Abstract

Indonesia has more than 80 thousand villages as the smallest administrative unit of the Republic of Indonesia. Each village needs at least three to four bridges to cross the river, and to access other facilities. The many bridge needs are not accompanied by the state budget allocated to the construction of bridges in villages. One alternative bridge construction is from wood material is also a renewable material. Constraints in the use of wood for building construction are the scarcity of wood with large dimensions. To overcome this problem, there is engineering wood (engineering wood), one of which is the box beam. Box beams are proven to increase the inertia of a material when compared to conventional wooden beams with the same cross-sectional area. This study aims to find a comparison of the strengths between conventional wooden bridges and wooden bridges using Camper box beam elements. The results of this study indicate that from the comparison of box beams and ordinary wood beams it turns out that the box beam produces a voltage of 0.129 MPa and a conventional beam of 0.142 MPa. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the box beam has a higher compressive strength than solid wood with the same cross-sectional area. And can be a recommendation for the selection of short span bridge structures for Rural because it is more economical and strong.

Abstract

Road construction generally uses flexible and rigid bending of the water to cause a decrease ingreen land. This affects the reduction of water catchment areas. The use of Geopolymerconcrete is an environmentally friendly alternative that is expected to be able to disperize waterin the soil. This paper aims to explain the study of: (1) geopolymer concrete; (2) strong press;and (3) geopolymer concrete applications on rigid pavement. Based on the results of the study,it can be concluded that the content of geopolymer concrete is environmentally friendly andminimal manufacturing cost. The implementation of rigid pavement during this time, generallyhas major constraints on costs. Application of the use of geopolymer concrete on rigidpavement, in the future is expected to be the replacement solution of conventional concrete

Abstract

The main factor of congestion is because the number of private vehicles isn't comparable to its infrastructure. The railroad system is one of the transportation modes having a characteristic and excellence for carrying people or things, saving space so we can decrease a jam. With that characteristic and excellence, the role of the railroad system needs to be an improvement. To developing need to have a performance observation for knowing is Indonesian commuter train has good enough performance or no. Furthermore, the forecast of a growing passenger which is the railroad services has been doing for getting an increasing passenger level, so that it can determine the production growth of the fleet, in the case of fulfilling the requests of Indonesia commuter customers in the future. This study uses a quantitative research design with descriptive research types. In the research are using primer data and secondary data. The next analysis process is to analyze the level of passengers and the number of facilities needed. Aside from that, the author has used math formulas. The results obtained by the travel time on the Manggarai-Bogor route obtained 73 minutes. The number of passengers in 2024 is estimated at 182,647,716 passengers with 500,405 passengers per day with a traffic capacity of 501,696.

Abstract

Angkutan umum penumpang di Kota Malang disebut angkot adalah salah satu sarana transportasi yang digunakan masyarakat untuk melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari, namun angkutan ini semakin tidak diminati masyarakat akibat rendahnya tingkat pelayanan, sehingga masyarakat banyak menggunakan kendaraan pribadi. Untuk itu adakalanya perencana memerlukan evaluasi kembali  kinerja angkutan kota untuk memenuhi nilai standar Dinas Perhubungan Darat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja dan kepuasan penggunaan  angkutan umum, produktivitas angkutan umum, dan membuat solusi alternatif terkait dengan hasil evaluasi kinerja dan kepuasan penggunaan angkutan umum. Dalam penelitian ini indikator kinerja angkutan umum yang dinilai adalah load factor, kecepatan perjalanan, headway, waktu perjalanan, waktu pelayanan, frekuensi, waktu tunggu, jumlah kendaraan yang beroperasi, dan juga indikator kepuasaan penggunaan yang dinilai adalah bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati. Indikator – indikator tersebut diperoleh dari hasil survei dinamis dan survei statis. Dari hasil evaluasi standar pelayanan angkutan umum menurut Dirjen Perhubungan Darat,  kinerja angkutan umum trayek Arjosari – Tidar adalah termasuk kategori sedang. Kepuasan pengguna yang memiliki layanan dengan tingkat kepentingan tingakat kepentingan tinggi dan kinerja rendah adalah terdapat 4 faktor, sedangkan 14 faktor lainnya memiliki layanan dengan tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja baik / tinggi. Produktivitas angkutan umum trayek Arjosari – Tidar adalah sebesar 51 pnp / hari – kend. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, solusi alternatif  yang diberikan adalah peningkatan kinerja pelayanan dilakukan dengan memperbaiki pelayanan yang tidak sesuai dengan standar pelayanan Dinas Perhubungan Darat, serta didukung standar pelayanan khususnya pelayanan angkutan kota

