Abstract

Mitra yang menjadi objek PKM ini adalah pengusaha mikro yang bergerak dalam bidang budidaya ikan lele yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Sungailiat Bangka dan Kecamatan Merawang . Permasalahan pengembangan usaha yang dihadapi oleh peternak lele yang menjadi mitra dari tim pelaksana program pengabdian ini pada hasil ternaknya mengalami pasang surut dan cenderung menurun. Usaha ternak yang dijalani oleh kedua mitra tidak berkembang optimal karena kurangnya keterampilan dalam budidaya ikan, sehingga dikawatirkan tidak dapat melanjutkan usahanya dan kemungkinan terjelek adalah usaha mitra akan tutup. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah agar mitra memiliki keterampilan dan keahlian di dalam perawatan ikan, memiliki keterampilan dalam pemgembangan bibit lele, memiliki keterampilan untuk membuat pakan lele secara mandiri, serta memiliki keterampilan dalam manajemen usaha dan pengelolaan permodalan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan program pengabdian pada mitra menunjukkan bahwa hasil produksi hasil panen dapat meningkat, telah memiliki keterampilan dalam budidaya ikan, mengembangkan bibit lele serta mampu mengelola hasil usaha yang dijalankan oleh kedua mitra.

Abstract

Bicycles are not equipped with the turn signal. For driving safety, a bicycle helmet with a turn signal is designed with voice rrecognition. It is using the Arduino Nano as a controller to control the ON and OFF of turn signal lights with voice commands. This device uses a Voice Recognition sensor and microphone that placed on a bicycle helmet. When the voice command is mentioned in the microphone, the Voice Recognition sensor will detect the command specified, the sensor will automatically read and send a signal to Arduino, then the turn signal will light up as instructed, the Arduino on the helmet will send an indicator signal via the Bluetooth Module. The device is able to detect sound with a percentage of 80%. The tool can work with a distance of <2 meters with noise <71 db.

Abstract

Rendahnya ketersediaan media pembelajaran Matematika yang interaktif menjadi salah satu penyebab rendahkan prestasi mahasiswa dalam bidang Matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menghasilkan media pembelajaran dengan model Blended Learning berbasis MOODLE yang memenuhi kriteria valid dan praktis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ICCEE (Identification, Choose, Create, Engagement, Evaluation). Subjek dalam penelitian ini ada 55 orang mahasiswa Teknik Mesin di Politeknik Manufaktur Negeri Bangka Belitung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi ahli dan angket uji coba kepraktisanan media. Hasil penilaian dari 2 orang validator, menyatakan bahwa media valid dan siap diujicobakan. Berdasarkan uji coba kelompok kecil yang dilakukan terhadap 13 mahasiswa , diperoleh rata-rata skor 78,20 , sedangkan uji coba kelompok besar yang dilakukan terhadap 55 mahasiswa memperoleh hasil 78,89. Hal ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan tergolong praktis. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran Matematika model Blended Learning berbasis MOODLE tergolong valid dan praktis. Dengan demikian media pembelajaran Matematika model Blended Learning berbasis MOODLE siap digunakan untuk penerapan pembelajaran Matematika di Politeknik Manufaktur Negeri Bangka Belitung.Kata kunci: Blended Learning; Media; Pembelajaran Matematika; praktisAbstractThe low availability of interactive Mathematics learning media is one of the reasons for the lowering of student achievement in the field of Mathematics. This study aims to produce learning media with a MOODLE-based Blended Learning model that meets valid and practical criteria. The method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ICCEE model (Identification, Choose, Create, Engagement, Evaluation). The subjects in this study were 55 Mechanical Engineering students at the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic. Data collection techniques used in this study were expert validation sheets and media practicality trial questionnaires. The results of the assessment of 2 validators stated that the media was valid and ready to be tested. Based on small group trials conducted on 13 students, an average score of 78.20 was obtained, while large group trials conducted on 55 students obtained a result of 78.89. This concludes that the learning media developed are practical. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that the learning media of the MOODLE-based Blended Learning model of Mathematics are classified as valid and practical. Thus, the learning media of the MOODLE-based Blended Learning model of mathematics are ready to be used for the application of Mathematics learning at the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic.Keywords: Blended Learning; Mathematics Learning Media; practical; valid

Abstract

This study aims to produce training materials on the integration of information and communication technology in the teaching of mathematics. The method employed in the study is research and development. Assessment of experts and individual testing on the training materials generated recommendations for revisions. Accordingly, the results of the assessment can be classi ed in the very good category. The assessment results of small groups were very good. The results of eld trials indicate that trainings have signi cant implication for the increase of the trainees’ ability. Based on the results, it can be concluded that training materials on the integration of information technology and the teaching of mathematics have been tested and can be used in trainings for primary school teachers

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan Computational Thinking dan Bebras Task untuk para guru SD dan SMP. Melalui pelatihan pelatihan Computational Thinking dan Bebras diharapkan dapat memberikan banyak manfaat kepada guru untuk menambah keterampilan dan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi dengan mengimpementasikan teknik-teknik yang digunakan software engineer ke dalam setiap masalah yang terjadi. Ada 4 teknik yang digunakan yaitu dekomposisi atau memecah-mecah, pengenalan pola, abstraksi atau mengambil hal penting, algoritma atau pentahapan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dimulai dengan survey ke lokasi mitra, merencanakan pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan di SMPN 5 Sungailiat, Bangka selama satu hari. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan Computational Thinking dan Bebras untuk para guru SD dan SMP berjalan dengan baik dengan adanya peningkatan keterampilan dan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi dengan mengimpementasikan teknik-teknik yang digunakan software engineer.

