Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self efficacy dengan kesiapan kerja pada siswa kelas XI SMK Pembina 1 Palembang. Hipotesis yang di ajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara self efficacy dengan kesiapan kerja pada siswa kelas XI SMK Pembina 1 Palembang. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 160 siswa yang mana dari subjek tersebut sebanyak 110 siswa yang digunakan sebagai sampel. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan teknik simple random sampling. Alat ukur yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala self efficacy dan skala kesiapan kerja. Teknik analisis mengunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20. Hasil analisis data penelitian dengan  computer menggunakan program SPSS versi 20 for windows, menunjukan kofisien  korelasi (r)  sebesar 0,434 koefisien  determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,188, serta nilai p= 0,000. Hasil analisa yang diperoleh menunjukan adanya hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara hubungan antara self efficacy dengan kesiapan kerja pada siswa kelas XI SMK Pembina 1 Palembang sebesar 18,8 %.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMenulis permulaan merupakan tahap awal menguasai kemampuan menulis  merupakan prasyarat untuk 3 belajar pada tahap selanjutnya. Sebelumnya seorang anak menguasai kemampuan menulis dengan baik, perlu adamya prasyarat dalam menulis yang harus dikuasai yaitu kemampuan dalam menulis permulaan. Kemampuan motorik halus atau kemampuan menulis anak sangatlah penting untuk dikuasai oleh anak – anak sejak usia dini hingga dewasa, sebab dari kemampuan menulis, tulisan seorang anak dapat mencerminkan karakternya, menambah kepercayaan diri, mengepresikan diri, dan kemampuan fisik. Bagaimanapun juga belajar menulis adalah salah satu kunci kesuksesan di dalam pendidikan dan kehidupan yang lebih luas. Berdasarkan hasil pretest treatment dan posttest ada pengaruh pembelajaran VAKT bermedia marbel terhadap kemampuan menulis permulaan pada anak autis kelas 2 SLB Autis Harapan Mandiri Palembang.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Menulis Permulaan, Anak Autis, Media Marbel.ABSTRACTBeginning writing is the initial stage of mastering advanced writing skills and is a prerequisite for learning at the next stage. Before a child masters the ability to write well, there needs to be a prerequisite for writing that must be mastered, namely the ability to write initially. Fine motor skills or children's writing skills are very important for children to master from an early age to adulthood, because from writing skills, a child's writing can reflect his character, increase self-confidence, express himself and physical abilities. After all, learning to write is one of the keys to success in education and life more broadly. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest, there is a difference between the results of initial writing ability in the pretest treatment and posttest data, there is an influence of marble-based VAKT learning on initial writing abilities in grade 2 autism children at SLB Autis Harapan Mandiri Palembang.Keywords: Beginning writing skills, Autism spectrum disorder, Marble Media

Abstract

This study aims to determine the self-acceptance of adolescents who have stepfamilies. Which of the self-acceptance factors affect the self-acceptance of adolescents who have stepfamilies. This study uses a qualitative research design and uses phenomenological studies to be able to find out the self-acceptance of adolescents who have stepfamilies. In this study, researchers used 7 sources, 2 people as research subjects, 5 people as informants know. The results of this study found that there were causes for the two subjects to accept themselves to their stepfamilies. Both subjects have 2 self-acceptance factors. Each factor that both subjects have is also influenced by self-concept and social environment.

Abstract

Perceraian merupakan fenomena sosial yang memberikan berbagai implikasi psikologis dan emosionalpada anak-anak, terutama remaja yang berada dalam masa perkembangan kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui lebih dalam bagaimana kualitas hidup remajayang mengalami dampak perceraian orangtua. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatifdimana dengan metode ini diterapkannya observasi dan wawancara secara mendalam terhadap dua remaja yang telahmengalami dampak perceraian orangtua dari masa kanak-kanak hingga dewasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaperceraian orangtua berdampak signifikan terhadap berbagaiaspek kualitas hidup remaja termasuk kesehatan fisik, kesehatan psikologis, serta hubungan sosial dan lingkungan. Selain berbagai aspek secara teoritis ditemukan juga sebuahtemuan baru dalam penelitian ini bahwa remaja akanmengalami perubahan perubahan dalam kualitas hidupmereka yaitu motivasi diri, hasrat atau kemauan, pendidikan, dan keyakinan. Penelitian ini juga mendapatkan hasil akibatperceraian orang tua, remaja dapat memberikan dampakpositif maupun negatif pada hidupnya, tergantung pada faktor-faktor yang mereka alami selama mengalami fase-faseseperti dukungan dari lingkungan sosial, kemampuan remajadalam beradaptasi, manajemen emosional serta inisiatifberinteraksi dengan kedua orang tua setelah perceraianterjadi.

Abstract

Performance is important for a company or organization because the high performance of employees can affect the running of the company or organization, while work-life balance is a reference to individual involvement and satisfaction of their roles in work life and personal life without conflict between the two roles. Therefore, companies are expected to pay attention to job satisfaction and psychological needs, namely work-life balance in supporting employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance on employee performance. The methods used in this research are interviews and observations. The results showed that work interferance with personal life, personal life interferance with work, work life enhancement, and personal life enhancement had a significant effect on job satisfaction in employees at PT Indomarco Prismatama Palembang that employees' responsibilities at work did not make employees lose their personal lives as well as personal life did not make them forget their responsibilities as workers even work can make employees feel happy and satisfied with their lives and personal life can increase their motivation at work.