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada campuran beton geopolymer dengan memodelkan campuran material yang menyesuaikan kondisi di pesisir pantai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses peresapan air laut pada beton geopolymer pada perkerasan kaku dan untuk mengetahui kuat tekan beton geopolymer pada perkerasan kaku. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan: (1)Peresapan air laut dan air PDAM pada benda uji perkerasan kaku beton geopolymer menghasilkan tingkat korosifitas pada tulangan sangat minimum, hal ini dikarenakan adanya tambahan zat aditif pada material beton geopolymer; dan (2)Kuat tekan beton geopolymer dengan perendaman menggunakan air laut menghasilkan nilai lebih signifikan dibandingkan perendaman air PDAM.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan serta sumbangan efektif dukungan industri dan vocational attitude terhadap hasil prakerin dan dampaknya pada technical skill siswa SMK kompetensi keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan di kabupaten Ngawi, Magetan, dan Ponorogo. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif  korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 148 siswa SMK yang diambil menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket, tes, dan dokumen nilai hasil prakerin. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan taraf signifikansi (Sig.) 0,05. Hasil uji hipotesis variabel pada sub-struktural 1 menghasilkan simpulan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan simultan antara variabel dukungan industri dan vocational attitude terhadap variabel hasil prakerin. Sedangkan untuk hasil uji hipotesis variabel pada substruktural 2 diperoleh simpulan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan simultan antara variabel dukungan industri, vocational attitude, dan hasil prakerin terhadap variabel technical skill.  Kata-kata kunci: dukungan industri, vocational attitude, hasil prakerin, technical skill Abstract: This research aims to know the relationships as well as effective support donation industry, system of coaching, vocational attitude towards results prakerin and its impact on vocational high school (SMK) students of building drawings engineering in Ngawi, Magetan, and Ponorogo. Draft research using quantitative approach with the types of descriptive research korelasional. The sample used as many as 148 students of SMK are taken using the technique of proportionate random sampling. The instruments used in the form of the now, test, and document the value of result prakerin. Test hypotheses using path analysis with the level of significance (Sig.)0,05. The results of the test the hypothesis variable on sub-structural 1 produces a summary there is a significant relationship and simultaneous between variables industry support and vocational attitude towards the results prakerin variable. As for the results of a test of the hypothesis variable on sub-structural 2 obtained summary there is a significant relationship and simultaneous between variables industry support, vocational attitude, and the results of prakerin toward variable technical skill. Abstract

