Abstract

Pengendalian internal atau kontrol internal didefinisikan sebagai suatu proses yang dipengaruhi oleh sumber daya manusia dan sistem teknologi informasi yang dirancang untuk membantu organisasi mencapai suatu tujuan atau objektif tertentu. Keterlambatan produksi, kualitas produk yang buruk merupakan beberapa masalah yang sering terjadi akibat kurangnya penerapan pengendalian internal. Tujuan penyusunan tugas akhir ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pengendalian internal bahan baku terhadap proses produksi di PT Tirta Fresindo Jaya serta mengetahui apakah pengendalian internal bahan baku terhadap proses produksi di PT Tirta Fresindo Jaya telah berjalan dengan baik. Pembahasan ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode diskusi terhadap Unit Head (UH), Operator, tim Quality Control (QC), dan lainnya serta membahas penerapan pengendalian internal berdasarkan instrument COSO. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa PT Tirta Fresindo Jaya telah menerapkan sistem pengendalian bahan baku dengan baik sesuai dengan instrumen COSO. Namun, beberapa aspek pengendalian yang belum memenuhi komponen pengendalian yakni keterbatasan sarana komunikasi antar bagian dan belum intensifnya evaluasi maupun diskusi antar karyawan dan manajemen. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu melakukan perbaikan dalam aspek-aspek tersebut untuk mempertahankan kualitas pengendalian bahan baku dan produk yang dihasilkan. Internal control or internal control is defined as a process influenced by human resources and information technology systems designed to help organizations achieve a specific goal or objective. Production delays, poor product quality are some of the problems that often occur due to the lack of implementation of internal control. The purpose of preparing this final project is to find out how the internal control of raw materials affects the production process at PT Tirta Fresindo Jaya and to find out whether the internal control of raw materials on the production process at PT Tirta Fresindo Jaya has been running well. This discussion is carried out with a qualitative approach through discussion methods with the Unit Head (UH), Operator, Quality Control (QC) team, and others and discusses the application of internal control based on the COSO instrument. However, some aspects of control that do not meet the control components are limited means of communication between sections and not intensive evaluation and discussion between employees and management. Therefore, the company needs to make improvements in these aspects to maintain the quality of control of raw materials and production.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi media sosial sebagai sarana pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di era digitalisasi. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan observasi partisipatif dan wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan siswa di beberapa sekolah menengah. Dalam studi ini, ditemukan bahwa penggunaan media sosial seperti YouTube, Instagram, dan WhatsApp telah meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan interaktivitas dalam pembelajaran PAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial memfasilitasi penyebaran materi ajar yang lebih cepat dan memungkinkan siswa untuk berinteraksi dengan konten pembelajaran secara lebih dinamis. Selain itu, penggunaan media sosial juga mendukung pembelajaran kolaboratif di mana siswa dapat berdiskusi dan berbagi pemahaman mereka secara online. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan akses internet dan kurangnya literasi digital di kalangan beberapa siswa. Kesimpulannya, media sosial telah berkontribusi positif dalam pembelajaran PAI, namun diperlukan strategi yang lebih komprehensif untuk mengatasi tantangan yang ada dan memaksimalkan potensi pembelajaran digital.

Abstract

This research examines Talent Management in the Digital Era with a focus on the application of technology for recruitment and retention at PT. Arutmin Indonesia. This company has successfully implemented a technology-based talent management strategy using digital platforms, artificial intelligence and data analysis. Recruitment processes, career development and employee retention management through technology have a positive impact on efficiency, effectiveness and employee satisfaction. The research results show that PT. Arutmin Indonesia faces challenges, including employee resistance to technology and data security. Companies address these challenges through technology training, involvement of IT experts, and implementation of strict data security policies. In facing changes in higher education governance, PT. Arutmin Indonesia also implements innovation and change management strategies. Therefore, the conclusion is to increase technology integration, develop data analysis, and strengthen technology-based skills development. The application of intelligent technologies, such as artificial intelligence, may be a future focus for improving talent management. The conclusion confirms that the technological approach to talent management has had a positive impact and provides valuable insights for other companies that wish to involve technology in managing their human resources in the digital era.

