media has a significant effect on the learning motivation of fifth grade students at SDN 3 Lemba, Soppeng Regency

Abstract

This research is to find out the comparism of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model with the Discovery-Inquiry model on the 7th grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Sinjai year 2020/2021. This research used two classes chosen by Purposive Sampling technique. Both classes were given different treatments with the same material, that was One Variable Linear Equations. To obtain the data, the researcher used a test which had been tested through validity test and reliability test. After that, the data were analyzed with normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test (Independent Sample T-Test). The result of this research indicated that there are some differences in the learning result using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model and the Discovery-Inquiry model on the 7th grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Sinjai year 2020/2021The average grades of the class using the Problem Based Learning model was higher than the Discovery-Inquiry model. This result indicates that the Problem Based Learning model is better than the Discovery-Inquiry model.

Abstract

This study aims to apply the pedagogical, andragogical and heutagogy approaches together in the lecture/learning process. This approach has novelty because there is no empirical evidence regarding the use of the three together in the classroom. This research was conducted in order to investigate the implementation of the three in the classroom using a descriptive quantitative approach by first checking the measurement model of the three. The sample in this study was 316 students voluntarily filling out electronic questionnaires. The collected data will be analyzed using a measurement model to investigate the validity and reliability of the model. Its constructs and indicators. The results of the research using the measurement model show that the three constructs are valid and reliable constructs. The indicators that make up the construct are also valid and reliable indicators. Descriptive statistics show that the lecture process in the midst of a pandemic is dominated by the andragogical approach. The heutagogical approach as the ideal approach used in higher education shows the lowest average response. Further research can be conducted by analyzing the relationship between the approaches as a continuum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik kerja industri terhadap persiapan kerja di era e-Learning di Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Mesin Universitas Negeri Makassar. Studi ini melihat bagaimana praktik kerja industri mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja di era e-learning. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan teknik mesin Universitas Negeri Makassar tahun 2016, 2017, dan 2018 yang berjumlah 42 mahasiswa. Data penelitian yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier. Peneliti menggunakan program SPSS 25.0 untuk menganalisis data pada taraf signifikansi 5% untuk melihat besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa praktik kerja industri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja di era e-learning di jurusan teknik mesin Universitas Negeri Makassar. Efek ini adalah 66.9% karena praktik, sedangkan sisanya 33,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media learning management system (SYAM-OK) terhadap pengetahuan konsep perencanaan pembelajaran pada mahasiswa pendidikan teknik mesin. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah media learning management system (SYAM-OK) dan variabel terikatnya adalah pengetahuan konsep perencanaan pembelajaran. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Mesin angkatan 2016, 2017, 2018, dan 2019 yang telah menempuh mata kuliah perencanaan pembelajaran, sehingga bisa dikategorikan dalam penelitian populasi. Jika di total, terdapat 37 mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Data dari penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil sebaran kuesioner dan dokumentasi nilai ujian akhir semester mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data yaitu dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Peneliti menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 25.0 dalam analisis data dengan taraf signifikan 5% untuk melihat besarnya pengaruh yang diberikan oleh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh hasil bahwa penggunaan learning management system (SYAM-OK) berpengaruh positif terhadap pengetahuan konsep perencanaan pembelajaran pada mahasiswa pendidikan teknik mesin dengan pengaruh sebesar 31%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan Multimedia Pembelajaran Sistem Pengendali Elektromagnetik di SMK Negeri 3 Bantaeng. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development (R&D). Subjek pada penelitian adalah siswa SMK Negeri 3 Bantaeng kelas XII pada Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik. Untuk memenuhi syarat validitas, kepraktisan dan efektifitas dalam penelitian pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran ini digunakan lima langkah, yaitu: studi pustaka, studi lapangan, penyusunan draft produk, uji coba terbatas, dan uji coba lebih luas. Uji kevaliditasan dilakukan oleh 2 orang validator, uji kepraktisan dilakukan melalui hasil respon siswa dan observasi terhadap guru yang menggunakan multimedia, sedangkan uji efektifitas dilakukan melalui penilaian terhadap hasil belajar siswa kemudian membandingkannya dengan hasil uji kompetensi pada tahun 2011 dan tahun 2012. Pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran sistem pengendali elektromagnetik pada penelitian ini efektif meningkatkan persentase tingkat kelulusan siswa dimana persentase kelulusan siswa jauh lebih baik dan ada peningkatan dibandingkan dengan persentase kelulusan pada uji kompetensi tahun 2011 dan tahun 2012. Hasil respon siswa menunjukkan bahwa produk multimedia yang dihasilkan sangat praktis dan siswa sangat berminat untuk belajar karena adanya variasi dalam pemberian materi ajar, sedangkan dari hasil observasi guru yang menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa multimedia yang digunakan sangat baik, menarik dan sangat praktis.
