Abstract

Probolinggo Regency is one of the administrative regions in East Java Province which is located on the north coast, with national roads (pantura lanes) running from Surabaya to Banyuwangi and Bali Provinces, and there is also a national strategic road leading to the Bromo mountain . These road segments have high traffic volume and potential to cause traffic accidents. One of the sections in the Probolinggo Regent attachment decree in 2015 is TongasLumbang-Sukapura section of 25 roads whose authority Probolinggo Regency Government. These urban roads that connect between sub-districts in Probolinggo Regency and have diverse land use conditions, and quite a number of activities, which have the potential to cause accidents. To reduce the level of traffic accidents on the Tongas-Lumbang-Sukapura road, it is necessary to pay attention to the safety aspects of road infrastructure and other factors (natural conditions, design of road segments (vertical and horizontal alignment), pavement damage conditions, driver visibility, sign completeness or indicators roads and local regulations / policies.The aim of this study is to analyze and evaluate the safety on Tongas-LumbangSukapura road section (from the physical / geometrical of the road and infrastructure aspects) as well as efforts to handle and provide alternative solutions. According to regulation no. 22 of 2009 concerning about Road Traffic and Transport Safety, it?s obtained that isn?t safe from Geometry / physical and infrastructure aspects. The sollution is from of road geometry aspect, it needs to be improved in 4 (four) aspects, namely the width of the lane, sidewalks, waterways, road pavement while from the aspect of infrastructure, the addition of road markings, monitoring equipment and supporting facilities.

Abstract

Terminal Arjosari merupakan salah satu terminal bus yang ada di Kota Malang dengan tipe terminal A yang merupakan penyedia jasa dan pelayanan angkutan penumpang. Terminal Arjosari terletak di Jalan Raden Intan No.1 Kecamatan Blimbing Kota Malang yang merupakanterminal terpadu. Ada tiga analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: a) analisis kinerja, b) analisis IPA. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, dan dokumentasi dengan jumlag sampel sebanyak 100 responden, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari Instansi, jurnal, literatur, dan internet. Dari hasil Analisa kininerja terdapat empat perolehan kriteria kurang dari kinerja seperti Headway, Load factor dijam sibuk, Load Factor diluar jam sibuk dan Frekuensi. Dalam analisis IPA terdapat 5 atribut yang termasuk dalam kuadran 1, dimana kelima atribut tersebut adalah kebersihan pada bus tidak terjaga, perilaku sopir kepada penumpang berstatus pelajar tidak ramah, Ibu hamil, Lansia, Difabel dan anak-anak tidak mendapatkan prioritas saat naik dan turun bus, waktu keberangkatan dan waktu tiba tidak sesuai jadwal dan bus selalu mengambil penumpang diluar terminal.

Abstract

Transportasi merupakan salah satu penggerak atau pendorong pertumbuhan suatu daerah. Meningkatnya pertumbuhan penduduk hingga tingginya perekonomian di suatu perkotaan mengakibatkan fasilitas-fasilitas yang dibutuhkan masyarakat semakin meningkat. Salah satu kota yang turut mengalami perkembangan yaitu Kota Malang, salah satunya adalah Jalan Ki Ageng Gribig yang merupakan akses menuju jalan tol Malang-Pandaan. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui derajat kejenuhan ruas Jalan Ki Ageng Gribig yang berada di sekitar pintu tol Pandaan-Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan berpedoman pada Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997. Penelitian dilakukan pada dua bagian ruas jalan, sebelum dan setelah masuk tol. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari survei penelitian, didapatkan hasil kapasitas jalan adalah 1473,45 smp/jam, dengan nilai Q sebesar 2476,1 smp/jam pada ruas jalan bagian 1 dan Q sebesar 3230,9 smp/jam pada ruas jalan bagian 2. Maka diperoleh nilai derajat kejenuhan jam puncak pada ruas jalan bagian 1 adalah 1,68 dan bagian 2 adalah 2,19. Kedua bagian jalan tersebut memiliki nilai F yang menunjukan bahwa ruas jalan ini berada dalam kondisi jenuh. Sehingga diperlukan perhatian dari masyarakat khususnya pengguna jalan agar dapat memperhatikan pemanfaatan lahan di jalan perkotaan agar tidak mengganggu arus lalu lintas pada jalan Ki Ageng Gribig.