Abstract

Pengendalian Internal merupakan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan untuk mengawasi, mengukur serta mengamankan sumber daya yang dimiliki perusahaan demi tercapainya tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Ketidaksesuaian terhadap ketentuan internal, informasi belum tersampaikan dengan baik kepada debitur, persyaratan dokumen masih belum lengkap merupakan beberapa masalah yang terjadi akibat pengendalian internal yang belum terlaksana sepenuhnya. Tujuan dilakukannya peninjauan adalah untuk mengetahui alur proses pemberian kredit, pengendalian internal terhadap pemberian kredit pada Bank Negara Indonesia KCU Bogor dan kesesuaian pengendalian internal terhadap pemberian kredit yang ada pada Bank Negara Indonesia KCU Bogor dengan komponen COSO. Peninjauan dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil peninjauan menunjukan bahwa pengendalian internal terhadap pemberian kredit pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia Persero Tbk Kantor Cabang Utama Bogor belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan kebijakan perusahaan, ada beberapa kendala dan ketidaksesuaian terhadap kebijakan internal serta penyampaian informasi kepada calon debitur belum berjalan dengan baik, meskipun demikian sebagian besar sudah memenuhi kebijakan Bank Negara Indonesia dan komponen pengendalian internal menurut COSO.

Abstract

MSMEs in general are directed to support efforts to overcome poverty and inequality, create employment opportunities and increase exports, as well as revitalize agriculture and rural areas, which are national development priorities in 2006 (Suyahya, 2017). Within that framework, the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is directed to provide a significant contribution to the creation of employment opportunities, increasing exports and increasing competitiveness, while the development of micro-scale businesses is directed to contribute to increasing the income of low-income communities, especially the "Community Service Program" to Improve the Feasibility of MSME Businesses in Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City. This Community Service Program activity was attended by 20 participants, of which 10 participants were from MSME actors in Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City. And 10 participants were from Uniska students. The "Community Service" activity was organized by Mr. / Mrs. Lecturer of the Faculty of Economics, Management Study Program. Islamic University of Kalimantan MAB Banjarmasin. The concrete form of this community service program directly empowers a large number of businesses, particularly micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The Community Service research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The theme is "Entrepreneurship Mentoring to Improve the Business Viability of MSMEs in Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City." It involves field studies, direct observation, and lectures, tutorials, and discussions. The goal is to improve the understanding and skills of MSMEs in preparing business feasibility studies, identifying business development needs, and implementing appropriate strategies. The community service activities are designed to optimize the use of mentoring to improve business viability for MSMEs in Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City. The goal is to provide training and mentoring to MSMEs, providing materials and guidance to improve their business viability. During the community service activities, mentoring and monitoring will be conducted to ensure that MSMEs can implement the knowledge and skills they have acquired in the materials and guidance provided to improve business viability. The community service team will provide guidance and useful input to address any obstacles or problems that may arise during the adaptation process. The overall impact of this community service program is expected to have a positive impact on increasing knowledge, insight, and experience for MSMEs. It is hoped that MSMEs will be able to face modern business challenges and achieve greater profits in a competitive market by improving their business viability.ABSTRAKUMKM dalam secara umum diarahkan untuk mendukung upaya-upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan dan kesenjangan, penciptaan kesempatan kerja dan peningkatan ekspor, serta revitalisasi pertanian dan pedesaan, yang menjadikan prioritas pembangunan nasional dalam tahun 2006 (Suyahya, 2017). Dalam kerangka itu, pengembangan usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) diarahkan agar memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap penciptaan kesempatan kerja, peningkatan ekspor dan peningkatan daya saing, sementara itu pengembangan usaha skala mikro diarahkan untuk memberikan kontribusi dalam peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat berpendapatan rendah, khususnya “Program Pengabdian Masyarakat” untuk Meningkatkan Kelayakan Bisnis UMKM di Kecamatan Cempaka, Kota Banjarbaru. Kegiatan Program Pengabdian Masyarakat ini di ikuti oleh 20 peserta, dimana 10 peserta dari pelaku UMKM Kecamatan Cempaka, Kota Banjarbaru. Dan 10 peserta dari mahasiswa Uniska. Kegiatan “Pengabdian Kepada masyarakat” yang diselenggarakan oleh Bapak/Ibu Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi, Prodi Manajemen. Universitas Islam Kalimantan MAB Banjarmasin. Bentuk kerja nyata dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberdayakan langsung oleh sebagian besar usaha terutama mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Metode penelitian Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan metode Deskriptif Kualitatif. Dengan tema Pendampingan Kewirausahaan untuk Meningkatkan kelayakan Bisnis UMKM di Kecamatan Cempaka, Kota Banjarbaru. Dapat melibatkan studi lapangan, observasi langsung, serta metode ceramah, tutorial, dan diskusi. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam menyusun studi kelayakan bisnis, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengembangan usaha, dan menerapkan strategi yang tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan pendampingan meningkatkan kelayakan bisnis bagi UMKM di kecamatan cempaka, kota Banjarbaru. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pada UMKM dalam pemberian materi dan pendampingan guna meningkatkan kelayakan bisnis UMKM. Selama pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian, akan ada pendampingan dan monitoring yang dilakukan untuk memastikan UMKM dapat mengimplementasikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang mereka peroleh dalam pemberian materi dan pendampingan peningkatan kelayakan bisnis. Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat akan memberikan bimbingan dan masukan yang berguna dalam mengatasi kendala atau masalah yang mungkin muncul selama proses adaptasi. Dampak setelah dilakukan program kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah secara keseluruhan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan, wawasan dan pengalaman bagi UMKM. Diharapkan UMKM dapat menghadapi tantangan bisnis modern dan memperoleh keuntungan yang lebih besar dalam pasar yang kompetitif, dari upaya peningkatan kelayakan bisnis.