Preliminary study at Trenggalek Regency show that most of vocational graduates from multimedia department work as shopkeeper on the department stores or as a salesman/saleswoman. This fact realize us that the purpose of vocational high school is not achieved yet. The research aims to describe and present mismatching skills data among vocational graduates. This study is descriptive with quantitative approach which focuses on multimedia department. The data will gained from 2 public schools. This data is collected from students who graduate on 2017 school year in SMK Raya and three generation graduates from SMKN Jaya. The method that been used are documentation and interview from career center at each school. As a result from 279 vocational graduates on multimedia department, graduates who study in the suitable field is 9%, who continue their study in the different field 27%, who work on the appropiate field approximately 18%, who get their work in the different field around 38%, and 8% of graduates still in the waiting period. Finally, the conclusion is vocational graduates can’t fill yet the job market at suitable field. Therefore, role of all education stakeholder are needed to reduce mismatching skills between background of study and field of work.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan salah satu sekolah yang memiliki potensi resiko bahaya kerja lebih tinggi dibandingkan jenis sekolah yang lain. Hal ini diibaratkan bahwa SMK merupakan salah satu wujud pabrik sekolah dimana di dalamnya terdapat laboratorium, bengkel maupun workshop untuk aktivitas praktik siswa. Adapun potensi resiko bahaya yang terdapat di SMK salah satunya yaitu faktor ergonomi. Faktor ergonomi berkaitan dengan kebiasaan kerja oleh masing-masing individu. Oleh karenanya seluruh SDM di SMK sudah seharusnya memiliki pemahaman terkait ergonomi yang benar. Sehingga para SDM di SMK dapat menerapkannya secara tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui pemahaman guru terkait dampak Covid-19 pada pendidikan di SMK, 2) mengetahui pemahaman guru terkait budaya belajar ergonomis untuk pencegahan Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian yaitu guru SMK di Malang berjumlah 25 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa 1) secara garis besar guru memiliki pemahaman terkait dampak Covid-19 bagi pendidikan di SMK yang sangat berpengaruh pada tatanan sistem pembelajaran pada berbagai aspek, 2) guru memiliki pemahaman yang cukup terkait budaya belajar ergonomis untuk pencegahan Covid-19, namun masih diperlukan tindak lanjut secara nyata agar penerapan budaya belajar ergonomis lebih maksimal.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of ten countries which the largest wood producer in the world. Wood is one of green materials if it’s compared with concrete and steel material. Wood is renewable material too. The problem of using wood for building construction is less of wood with large section dimension. So, engeenered wood appear to solve this problem. One of engeenered wood types is box beam. Box beam can increase inertia of material if it’s compared to traditional wood beam with same section dimension area. The purpose of this experiment is to know the comparasion about torsional stiffness between wood box beam and wood traditional beam. The result of this experiment show that Beam 1 (T.40.40) or traditional beam have torsional stiffness about 105,90 kg.m/rad. Beam 2 (T.45.45.12) is about 159,69 kg.m/rad. Beam 3 (T.50.50.10) is about 190,22 kg.m/rad. And at last, Beam 4 (T.58.58.8) is about 252,89 kg.m/rad. From the result, there are linier chart relationship between torsional stiffness and ratio of wall thickness and section dimension of box beam (t/a). The aplication of box beam should be developed. We hope box beam can be aplicated by people beacause torsional stiffness of box beam is larger than traditional wood beam exactly.

Abstract

The growing need of motor vehicles each year must be balanced with the supporting facilities. Roads to support the smooth driving of using motor vehicles, always require maintenance in case of damage. The need for materials for road construction every year will always increase, one of them asphalt needs. Therefore, some alternative waste utilization is needed so that the asphalt needs can be fulfilled. A lot of waste that can be used as a mixture of asphalt, one of which used tires every year is always increasing in number. The objectives of this research are: (1) To know Marshall parameters from 0%, 1.5%, 3%, 4,5%, and 6% of used tire waste, and (2) To know the additional level of waste the best used tires as additives to the ATB mixture are reviewed against stability. This research uses a quantitative method approach with experimental research design. The research design includes several stages: aggregate material, tire powder, and asphalt, then the stage of making the specimens to determine the optimum asphalt content with 4%, 4.5%, 5%, 5.5%, 6 %, 6.5%, after it was found that the optimum bitumen content was then subjected to the manufacture of test specimens with the addition of used tire powder with a range of 0%, 1.5%, 3%, 4.5%, 6% of the weight of the aggregate. The results of the research are: (1) the increasing number of used tire powder tends to decrease the stability value, (2) the addition of the best tire powder is at the tire powder level of 1.5% by obtaining a stability value of 1293 kg.