Abstract

Moodle and Classroom are some of the alternative learning media that can be used by teachers in improving the learning process more effectively. However, many teachers still do not understand how to utilize e-learning in learning process.  This program aims to improve the ability of teachers to utilize ICT for learning through Moodle and Classroom. The program activity includes the development of Moodle-based e-learning and training for teachers at SMP Harapan Sungailiat. The training results show that teachers’ skills in using the e-learning module are increase. The training questionnaire showed that 98% of the participants were able to use e-learning. The percentage of participants who quite agree that they are skilled at using e-learning is 52%. Meanwhile, 41% agree that they are skilled at using e-learning, and 6% strongly agree that they are skilled at using e-learning.

Abstract

Blended learning merupakan metode pembelajaran yang mengkombinasi pembelajaran tatap muka synchronous dengan pembelajaran asynchronous yang dapat meningkatkan kegiatan dan hasil pembelajaran siswa. Akan tetapi, dari hasil survey dan pengamatan di lapangan, masih ada guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Pemali yang belum memahami bagaimana mengimplementasikan blended learning terutama pada pembelajaran asynchronous dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru di Kecamatan Pemali dalam mendesain pembelajaran secara blended learning, maka dilaksanakanlah Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang berupa kegiatan Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Pembelajaran Berbasis Blended Learning yang lokasi pelaksanaannya adalah di SDN 1 dan SDN 7 Pemali. Selain kegiatan pelatihan, dilakukan pula pengembangan Learning Management System (LMS) yang siap digunakan oleh guru dalam melaksanakan blended learning. Jumlah guru yang mengikuti program ini sebanyak 34 guru yang berasal dari 17 sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Pemali. Program ini berhasil terlaksana dengan baik karena berdasarkan hasil kuisioner menunjukkan guru dapat memahami dan mampu mendesain pembelajaran dengan blended learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to train teachers to have knowledge and skills in designing and developing learning with E-learning based on Moodle LMS. This training was given to SMP Maria Goretti Sungailiat Bangka teachers. The method of implementing the service is carried out in three phases: phase 1. preparation; phase 2. implementation; and phase 3. Evaluation. The service is carried out face-to-face and online. Through face-to-face training, lectures and demonstrations were held for 3 meetings in July 2020 with 10 teachers participating in this training. Online provided using the Moodle application. The results of the training showed that the knowledge and skills of teachers in designing and developing learning using the Moodle LMS E-learning application increased. Furthermore, from the Moodle application that has been developed by the servant for learning that the teacher provides to students, it can be applied properly.

Abstract

The use of Internet of Things (IoT) technology is currently developing rapidly. One form of application is Smart Home. The existence of this technology affects people's lifestyles to have comfortable and practical housing. This final project aims to develop and test a voice-based Smart Home application using Google Nest Mini. The stages used for this final project are literature study, design, testing, observation and data analysis, using a smartphone and Google Nest Mini 2nd as the main control system, as well as several other additional devices such as nodeMCU ESP8266, relay module, and sinricPRO. Tests were carried out in rooms at different distances with intervals of 0-500 cm. Based on the test results show that at a distance of -300 cm the tool can function properly.

Abstract

Coffee is the most popular drink for Indonesian people, both young and old. However, due to their busy schedules, they do not have time to make coffee. Therefore, we need a machine that can make coffee drinks without the need to make it manually. In this manufacture, it is proposed to make this Machine with the aim that the machine can be used as a business medium that can be controlled and monitored via a smartphone. The method of making this IoT-Based Automatic Coffee Beverage Machine uses Arduino Mega as a control system with push button input and an LCD display that will be used as a menu display. Then this machine is also equipped with a DS18B20 temperature sensor as a coffee drink temperature detection, an Ultrasonic sensor as a coffee capacity detector in the glass with the addition of an ordering and monitoring system using a smartphone. Based on the results of the tests carried out, data were obtained by conducting 8 experiments with 4 different doses. In testing the filling of coffee drinks with 4 experiments using the Button and in testing the filling of coffee drinks with 4 experiments using the application. From all the experiments carried out, it was found that the average percentage error of each dose of drink made was 1/4 cup with an error of 0.154%, 1/2 cup with an error of 0.032%, 3/4 cup with an error of 0.032% and 1 cup with an error of 0. 0.0268%. In the experiment of making coffee drinks to be stable starting from a drink temperature of 30º which is then heated with a temperature increase of 3-5ºC every minute and it only takes 6 minutes for the heater to reach the maximum temperature of 70ºC from coffee drinks. After that the heater will turn off and the temperature increase will decrease to 3-1ºC and the temperature of the coffee drink will be stable between 70-80ºC.