Abstract

The concept of a smart city has emerged as a key paradigm in modern urban management, particularly in enhancing public service efficiency, governance, and environmental sustainability. This study explores the smart city strategy in the urban development of Banjarbaru City, aiming to evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of related policies and technologies that support digital innovation. Employing a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis involving stakeholders such as local governments, academics, and community members. The findings reveal that smart city initiatives in Banjarbaru have positively impacted public service efficiency, especially in digital governance, technology-based transportation, and urban environmental management. Nonetheless, several challenges persist, including inadequate digital infrastructure, limited public technological literacy, and insufficient readiness of human resources to adopt new technologies. Resistance to change and a lack of system integration across sectors further hinder progress. This study recommends enhancing data-driven policy formulation, strengthening technological infrastructure, improving human resource capacity, and fostering collaboration between government, private sectors, and the community to support digital transformation. Moreover, innovative financing models such as public-private partnerships (PPP) and green bonds are proposed as viable strategies to accelerate sustainable smart city development. The study also highlights the need for future research on evaluating the sustainability of smart cities, developing measurable performance indicators, and mitigating risks in urban technological implementation. With an inclusive and innovation-oriented approach, Banjarbaru demonstrates significant potential to become a model smart city that is efficient, sustainable, and adaptive to contemporary urban challenges.

Abstract

Employee training is an important strategy for improving a company’s human resource competency. This study aimed to analyze the effect of training on employee competency by considering control variables such as work motivation, experience, and education level. The research design was a quantitative explanatory survey. The population in this study was  42 employees of PT Carsurin Banjarbaru Branch, using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests (normality and multicollinearity), and multiple linear regression, with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed that training had a positive and significant effect on employee competency (p < 0.05, R² = 0.65) even after controlling for motivation, experience, and education variables. No multicollinearity problems were found in the model (VIF < 10), and the residual data were normally distributed. These findings indicate that well-designed training programs play an important role in improving employee knowledge, skills, and work attitudes. Practically, these results suggest that companies should place more emphasis on developing relevant training materials, improving instructor quality, and using applicable training methods