Abstract

Several modes transportation that developing at this time include the Patas Bus and Jayabaya Train which serve Malang-Surabaya route. In this study, authors conducted an analysis people's reasons for choosing the mode transportation between Patas Bus and Jayabaya Train malang - Surabaya. The this study was to determine the characteristics and modes transportation. Then we get the difference between Travel Expenses (∆X1) = UBUS-UKA = 20.509-0.196 , Difference in Travel Time (∆X2) = UBUS-UKA = 17.167-2.020, Difference in Travel Frequency (∆X3) = UBUS - UKA = 19.772 - 2.011 , Access Time Difference (∆X4) = UBUS – UKA = 33,662 – 1,136.

Abstract

Kota Malang, yang terletak di wilayah geologis yang rentan terhadap gempa bumi, sering kali mengalami getaran tanah yang dapat membahayakan keselamatan penduduknya. Data dari tahun 2022 mencatat beberapa insiden gempa bumi yang terjadi di kota ini, menekankan urgensi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan persiapan mengenai bencana ini, terutama bagi anak-anak usia sekolah dasar. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan yang sangat dibutuhkan bagi siswa sekolah dasar di Kota Malang tentang bahaya gempa bumi dan bagaimana cara menghadapinya. Hasil dari pelatihan mitigasi bencana ini diharapkan adalah siswa-siswi yang lebih sadar akan bahaya gempa bumi dan mampu mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah penyelamatan diri yang diperlukan saat terjadi gempa bumi. Dengan pemahaman ini, siswa di Kota Malang akan menjadi agen perubahan yang dapat membantu mengedukasi anggota keluarga dan teman-teman mereka tentang pentingnya persiapan dan tindakan yang benar selama bencana gempa bumi. Sebagai hasil akhir, diharapkan pengurangan risiko dan kerugian akibat gempa bumi, serta peningkatan keselamatan dan kesiapan komunitas dalam menghadapinya. Malang City, which is located in a geological area that is prone to earthquakes, often experiences ground vibrations that can endanger the safety of its residents. Data from 2022 records several earthquake incidents that occurred in this city, emphasizing the urgency to increase understanding and preparation regarding this disaster, especially for elementary school-age children. The aim of this service is to provide much needed knowledge for elementary school students in Malang City about the dangers of earthquakes and how to deal with them. It is hoped that the results of this disaster mitigation training will be that students are more aware of the dangers of earthquakes and are able to identify the necessary self-saving steps when an earthquake occurs. With this understanding, students in Malang City will become agents of change who can help educate their family members and friends about the importance of proper preparation and action during an earthquake disaster. As a final result, it is hoped that the risk and loss due to earthquakes will be reduced, as well as increased safety and community preparedness in facing them.

Abstract

Ketapang Animal Market is one of the animal markets in Sampang Regency, which causes many people in the area and outside the area to carry out animal buying and selling transactions which results in an increase in the number of visitor vehicles going in and out of the market area at a certain time so that the available parking locations exceed capacity. Parking conditions in the market area are also irregular, indicated by violations, for example 2-wheeled or 4-wheeled vehicles parked on the shoulder of the road do not comply with the rules. Therefore, this analysis was carried out to meet the needs of parking areas in the market area. To find out, this is done by analyzing parking characteristics, the area of ​​parking requirements and side obstacles around the road to find out how high the value of side obstacles is on the shoulder of the road. The discussion results from this research show a high parking turnover rate, namely 6 vehicles/SRP, and a parking index >1, which means the capacity is smaller than required. The evaluation results are based on alternative angles, the 90° angle corresponds to an area of ​​830 m2 for two wheels and 4,015 m2 for four wheels. Side obstacles are categorized as High/T class with a value of 566.3/hour 777.425/hour, but after evaluating the frequency of occurrence The value obtained for side resistance is 457.55/hour, which is included in the medium class.

Abstract

The Peta Monument in Blitar was built to commemorate the PETA (Defenders of the Fatherland) rebellion against the Japanese army on February 14, 1945 led by Soedanco Soepriyadi. The Peta monument is located on Jl. Sudanco Supriyadi, Bendogerit, Sananwetan sub-district, Blitar city, East Java 66133. The existence of the PETA Army Headquarters Area as one of Blitar City's cultural heritage assets. The main problem identified is that the parking lot has not been optimally utilized, there is no good and ideal parking plot marking as a parking area, especially for two-wheeled vehicles and four-wheeled vehicles and other vehicles visiting the Map Monument. An adequate parking lot is able to meet the capacity of the parking lot so that it can satisfy visitors visiting the Blitar Map Monument. The purpose of this study is to determine the prediction of vehicle parking, parking capacity, and parking space arrangement. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Where the results of the research of two-wheeled vehicle parking needs are 35 SRP, four-wheeled vehicles are 104 SRP and bus parking is 5 SRP. Therefore, parking arrangements are made to obtain the availability of parking for two-wheeled vehicles (motorbikes) 163 SRP with a parking angle of 90°, four-wheeled vehicles (cars) 104 SRP with a parking angle of 45°, and bus parking 5 SRP with a parking angle of 90°.

