Abstract

Perselisihan antara pasangan suami isteri dalam perkawinan dapat memicu terjadinya perceraian. Salah satu akibat dari putusnya perkawinan adalah hak asuh anak. Hak asuh anak yang belum mumayyiz seringkali diberikan kepada ibu kandungnya. Namun, tidak semua gugatan hak asuh anak yang belum mumayyiz diberikan kepada ibunya. Hal ini terlihat dalam putusan No. 443/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Mdo. Menarik untuk dikaji apakah putusan hakim tentang pemberian hak asuh anak yang belum mumayyiz kepada ayah dapat dibenarkan menurut Kompilasi Hukum Islam dan apakah kekuasaan hak asuh anak (hadhanah) yang jatuh kepada ayah dapat dicabut menurut Undang-Undang Perkawinan. Mempergunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif, yaitu dengan melakukan pendekatan undang-undang. Disimpulkan bahwa putusan hakim terkait pemberian hak asuh anak yang belum mumayyiz kepada ayahnya tidak dapat dibenarkan dan kekuasaan hak asuh anak yang belum mumayyiz kepada ayahnya dapat dicabut. Pemberian hak asuh anak tersebut tidak tepat karena tidak sesuai dengan Kompilasi Hukum Islam dan tidak memperhatikan berbagai aspek, yaitu aspek filosofis, aspek yuridis, aspek sosiologis, dan aspek psikologis. Kekuasaan hak asuh anak kepada ayahnya dapat dicabut bukan karena alasan-alasan yang terdapat dalam Undang-Undang Perkawinan, melainkan karena tidak sesuai dengan Kompilasi Hukum Islam dan tidak memperhatikan berbagai aspek yang berhubungan dengan anak.

Abstract

Floods are one example of a random stochastic process. One important parameter to determine the chance of a flood to occur is the hazard rate. Therefore, a hazard rate estimation model is needed. One of the methods used to estimate the hazard rate at point t0 was the single decrement method with a likelihood approach that required exit time information, namely the time when a flood occurs and the assumed distribution of waiting times for the next flood to occur. The distribution of waiting times was assumed to be linear and exponential distribution. Hazard rate estimation used flood data that occurred in Parepare. The hazard rate estimator obtained using these two waiting time assumptions was transformed into a parametric model. The parametric model used was a regression model with linear, quadratic, and cubic assumptions. The best parametric model was a quadratic regression model for the assumed exponential distribution of waiting times based on R Square, Mean Square Error, and real regression test. The estimated hazard rate value obtained can be applied to estimate the probability of a flood event occurring in the interval (0,t0]. The selected parametric model is expected to be able to estimate the hazard rate value accurately.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Indonesia is the country with the second highest number of tuberculosis cases after India. The Ministry of Health stated that there has been a significant increase in cases of tuberculosis among children in Indonesia where the increase in cases of tuberculosis among children has reached more than 200 percent. The number of TB cases can be reduced if the factors that affect the number of TB patients are known. Therefore, efforts should be made to model the number of cases of Tuberculosis among children under five years of age to provide useful information to prevent and control Tuberculosis. The relationship between these factors and the number of people with Tuberculosis can be determined using Poisson regression analysis because the number of cases of Tuberculosis is calculated data. Tuberculosis data contain overdispersion, so another approach is used to overcome it, which is by using a negative binomial regression model. The best model obtained based on the AIC value is the Negative Binomial regression model with an AIC value of 184.095. For further research, it is suggested to test the spatial effect and modeling using the Negative Binomial geographic weighted regression method to find out whether the characteristics of one region and the other influence the geographic location on the model.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the logical thinking abilities of SMAN 4 Parepare students by teaching the application of mathematical logic in compiling computer instructions based on MIT App Inventor. The method for implementing this service was problem-based learning training by taking the example of the traditional game of rock-paper-scissors as a learning case. Next, create a rock-paper-scissors game program using MIT App Inventor as a student learning experience in applying mathematical logic concepts. The evaluation instrument employed was a questionnaire to collect pre-test and post-test results, which were then analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired sample t-tests. The results of this service showed an increase in the average participant score on the post-test results, where the average pre-test score was 7.24 out of 15, while the average post-test score was 9.17 out of 15.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance teachers’ skills in utilizing AR and VR technologies as innovative instructional media in the classroom. The program was implemented using a structured training model involving 20 teachers from SMPN 10 Parepare. The evaluation instrument consisted of a questionnaire, and the responses were analyzed using descriptive techniques. The results show that the training was highly aligned with teachers’ needs at the school (average response score: 4.75), easy to follow (4.66), very beneficial in improving the quality of learning (4.85), and motivating for teachers to adopt AR and VR technologies in their instructional practices (4.58). Overall, this training activity provided a significant contribution to enhancing teachers’ digital literacy, particularly in the use of innovative learning media.
