In the advertising, a certain style of executing messages can be encountered based on testimonial evidence. As regards testimonial evidence, the marketing party involved can employ several endorsers or make use of only one in advertisements to deliver the message. The focus of study is on the extent to which messages' strength in term of attractiveness, convincingness, believability and persuasiveness can be altered by an increase in the number of endorsers. The research will test both messages that are perceived of having low quality persuasion and those are perceived of having high quality. The messages of the commercials are presented in audio-based commercials, a type of commercial that can only be heard by the respondents who cannot see the actual speaker's face.

Stakeholder management is generally viewed as a partnering between the firm and the who the firm considers to its stakeholders and involves "communicating, negotiating, contracting and managing relationship" (freeman, 2004). Managers cannot attend to all of the actual and potential claims of all the stakeholders, the issue of the "Who and What" do managers pay attention and how they go about making this determination are depend on stakeholders saliency. Stakeholders salience explain the condition under which managers pay attention to certain classes of stakeholders and how they prioritize stakeholder relationship. They posit that stakeholders identification and salience is a function of managers' perceptions of stakeholders as possessing one or more relationships attributes : the stakeholders' power influence the organization, the legitimacy of stakeholders' relationship with the organization, and the urgency of stakeholders' claim on the organization.

Marketing of led fitr is a seasonal marketing. More than 200 million people in Indonesia are moslem and as a moslem they have an obligation to do fasting in ramadhan month before the led fitr. Unfortunately, moslems in lndonesia have mixed the value of lslam with their tradition such as "mudik” becomes an important part of people tradition in celebrating led fitr. During the period of ramadhan, demands of products are very high therefore it creates an opportunity for the marketer to reach higher sales and bigger profit particularly for those who understand consumer behavior. All variables in marketing mix should be changed based on changes of consumer behavior during ramadhan and ied fitr.

Food waste has become a big problem in Indonesia. According to the data in May 2023, Indonesia was placed in the third sport in the rank of the world’s largest food waste producer in the world. Food waste makes up to 40.98% of the total waste, this data is taken from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry in 2023. This phenomenon contradicts with the reality of many of its citizen are still struggling to find food to eat. Moral norms hold a high place in Indonesia, and this can be used as one driver to reduce the food waste. This study has goal to see how moral norms for food waste reduction and self-efficacy towards food waste reduction impact the intention to reduce food waste in Indonesia. This study uses technique, structural equation model-partial least squares (SEM-PLS). In total, there are 157 respondents who have participated in this study. The results clearly shown that there is a positive correlation between 2 variables (moral norms for food waste reduction and self-efficacy toward food waste) with food waste reduction intention. To close, Indonesia with its moral norms towards food waste has helped with the intention to reduce food waste. However, the intention alone is not enough. There must be a strong incentive to change the intention into real action.

This study explores the relationship between hedonic and functional value toward the intention to buy luxury brands as direct effects and through attitude toward luxury brands. This study used a survey to gather data from 113 respondents with birth years between 1981 and 2012 who had purchased luxury brands. This study used the partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate the model and hypotheses. The result shows that hedonic value positively and significantly affects the intention to buy luxury brands. In addition, the result shows a positive relationship between hedonic value and intention for luxury brand purchases through attitude towards luxury brands. Functional value positively affects the intention to buy luxury brands. Meanwhile, functional value does not significantly affect attitude toward luxury brands. Furthermore, attitude toward luxury brands has a significant effect on the intention to buy luxury brands. Understanding these relationships can help marketers develop effective strategies to attract and retain consumers of luxury brands.
