Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of Work Discipline, Workload and Work Environment, both partially and simultaneously, on the performance of air traffic controller employees. The method used is associative with a quantitative approach. The number of samples used was 125 respondent, with a simple random sampling technique. Data was taken using a survey method. Data analysis was carried out to test the significance of the hypothesis, coefficient of determination using SPSS V.25 software. The research results show that work discipline, and work environment have a positive and significant effect, both partially. Workload has a negative and significant effect on the performance of air traffic controller employees.  As simultaneously, Work discipline, workload and work environment have a positive and significant influence employee work performance in the Area Control Center Unit at Airnav Indonesia Jakarta Air Traffic Services Center Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style variables (X1), work culture (X2), and workload (X3) on performance variables (Y) on executive nurses in the Inpatient Room of Budiasih Serang Hospital both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is quantitative method, with respondents, namely all executive nurses in the inpatient room totaling 87 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, correlation test, coefficient of determination test, with hypothesis testing methods, namely t test and F test. The results of hypothesis testing state that partially and simultaneously the variables of leadership style (X1), work culture (X2), and workload (X3) have a positive and significant effect on the performance variables of executive nurses, with a partial effect of 51%, 76%, and 12.6%, respectively. However, the magnitude of the simultaneous influence of the three independent variables on nurse performance is 81.7%, while the remaining 18.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Thus, if the leadership style, work culture, and workload increase, the performance of executive nurses in the Inpatient Room of Budiasih Serang Hospital will also increase.

Abstract

Urgency in this study is based on the results of the interim observations in the respondents of the research, namely, the staff of the Tangerang Regency Fisheries Service Office, there are some problems related to the Work Load, Work Environment, and Technological Usage that can be an impediment to achieving the performance of the officials. This research is carried out because there are still inconsistent results from previous researches. The author performs re-research with different Research Objects as well as different survey respondents are expected to produce appropriate results. The total of respondents in this study was 75 respondents. Technical analysis of double linear regression is used as data analysis and analyzed using the SPSS Version 24 application. This study used quantitative methods. This research aims to find out the impact of the workload, work environment and technological usage on employee performance of the Tangerang Regency Fisheries Service Office. The targeted output is that the Tangerang Regency Fisheries Service Office can perform well. The results of the study showed that the workload has a negative and significant impact on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant impact on the employee performance, Technological usage with a positive and significant effect on employee performance and workload, the work environment and technological usage combined have a significant impact on employee performance. The massive impact of workload, work environment and technological usage on employee performance is 64.60% while the remaining 35.40% is influenced by other factors not studied in this study.

Abstract

Comprehensive, integrated and sustainable management of water resources plays an important role in creating national water security, including meeting the basic needs of clean water for the community. PT Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda) in Mataram, NTB, as one of the water resources managers, faces challenges in improving employee job satisfaction, which has an impact on the quality of public services. This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture, employee commitment, and performance appraisal on employee job satisfaction of PT Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda) in Mataram City, NTB. This research uses quantitative methods with explanatory research type. The research population included all permanent employees of PT Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda) totaling 179 people, with a sample of 45 permanent employees selected based on a certain percentage. The data analysis techniques used include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the variables of work culture, employee commitment, and performance appraisal were normally distributed and suitable for analysis using multiple linear regression. This study found that the three variables have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational support, employee engagement and work ethic on employee performance in oil and gas companies, ENI Indonesia - Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and literature studies. The population and sample used were ENI Indonesia employees, totaling 90 respondents. The research results show that Work Ethic does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance even though it has a positive value. Organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Meanwhile, organizational support, employee engagement and work ethic simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture, on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, either partially or simultaneously at PT. Pleno Anugrah Dinamika Jakarta. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. Sampling was 109 people with techniques are questionnaires. Descriptive data analysis and inferential statistical analysis is for hypothesis testing. Data processing is assisted by Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 25 software. Based on the Organizational Commitment (X1) correlation test, and Organizational Culture  (X2) with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) has a strong relationship. While the contribution of Organizational Commitment (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) is 31%. Based on multiple regression tests it shows that, the higher the value of Organizational Commitment (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) simultaneously at a certain value, then it will increase the value of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) at a certain value as well. The simultaneous effect of Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Pleno Anugrah Dinamika Jakarta is significant. Partially Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior  at PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of quality of worklife, work motivation and employee engagement on employee performance at PT. Cahaya Engineering Sukses Bekasi used as a case study. This research approach uses quantitative, a total sample obtained as many as 110 respondents with a population of 150. Data collection techniques with observation, documentation and questionnaires with random sampling techniques. Multiple linear regression analysis methods with SPSS programs are used to analyze the data. The results showed  that Quality Of Worklife  had a positive but not significant effect while Work Motivation and Employee Engagement  had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with Work Motivation variables  that had a more dominant effect.  Quality Of Worklife, Work Motivation  and Employee Engagement simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Cahaya Engineering Sukses Bekasi. This shows that companies should focus more on improving Quality of Worklife and Employee Engagement in order to produce better employee performance.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the important factors in the success of an organization. Good employee performance can improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of organizational services. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of human resource development, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Tangerang Regency Bina Marga and Water Resources Agency. This study used a quantitative design with a survey approach. The research sample was 100 randomly selected employees of the Tangerang Regency Bina Marga and Water Resources Agency. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The data that had been collected was then analyzed using the help of the SPSS statistical program. The results showed that human resource development and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Tangerang Regency Bina Marga and Water Resources Office. For the work discipline variable, there is no influence on the performance of employees of the Tangerang Regency Bina Marga and Water Resources Agency.

Abstract

The performance of employees stands as a critical factor determining an organization's success. Strong employee performance plays a pivotal role in enabling an organization to attain its objectives, including enhancements in service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of organizational culture, human resource quality, and work motivation on employee performance at the Tangerang City Environmental Agency. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires and literature studies. The data in this study were then analyzed using linear regression analysis. The results showed that organizational culture, human resource quality, and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. Therefore, these three factors need to be managed properly to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Work productivity is one of the important factors in organizational success. In the health sector, employee work productivity has a very important role in providing quality health services to the community. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of body fitness level, organizational support, and compensation on the work productivity of Tangerang City Health Office employees mediated by organizational motivation. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study used literature study and questionnaire methods. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using regression analysis. The results showed that the level of body fitness, organizational support, and compensation had a positive effect on the work productivity of employees of the Tangerang City Health Office. Then, organizational motivation is proven to mediate the influence of body fitness level, organizational support, and compensation on the work productivity of Tangerang City Health Office employees.