Abstract

The golden age according to the mentossori approach (Jadi, R. 2020) is a period in the development of the child where he has the potential to learn and understand new things easily and quickly. This activity aims to train early childhood concentration skills through motor sensory games using puzzle media at Permata Hati Kindergarten, Limbang Jaya 1. Children's concentration problems, such as being easily distracted or having difficulty completing tasks, are the basis for the implementation of this program. The activity began with observation to understand the basic condition of the child and then gradually applied puzzle media for interactive learning. The methods used include education in the form of games and direct observation. The results of this activity show that puzzle games can improve children's concentration, fine motor coordination, problem-solving ability and emotional control. From this activity, children are more focused, independent, and motivated when completing tasks either individually or in groups.

Abstract

Character education in preschool children is a very important foundation in shaping their personality and morality for the future. Az-Zikro Islamic Boarding School, as a religious-based educational institution, plays a strategic role in instilling the values ​​of discipline and responsibility from an early age. This study aims to identify efforts made in implementing discipline and responsibility in preschool children at Az-Zikro Islamic Boarding School, as well as factors that support and hinder the implementation of these values. The research method used is a qualitative approach that includes observation techniques, direct practice, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the implementation of discipline was carried out through routine activities, such as congregational Duha prayer before entering the classroom, following the rules at the Islamic boarding school, and direct guidance from the caregiver. Meanwhile, responsibility was instilled through simple tasks, such as maintaining classroom cleanliness, tidying up seats after studying, and completing assigned tasks. Factors that support the implementation of these values ​​include a conducive Islamic boarding school environment, active involvement of ustadz and ustadzah, and support from parents. However, there are several challenges faced, such as differences in children's backgrounds, limitations of caregivers in providing individual attention, and the process of children adapting to new environments. With the right strategy and approach that suits the characteristics of preschool children, the application of discipline and responsibility values ​​can be implemented more effectively, so as to form independent and responsible individuals in the future.

Abstract

Kehidupan manusia tidak akan pernah terlepas dari kondisi kesejahteraan psikologisnya. Kesejahteraan menjadi hak untuk semua manusia dan merupakan pencapaian yang perlu diwujudkan. Kesejahteraan tidak hanya terkait dengan aspek jasmani tetapi juga terkait aspek psikologis yang kemudian konsep tersebut disebut sebagai kesejahteraan psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan hubungan antara rasa bersyukur dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada masyarakat Desa Gelebak Dalam KecamatanRambutan Kabupaten Banyuasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yang diambil adalah masyarakat Desa Gelebak Dalam Kecamatan Rambutan Kabupaten Banyuasin yang merupakan penduduk asli desa dengan rentang usia 15-60 tahun. Teknik penetapan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling yaitu simple random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, penelitian ini mencapai nilai koefisen korelasi R = 0,883 dengan P = 0,000 dan R2= 0,780 (78%) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara rasa bersyukur dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada pada masyarakat Desa Gelebak Dalam Kecamatan Rambutan Kabupaten Banyuasin

Abstract

Pengabaian yang dilakukan pada lingkungan sosial ini telah menjadi salah satu masalah perilaku pada era digital yang berdampak pada lingkungan sosial. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara self control dan perilaku phubbing pada remaja di SMAN 1 Sekayu. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 706 yang mana dari subjek tersebut sebanyak 233 siswa yang digunakan sebagai sampel.  Pengambilan teknik sampel menggunakan teknik sampling simple random sampling dengan jumlah 233 sampel. Metode pengumpulan data melalui obserasi wawancara, dan alat ukur berupa skala perilaku phubbing, dan skala self control. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20 for windows. Hasil analisis data penelitian dengan menggunakan SPSS ini menunjukkan koefisien korelasi r = 0,522 dengan nilai determinasi R-Square = 0.273, serta nilai p=0,000. Hasil analisa yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara hubungan self control dengan perilaku phubbing pada remaja di SMAN1 Sekayu sebesar 27.3%

Abstract

Adolescence is a  period of child development towards the adult phase where  emotional behavior is still changing and a period of self-discovery. At this time adolescents must be able to control emotions and get good parenting support. The purpose of the study was to explain empirically and theoretically the relationship  between toxic parenting and the emotional behavior of adolescents in class XI at SMAN 1 Merapi Barat. Researchers used quantitative methods with simple random sampling techniques with a sample population of 119 with an age range of 16-18 years. Data analysis was carried out using statistical tests, the measuring instruments used were the emotional behavior scale and the toxic parenting scale. The results showed that there is a very significant relationship between toxic parenting and emotional behavior of adolescent children with a correlation value of R = 0.759 with a Rsquare value = 0.576 P = 0.000 (P < 0.01). The amount of effective contribution given by the toxic parenting variable to emotional behavior is R2 = 0.576 (57.6%).  So there are still 42.4% of the influence of other factors related to emotional behavior.