Abstract

Transportation is an important part of human life. Transportation is closely linked to all human activities, including the acquisition of products and services for many reasons. The purpose of this study is to assess the performance of the road, assess the impact of bridge construction, and find a feasible alternative solution. This research belongs to the field of quantitative descriptive research. It uses a hypothesis verification method, beginning with deductive reasoning to formulate hypotheses and then conducting field tests. The Tlogomas Road section of Malang City is observed to be busy on Tuesdays at 06.00 to 07.00. So far we have been able to achieve a capacity value (C) of 2,775 skr/h and a degree of saturation (DJ) value of 0.93, higher than the DJ value set in PKJI 2014 (DJ > 0.85). Therefore, the level of service is categorized as E, indicating inconsistent flow with periodic decreases in speed and demand approaching its maximum capacity. Based on the study results obtained through the use of SPSS, it can be concluded that the construction of the Tunggul Mas bridge has a significant influence on the performance of the Tlogomas road section. In section 2, it seems that the eastern region, X1 (motorcycles), is the most affected. The estimated t table value of 2.650 is much greater than the t table value of 0.005. Alternative solutions used include the installation of warning signs prohibiting parking on the roadside, as well as the application of yellow box intersection markings at the Tlogomas intersection in Malang City.

Abstract

The intersection of Jalan S. Supriadi - Jalan Satsui Tubun is a connecting route between Malang city and other cities. So to minimize the conflict in the intersection of Jalan S. Supriadi - Jalan Satsui Tubun, serious handling is needed. So that researchers are interested in studying further through research with a quantitative approach method of descriptive type. The implementation of this research aims to analyze the performance of Jalan S. Supriadi - Jalan Satsui Tubun in the existing and the next 10 years and recommend appropriate handling techniques at the intersection. Then to support data analysis, researchers implemented two types of data sources, namely secondary data sources in the form of the number of vehicle growth and population, while the primary data was in the form of intersection geometric conditions and traffic volume. Data collection was carried out for 7 days. The results of the traffic performance analysis showed that the value of vehicle volume in 2023 was 5249 cur/ hour, the degree of saturation (DJ) value obtained was 1.0> 0.85, meaning that the speed level was slow and the flow was experiencing obstacles, so it fell into category F for the level of service and the delay was 28.3 sec /cur service level B (less). From the analysis results for the next 10 years, the degree of saturation (DJ) on Jalan S. Supriadi - Jalan Satsui Tubun still meets the requirements based on PKJI 2014. In 2023, the traffic volume levels on the east, south, and north approaches are 666 pcu/h, 979 pcu/h, and 1042 pcu/h respectively, while the degree of saturation on the east, south, and north approaches are 0.71; 0.49; and 0.71 respectively.

Abstract

Dalisodo Village is well known in the community, especially in the world of tourism. This village is very rich in natural potential, located in Malang Regency, which is the center of a tourism center that is easy to reach. Coban Glotak waterfall is located in Dalisodo village as a very interesting potential tourist attraction. Coban Glotak Waterfall has a height of 100 m and is still in the Coban Glotak Forest so that it presents a balance system in human life. Coban Glotak waterfall should be developed as a tourist attraction that ultimately brings benefits to the local community. The roads are still damaged, the parking area is still not managed and maintained properly and there is no clear registration system. The data collection technique used purposive sampling with in-depth interviews with the village head, management, community and visitors. Existing data is processed using the SWOT technique by analyzing the situation then described in a conclusion to formulate a management strategy formula. Based on internal and external factors owned by Coban Glotak Waterfall, the following strategies can be formulated: improving cleanliness, promotional programs, building cooperation with tourism businesses and managing supporting facilities. From the results of the analysis obtained based on the results of the IFAS and EFAS SWOT matrix in the table as described above, the results can be summarized as follows: Coordinates of the internal analysis diagram (X) (Total Strength-Score Total Weakness) :2 = (3.5-3.4) : 2 = 1.8 Coordinates of external analysis (Y) (Total Opportunities-Score of Total Threats) : 2 = (2,7-2,9) : 2 = - 0,1.
